I came in to the program in absolute tatters and left with my head held high. Called Journey pure at my lowest point in life and from the first day I called they helped me put myself back together, from therapy to medication to help myself stay sober. The entire staff from the lady answering the call on intake to the doctors and therapists, they all have your best interest in mind and are there to help and MAKE SURE you improve your quality of life with sobriety. Tim Byrum has been the greatest therapist anyone could ask for. I highly recommend him as a Therapist and Journey pure as a facility. I never thought i'd be at 31 days sober but here I am and IM PROUD OF IT!

The group therapist Tim Byrum is hands down the best group therapist this facility has. He goes above and beyond for the people in the group and I truly felt connected with the group and Tim when attending his group. I ve tried other therapist at Journey pure but there wasn t a lot of involvement with others and the connection and trust wasn t there like it was with Tim. Journey pure has a true asset having Tim and other therapist there could really learn a lot from Tim. Groups with Tim felt like family lots of involvement you never felt alone and he really taught me a lot and made things easy to understand more so taught me to take a step back and look at the bigger picture and the knowledge I learned in just the few days I was in his group I will carry with me in this long journey of sobriety thank you Tim for everything!!

I don't know how to describe the transformation that occurred to me while at Rolling Hills but I'll try. I've never been in an environment with people who could help me transmute my anger into service to others but Rolling Hills did it. They have some of the most incredible people there, both the staff and the other people who went through the program with me. It's more than worth it to help yourself or someone you love by putting you or them in the care of Rolling Hills.

I must say that spending a week in this place was well worth the time. It allowed me to reset and it gave the doctor time to get my medications worked out. I was very pleased with all the nurses and and workers that I worked with.

i went here for impatient for about a week, now i'm in their outpatient program now. i found it very helpful and most of the staff is very caring and genuinely want to help you. i wish i had a little more time with the psychiatrist while inpatient, but i understand they have tons of patients to see, and with the little time i had with the doctor, he did really care and figured out my diagnosis. the food was decent, i have a vegan diet and there wasn t too much for me but they tried to accommodate for me. in Inpatient they have group sessions that are either educational or just fun, most of them i enjoyed and found helpful. they also have a little yard so we did get to spend some time outside which was nice, made me not feel as trapped.their Outpatient Program has been very helpful with tons of different group topic and informational handouts so you can go home and keep working on your healing journey yourself. and they continue to help with medication management and help you find therapists, psychiatrists, and groups outside for once you leave.overall i had a good experience and would highly recommend this for treatment if you re looking for yourself or loved ones!

I can t say enough good things about recovery unplugged in Brentwood! Andy was amazing to work with in the admissions process, Laura G was incredibly kind, and Lauren is a phenomenal therapist!

Best place I ve ever been to with an awesome staff.. food was great and the therapy I received was top notch. From top to bottom I would recommend this place to anyone. Austin in Alumni is the man and has been there for me since the beginning of my journey

Only place in this part of the country that could help me. Had to come from over 200mi away because everywhere else had "doctors" in their early 20s that shouldn't even be allowed to practice at a rinky-dink medicine wagon show. If you're an especially stupid kind of addict like me, that uses substances too new for street names then you need to be aware that CH is one of maybe 3 places in the country that does actual research on addiction & novel substances of abuse. So they can and will do everything that is medically legal - regardless of bulls*** protocols - to properly detox YOU & save your life. In addition to the medical staff, the counselors, CAs, therapists and other staff were all wonderful. Special shout-outs to Natalie , Ed, Eddy, big John, Amanda, Deana, Jack (happy retirement!), Dr. Z, Dr. Sledge, so many others. Patient-staff ratio felt like 4:1 though it's probably not quite that high. Small-group or 1-on-1 therapy sessions almost every day. You can call family every day once detoxed, and might be able to have a visitation. You also get an hour with your mobile phone every 2-3 days. They hand you a tablet for appts/notes that also allows access to YT, being able to play music on headphones was a big deal for me.It's an expensive place, especially if your insurance is trash but it's worth every penny. First time I was here I stayed clean 11 years, second time they helped me pinpoint exactly where I screwed up and now I know how to stay clean the rest of my life.

