Called Journey pure at my lowest point in life and from the first day I called they helped me put myself back together, from therapy to medication to help myself stay sober. The entire staff from the lady answering the call on intake to the doctors and therapists, they all have your best interest in mind and are there to help and MAKE SURE you improve your quality of life with sobriety. Tim Byrum has been the greatest therapist anyone could ask for. I highly recommend him as a Therapist and Journey pure as a facility. I never thought i'd be at 31 days sober but here I am and IM PROUD OF IT!

The group therapist Tim Byrum is hands down the best group therapist this facility has. He goes above and beyond for the people in the group and I truly felt connected with the group and Tim when attending his group. I’ve tried other therapist at Journey pure but there wasn’t a lot of involvement with others and the connection and trust wasn’t there like it was with Tim. Journey pure has a true asset having Tim and other therapist there could really learn a lot from Tim. Groups with Tim felt like family lots of involvement you never felt alone and he really taught me a lot and made things easy to understand more so taught me to take a step back and look at the bigger picture and the knowledge I learned in just the few days I was in his group I will carry with me in this long journey of sobriety thank you Tim for everything!!

My experience at Rolling Hills Hospital in Franklin, TN was truly life-changing. The entire staff worked together to create a safe, supportive environment. Therapists Lynndee and Becca were outstanding—compassionate, patient, and skilled at helping you open up and make real progress.
The nursing team was attentive, respectful, and always willing to help, no matter how busy things were. The administration office was organized, understanding, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish.

Drs. and staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Drs. answered all my questions and gave me hope. I felt better after my first infusion. I have been depressed for over 30 years. I have tried numerous medications and other procedures without relief. Finally I was able to feel normal again. What a strange feeling. I'm getting infusions every 2 weeks now. Thank God. My son has been vomiting for months. We were sent to Dr. Davenport. He immediately started tests that nobody else would. His last test/surgery didn’t give him the results he wanted, so he’s scheduled to dig into the gallbladder further. He explains everything very well and isn’t going to stop till he finds out why my son is vomiting 4 times a week. I finally feel like we are in good hands for the first time in months

The most absolute amazing office hands down. I've ever been to in my thirty six years earth! You walk in and they you feel welcome! Dr. Romeo is the best with treating any SUBSTANCE ABUSE. Smyrna staff is the best . Only problem I have is billing . I have commercial insurance from my employer. So to get in to be seen . One has to give a Debit card number to their hired billing services. We have been charged up to three times the amount of our copay . It comes straight out of our bank account without any warning. This could case major problems with my bank account. When I call the billing service . They talk down to me . Non of the " Well let's take a look at the problem sir " . Then once the mistake is found . It takes forever to get back in my account. Spero Health needs to have a Debit card scanner like most Docto offices. Again this is no fault of the Smyrna staff . They will do anything in their power to help someone !! They are great !! 10/9/24 When I try to call the CEO of Spero Health . No answer from Steve Priest and I can't leave a message. Just to voice my concern about this issue. Thanks

My first time around wasn't great, but the second time was wonderful. My doctor, not sure his name, African-American man was wonderful. State hospital so ofcourse, no money, but nonetheless, you'll eat and have a wonderful stay, so long as you mind your own business. Thank you, doctors for taking care of us. :)

I wanted to write a review to say how thankful I am to this facility and the incredible team (special shout out to my therapist Angela and Josh )who work here. Upon arrival I was going through it. From the very beginning the staff welcomed me with compassion, respect, and patience. Not only did they provide incredible treatment- they provided me with a family-like support. I felt understood, safe, and valued.
The therapists and facilitators earnestly listened and helped me navigate through the most difficult time of my life . Thanks to them I made progress and built confidence, learned healthier ways to cope, and began to learn how to love myself. I never felt alone, and felt encouraged and cared for each and every step of the way.
