I must say reading the reviews on here right before going to this rehab had me slightly worried, but my experience at this rehab was awesome the staff are nice the environment was very comfortable and laid back and the director Mr Doug was above and beyond all expectations. But it's the other clients that make this place truly great. It's an amazing brotherhood that is one of a kind and no one judges anyone because they all understand what you are going through. I can't give enough credit to the nurse my counselor ashli the director Mr Doug and shama the mentor for just showing that they care about a person as down on their luck and in bad shape as myself and I'm thankful for what they do for people like me .Of course anyone who's not ready to change will have a bad experience at any rehab but at this place I think anyone can have a good start to their recovery ..thanks guys Matthew ✋

Dr. Marianne Raynes at Centerstone has made a tremendous difference in my life. A couple of weeks ago, I was in a really difficult place, and she took the time to truly listen, talk things through with me, and thoughtfully evaluate what I was experiencing. Together we discussed my options, and she helped me make an informed decision about my medication.
The results were almost immediate, the change has completely turned things around for me. I am so grateful for her compassion, patience, and the genuine care she shows her patients. She didn’t rush the visit and made me feel heard and supported during a very vulnerable moment.
I highly recommend Dr. Raynes to anyone seeking thoughtful, attentive, and truly life-changing care.

Losing my husband broke something in me. Tristar felt safe, and the nurses were so patient, which I needed. Detox was rough, but they helped me through gently. I appreciated the group time most, sharing with folks who actually understood. Wish they had more grief-specific support, tho. Still, I left with more hope than I came in with. It’s not perfect, but it helped me start healing.

I came to Tristar for my son after many hard years. As a mom and a nurse, I needed somewhere with strong clinical care and real spiritual support. The staff were mostly kind, professional, and I liked that they offered family sessions too. We joined in on some education meetings which really helped me feel included. I do wish their aftercare planning was more consistent. Still, this place gave us hope again. Grateful for that.

I've been going to mental health places all my life. Most I've had bad experiences at. I recently moved here and gave them a call on a bad day asking for services. I was greeted with kind and calming voices and some awesome ladies who understood the help I needed. This place has out done all of the places I've been too.

Everyone in and around this place of business needs to shop there. They have the best things and I have found some of the neatest items at this place. I can say every time I have visited this place while go to visit my best friend and her mother “The Hope Center,”is always on our to-do list the people that worked there are absolutely awesome. I’ve never gone there when I didn’t end up purchasing more than I was planning too. You need to check this place out. You will not be disappointed!!! It’s without out five stars plus 5 more stars !!! I started off going to the Hendersonville location yrs bk when I lived out that way,, which I also have nothing but great things to say about that location as well. I've also been to the Gallatin location. Their staff is amazing!! Always SO fiendly, informative, helpful, & there to greet you with a smile as you walk in... There's nothing worse then going into a Dr.s office (where post people would rather go/be anywhere else but the doctors.. lol) & not being greeted at all, or being given the stare down face that gives the look of the ole "Who are you? Why are you here? What do you want..?!" kinda face... lol!🙃 Ugh that's the worst! No worries for that when you walk into any of the Cumberland Mental Health offices! I can assure you of that!😉 Front desk staff are always so sweet, helpful, & get you checked in in a timely organized fashion.. No chaos, confusion , or waiting to be seen for hours past your appointment time.. I can say in all honesty I've never had to wait longer then 10 to 15mins at the most to be called back. That's a huge deal for us mommy's, working moms (& dads), or all humans in general.. We all have things to do, & places to be.. So sitting in a doctor's office waiting room is never ideal for anyone. At the same time, things do happen & I always understand when a Dr. or therapist is running behind one day or overflowed with patients/appts.. I get it. They're doing their jobs & they're doing it to the best of their ability to help all of us. So for me personally. So to wrap this up... I personally love Cumberland Mental Health & all their staff. Not just my provider... the secatorial ladies, the nurse, the therapist/case workers who never fail to always take a few minutes to tlk with me, ask me if I'm doing well, or if I need anything! Not only in the office, but they call periodically through the month to check up on me and that's so important and kind in my opinion!😉

I have been to several different mental health facilities and this by far is the best. One of the office worker came and personally apologize because everything was taking so long. Which I told them was okay because I understood. Because they are honestly doing their best to get everything done. They have so many task to do and they are handling it very professionally.

I have nothing but good things to say about this operation. The staff is always courteous and kind, very flexible with scheduling, and the case workers really do their jobs by finding you the best care options for your budget, insured or not, which I am not.
When I arrived in TN last year I was technically unemployed and homeless for the most part. They have managed my medications, provided CBT ( cognitive behavioral therapy) bi-weekly, and arranged for UBER/Lyft rides to get me to and from scheduled appointments. I am very grateful for the entire staff and establishment. Thank you for all of your help!

I had hernia repair surgery performed at Highpoint Health-Riverview with Ascension Saint Thomas. Dr. Nancy Barrett performed the procedure & the entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. The nurses were all so kind & Patrick (anesthesiologist) ensured me he'd treat me just as he would a family member. Overall I had a very positive experience at Riverview.

I’m surprised by the low reviews. I’m impressed by this place, they’ve given me full health care over the phone, I personally appreciate I’ve never been required to come into the office. Therapy sessions, med appointments, case management, all over the phone. Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy and refilled via text. It’s been a breeze. Everyone is friendly and makes me feel as though they genuinely care about my well being. I absolutely recommend this place again and again.

Omni Community Health is awesome! I have looked and been to several Therapists and by far Hannah is the best! Karen is an excellent nurse and cares about the patients, the front desk is always courteous and kind.
I could not recommend a better place!!

Besides a really bad fainting incident, I enjoyed my time at this facility. Most of the staff were attentive and the food was excellent. It didn't feel like a psych ward. I liked the routine.

My first time around wasn't great, but the second time was wonderful. My doctor, not sure his name, African-American man was wonderful. State hospital so ofcourse, no money, but nonetheless, you'll eat and have a wonderful stay, so long as you mind your own business. Thank you, doctors for taking care of us. :)
