If you’re looking for help that actually helps you, you’re in the right place. JourneyPure is the best in-network addiction treatment option in Tennessee and Kentucky and one of the top providers in the country. JourneyPure is the leading in-network option for addiction treatment in Kentucky and Tennessee. As seen in hundreds of positive review
Put simply, JourneyPure saved my life. I was at the proverbial fork-in-the-road where I could die or I could choose to take action and regain control of my destiny. I chose the latter and I m better for it.The staff at JP-Franklin are second to none. From intake, to the billing department (Chance), to my group therapy sessions (and my therapist, Tim...awesome dude), and my coach (Jackie) I was shown love, care, and support by everyone with whom I came in contact, staff and fellow patients alike. They provided me with a judgement-free environment where I was able to be honest and vulnerable to get the most out of my recovery. I came in to the program in absolute tatters and left with my head held high. I was given the tools necessary to ensure that I started my journey of recovery on the right path.To anyone reading this and debating facilities or programs, please stop looking. This is the spot you need to be. If it worked on me, I assure you it can work on you. Do yourself a favor, make the decision to get sober at JourneyPure. I promise it ll be one of the best decisions you ever made in your life. The journey of a million miles starts with the first step. Take that first step with these folks.

Called Journey pure at my lowest point in life and from the first day I called they helped me put myself back together, from therapy to medication to help myself stay sober. The entire staff from the lady answering the call on intake to the doctors and therapists, they all have your best interest in mind and are there to help and MAKE SURE you improve your quality of life with sobriety. Tim Byrum has been the greatest therapist anyone could ask for. I highly recommend him as a Therapist and Journey pure as a facility. I never thought i'd be at 31 days sober but here I am and IM PROUD OF IT!

The group therapist Tim Byrum is hands down the best group therapist this facility has. He goes above and beyond for the people in the group and I truly felt connected with the group and Tim when attending his group. I ve tried other therapist at Journey pure but there wasn t a lot of involvement with others and the connection and trust wasn t there like it was with Tim. Journey pure has a true asset having Tim and other therapist there could really learn a lot from Tim. Groups with Tim felt like family lots of involvement you never felt alone and he really taught me a lot and made things easy to understand more so taught me to take a step back and look at the bigger picture and the knowledge I learned in just the few days I was in his group I will carry with me in this long journey of sobriety thank you Tim for everything!!

I don't know how to describe the transformation that occurred to me while at Rolling Hills but I'll try. I've never been in an environment with people who could help me transmute my anger into service to others but Rolling Hills did it. I must say that spending a week in this place was well worth the time. It allowed me to reset and it gave the doctor time to get my medications worked out. I was very pleased with all the nurses and and workers that I worked with.

i went here for impatient for about a week, now i'm in their outpatient program now. i found it very helpful and most of the staff is very caring and genuinely want to help you. i wish i had a little more time with the psychiatrist while inpatient, but i understand they have tons of patients to see, and with the little time i had with the doctor, he did really care and figured out my diagnosis. the food was decent, i have a vegan diet and there wasn t too much for me but they tried to accommodate for me. in Inpatient they have group sessions that are either educational or just fun, most of them i enjoyed and found helpful. they also have a little yard so we did get to spend some time outside which was nice, made me not feel as trapped.their Outpatient Program has been very helpful with tons of different group topic and informational handouts so you can go home and keep working on your healing journey yourself. and they continue to help with medication management and help you find therapists, psychiatrists, and groups outside for once you leave.overall i had a good experience and would highly recommend this for treatment if you re looking for yourself or loved ones!

