Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal.
However, the majority of my communications were with Megan, Emily and David. I must give them special recognition for my sincerest appreciation.

I’ve been with Provive for about a month or so now. I was having urges to drink myself into a blackout state. Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. Going to RCA was the best decision I made. I am so grateful for this place. What makes this place so special is the people who work here. I see them show up everyday. They are selfless and continuously check up on you. Whether you are inpatient, or alumni, they are always there for you. It really is a beautiful thing. I’ve developed strong relationships in sobriety because of RCA. I will be forever grateful carrying the message the gift of sobriety brings.

The positive impact on my life and recovery has been a HUGE BLESSING on my life and recovery.I have been at the facility now 30 days, I talked to my counselor Jess about long term stay because I feel that is what I need, she was right on top of it and got me approved. SO GREATFUL!! Also have been in the re-entry program with Alaina, who runs the group. I had the most eye opening experience at an outside AA meeting. For the 1st time ever, I raised my hand and shared at the meeting!! I cant tell you how super greatful I am to her for giving me that opportunity. It helped me to realize it really isn't that scary at all, to share at a meeting even being the new guy there. So thank you all so much for ALL THE POSITIVE EXPERIENCES!!

I have been coming to this location since the Mt.Pocono office was closed down. Ishima was my therapist at that site, and I make the drive to Allentown specifically to see her. In the three years I have been seeking treatment with Kidspeace, it's always been a positive experience. I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

I am very happy going to Montco Recovery Center. I get a lot out of my groups and I especially like my counselor Bill. He's very helpful in my recovery. I also get along with the majority of people in my groups. If anyone asks where to go for recovery I will definitely recommend Montco!

I picked this center because of it having all 5 star reviews, and many of them. I am happy to add one more to it! Ownership is amazing, and every staff member gets to know every client on a personal level. The center itself is a wonderful property. My counselor Chris is extremely relatable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bill makes groups fun and impactful. Angie and Pam bring years of inpatient experience to this outpatient experience. Pam’s art therapy breaks up the weeks with fun activities and Megan’s compassion and insight makes you feel comfortable about opening up. Probably my favorite group of the week is the last one on Fridays where Pastor Jay has everyone on the edge of their seat while roaring with laughter. All this creates an amazing community with the sober living being by far best experience in such I have ever had. PRC is an absolute 10/10!

This is hands down a 5 star facility and program. The entire staff is professional, supportive, and encouraging during your treatment here. I wouldn’t have made it as far as I have without being there. I did the outpatient program but other patients here enjoyed the housing program. There are a range of therapists to choose from and they’re all great. There are different group therapies to sign up for if you’re interested like yoga, raki, etc. Don’t hesitate and sign up to change your life.

I've been to better and been to worse. They provide a therapeutic environment that allows clients the opportunity to heal and grow. They feed you well, the coffee is real and usually strong (though limited to meal times,) the gym is better than most. There are ample smoke breaks and there are decent amenities. It's not the Ritz, but it's not supposed to be. They're definitely understaffed, but the team they currently have is full of dedicated and compassionate people which made all the difference in my stay and helped my find direction and hope. I'm very satisfied and grateful.🙏

I loved Malvern. Their counselors, their techs, and the groups especially helped me a lot. I am 7 months sober since July 13th, and I can say Malvern helped a lot in that. Thank you so much!!!!!!! I am writing this review on behalf of the outstanding care that I received at Valley Forge Hospital. From the moment I walked in the Security guards were so very helpful. Once I completed they took me to my room. My first bed was on the third floor. The nurses were fabulous. They took such good care of me fantastic. All of the nursing staff was excellent. There was a time that I was having trouble with one of my medications and Megan the charge nurse went out of her way to help me. Once I met my counselor Fred I knew that I was on my way to healing. He always took his time to go over and above to listen to me. He was very honest and truthful to me. Plus he always offered candy after our session. Once I moved over to the Ranch I came in contact with Davon. He was the most knowledgeable compassionate caring loving Leader at Valley Forge Once I moved to the Ranch I was blessed to meet Kevin. They made the stay at the Ranch so much easier. The speakers that did groups. Always gave fantastic knowledge of the N/A and A/A program. The counselors are highly qualified and compassionate, as are the administrative staff.
In addition, I had the opportunity of touring their sober living men's house located a few miles from the facility. It is a beautiful contemporary home offering a comfortable and safe environment for the residents.

I had emergency colon surgery in March at Allentown. Unfortunately, they did it in a hurry because that what was necessary at the time. I had 9 weeks of pain and issues and required a second emergency surgery in May. The good news is, then I met Dr. Daniel J. Bowers. He became my regular doctor through this and I saw him several times. He is an excellent doctor and a very good man. He always took time to explain my situation with understanding and compassion when I was at a very low point in my life. I've been home 2 weeks and haven't felt this good in months. I finally feel like everything is behind me. A special thanks to Dr. Stewart and medical student Nate. AND the 8th floor nursing staff, especially Faye and Sam!!! I could never do the kind of work that these medical professionals do every day! But, I am grateful that they do! God bless them all!

