I got my life back because of willow and I’m thankful every single day. I will ALWAYS recommend Willow to others looking for help and know they are in great care.
Jenny, the director is such a loving and caring woman that really goes above and beyond for her patients and her employees. All of the techs and the therapist got me through the hardest parts of my life and helped to pull me out of a black hole I never thought I could escape.

I came to Willow Ridge at the lowest point in my life. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and supported. The counselors are compassionate and truly understand addiction. The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction.
What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions.

I started going to this facility and the staff was veery welcoming. It was crowded but waited a little longer, no biggie though. Chance (at the admission window), Lei (np), and Vickie was so kind and helpful. Also, the pharmacy girls. My only complaint would be the rainstorm machine that gave me more anxiety. But love the professionalism.

I don't like how you have to talk to a call center now on the med line. I've called many times to get my meds filled but the people at the call center can't give me an answer of when it will be filled. I'm gonna have a panic attack just by calling frontier health waiting for them to fill my meds.

I have been going to the Victory Center for almost 2 months. For anyone struggling with social issues, depression, anxiety, this is a great place to be. Great friendly staff, very informative, small class sizes and a great atmosphere to learn and connect with others. Highly recommended. I was there 6/11/2025 through 6/14/2025. I'd been there twice before when I was younger for self harm but this time around for alcohol abuse. The food has gone way down hill, but I suppose it could be worse. Trying to sleep there was a nightmare for me because I'm used to sleeping with a fan/tv and the place goes from complete silence to rando losing their mind and slamming doors at all hours of the night. With that said, I'm writing this to give props to Savannah (peer counselor) and Dami (can't remember her specific title). Both of them were extremely kind and helpful and they weren't the only ones, just the two who stood out to me the most.

I had a really good experience in being at this hospital. Everybody that was part of my treatment team they have truly helped. The nurses and BHTS is very respectful and truly gave me an eye opener that I can fight any battle that comes my way. The group therapy here was excellent. This hospital truly cares about there patients. I truly would recommend anybody to come here and get the help that they need. Truly a great program that eagerly want it! At the beginning I didn’t want to hold my head up. Slept through class & meetings. I just wanted it to rush through so I could hurry get out and very close minded! The end results I ended up self loving myself and very eager to become of more knowledge. I’m grateful for CCS and it’s councilors. If u pay attention and want the knowledge you will have growth and prosper in it. I even ran the AA meetings and a few NA. I went from a total zombie stage to I want more for myself and my family. Wayne also helped me get in a half way house. The staff was amazing. The food was straight up delish. I am very grateful God lead me to CCS . It was a great learning and growth experience. It’s how bad you want it if you prosper in addiction and recovery.

My experience with all the staff here has always been positive! I have been coming here for 3 years, and I have always loved my therapists, I love my case manager, and the doctors and nurse practitioners are pretty good too. They are always so kind, understanding, great listeners, and offer great advice. The only downside is they seem to change staff frequently so I’ve had to change therapists like 3 times. But I have loved every single one! I don’t know why this place has so many negative reviews. I’ve always had a very positive experience. The staff here works very hard to provide services to those in the community who are less fortunate and I really appreciate that. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

This is an awesome place. I have the best caseworker anyone could have. She is always there for me and keeps me grounded. She helps me keep my goals on track. Like trying to quit smoking, setting boundaries to help me and others around me. She makes sure I'm doing okay. If I have to reschedule an appointment she works a time that is good for me. Called frontier health receptionist less than 5 minutes later I got an intake. and I got an appointment within 2 weeks a great place Allie was my intake lady on the phone to get me my my insurance straightened out. It was easier than going through the drive to McDonald's this place is great I've experienced great services in Elizabethton and Johnson City good counselors everybody's positive they're never racist they never look at color,They're just good people and they make you feel comfortable in There ,make you feel welcome just come to frontier health I start them with2016. I was in the veteran program homeless and now I'm in an apartment and I still go there because they're great ! 😃👍

After seeing some reviews on here I was worried about meeting with meeting Connie. I honestly love her. I've meet with her and she listened. When the frist medicine didn't work, she found me another, and said "if this wasn't work will try another and another. We'll find you something" and that ment the world to me. She has been nothing but kind and helpful.
As for Dawn again. She is really wonderful. She listens and she cares. She's so bubbly and you can tell she enjoys her job.
Don't always listen to the negative reviews. I've had nothing but a wonderful experience. 😌

This is such a wonderful place. John is AMAZING! Connie is AMAZING! The receptionists are AMAZING! The wait time is almost non-existent, which is appreciated. I leave my appointments feeling like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I would recommend Hawkins County Mental Health 10/10 times to someone in need.
