I was being weaned off valium (post AFIB) and needed to be monitored. But I went to most of the sessions with these healing addicted people. Seeing these people getting their green bracelet and the smiles and friendliness was life changing and responded to them with congratulations. These people are my heroes and the sessions were amazing. The "Serenity Prayer" has been a relationship lifesaver. I know people friends, who were RCA and they also think it a amazing. They provide a therapeutic environment that allows clients the opportunity to heal and grow. They feed you well, the coffee is real and usually strong (though limited to meal times,) the gym is better than most. There are ample smoke breaks and there are decent amenities. It's not the Ritz, but it's not supposed to be. They're definitely understaffed, but the team they currently have is full of dedicated and compassionate people which made all the difference in my stay and helped my find direction and hope. The staff was nice, respectful and intelligent, very compassionate, and patient also, The cooks the counselor’s The Doctors, the day-to-day staff even the janitors were all nice and helpful and respectful. Anyway, the place was always clean. I was always respected. I was able to get the help and treatment that I needed and after let’s say about 25 days day, I was discharged with a treatment plan also with numbers and addresses that I might need help with outside of the treatment center.