My husband daughter and I have been attending Mercys for mental health services. We're more connected and healthier because of this place. It's not easy learning how you were raised was abusive. It's not easy realizing your the reason your child is struggling because of your unhealed trauma. There's no shame in recognizing these patterns behaviors and changing them to being connected and loving. My husband and I do separate therapy. My husband and I attend marriage counseling. My daughter husband and I completed play therapy together and haven't looked back. My daughter still sees her own therapist while her daddy and I continue to learn and grow. It's all covered by medicaid! It's not easy but it's worth it! You and your family deserve to be your best loving selves. Let's stop the disregulated projections and let's start connecting with coregulating boundaries and self love! Tahlia Peek is a super star! We can not say enough wonderful things about her! She's the kindest most proffesional informed connected therapist I've ever come across. My husband really enjoys his therapy with Paul. These therapist have lived a hard life and have healed themselves and are now healing others. This place is a gold mine! It's a privilege to attend Mercys. One that we are eternally grateful for. If your not ready to look at the role you play in your family unit then maybe you aren't ready. If your willing to show up for yourself and your kids and you want to raise them differently than you were raised but don't know how? Then call Mercys and get started. All the up front desk lady's are so sweet and kind. We live in bon aqua but happily drive to franklin to receive these services via Mercys. All paid for by state medicaid!

My son has been vomiting for months. We were sent to Dr. Davenport. He immediately started tests that nobody else would. His last test/surgery didn t give him the results he wanted, so he s scheduled to dig into the gallbladder further. Dr. Davenport is excellent. As someone who has struggled with GI issues for years, it s important for me to work with a doctor who is willing to partner with me in getting to the bottom of the issue and he does just that. He s patient, always allows me to ask questions and I never feel rushed. I have always left my appointments feeling confident in the treatment plans discussed.

Known as “Music City", Nashville, Tennessee, is an epicenter for country music and is home to Cumberland Heights Treatment Center. Only place in this part of the country that could help me. Had to come from over 200mi away because everywhere else had "doctors" in their early 20s that shouldn't even be allowed to practice at a rinky-dink medicine wagon show. If you're an especially stupid kind of addict like me, that uses substances too new for street names then you need to be aware that CH is one of maybe 3 places in the country that does actual research on addiction & novel substances of abuse. So they can and will do everything that is medically legal - regardless of bulls*** protocols - to properly detox YOU & save your life. In addition to the medical staff, the counselors, CAs, therapists and other staff were all wonderful. Special shout-outs to Natalie , Ed, Eddy, big John, Amanda, Deana, Jack (happy retirement!), Dr. Z, Dr. Sledge, so many others. Patient-staff ratio felt like 4:1 though it's probably not quite that high. Small-group or 1-on-1 therapy sessions almost every day. You can call family every day once detoxed, and might be able to have a visitation. You also get an hour with your mobile phone every 2-3 days. They hand you a tablet for appts/notes that also allows access to YT, being able to play music on headphones was a big deal for me.It's an expensive place, especially if your insurance is trash but it's worth every penny. First time I was here I stayed clean 11 years, second time they helped me pinpoint exactly where I screwed up and now I know how to stay clean the rest of my life.

This place has gone way down hill. I have been a patient for over 6 years. The Dr s, Counselors and staff are very nice and I thought that they all actually cared about patients until today s interactions. Oh and the wait times are getting ridiculous. My last appointment took almost 2 hours. Then today I needed to have a Tele-health visit because my radiator in my car needed replacing. I live over an hour away from my clinic. I have called 4 times since yesterday and still no one has returned my calls. I am always on time for appointments, take meds as prescribed. Don t cause issues. Today has made me feel very uncared about.*** I wanted to do an edit to say that things have gotten so much better the last few months. I really appreciate the changes they have made and wanted people to know.

