Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal. However, the majority of my communications were with Megan, Emily and David. I must give them special recognition for my sincerest appreciation. Thank you Provive Wellness for caring for my son above and beyond my expectations. Tina & Thomas

I’ve been with Provive for about a month or so now. I was having urges to drink myself into a blackout state. Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. Megan had reached out to check on me and she was able to help me through without relapsing…. Thank you, Megan for all your help!!

6 years sober here after running the methadone program for 2 years to get off of opiates and benzos. Shout out to vanja, dawn, julissa and the rest of the nursing staff for helping make recovery possible. Some people go to get sober. Some people go to maintain getting high in a safe way when doing the methadone program. To each their own. I personally made a goal and got off and never looked back! So thankful for this program. It saves my life.

This is my 2nd review. My 1st review was from 3 years ago when I first started at Northeast Family Healthcare. Since then I had to transfer because I moved and I thought that I would write another review to let people know that for 3 years the staff faithfully stayed true to their teachings and never once judged me or made me feel like a low piece of s@%! even when I relapsed. I never had to lie who I was and cheat my way thru the program to stay in the program. After being a client at Northeast Family Healthcare in Quakertown for 3 years, I can honestly say this clinic has been life-changing for me. Having to transfer due to my move to another County was one of the hardest parts about relocating. What sets Northeast Family Healthcare apart is their incredible staff. Every person I encountered there treated me with dignity, respect, and genuine care. In recovery settings, being treated like a human being rather than just another case makes all the difference. i do want to base this review on my therapist. I cannot emphasize enough how instrumental Anna was in my recovery journey. In my 20+ years in various treatment programs (since 1999), I've NEVER connected with a therapist the way I did with Anna from day one. For all three years, she was my rock and a consistent source of support. What made Anna exceptional was her genuine approach to therapy. She truly listened - not just nodded along, but actually remembered details from our previous sessions. During my struggles and occasional relapses, she never once responded with anger, criticism, or disappointment. Instead, she helped me explore what happened, develop better coping strategies, and work through my underlying traumas. Anna's sincerity and passion for helping others is evident in everything she does. She clearly loves her job, and that authentic care makes all the difference for clients like me. I can confidently say that without her guidance, I wouldn't be clean today. Anna, I am going to miss you so much. You clearly were a gift from God. Thankyou for being you and accepting me for me. i had so much fun in our weekly Zoom meetings. I am clean today with the help from you and never giving up on me. Please keep in touch and if you ever find another job please keep my contact info and let me know. (This is a prime example of why stable treatment is a must and consistently having the same therapist instead of always getting a new therapist assigned to you.) For anyone seeking treatment at Northeast Family Healthcare (1040 S West End Blvd, Quakertown, PA 18951), whether for methadone or Suboxone treatment, know that you'll be in compassionate, capable hands. The entire team creates an environment where healing feels possible, even when you've struggled for decades like I had. I will deeply miss this facility and the incredible people who work there, especially Anna. They've set the standard for what quality, compassionate addiction treatment should look like.

I had the best experience at Eagleville in regards to the therapist, Miss Bonnie & Miss Elonda. Miss Bonnie was my therapist and she truly goes above & beyond not only for her clients but for any client that needs an ear to listen or advice on a situation. Her door was always open and still is even though I am no longer there. I just celebrated a year clean and Miss Bonnie plays a huge part in that. She helped me to grow in ways I never thought I could but because of how genuine she is I felt comfortable to open up and I respect her in so many ways and because of that I was able to open up and deal with things I didn't think I could. I had to end a really toxic relationship and Miss Bonnie sat with me just because she knew I needed the support. She will always hold a special place in my heart. On another note..... our case manager on the woman's side, Lordess unfortunately did not contribute these same caring characteristics. On many occasions Miss Bonnie would assist with situations that were for Lordess but we went to Miss Bonnie because we knew she would get it done because she cares about the well being of her clients. If I wouldn't have taken the initiative to find a recovery house I would've been discharged to the street. Also I filled out 2 applications. 1 for my social security card and 1 for my Birth Certificate and 3 months later I still do not have them. I believe that Eagleville, Cedar building needs a case manager that is going to care and participate in the clients well being as much as Miss Bonnie and Miss Elonda.

I’m not sure how to adequately put into words how thankful I am for this school. My son was diagnosed with autism in December 2023. To say I was scared and clueless, would be an understatement. Daycare couldn’t handle him and I was so lost. When I found First Children’s Services, it was as if the clouds parted to let the sun shine through. The staff at First Children’s are compassionate and highly trained to help my son be the best version of himself. They are my lifeline and I am so grateful to have them in my court advocating for my son’s overall success. I honestly can’t recommend First Children’s Services enough. Got chemicals in my eyes accidentally. They got me in quickly enough, two of the people were the nicest you could imagine, and when you're having water pumped behind your eyeballs, it's pretty unpleasant. The woman running the machine stayed with me the whole time and offered me all kinds of blankets and pillows and then essentially held me in place to help me through the pain. Only reason it's not five stars is because the woman handling my case Said that I would need another dose of pain medication. And she was not kidding, I was crying like a baby. Said she would be back soon with my prescriptions and another shot of pain medicine. Sat there for almost another hour and a half waiting for her. Eventually I feel that she may have overheard me, or saw my body language, keep in mind I can't see at this point, And she passed off my prescriptions to someone else to give me. But she also decided that she no longer wanted me to have that painkiller . I'm No drug seeker, but I also know that Tylenol is not put here for chemical burns on your eyeballs 😁 I genuinely think she walked up as I was complaining to my wife about her taking so long while I was literally in excruciating pain, and possibly was offended enough to take away the Demerol injection from my chart. So I just got to leave in extreme pain, with a Tylenol prescription.... I eventually passed out from The pain when I arrived home. Sight was good when I first woke up, but it's deteriorating as I try to type this

I was a patient at RFS over a year. Coreen was a great therapist for my conditions and struggles. I felt that I was in a place where I can be very comfortable in expressing myself without being judged. She helped me realize parts of myself that I realized were connected with my problems and past. For that, I am truly thankful for her help. I will suggest it would be more helpful in sessions to have more pragmatic questions and advice on how patients are going through areas of improvement and what would be the next steps moving forward. This would be a way for patients to stay focused on concrete goals to get better

This agency is top of the line! The experiences with staff there (counselors, receptionists, psychiatrists, and even management) has been excellent. I am thoroughly pleased with their Family Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS). And although the first two counselors were not good matches for my individual therapy, We finally made a connection with the next one! They do have a stringent attendance policy but with good reasons....without consistency there is not good progress. Very professional staff. Also very experienced and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for clients that are willing to put in the effort.:)