The staff here are amazing! The depth of recovery knowledge and length of sobriety were life saving. So many loving people in one center made me feel incredibly supported. Getting sober is incredibly frightening in so many ways. And i couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm a little over 8 months sober now and extremely grateful for my new life.

The female doctor that I had there was amazing

This for people who have been on narcotics too long, rather legally or not. This place is for people who eventually want to quit narcotics, safety, and be reintroduced back into society as a functional, normal way of living.

This place has gone way down hill. I have been a patient for over 6 years. The Dr s, Counselors and staff are very nice and I thought that they all actually cared about patients until today s interactions. Oh and the wait times are getting ridiculous. My last appointment took almost 2 hours. Then today I needed to have a Tele-health visit because my radiator in my car needed replacing. I live over an hour away from my clinic. I have called 4 times since yesterday and still no one has returned my calls. I am always on time for appointments, take meds as prescribed. Don t cause issues. Today has made me feel very uncared about.*** I wanted to do an edit to say that things have gotten so much better the last few months. I really appreciate the changes they have made and wanted people to know.

One of the best experiences I had was at Samaritan. Mr. Tim was director then and the staff was like family and the counselor were understanding and very helpful to your needs. The new building looks like things have improved I just hope they don't take away the lil park and the gazebo. I touched and prayed and sang with and for alot of people in that Peace Park.

I completed the 28 day program offered by Samaritan Recovery Jan 16, 2025.It is my 3rd treatment experience since 2002.I cannot say enough to express my gratitude for Samaritan but I am going try. First, they accepted me and others without insurance and at no cost to me. That s a minor miracle in today s world. I am 55 and Clients ages during my stay ranged in age 19-60. A good mix which created a unique environment. We had 12 step meetings each night on site and coffee each morning. All required to finish steps 1.2.3 before completing program.The staff was excellent!! Low tolerance for unhealthy behaviors and held us accountable without being unnecessarily authoritative.Then intake process was easy and admin staff was polite, knowledgeable and professional.The Samaritan facility/building is new, clean and first class. I does not resemble any nonprofit inpatient treatment center nor operate like any I ve ever seen.I received Individual counseling, valuable and interesting small group sessions facilitated daily by a designated counselor who cared. In speaking with other clients over 28 days I do not hear any complaint about their counselors either. They all also facilitate large group sessions in afternoon and I can say they were excellent and also showed that they cared about us and our growth and recovery .The food service/chef/cafeteria fed 35-43 clients 3 meals each day. All meals were very good, well balanced and of wide variety which was also a very pleasant surprise.The groups that were facilitated in afternoons were well designed, specific to and for people in early recovery and tooicsRelated to addiction and co occurring disorders. All facilitators were licensed professionals and 95% of staff is in recovery with long term success, decades of experience.Samaritan also has daily , morning meditation for all clients who wish to engage.It s proven to help those with addictions and co occurring disorders so I was very happy they facilitate daily meditation. A few minutes each day changed each day for the positive for me .The recovery, behavioral Technical support staff that managed clients needs was 24/7.All of them were actively in recovery themselves so they understood us. I believe all tech, support staff had close to or more than 10 years sobriety.They were patient, attentive and knowledgeable. Very Respectful and cared about the clients needs. That says a lot given fact that 40 people, all of whom were in Early recovery. Me included, Clients can be very hard to manage, and that s an understatement. Support staff was truly the glue that held us together.Samaritan also has fullTime clinical staff on site and Although I didn t have a lot of clinical needs I will say that clinical director director, medical physician and all nursing staff were very attentive on a daily basis for clients who required medications, check ups or medical requests. Again excellent staff. Very qualified and steady.Personally and without hesitation I can say that I had a great experience ant Samaritan.I came in shattered and broken and I left 28 days later hopeful, renewed and optimistic. I highly recommend this facility and their 28 day program. Lastly, I was also surprised that they have transitional sober living on site and after care programs.And Two things I really took advantage of in my free time was the music / sun room and small library.Amazing and so surprising given that Samaritan is a non profit.My experience and thier program is also clear and strong reflection of great donors and highly qualified executive staff.If your curious how it happened - My story went like this .I called, did assessment over the phone and 24 hours later I was picked up at a hotel near brick church and trinity lane .I was desperate and ready for a new life after havjng relapsed about 3 months earlier. Samaritan gave me every opportunity and more to build a strong foundation for long term sobriety. Truly grateful and cannot say enough about The programs and support I received at Samaritan Recovery..

