I have been going to the Victory Center for almost 2 months. For anyone struggling with social issues, depression, anxiety, this is a great place to be. I went to Woodridge after being in Creekside and Woodridge helped me Doctor told me back in May that Creekside had me on too much medicine they took me off about everything till today am doing so much better and my therapist even notices changed since I was in there she said am so much relaxed then I was before going into Woodridge.

I came to Turning Point in January of 2020. I had definitely reached my rock bottom. The 28 day treatment program at Magnolia Ridge gave me the treatment and the resources that saved my life. This place done pretty good both times i was there, the first time was july 2024 and i got out the same month just dont remember the days, second time was november 8th 2024 when i got there and November 18th 2024 when i was released. All of the staff was really nice, there was a few problems but not the staffs fault they were just doing their jobs. Some people may not like this place but i loved it. I would rather go here then woodridge (my opinion). The main thing i hated was not being able to share social media or anything bc i got really close with alot of people in there. Im so grateful to the staff members here who helped me become who i am today

My experience with all the staff here has always been positive! I have been coming here for 3 years, and I have always loved my therapists, I love my case manager, and the doctors and nurse practitioners are pretty good too. They are always so kind, understanding, great listeners, and offer great advice. The only downside is they seem to change staff frequently so I ve had to change therapists like 3 times. But I have loved every single one! I don t know why this place has so many negative reviews. I ve always had a very positive experience. The staff here works very hard to provide services to those in the community who are less fortunate and I really appreciate that. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Truly a great program that eagerly want it! At the beginning I didn t want to hold my head up. Slept through class & meetings. I just wanted it to rush through so I could hurry get out and very close minded! The end results I ended up self loving myself and very eager to become of more knowledge. I m grateful for CCS and it s councilors. If u pay attention and want the knowledge you will have growth and prosper in it. I even ran the AA meetings and a few NA. I went from a total zombie stage to I want more for myself and my family. Wayne also helped me get in a half way house. The staff was amazing. The food was straight up delish. When the frist medicine didn't work, she found me another, and said "if this wasn't work will try another and another. We'll find you something" and that ment the world to me. She has been nothing but kind and helpful.As for Dawn again. She is really wonderful. She listens and she cares. She's so bubbly and you can tell she enjoys her job.Don't always listen to the negative reviews. I've had nothing but a wonderful experience.

This is such a wonderful place. John is AMAZING! Connie is AMAZING! The receptionists are AMAZING! The wait time is almost non-existent, which is appreciated. I leave my appointments feeling like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I would recommend Hawkins County Mental Health 10/10 times to someone in need.
