KRC changed my life. It was a hard enough decision to go into recovery for the first time and they made my stay pleasant and structured which gave me so much motivation and hope that things were going to get better. The staff is super friendly and such hard workers they really care about you and your recovery and NEVER forget a name. Wow! A very helpful place indeed! I'd like to give a special kudos to Jennifer McKinney who was an absolutely amazing person! She greeted me with a smile. Made me feel warm, comfortable and invited. I was happy to be there. Once she set my mind at ease, she quickly began assessing my needs. I made sure that she got me the help that I needed without any stress or worry. Her humor is unparalleled, yet she professionally handled herself and assisted me on my way! All in all I was seen in short order. The facility was a calming place and every staff member or some of the most benevolent folks I think I have ever met! Would recommend to go here if you're in a crisis or needing help or just looking for some resources to better yourself. You won't be let down.

I've been going to Cherokee Health for about six seven years now and I continually stay impressed on the girls in the office they're so friendly whether you've been there one time or a thousand times they're so friendly and respectful and just make you feel comfortable right off the bat. And that's in every office I've been to and I've been to them all. And the doctors take their time they listen they ask questions make sure you're okay before you walk out the door. I have been seen in the Oak Ridge office for years. No one has ever given me any troubles. My calls have ALWAYS been answered. My appointments have always been positive. When I was laid off, they did the paperwork for safety net to ensure I was going to be receiving my medication as prescribed. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

We first met with Adam York after our 26-year marriage and subsequent 5-year divorce. We began seeing each other again but knew we needed counseling to determine if a renewed relationship was even possible. We both were such different people at this stage. Adam was there for us as counselor/guide/advocate, always positive and non-judgmental, supporting us both, as individuals and as a couple. Our journey was full of hills, valleys, landmines, and deal-breakers we thought we couldn't get past, but Adam helped us get to the root of things so we could see things more clearly. Through our time with Adam, we were able to re-evaluate what was truly important to us (our deep love for each other) and what was "small stuff" that we could let go of in our lives and relationship.
Scott & I have since remarried and are in a much healthier relationship together, thanks to Adam! We love Adam so much, we asked him to officiate our re-marriage ceremony and he agreed! We truly would not be married today if it weren't for him and his wisdom, direction, love, and support! Thank you Adam! :)

It was amazing. I just want to say any one just getting out of a life you wouldn't wish for your kids or any other human. I definitely recommend starting at journey pure. They are very laid back. You are allowed to smoke and they keep a close eye on you while your going threw detox. They definitely make you as comfortable as possible. This was a great place to get clean they really help u with mental helth as well as getting clean this was the best place its been a great experance for me being my frist rehab ive ever been to. There might be alot or maybe some bad reviews but no shit the place was great and it gives u alot of help to take with u. Michael B. The director is a great man truly amazing. Tiara M recietians is truly a blessing to. Tom he was my theripist was truly a wonderful guy to. The staff is great they go out of there way to get u what u need. Grag, johnny, mal and felisha are the best tects i will truly miss those tects alot. But for real this place will truely be missed and if u need to get clean and are having problems from mental health this is the place to be.

I recently attended treatment there and had a pretty good experience :) Pretty much THE entire staff was great except for my "assigned" therapist. Karen, your groups were SO helpful & I learned a lot from you. Kevin, you are a god sent. Julie, Felicia, Sean, Ms. Marie & majority of nursing...the list goes on... ❤️ Thank you guys for keeping me motivated & giving me the strength to not give up. I definitely had my highs and lows but made it through. Pretty facility with a great view. Wish there were a few more activities to do but all in all it was good. I wasn't too fond of corporate coming in and making the terminations they did especially when having so many clients present because it definitely caused us to stress more than we needed to. There's a few other things but it's probably best I don't say them here lol. All in all, I am very grateful for Harmony's help in getting me sober. Thanks guys!

Journey Pure's outpatient center in Knoxville is a fantastic option for IOP. The staff are so kind and caring and really supportive of your recovery. The providers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in filling and adjusting MAT/psych/general medications. The therapists and group leaders are wonderful and understanding of any situation and they show so much love. I highly recommend this center for IOP for anyone in recovery.
