My counselor is amazing and probably the most person I've had the privilege of talking too. Amy is a great nurse who makes sure everything is ok with me or whatever my needs may be. And the girl who dispenses our med (Not the little short latino girl but the other 1 whose name I've completely forgot is absolutely my favorite person ever!! And Stephanie is pretty ok..sometimes! It's literally the best group of people for those going through recovery.

I had a lovely stay here! Brittany was an amazing therapist as well as Kellie. Shout out Doug & Elliot for being amazing group facilitators, definitely made the group attendance worth while. The food quality was great, plenty of options even if you’re picky. I would definitely recommend a stay here, definitely exceeded my expectations and see the bar pretty high for my first (and last) stay at a recovery center.

This place is absolutely amazing. Staff members are amazing. Nursing and a Provider 24/7 to help you with your detoxing. You are aloud to smoke up to like 8 times a day. Easiest detox ive ever experienced! This place gave me another chance!!

I have been to many inpatient psychiatric hospitals. This one was definitely one of the best. All the staff was extremely courteous and compassionate. Does not feel like a jail at all like other places. Reviews prior to 2025 obviously indicates a change in management and staff because everyone was exceptional. The therapist was awesome. And even charge nurse went out her way to ensure I was comfortable and could sleep during a difficult time. Thank you for treating me do nicely.

This is Tifanee and this is a good place to be in your struggling with. Both Addiction and mental health, No judgement from anyone the techs are all amazing, You also don’t need both to go with or addiction, or mental health or just one… you gotta want it for recovery to happen, sadly to say my boyfriend passed when I was at ridgeview and left to soon, 100% going back and do me, losing someone when you in a recovery can take a turn for the worse’s…. I gotta want it for recovery to work for me and I’m working thru things then plan on calling ridgeview, I gotta be 100… 10 stars for ridgeview.

I don't have enough words to express how great Devlac is! Definitely one of the better programs in the area-in fact, I'd say it's the BEST! Compassionate, caring & fun staff! Each and every one of them are invested in helping women overcome & prosper! I wish i would have gotten the ladies name who was working the front desk tonight(3.6.26)around 5/5:30(was from South Carolina). She is such a welcoming and understanding person. I was there to drop some personal items off to a loved one, and i just want her to know her kindness was incredibly meaningful. She really went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. I’ve been a patient here for several years, I’ve had three different therapists in this time, and two psychiatrists. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole operation. I’ve experienced more personal growth since starting therapy with Syntero, than I had in 15 years of prior therapy. Updating my review to 4 stars instead of 2.I have been going here for 5 years. Sad to see Dr. Bentley leave. He was awesome. This place is way better in every way than the Marion center. The pharmacy here is great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is one of the nurses is somewhat rude and confrontational at times. She should leave her opinions to the doctors and not try to give out medical/medication advice. The other nurse is very nice.
