I'm gladly to say that I have had the most and well care with Cheer Mental Health Center. They were there when I needed them. Staff members were awesome, took the time to listen and understand my situation. Dr. M. Slatton, Dr. L. Atkinson, and case manager Grace Reynolds were my doctors, friends, and most of all my rock. My therapist Dr. Slatton was there to help me with my problems and mental health. Always gave the right advice. Dr. Atkinson made sure that my meds were right for me. And case manager Grace Reynolds has made sure that I had everything I needed to get and always asked if there was anything that she can help me with even if it was food transportation. Always had her heart to help me in any of my needs. Overall, my five years experience at this facility which includes staffs and personnel, it was excellent. I would recommend anyone that needs help to them with my eyes closed. Keep up the great work.

I will forever be grateful for this place and the people who run it. The camp is absolutely beautiful and the counselors truly care. I tell everyone I know how thankful I am for everyone at OMC and their part in my sons recovery. They helped us both to realize Gods presence in our life and how much we need Him . Absolutely 5 stars!!!

Employees at the front are very friendly. Doctors are the best. All tests are on the portal to see. I can't believe anyone is having trouble at this clinic. And most of it is free or at reduced cost on meds. You have to have an IQ higher than room temperature to use the portal.

I am not the person that I was when I walked in here and the difference is unbelievable to someone that didn't see me in the state that I was in coming here. Crossville MBTC is hope. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is made up of broken people that have surrendered their lives to the only One that can change us and want to pour out what the Lord has blessed us with. The teachers are pastors and other strong believers who want to share the love of Jesus and the knowledge of His word and the hope that that produces. The community is supportive and loving. This is where I met Jesus. This is where my old self died. This is where my life really began.

This is a place of refuge. God brought me to the Crossville mission several years ago and He used this program to change my life completely. If you are desperate and want help, this is the place you can change everything.

First I want too say Sincerely thank yall (2011 employees and beyond thru the years) for really saving my life in mid 2011 thru meds and coming too the facility! I've never missed a med appointment and have followed thru Since 2011! I was an Extremely bad case and my first 3 months was a rough ride. I found my Normal Day too Day Self now it took a while around year 4-5. Thank yall! Ps and 2022 employees for getting Thru that Struggle. Thank Yall again Much Love from the Entire Butts Family! Andy seemed verry agitated that I was talking to long for the questions on the tablet for his liking so he went though some of them and he filled them out for me. There was lot of question some if the usual questions he didn't even ask me. Why was he in a hurry verry odd

Great place. They don't make you feel stupid or less of a person. The people at the front desk are friendly. Nobody acts better than you and they actually answer the phone when you call.

Been a patient at this location for many years for my Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, OCD. I generally like this place and they are like a second family to me. I do recommend that they NEED to have more than one medication management dr to choose from at this location. Also NEED in person Therapist or counselor the only on a computer screen isn’t good for people who like in person quality of care. They need to improve in this area.

Does wonders for the girls in the area if you know someone that you love and want to help them this is a great place to start over

I wish to share that my brother with dementia was a resident in The Lantern at Morning Pointe. Even though he was younger than most, he was happy and VERY well cared for. Both Stacey and Tana were WONDERFUL, keeping me informed of any needs. I was so comfortable having him there (I am in SC) - he had been previously living with our 97 year old Mom and was helping take care of her for 6+ years after Daddy died. She was the brains, he, the brawn 😊 But when she passed, I knew my brother was incapable of living independently. Recently an unforeseen and very unfortunate situation arose concerning his stay at Morning Pointe. Tana, Stacey, and Megan were SO VERY supportive. These ladies were instrumental in helping make this stressful situation into one that hopefully works out for the best. My brother has been through much, as have all in our family. Thank you, Tana and Stacey, for all your help and for showing such love and care for my brother.

I like the swiftness of the clinic. I like how the clinic has shifted from a punitive model to a treatment and harm reduction based unit. lolI also like how the clinic has began to follow the federal laws guidelines,

Lived there in the past. Great place for recovery if you are serious. There's alot of sobriety and "Old Timers" in those walls.

I lived there for two years I started only being there because that's all I had to go but it opened my eyes and put me in the direction I needed to be and would recommend it to anyone that needs help

I am so thankful for the work this ministry has done, and continues to do in my life and the lives of countless others! I am part of something HUGE and would never have known, had it not been for GOD's anointing on the leaders and staff with 180. They are definitely the "Real deal" and lead with the example of a Life with freedom in Christ! People have been saved from the powers of Drug addiction, obsessive behaviors, destructive lifestyles, Wrong beliefs about who they are, marraiges restored, families healed and that which may be holding you back from who you can become when your life is "on Target". To truly be the people GOD wants us to be isn't impossible or unrealistic! It isn't about what we "do", it's discovering who we "are" and believing in what we "Have" and what's been done ! Restoration and recovery is Not something you earn or a road map you must follow...I learned this after multiple failed attempts and looking for answers using nearly all the traditional methods. Some provided temporary results in my behavior but I seemed to go back to bad habits, no matter what recovery program I tried. Only the tools and wisdom gained through this ministry and their understanding of GOD through Jesus showed lasting results. I discovered areas of my life that were unhealthy that I didn't even recognize and we are all a work in progress and can be set free from the law of sin waging war in our hearts and minds and be transformed. What the 180 team teaches through Steve's life story and leadership is powerful stuff and transformational. My advice, Give them a chance, check out the book or talk to the staff. Listen and then be ready to see God's blessings in your life and lives of your loved ones for years to come through this ministry!

Dr. Percy Ford provides excellent personal counseling, alcohol/drug treatments, and mental health treatments. He offers most state approved courses that are required from the Tennessee Judicial System. He is a sincere and professional counselor. I refer my clients to him when his help is needed and I do so without reservation. Thank you for your excellent work Dr. Ford!
