Very pleased with my experience!

Today was my first visit and it was a pleasant one. Autumn and Christine were very polite and helpful. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee while filling out my paperwork. Then talked with Autumn and Christine so they could give me a urine screen and then check my vitals before visiting with the computer screen for a few minutes waiting for Dr. Sheri to get to me. The computer freezing up while talking with the doctor was the only thing that didn't run smoothly as far as I could tell. That in itself is pretty amazing considering they were not using their normal offices and reception area due to busted pipes in the rooms above them. I really appreciate that they remained patient, polite and funny while obviously working in a busy stressful situation. Thanks again Autumn, Christine and Dr. Sheri.

Great doctors and nursing staff autumn and jasmine are both simply amazing love it here wouldn't go anywhere else!

Mount Regis was the best. Staff was great. It was a journey of course. However I made it through now on to the next step of my recovery.

Mt. Regis is professionally run by caring individuals who wanted to help me be successful! One thing that meant much to me: I felt like I could heal in a safe and secure environment! Troublemakers were removed promptly with no disruption to us patients! A Phenomenal staff who earned my deepest respect! Thank You! 😃

I just returned home from 4 weeks at Structure House in the Jump Start Program. The program was absolutely amazing! My 17yo daughter also came with me as my “family support.” I hope to return this summer for 2 weeks! The program offered multiple classes a day and they focused on eating, exercise, wellness, GLP-1s, planning, medical issues, cooking and they also offered support groups. There were also planned field trips to play pickleball, shop at target and shop at the mall. My FAVORITE activity was Aqua fitness which was held 2x a day. There was also an art classes held during my last week that I wish was offered more! The nutrition classes also taught me a lot I didn’t know. The other people in the program were a pleasure to spend time with and it’s a very supportive environment. The food was beyond amazing and Chef Thomas and his staff were wonderful. They had so many options of food. The food was healthy, but it tasted delicious! It was a great way to reset your eating and patterns around eating. I had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very nice and modern. There was plenty of space and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the bathroom. If you are considering going to SH, I highly recommend it. During my time there, most of the people there were returning customers which says a lot! It means that people come back multiples times because it’s so great! I am hoping to be one of those return customers! The only thing I would change would be more classes on the weekends 🙂

I went to Structure House in 2019. I can’t say enough about it. It helped me get into shape with the exercise classes and equipment. It helped me to develop healthy eating habits and because I stayed the whole month, I was able to stop my sweet cravings. In addition the classes taught me some great skills to catch myself when I want to go back to bad habits. I am actually 20lbs lighter now then when I was when I left (144lbs) and now in my husband has lost weight from the skills I learnt when there. My diabetes is a little better. So thankful for Structure House!

It was my first visit and I'm already planning to return next year. Staff is outstanding and I have made significant improvements to my health. There is something for everyone here. Whether you are looking to improve your physical and/or mental health, you will find experts here to assist in your journey. I highly recommend Structure House.

I have been going to several different m.a.t. treatment places over the past ten years or so and had alot of different counselors at these clinics, but never have I had a counselor like the one at Greensboro New Season's, in the past they were all the same paper work pushers having you sign stuff quickly and go on your way. They gotta go through alot red tape, to make this happen. They are not really counselors at these places, but at this particular new season's I met a counselor named Mrs. Lisa. I can't think of her last name cause that's how everyone refers to her but mrs.lisa was a real counselor she asks questions then has questions about those questions she really cares she remembers you and what your talking about at first I didn't know how to take it like this lady sure is nosy, but she began to counsel me and help me with my marriage my kids my job and my family as a whole.She is a really caring person and changed the whole dynamics of my household she really doesn't know how much she has helped. I may have to relocate soon to another clinic and I am gonna miss this place. Hands down best clinic I have ever been to and I been to quite a few. If you need help give getting off opiods give methadone a try it changed my life for the better most definitely. GO- check out Greensboro New Season's they got alot of good people up there. SAVE YOUR LIFE.

Where do I even begin… A little over a year ago I decided I couldn’t go on anymore, and needed to change. My life sucked, my relationships were destroyed, always broke, and I was heavily addicted to fentanyl. Walking through those doors felt impossible, but it wasn’t, and I did it! I can never seem to get a hold of anyone on my doctor's team that treats me. And I have been a patient of them for almost 8 years now.

This subject can be one that either rips loved ones apart or brings them closer together. As I hope for everyone and anyone that people open there minds and hearts up to those who ask for help. We are not bad people just as cancer is a disease so is addiction! I was never warned by my doctor that the medication he was given me would turn my life upside down and when it did my doctor cut me loose. Coming from a family with addiction problems I then knew I had to get help. This treatment center is great compared to others! They help you with EVERYTHING from your addiction to your transportation needs. Be prepared for friends and family to turn their back on you because it will happen. Narrow minded people think this isn’t getting help it’s replacing on addiction with another. If that’s the case then almost everyone in the world are addicts. If you get the flu and take medication for it same thing, you get poison ivy you get medicine for it same thing. Yes I know it’s not 100% exact but hopefully some of you get my point here! Please stop knocking us down when we are doing everything we can to fix the problem. I promise you if you take treatment seriously and friends and family support you and even get involved in your treatment you will find yourself again. You will be a better, stronger and caring person!!!!

This place is amazing along with the people that work there. Always so nice and not judgmental. My treatment is doing very well thanks to these people. I’ve even recommended this place to a few people close to me. Thanks for all you do!

I just want to say how great this center is!!! I came from PA to train for my current job and attended this clinic during that time. This clinic has their duck's in a row and some of the friendliest and most helpful ppl I've ever met in my lifetime. Please let the staff know how much they are valued and that they truly make a difference everyday! I wish everyone the best of luck, especially Jacob he is one of a kind 😊.