Just came back from there I was there last night and again today for my asthma doctors who was not even my doctors help me at least like 5 or 6 people in the room felt like I was gone die but very good caring and nice people

JADA, Ray, and Dr. Patel , was a great team , the hospitality was A1 they gave me water tea offered me soda . 03-2010. So I have been clean and sober for 12 years. If you work it it will help you and work. So if you are rea8to leave the drugs behind come and give it a chance. It's not going to be easy at first I promise you it will get easier as time goes on. You will have good and bad days but that's a part of the recovery process. I've been dealing with something from a DUI from 2012. I lost my job. I had to move. I cannot get anybody to help me and I've been sober now for many years. I haven't drank in many many years and for almost 7 months my license has been suspended. After it was reinstated from 2012, I renewed it four times. This is the fifth time I went to renew it. Mind you, I live in New Jersey. This happened in Pennsylvania and they were saying that they don't have all my paperwork. My old lawyer wouldn't even help me out. They said they have more important things to do. I paid some other company 300 bucks. I've spent hours and hours and hours trying to get this resolved. Titling companies bucks county courthouse Doylestown courthouse Court of clerks I got nowhere absolutely nowhere except frustration and anger again. I was making sometimes three phone calls a day trying to get through to PennDOT and always getting a different answer. They wanted stuff from 2012. You don't even have to keep medical or tax records for that long so to speak.
The one place over in Pennsylvania said I would have to go back and do IOP and they wanted a 5-month update on how I was doing. I've graduated IOP and I've been sober ever since
Unfortunately, I did not find out about this place till about a month ago. Unfortunately I moved from Jersey to Michigan so it's been a little bit of a pain
I was dealing with one of the other places regarding DUIs common law places in Pennsylvania that the court basically works with, but absolutely one of the worst experience in my life.
But again it wasn't till almost the 7th month of dealing with this that I was told I could go and try to deal with another facility
However, livinggren has been beyond helpful beyond sympathetic to my situation. They are absolutely trying to help me.
HELEN and JAMIE, are absolutely amazing! Everyone that I've spoken to there has been absolutely amazing, but these two women in particular that have been trying to help me are just absolutely god sense. So I'm sure that everyone else at that facility is just absolutely amazing as well. I only wish I found this place when I needed help with my substance abuse but better late than never they say!!

6 years sober here after running the methadone program for 2 years to get off of opiates and benzos. Shout out to vanja, dawn, julissa and the rest of the nursing staff for helping make recovery possible. Some people go to get sober. Some people go to maintain getting high in a safe way when doing the methadone program. To each their own. I personally made a goal and got off and never looked back! So thankful for this program. It saves my life.

This is my 2nd review. My 1st review was from 3 years ago when I first started at Northeast Family Healthcare. Since then I had to transfer because I moved and I thought that I would write another review to let people know that for 3 years the staff faithfully stayed true to their teachings and never once judged me or made me feel like a low piece of s@%! even when I relapsed. I never had to lie who I was and cheat my way thru the program to stay in the program. After being a client at Northeast Family Healthcare in Quakertown for 3 years, I can honestly say this clinic has been life-changing for me. Having to transfer due to my move to another County was one of the hardest parts about relocating.
What sets Northeast Family Healthcare apart is their incredible staff. Every person I encountered there treated me with dignity, respect, and genuine care. In recovery settings, being treated like a human being rather than just another case makes all the difference. i do want to base this review on my therapist.
I cannot emphasize enough how instrumental Anna was in my recovery journey. In my 20+ years in various treatment programs (since 1999), I've NEVER connected with a therapist the way I did with Anna from day one. For all three years, she was my rock and a consistent source of support.
What made Anna exceptional was her genuine approach to therapy. She truly listened - not just nodded along, but actually remembered details from our previous sessions. During my struggles and occasional relapses, she never once responded with anger, criticism, or disappointment. Instead, she helped me explore what happened, develop better coping strategies, and work through my underlying traumas.
Anna's sincerity and passion for helping others is evident in everything she does. She clearly loves her job, and that authentic care makes all the difference for clients like me. I can confidently say that without her guidance, I wouldn't be clean today. Anna, I am going to miss you so much. You clearly were a gift from God. Thankyou for being you and accepting me for me. i had so much fun in our weekly Zoom meetings. I am clean today with the help from you and never giving up on me. (This is a prime example of why stable treatment is a must and consistently having the same therapist instead of always getting a new therapist assigned to you.)

I've been a patient here since 2015 amd they saved my life for sure. I had lost everything due to my addiction and since going here I've rebuilt my life from the ground up. I have a home multiple vehicles a wife and 2 amazing kids and I couldn't have done it without this place. I work some crazy hours sometimes being away for a couple days at a time and they have made sure I have my medication no matter what. Dr. Jennifer Dailey (the Allentown VA Chiropractor) is absolutely THE BEST! I have seen over a dozen chiropractors since my service injury in 2012 and she is undoubtedly the one that has helped me regain quality of life, and reduce most of my pain. Dr. Dailey dug deep into my injuries with proper technique, she thinks outside the box to find solutions, she never cuts a corner when providing my adjustment, and she has supported me with at home tips and tricks to continue my healing. I used to have pain just walking and simply existing in my daily life, but because of her and her team, I am now able to become more active, have significantly less pain, and sleep uninterrupted throughout the night.
If you are a veteran in pain, do yourself a favor and ask for her. If you are an employee or supervisor at the VA, go shake her hand because she deserves it.

My 16 year old son attended the High Focus IOP program this summer and it really helped him. He was really struggling when he started and Lyra was wonderful at getting him to sort out why his coping methods were working against him. My teen attended the IOP program which was run by Lyra and gained alot of self-awareness and valuable skills to help with struggles of everyday life in this crazy world we live in.
