I've been here for years love both My Dr and counselor they become family practically. They genuinely care about each person. And they work with you way more than any other place would. I could go to the clinic 4 miles from my house but choose to drive the 45 mins because this place is the absolute best!

This is the nicest place I've been in my journey. Tammie is an absolute joy to have as a service coordinator. Taylor, Alison, and Guy are some of the best group therapists I've ever had. Becky, Shelly, and Desiree are wonderful, too, always answering my questions and there to keep me calm despite the overwhelm. My life is turning around after being here! Clean facility and healthy meals. I would welcome the opportunity to work here someday.

They are all amazing, they know me and all my trauma, they saved my life more than once, easy to talk to and understand that people have real life problems and they care. Thats what matters to me most.... Since the 1st time I was here in 2017 I felt ilke I had hope after all. I have been clean since and all because of this wonderful place and all the staff. I NEVER have to wait on my scripts. They are sent before I hang up or walk out the door so to whomever posted this comment under my name, shame on u. If not for this place I probably wouldn't be here.

I had my first visit to the HJ Heinz Campus today, wow, was I impressed! All the Staff were so welcoming. Jim in the CT room, super nice and accommodating. The Canteen was spotless and great breakfast sandwiches. I called my wife after my appointment and told her how well they care for us Vets.

I just had my last Jade appointment
The staff at Jade - Alex Dan Emily Gloria the doctors all of them Rosie are just fantastic you couldn't ask for someone to care more and someone to try more and if you're really serious about getting clean and living a different life Jade is definitely the place for you. Even if you're not clean and you're just trying to get there and you're brand new at it Jade is the place for you I can't think of a situation good or bad that Jade would not be as helpful as they possibly can be. I just know so many successful people that have come from Jade in their recovery they've just gotten very far to whenever they first started it Jade didn't even have a place to live. I feel like Jane is always went above and beyond but you know they needed to.
The fact that pretty much any time of night or day if you have to get a hold of someone in an emergency you can- it is not like that it all other facilities that I've been to. Jade is the only outpatient facility that I have went to and trust me I went to a lot of them that actually care. It's super sad because I've been with Jade for such a long time. I will miss Kristen forever and this is super hard to move on but I would recommend Jade over any other rehab facility in the world and if you are a patient at Jade you are lucky to be there and you should take advantage of everything that they have to offer because it's such a great facility and they truly do care. I wish all the staff yhe best and thank you for how far I have come thanks to you guys and to know you truly make a huge difference. I have three kids that are happy, healthy and in a nice home because of Jade and I couldn't be more grateful.

When I went to teen challenge, I fought it all the way at first. When I arrived I was greeted with the nicest , caring, staff that made me feel welcome, warm and comfortable. During my stay at TC I learned alot about myself and how to deal with life head on. I was able to learn about God and work on my relationship with God. Everyone at TC between the staff and the clients have touched my life in away I just can't explain I would reccomend teen challenge to anyone who is struggling and is ready to surrender. I spent six weeks at the Greenbriar Wexford outpatient facility at a very difficult time in my life. My counselors (Ken and Sasha) were simply the best. I learned a lot of tools necessary for my recovery and I feel they definitely put me on the right path. I would recommend this facility for anyone who is experiencing a drug or alcohol addiction problem. I am certainly satisfied!

I recently completed my treatment today after 13 weeks. I am happy to share that I am a new person and living a new sober life thanks to Ron my therapist- along with the rest of the staff. This place may not be the best with bed situations but they really do care and try I will say if you want to get clean you can definitely do it here yes some people sneak things in but in reality that's everywhere the only thing I can say to help prevent it from happening while they are there is stop having patients take out trash & also they leave notes on windows for people to see & drop drugs off zoey tried very hard to get me to stay about 2 years ago but I wasn't ready yet this was one of my first rehabs & it surely can be way worse also they try to keep the guys and girls away from eachother but it doesn't work well I feel like they should drop that rule all together

I went there 2 times last year, they were always very professional, I love that they explain their findings and options with you. A great place with nice staff and Dr's. They are courteous and quick to get you signed in, taking their time with you. The waiting time is sometimes stressful but besides that overall I think it has became a great place.

I was admitted to ICU with an undiagnosed heart condition. The staff couldn't have been nicer from the nurses to the doctors to the lab and even food service. I did have one incident where nobody answered my call bell even though the staff was in the nurses station. My procedure was well explained to me and it was helpful for my diagnosis. I only wish that toiletries were supplied.

UPMC is a highly professional and reputable facility. They took good care of me when I was there in 2016. It is a psychiatric ward-- so don't expect a five star hotel with a butler. They provide the care and services that they promise on and there doctors look out for the best interest of their patients. The staff remains friendly and professional despite a ton of chaos due to the nature of the environment.

Was on the fence about having my child admitted to any psych hospital, but they needed professional help immediately. Decided western was the best option and they did not disappoint. My child was content and safe while hospitalized and came home feeling like themselves again. The staff handled all prescriptions in a very timely manner and all follow up appointments. They called and checked in with me regularly throughout my child's stay. No one wants to have to take their kid for psych evaluation, but if you find yourself in this situation, I would see if western is the right place for your child's needs.

Though I find this institution to be filled to capacity, they still make it work out. I was there for over one week and the staff were outstanding. I’d like to give a special shoutout to security (Lindsay & Bev) Dr. Schindler (she is amazing) and the rest of the staff Ms. Neaka, Alexis, Nicole, Cam (the best to ever do it), Shiloh, Bennie, Spidey (too cool for school), DAYRON (the most patient and youngest of the staff members!), Justin (the peer specialist, who had a great talk with me because he once was in my shoes.) I would never forget the Nurses (Ms. Lisa, Ms. Kim, Ms. Tina, Matt, Mr. Taylor, Amanda & Zoe). Thank you all for all the hard work and dedication you all put in! Honorable mention is Fiona & Odessa! Sojourner House offers a unique healing expe for women in addition in that it United and often reunified women in recovery with their child or children and their families. My husband is there and I never leave reviews but this place or let me say the people that work at that place are so awesome I can’t express just how great they really are. I’m four hours from there and had to bring some personal items for my husband but I have to work during the day ,they’re cut off time for drop off is 4 or 6PM, I didn’t get there till after 9 o’clock and they were so understanding and nice about it. And my husband isn’t the friendliest and doesn’t really care for people but he’s in such a good space it sounds and he’s actually getting something from being there.He says the people are great there. I’ve had to call there for a few times. I missed 3 phone calls so I had to make sure he was OK The person on the other end of the phone actually called him up to there and let me speak to him to let me know he was OK and to let him know I was OK that I didn’t answer and little things like that really mean A lot. If you’re seeking treatment, you’re a male I would check this place out 110%.

I was there for 45 days was admitted on October 14 2024 and this place will always be the place that changed my life. Most of the employees were wonderful the clients all worked together to help each other out no one went with out if
someone needed something between the staff and clients we got shit done. I had never laughed so hard for so long! It’s a truly amazing place as long as you do what you’re supposed to..it is what you make of it. It can only change you if you want it to change you but obviously they can’t force you. In order for any rehab to work you have to want it. Although most clients were court ordered there a lot of us took it seriously and I hope you do too.
