I have learned so much about myself in such a short time frame and will continue to do so because Seacrest gave me to opportunity to be myself , my true self . Every Aspect of this facility is magnificent from housing, to counselors , to case managers and directors they all do their job to status quo ! I'm asking about the program actually. At detox how is it exactly? Are the women and guys around one another? As well as the php and housing with the classes. Do you have groups and all that with the opposite sex? It's kind of a distraction for me that's why I am asking lol but while I'm here how is the food and are there TV's in the detox rooms and basically is it comfortable? I have 4 stars to write this comment obvi not bc I know how it is here. So please let me know, hopefully you can comment on this post, not really sure how it works lol thank y'all!

Findlay Recovery Center is truly life-changing. The facility is clean, welcoming, and filled with people who genuinely care. My case manager Kalee was my light during one of the darkest times in my life — always bright, encouraging, and reminding me there was hope when I couldn’t see it. My therapist Megan always knew just what to say and never made me feel like a burden. She helped me start to appreciate myself again. Kody made learning both fun and informative (we both have lots of useless knowledge bouncing around in our heads, and somehow it worked!). Devon made sure everyone felt seen, validated, and—let’s be honest—kept us from getting too squirrely! Vickey, my favorite driver and tech, was the first to rescue me from the darkness and help me find my light. Always smiling, always uplifting. And thank you to Mike, who runs this incredible place—you can tell he takes pride in it because the staff are happy and it shows. Oh, and Elliott—never a dull moment (in the best way)! The Brownies were amazing, and so was everything else. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares, this is it.

This place is absolutely amazing. Staff members are amazing. Nursing and a Provider 24/7 to help you with your detoxing. You are aloud to smoke up to like 8 times a day. Easiest detox ive ever experienced! This place gave me another chance!!

I have been to many inpatient psychiatric hospitals. This one was definitely one of the best. All the staff was extremely courteous and compassionate. Does not feel like a jail at all like other places. Reviews prior to 2025 obviously indicates a change in management and staff because everyone was exceptional. The therapist was awesome. And even charge nurse went out her way to ensure I was comfortable and could sleep during a difficult time. Thank you for treating me do nicely.

This is Tifanee and this is a good place to be in your struggling with. Both Addiction and mental health, No judgement from anyone the techs are all amazing, You also don’t need both to go with or addiction, or mental health or just one… you gotta want it for recovery to happen, sadly to say my boyfriend passed when I was at ridgeview and left to soon, 100% going back and do me, losing someone when you in a recovery can take a turn for the worse’s…. I gotta want it for recovery to work for me and I’m working thru things then plan on calling ridgeview, I gotta be 100… 10 stars for ridgeview.

I learned from Deanna and many others why are they all gown..that was family..many influences weren't helpful but most was in my life around good people with healthy teachings and skills to cope and manage life..I been trying to get back in hope it is still a blessing to the lost and broken. Alot of b a d people with agendas walk thru them doors I have witnessed but I listened to the skills triggers and teachings and that help goes along way that last a life time ..support groups are needed it is nearly impossible to do it alone

I have to say that I read these reviews and I felt extremely afraid for my Loved one, but after visiting my Loved one, I don't feel that way, they ( the staff ) were extremely kind, patient and went out of there way to help me. and my friend. the bathrooms were clean, no mold, no dirt, my loved one had his clothes and was being taken care of, this is a hard time for all involved. I know that some times the things that are best for us at a time when things are Not as they should be can be hard to deal with, maybe even feel like neglect, but are really what is best. That can be a hard pill to swallow. I have reconsidered my initial opinion based on the experience that I Had... and does not reflect the experience of anyone else. So if you have a Loved one there, let the system work! Pray and Let God do what he does best! Love

The wait time in the lobby was practically nonexistent. The office and exam room were both clean and welcoming. My medical assistant was kind and respectful. CNP Harris was phenomenal. She listened carefully, understood my concerns, and explained my health condition in a clear way. She also discussed different treatment options and took my lifestyle into account when choosing the medication to prescribe. The experience was definitely a ten out of ten!!

I wish i would have gotten the ladies name who was working the front desk tonight(3.6.26)around 5/5:30(was from South Carolina). She is such a welcoming and understanding person. I was there to drop some personal items off to a loved one, and i just want her to know her kindness was incredibly meaningful. She really went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. The whole interaction made me feel at ease about where my loved one is staying. She will always hold a special place in my heart. The act was small, but meant the world to me.

First off, let me divulge that I was in treatment from beginning of July 2021 to September 2021 for alcohol addiction and I received more than adequate treatment! It is incredibly disheartening to see that the reviews for this place aren't looking the best! At my time of treatment, I can't say enough good about the substance abuse education as well as the other education they provided that has proven helpful in my journey ! The staff at the time went above and beyond for all of us and not a single soul was left unattended to. God bless all who do their jobs exceptionally and if you're still struggling with recovery just know that you are worth helping and that nothing lasts forever! One foot in front of the other♡

I don't live in Ohio anymore... but during my time there I went to Syntero for therapy. My counselor introduced me to EMDR therapy, which was extremely beneficial for me. She helped me immensely during one of the toughest seasons of my life. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

I don't have enough words to express how great Devlac is! Definitely one of the better programs in the area-in fact, I'd say it's the BEST! Compassionate, caring & fun staff! Each and every one of them are invested in helping women overcome & prosper! I’ve been a patient here for several years, I’ve had three different therapists in this time, and two psychiatrists. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole operation. I’ve experienced more personal growth since starting therapy with Syntero, than I had in 15 years of prior therapy. I definitely recommend trying these guys, if you’re in need of this type of service.

Updating my review to 4 stars instead of 2.I have been going here for 5 years. Sad to see Dr. Bentley leave. He was awesome. This place is way better in every way than the Marion center. The pharmacy here is great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is one of the nurses is somewhat rude and confrontational at times. She should leave her opinions to the doctors and not try to give out medical/medication advice. The other nurse is very nice.

I realize that each of us have our own unique experience. But I will say for the VA that if you go to the trouble of filing a complaint in Dayton about any questionable or just bad treatment, that they take your complaint very seriously. They also hold the department or agency at the center of the complaint responsible. In regards to my complaint not only did the VA call me directly but a representative of the department concerning the complaint asked me to come into meet with them so they could hear directly what changes I was wanting or needing. Sometimes we lose people, and when that happens these words dont mean much. Its the worse experience of our life. None of us ever want it and we all dread it. In those cases there isnt any words that help. But for current situations outside of those circumstances like mine, my experience has been positive. Ive found 1 or 2 Drs that need to go back to bed-side manner school. One of them the class about fraternization and compassion and another about the privacy rights of secretly recording visits without the patients knowledge or consent. My VA office is in Lima Ohio. The facility is spotless and my appointments are always prompt and on time. Never have I waited uncomfortable periods of time and most times Ive barely set down before their calling my name after checking in. I will say hgowever it was a mistake to remove the kiosks. I realize that older veterans may have troube with technology but those kiosks can be designed with ease of use in mind for EVERYONE. 4 STARS for LIMA VA