I had a great counselor and amazing head rt lady's. Not to mention the front desk lady's. But I'm sensing a change with this new building it seems there more worried about there numbers being up than true recovery I guess that happens when the head people that don't even talk or come by to see the people in recovery run things. They seem more focused on painting a pretty picture in there numbers rather than that authentic spirit you could feel in the old samaritan. And if that is what is really transpiring than what a loss and such a disappointment. Greed kills the soul!

Came here from the gallentin VA location due to doctor issues and Dr. P here at the plaza location and his staff were excellence. After many years of trying to get PT for my back issues one simple visit of Dr P hearing and understanding my pain he swiftly stepped into action to take care of me.Thanks team

Atlanta), I've received soooo much wonderful feedback about this Nashville Clinic(10/10):-Customer Engagement -Interaction/input with Decisions -Efficiency in scheduling appointments -Thorough Follow up(calls,texts,mail).In this time when soo many Of VA facilities are frequently criticized, this location deserves Positive Recognition!!!!!!(on behalf of my brother,a client for over 20 years).

Well this place saved my life ! There where several people I was in the class with that didn't make it . I made it ! There were 2 teachers there that I admired . I just wanna say thank you and my journey is awesome !

I went to the next door in may 2023 if i could write a book about my recovery journey. God and the staff at next door saved this old lady life. I love you all but My case manager. Destiny My provider Emily My nurse stephaine. And all the ladies there was awesome to me I am back doing php and jen and the other ladies are great to. I would recomemd this place to anyone thats ready to change. The live in program is 28 days but if your ready for a new way of life it is a awesome start. I absolutely love them

I took a loved one here for detox, and an extended stay. The staff (while following all legal procedures) treated my family member with respect and empathy. The staff treat them like people, NOT like patients. They re accommodating and helpful. The facility is safe, comfortable, well maintained, and equipped to be a hospital without the irredentist lights and straight jackets.

Cam the Man is the best he and his team are incredible and made me feel so comfortable in the most uncomfortable of times. Cody is the sweetest. Bless Davis for getting me in, too. Can t say enough of how appreciative and grateful i am for them!!!!

This place started the recovery process that saved my life. I ve been sober over 2 years! This place is truly special and saved my life.

Five stars to an amazing nurse who went ridiculously above and beyond to be kind to our daughter!!! Our 11 year old stayed for a week and accidentally forgot their plush kitty cat. An angel of a nurse saved it from who knows what and took the personal time to send it in the mail to our daughter. This is the difference that the staff at Trustpoint can make in the life of a struggling youth. We are without transportation and live an hour away. This nurse saved our family over a $100 Lyft/Uber roundtrip and restored a little girl their most favorite and treasured plushy. We've had to make some difficult decisions financially and this act of kindness was unexpected but ridiculously appreciated!

I love this place and After college I plan to work here as a CNA. I have 1 year until then. My experience at this place was okay but I believe one day I can help this place get better in whatever way I can.

My wife picked this rehab center for me. I suffered a rare cerebellar stroke. After a month of being in the hospital I was transferred here for a month they were absolutely amazing for the beginning of my recovery.

This is where you go if you want to get sober and live a fulfilling life.

My son went here after battling with addiction for over 10 years and this was the first rehab, out of about 30, that not only did he get sober, but he has stayed sober for over a year. This has been a miracle and game changer for our family.

Discovery Place is great! The brotherhood they create is so great for these guys to be able to lean on and trust each other. Matt Tidwell is a great asset to this organization!