One of the best experiences I had was at Samaritan. Mr. Tim was director then and the staff was like family and the counselor were understanding and very helpful to your needs. I completed the 28 day program offered by Samaritan Recovery Jan 16, 2025.It is my 3rd treatment experience since 2002.I cannot say enough to express my gratitude for Samaritan but I am going try. First, they accepted me and others without insurance and at no cost to me. That s a minor miracle in today s world. I am 55 and Clients ages during my stay ranged in age 19-60. A good mix which created a unique environment. We had 12 step meetings each night on site and coffee each morning. All required to finish steps 1.2.3 before completing program. The staff was excellent!! Low tolerance for unhealthy behaviors and held us accountable without being unnecessarily authoritative. Then intake process was easy and admin staff was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The Samaritan facility/building is new, clean and first class. I does not resemble any nonprofit inpatient treatment center nor operate like any I ve ever seen.I received Individual counseling, valuable and interesting small group sessions facilitated daily by a designated counselor who cared. In speaking with other clients over 28 days I do not hear any complaint about their counselors either. They all also facilitate large group sessions in afternoon and I can say they were excellent and also showed that they cared about us and our growth and recovery .The food service/chef/cafeteria fed 35-43 clients 3 meals each day. All meals were very good, well balanced and of wide variety which was also a very pleasant surprise. The groups that were facilitated in afternoons were well designed, specific to and for people in early recovery and tooicsRelated to addiction and co occurring disorders. All facilitators were licensed professionals and 95% of staff is in recovery with long term success, decades of experience.Samaritan also has daily , morning meditation for all clients who wish to engage. It s proven to help those with addictions and co occurring disorders so I was very happy they facilitate daily meditation. A few minutes each day changed each day for the positive for me .The recovery, behavioral Technical support staff that managed clients needs was 24/7.All of them were actively in recovery themselves so they understood us. I believe all tech, support staff had close to or more than 10 years sobriety. They were patient, attentive and knowledgeable. Very Respectful and cared about the clients needs. That says a lot given fact that 40 people, all of whom were in Early recovery. Me included, Clients can be very hard to manage, and that s an understatement. Support staff was truly the glue that held us together.Samaritan also has fullTime clinical staff on site and Although I didn t have a lot of clinical needs I will say that clinical director director, medical physician and all nursing staff were very attentive on a daily basis for clients who required medications, check ups or medical requests. Again excellent staff. Very qualified and steady.Personally and without hesitation I can say that I had a great experience ant Samaritan.I came in shattered and broken and I left 28 days later hopeful, renewed and optimistic. I highly recommend this facility and their 28 day program. Lastly, I was also surprised that they have transitional sober living on site and after care programs. And Two things I really took advantage of in my free time was the music / sun room and small library.Amazing and so surprising given that Samaritan is a non profit. My experience and thier program is also clear and strong reflection of great donors and highly qualified executive staff. If your curious how it happened - My story went like this .I called, did assessment over the phone and 24 hours later I was picked up at a hotel near brick church and trinity lane .I was desperate and ready for a new life after havjng relapsed about 3 months earlier. Samaritan gave me every opportunity and more to build a strong foundation for long term sobriety. Truly grateful and cannot say enough about The programs and support I received at Samaritan Recovery..

I had a great counselor and amazing head rt lady's. Not to mention the front desk lady's. But I'm sensing a change with this new building it seems there more worried about there numbers being up than true recovery I guess that happens when the head people that don't even talk or come by to see the people in recovery run things. They seem more focused on painting a pretty picture in there numbers rather than that authentic spirit you could feel in the old samaritan. And if that is what is really transpiring than what a loss and such a disappointment. Greed kills the soul!

Brentwood Springs Detox is a leading drug and alcohol detox center in the south eastern part of Nashville, Tennessee.. The goal is to help you wean off addiction related toxins from your body and get it ready for the main therapy. Their medically supervised detox program helps you safely and effectively manage the physical symptoms of withdrawal.
I took a loved one here for detox, and an extended stay. The staff (while following all legal procedures) treated my family member with respect and empathy. The staff treat them like people, NOT like patients. They re accommodating and helpful. The facility is safe, comfortable, well maintained, and equipped to be a hospital without the irredentist lights and straight jackets.

