BrightView really supported my son through a tough time. I liked that they involved me too, not just him. The staff explained things clearly, and they had plans in place for after treatment. I just wish follow-ups were a bit more consistent. Still, I felt God's hand moving in that place.

I'm asking about the program actually. At detox how is it exactly? Are the women and guys around one another? As well as the php and housing with the classes. Do you have groups and all that with the opposite sex? It's kind of a distraction for me that's why I am asking lol but while I'm here how is the food and are there TV's in the detox rooms and basically is it comfortable? Dave, Zada, Aaron, Cori, Jeremy, Carly, Skylar, and others. Last but not least Mike (program director), and Alaina (Clinical Director). These people truly care about you as a client and are there to help in any way even if it's just listen to you. Great place and great staff Mrs D Ryan and Mel are the best RA's but they are all amazing 🥰 and the counselors Ryan and Tiara are amazing as well! The Groups are great full of information, tools, and coping skills you need to move forward in your recovery and they always make it fun and interesting so it's not just boring and school atmosphere-ish and the 2 discharge nurses do their thing to make sure you understand and choose where you go after and everyone genuinely cares about you and your recovery been to many and this one by far has got my attention and actually made me feel like there is a brighter future and it's not as lame as we think it's going to be in active addiction!! not a single place isn't going to not have hick ups and issues but they were great at solving issues that arise and fix anything they can Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work

Mercy Health is a small hospital and for years never heard much positive. Well I have had 2 weeks of amazing care for my mom who has been there. She is doing rehab in the swing bed unit. Each and every person that has taken care of her, has went out of their way to make moms stay there better. Even when she was a bit difficult to work with. Stubborn you may say. This hospital has not been given the credit they deserve. I just wanted to share my experience and to say thank you to each and every staff member who has helped mom! I don't have enough words to express how great Devlac is! Definitely one of the better programs in the area-in fact, I'd say it's the BEST! Compassionate, caring & fun staff! Each and every one of them are invested in helping women overcome & prosper! Structured program with the fluidity to allow clients to focus groups or meetings on topics pertaining to their specific needs! Clients are absolutely treated as equal, important, and worthy! I will always highly recommend this program!!

I’ve been a patient here for several years, I’ve had three different therapists in this time, and two psychiatrists. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole operation. I’ve experienced more personal growth since starting therapy with Syntero, than I had in 15 years of prior therapy.
I definitely recommend trying these guys, if you’re in need of this type of service.

Updating my review to 4 stars instead of 2.I have been going here for 5 years. Sad to see Dr. Bentley leave. He was awesome. This place is way better in every way than the Marion center. The pharmacy here is great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is one of the nurses is somewhat rude and confrontational at times. She should leave her opinions to the doctors and not try to give out medical/medication advice. The other nurse is very nice.

I realize that each of us have our own unique experience. But I will say for the VA that if you go to the trouble of filing a complaint in Dayton about any questionable or just bad treatment, that they take your complaint very seriously. They also hold the department or agency at the center of the complaint responsible. In regards to my complaint not only did the VA call me directly but a representative of the department concerning the complaint asked me to come into meet with them so they could hear directly what changes I was wanting or needing. Sometimes we lose people, and when that happens these words dont mean much. Its the worse experience of our life. None of us ever want it and we all dread it. In those cases there isnt any words that help. But for current situations outside of those circumstances like mine, my experience has been positive. Ive found 1 or 2 Drs that need to go back to bed-side manner school. One of them the class about fraternization and compassion and another about the privacy rights of secretly recording visits without the patients knowledge or consent. My VA office is in Lima Ohio. The facility is spotless and my appointments are always prompt and on time. Never have I waited uncomfortable periods of time and most times Ive barely set down before their calling my name after checking in. I will say hgowever it was a mistake to remove the kiosks. I realize that older veterans may have troube with technology but those kiosks can be designed with ease of use in mind for EVERYONE. 4 STARS for LIMA VA
