Our experience with Light House has been extraordinary. The staff are caring and communicative, the therapy team is excellent, and it is clear that for these folks, working at LH is truly a calling. Our son has grown and matured, gaining the confidence to pursue his goals. This is such a supportive community, and we are very grateful that he has become a part of it. We would highly recommend Light House to anyone who is serious about beginning the journey to recovery. Sara S.

I completed a full stay at the lighthouse sober living as well as went through their PHP, IOP, and SOP programs they offer. Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. I will forever be in debt to what this program gave me during the most formative year of my life. Lighthouse is one of very few places where every staff member truly just wants to see you succeed. I could go through the list of names, but it would be too long. Thank you lighthouse for giving me the why’s and the how’s on how to live a life beyond what I could have imagined a little over a year ago.

Navigating this past year with my child in recovery was incredibly challenging, especially with him being 12 hours away from home. From the very beginning, the team at Lighthouse Recovery made me feel supported and informed every step of the way. I could tell that they truly cared for my child, not just as a client, but as a person. Bryce, my son’s case manager, was always timely and compassionate in his communication, answering my questions and keeping me updated. Frankie, the operations manager, took the time to help me understand addiction and what my child was going through. Brooke, the Chief Clinical Officer, also offered guidance and support. I had to trust complete strangers with my child, and I can honestly say that Lighthouse became an extension of our family. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made an overwhelming situation feel manageable, and I am deeply grateful for everything they did to support both my child and our family.

As a former client of Discovery Point Retreat I can tell you while ownership has good intentions they have no clue how bad the houses are being managed. Or at least I hope they don't. The housing is overpacked and ran by clients in early recovery that have just graduated from their program. The majority of them have no place being in charge of a house full of adicts the overall lack of experience is obvious. Clients on PHP level of care are left unattended for upwards of hours waiting to be picked up after programing is over. HIPAA violations are everywhere. They provide nothing but chicken and the same three sides and expect the clients to acquire food stamps and fend for themselves. You are given no storage other than a oversized plastic duffel bag to keep all of your belongings in. The programing itself is surprisingly decent and engaging while at the center with a dedicated team of therapists and mentors so thats a plus. Medical needs are met with a weekly in house meeting with a doctor who thoroughly takes time to make sure every clients taken care of. The program also frequently provides weekend trips to local spas and movie theater outings and the owners a very nice caring woman named Birdie. Everything pertaining to the actual programing at the center is top knoch providing quality care recovery. It's just the management and professionalism at the housing that needs a constructive overhaul. Overall would recommend this as a solid option for a recovery program and I know that Renovations are currently in process to revamp the entire company and I'm hopeful about current issues and concerns will be addressed as they settle into their new renovations. Overall I would give it a 3.8/5 and compared to other programs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area would definitely recommend as a solid option for recovery rehabs in the area.

Not sure where some of these reviews are coming from but this was the opposite for me. My son has been sober four years now and his life is amazing. Sometimes things happen that people don’t have control over even with the structure. It’s disappointing to see some of these hateful reviews probably from people who didn’t get what they want and are currently using and unstable maybe. Basepoint has been everything we needed and I wish I found them sooner! I was scared to call and not be able to afford a stellar program for my kid - but they offered a payment plan that fit my budget and removed that hurdle for me quickly. Please don’t let fear of cost keep you from making an appointment! the day we had our intake appointment I cried happy tears knowing my child was finally somewhere GOOD! They even offer transportation to and from the program which is so helpful! Que is the best driver around! The staff has an amazing way of connecting, getting on their level and truly mapping out their success WITH them and not just FOR them. My child felt very hands on with her healing which made a huge impact. They listened to my concerns and observations at home and helped build a real village for me as we went through this. Courtney was my child’s counselor and we wish we could keep her forever! So many breakthroughs and advances in mindset were achieved by how she conducts her connections. Marleny made handling our ISD so smooth; both she and Courtney helped fight for things we needed upon her return to school. Miss Kim the program specialist always made her look forward to coming in person. Crystal at the front desk was always welcoming, helpful and has the lobby smelling like a 5 star resort! We are sad to leave our new found village but are grateful for where life is headed with bigger dreams, bigger tools and better familial communication than when we enrolled. Healing isn’t linear and everyone’s journey will be different - but I promise this program will make an incredible change for both you and your child if you give them the opportunity. Thank you Basepoint Forney!

