I'm gladly to say that I have had the most and well care with Cheer Mental Health Center. They were there when I needed them. Staff members were awesome, took the time to listen and understand my situation. Dr. M. Slatton, Dr. L. Atkinson, and case manager Grace Reynolds were my doctors, friends, and most of all my rock. My therapist Dr. Slatton was there to help me with my problems and mental health. Always gave the right advice. Dr. Atkinson made sure that my meds were right for me. And case manager Grace Reynolds has made sure that I had everything I needed to get and always asked if there was anything that she can help me with even if it was food transportation. Always had her heart to help me in any of my needs. Overall, my five years experience at this facility which includes staffs and personnel, it was excellent. I would recommend anyone that needs help to them with my eyes closed. Keep up the great work.

We went to Cheer three years ago we was never treated badly like we have been for the past two days. My husband was seeking out help for his severe depression that leads him to think suicidal thoughts. Yes sometimes he tells me he wants to kill himself cause of whatever is going on on his brain, plus our daughters death, my stepson aka his son isn't talking to us, his biological mother refuses to answer him and etc. Well I called to get him some help through cheer again I called the first time appointment set up and he talked to whoever it was. Then the next thing we know I gotta lady wanting to put him in a mental insitutue up in cookeville,Tn. This is on a Tuesday then yesterday which was Wednesday he called to set up an appointment then all of a sudden cops are at where we are staying. Then they haul him to River Park he is put in a padded cell treated horribly like a criminal all cause someone from Volunteer assumed he had a gun in our truck. Which we do not we are staying at a church to help them out and etc. One of our church friends told the cops we don't have a gun. Now they have taking our phone from him, the truck keys, and his cigarettes. If this is the kind of behavior your going to give a mentally ill person then why be open? We have until Sunday to get out of the church and I have no where to go. No family no nothing I can't even drive our truck.

Hello, My name is Dalia, I was on the adolescent unit. I think this place has truly good people who genuinely want to help patients. I came in very nervous and numb, but I was welcomed and felt safe here. The groups were fun and interactive. The only downside was that I didn’t fully share how I really felt, so no one really knew how to help, and I ended up leaving in a very very bad state. Despite that, some still saw right through it. They noticed, cared, and tried anyway, and that meant more than I can explain. This place is what you make of it. If I could go back, redo everything, and accept the help I needed, I would. But I’m still super grateful to have experienced this, and I would definitely recommend it.
(I also got a new medicine here and I truly think that’s one of the reasons I get to feel again, so I’m forever grateful)
Thank you to all the nurses, staff, doctors, cooks, janitors, everyone, and especially the nurse practitioner! Thank you all for everything you do. You are truly the best.

My mom just spent some time as a patient in the physical rehab portion of trustpoint after an unexpected hospital stay. The nursing staff, cna's and PT/OT/ST folks were so incredibly caring and helpful to Mom and our family. Grace with social work and Candy especially made her stay a great one. We are so thankful for the care and attention given to my sweet mom. Barbara and her family thank you all.

Crossville MBTC is hope. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is made up of broken people that have surrendered their lives to the only One that can change us and want to pour out what the Lord has blessed us with. The teachers are pastors and other strong believers who want to share the love of Jesus and the knowledge of His word and the hope that that produces. The community is supportive and loving. Dr. Kavur's office stands out for its refusal to simply cater to patients' self-assumed medical needs. I wish more doctors embodied his commitment to challenging the misguided practice of patient-driven treatment decisions. If you're seeking validation for a self-diagnosis or unnecessary medication, this isn't the place for you. However, if genuine mental health support and tangible results are what you seek, Dr. Kavur is unparalleled. Personally, after enduring a futile cycle of ineffective medications elsewhere, I am optimistic that the expertise and dedication of Dr. Kavur and his team will soon guide me off this revolving medication merry-go-round.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Looking from the inside out, as an ex employee, you see all the corruption. The new FA Zach (who is clueless), only comes in from about 9am until 3pm then is done for the day. The virtual clinic is a joke, and the billing department illegally takes money out of patients account, then when you dispute it, they cut patients off of their Suboxone and leave then stranded with a 28 day dose down. Which in turn will cause someone to withdraw when they can't find another provider to prescribe it after 28 days. Spero is slowly drowning, and everyone will see that very soon in the near future. If you are a patient at Spero, GET OUT NOW!!

I'm very grateful for what 180 Degrees Ministries did with me and what they continue doing, they are saviors of life, if it had not been for the help they gave me, I could never have approached God. They helped me change the destructive lifestyle I was leading, they taught me many things that helped me achieve sobriety and that today are still useful for me. Thank you so much for everything!

I am so thankful for the work this ministry has done, and continues to do in my life and the lives of countless others! I am part of something HUGE and would never have known, had it not been for GOD's anointing on the leaders and staff with 180. They are definitely the "Real deal" and lead with the example of a Life with freedom in Christ! People have been saved from the powers of Drug addiction, obsessive behaviors, destructive lifestyles, Wrong beliefs about who they are, marraiges restored, families healed and that which may be holding you back from who you can become when your life is "on Target".
To truly be the people GOD wants us to be isn't impossible or unrealistic! It isn't about what we "do", it's discovering who we "are" and believing in what we "Have" and what's been done ! Restoration and recovery is Not something you earn or a road map you must follow...I learned this after multiple failed attempts and looking for answers using nearly all the traditional methods. Some provided temporary results in my behavior but I seemed to go back to bad habits, no matter what recovery program I tried. Only the tools and wisdom gained through this ministry and their understanding of GOD through Jesus showed lasting results. I discovered areas of my life that were unhealthy that I didn't even recognize and we are all a work in progress and can be set free from the law of sin waging war in our hearts and minds and be transformed. What the 180 team teaches through Steve's life story and leadership is powerful stuff and transformational. My advice, Give them a chance, check out the book or talk to the staff. Listen and then be ready to see God's blessings in your life and lives of your loved ones for years to come through this ministry!

I came to the ranch after hitting rock bottom in my addiction. I am so thankful I was led to the ranch. I didn't know what to expect walking in the doors, but I was met with open arms. The BHT was kind along with the other men in the house. I lived a life of chaos and deception before entering the ranch. After my 30 days of intensive therapy, it gave me the skills, structure, and knowledge to start working toward a new life one day at a time. The therapists, counselors, psychiatrists, and leadership were most helpful in assisting me in my new found recovery. I have read previous reviews, and quite frankly disagree with most of them. I was in a position where I needed hard truth. I ran from truths throughout my entire addiction and did whatever I wanted to do while creating incredible trauma to those around me. I did not need a "kumbaya" rehab facility. I am most thankful to the people who were courageous and bold enough to speak hard truths into my life and spark change in me!

Hello, I spent a total of 120 days at FLO CRIT adolescent unit. 60 days my first hospitalization, 60 days my second. They are verbally, emotionally and physically abusive. They also keep you locked in the unit for the entirety of your stay under the guise of not having enough staff members I am 23 years old and attended FLO CRIT at 16 and 17 years old. There is not a night that goes by that I don t have nightmares about being back at this facility. 60 more days is all I can think about, locked in with other traumatized children. You will watch the same movies, over and over and over and over again until you go insane. Do not send your children here if you have the option, they will never forget the things that happen in there. I hope everyone involved with this facility faces legal repercussions one day, even if it is myself who has to do it. I ve spent the entirety of my life since I ve left these residentials, building up my portfolio, and will eventually have every tool I need to close these places for good. (:Have a wonderful day, thanks for reading my review.