Dr. Rothschild is the psychologist that first treated me and got me my 100% VA rating for ptsd, depression and anxiety. She is very good at her job, attentive, caring and understanding. I would say I would highly recommend her, but from my understanding she has now gone into more specialized sleep disorders medicine.

I attended Mirror Lake during aug-sept of 24. The place was pretty awesome. The staff was amazing. I can truly say that I never had a single issue with a single staff member. While I was attending there was a change in leadership. Let me tell you, it was a great move. The (boss man) you know who you are.....was great. He was out and about amongst us clients. He wanted to know what could be done to make our stay better. If it was possible he made it happened. He never told a lie, or exaggerated the truth. He also never just told you what you wanted to hear, just to get you out of the way. He was straight forward. I respect that in leadership. Ok. Now that we have that covered. I must say that the only thing that I did dislike...was having to be locked out of the cabins all day. I understand that we are there for recovery. Unfortunately, everyone does not rehabilitate the same way. That is an issue that may need to be addressed. Other than that one issue, this place is definitely a spot to chose for your or you loved ones recovery. Before I go, I have to mention the art class. The best 2 days of the week. Pure bliss, art, love, and music. She is truly a blessing to that place. Thank you Mirror Lake. Be Blessed.

I did my IOP at Foundations Nashville after leaving Black Bear Lodge. The transition was seamless. Even though we did IOP through ZOOM it was a GREAT experience. I had wonderful therapists: Lauren, Lyndee, and Dr. Dan! They offer lots of resources and the community and connection in the room and between the group members worked well despite the fact we were online.I highly recommend Foundations Nashville. I have dual diagnosis of addictions and depression and I came out of IOP much better than I came in and with the tools I need to continue my life long journey of recovery and discovery. Thanks again FRN IOP. I truly appreciate your partnership in my recovery!

Five stars to an amazing nurse who went ridiculously above and beyond to be kind to our daughter!!! Our 11 year old stayed for a week and accidentally forgot their plush kitty cat. An angel of a nurse saved it from who knows what and took the personal time to send it in the mail to our daughter. This is the difference that the staff at Trustpoint can make in the life of a struggling youth. We are without transportation and live an hour away. This nurse saved our family over a $100 Lyft/Uber roundtrip and restored a little girl their most favorite and treasured plushy. We've had to make some difficult decisions financially and this act of kindness was unexpected but ridiculously appreciated!

I have been there twice wants to get a EMG for my nerves the second to see the neurologist. Got there an hour early after making a 2-hour trip. And I was told that the window by the receptionist that the doctor had emergency surgery and that would be a few hours late I explained to him that I had drove 2 hours to get there I was an hour early could they not help me some way. The receptionist went to the nurse the nurse talked to me the nurse took me to the resident Doctor who had spoke to previously and he addressed my issues prescribed me some medications and told me my primary doctor would have to prescribe them. He sent that to the primary care doctor after 2 weeks of running around talking to the nurse the nurse the doctor or whatever I don't think I still had a prescription wrote yet I'm absolutely upset that I had to wait this long being in pain for 5 weeks I've had one procedure at the pain management in community care and I got another one tomorrow the 10th of November I hope to get some relief. Again let me get back to the Nashville VA I went down the patient advocate and highly recommended that everyone that I was talking to that morning be recognized for the outstanding abilities I even advised the patient advocate he should get something while at the same time saying that I had went to the Murfreesboro VA emergency room urgent care and while there the nurse did not do his job and told him today and they know the day that I was there to go back and look at the video camera that was in the room and see what he did in order so that the 80 year old people will not get abused.

I don't know how to describe the transformation that occurred to me while at Rolling Hills but I'll try. I've never been in an environment with people who could help me transmute my anger into service to others but Rolling Hills did it. They have some of the most incredible people there, both the staff and the other people who went through the program with me. It's more than worth it to help yourself or someone you love by putting you or them in the care of Rolling Hills.