They work hard to provide the upmost care that best fits your needs. I was so impressed at the communication and dedication at Basepoint as well. I was never left out of the loop of my care. Devan is the best therapist I have had, and she worked with me on healthy coping skills and how to reframe my thinking. I will always be so grateful for Basepoint. They helped me when I needed it most, and I am in a much better place because of it.

I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark’s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark’s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori’s passion shined through just as Mark’s and Brenda’s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I’m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

I gained many friends and have been touched by staff members such as Lauren, Jasmine, Tristan, Ms.Millie, Stephanie, Isabelle,Mrs.Tammy, and Chad, in ways I will carry with me in lifelong memories. Nexus gave me to the tools I needed in my empty toolbox to allow me to turn the waterfall of sobriety into the stream of recovery. There were a few hiccups in my stay there which is why I will only give 4 stars today. I am genuinely grateful and happy that I went to Nexus and was able to grasp ahold of the horns of courage, the wings of serenity, and the strength of wisdom. I would recommend this place for anyone who is serious about staying sober and has the capacity for tolerance and patience. Thank you to all the amazing staff that helped this wayward sheep find her way back to her heard.

Nexus provided many things I needed for recovery. I was busy all the time and challenged in many helpful ways. It was an overall great experience for an elderly alcoholic trying to get a firm grip on sobriety. Keep in mind, side effects may include lifelong friends and increased self worth.

To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I've never been to a rehab before this one so I may be biased, but if you're looking for a place to grow and get help, this is it. Thank y'all!

I attended LMR back around 2010-2012. I look back today and am so grateful for the support I received as I struggled with Cocaine addiction. I had been arrested just 8 months after losing my father to pneumonia and was having a very difficult time just living day to day. Thank you for everything you do and continue to do. I am now happily married to my high-school sweetheart and expecting our first child in just a few months.🩷 Jessica was my 1:1 counselor and I remember Dr. Fred very well. You guys make a difference, I hope you know that!!🙏

CFD has been such a blessing for our family! The people there are so warm, caring, compassionate, helpful, and responsive. They made my child feel so welcome and he absolutely thrived in their program. It was a hugely positive experience from beginning to end and a big thank you to all of the staff, especially Ali, Manal, and Elizabeth! CFD is the best.

Starting this review by saying this is one the best places I've been to. I have never felt loved and cared for by any other place except this one. Manal and maddie are incredible people and have helped me so much they will help you. Ali gage and Elizabeth are amazing directors and therapists too. Although I hated this place in the beginning , I learned its not as bad as I thought. Its so much better compared to erc or children's , if you need help with an eating disorder definitely come here.

This is a great facility and program. The staff is amazing! I took off one star because the billing department at corporate is incompetent. Make sure you are well educated on your insurance coverage and know the financial process at the center ahead of time to avoid stress and frustration.

Origins Counseling was exactly what I needed. The staff (Andy, Joellen, Shay, James, everyone) were incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful. They come with years of experience and consider each individual they're helping. If you're looking for a facility that will truly care as much as you/your parents do, or are desperate for a miracle — I can't recommend Origins more! ❤️

My experience with Homeward bound back in the day was a great one. I was in the process of trying to be admitted recently and it ended up taking 4 days before I was told no. I have the distinct problem of taking benzodiazepines and being addicted to Fentanyl. This facility is for simple detox only. They have other programs but my experience is with the detox part. I like the people they are great but they have their limits and they know it. Listen when the nurse sends you away and keeps making you jump through hoops. That is her passive aggressive no and im not sure why they dont just say no instead of making people go to doctors and get prescriptions changed just so the nurse can bring in security and tell you they don't think you will be able to come to the program after all. Detoxing off benzos and opiates was too much for them. This isn't a resort set up not a vacation. DETOX ! BRING CIGARETTES ! YOU SMOKE AFTER EVERY MEAL AND PEOPLE WANNA BUM one every meal. This place is good for a simple detox. No bells no whistles you get in you get out. the staff is very nice they help you get funding or you set up a payment plan but funding is available. The kitchen has decent meals three times a day. After every meal you get smoke breaks. There are no groups you don't have to sit in group at all for any reason .They put out desserts for snacks in between meals for all the sugar addicts. It's a 5 to 7-Day detox depending on the funding and how much you got in your system Max is 7 days.
