The entire staff is amazing. From the tine you walk in Jasmine makes you feel like you're family. They are quick to answer you back if you call for anything, Dr. Chou takes his time when you see him answering all questions and concerns. He is one of the few Drs l have met that truly cares about his patients and wants what's best for them. The counselor Dee is warm and inviting and goes above and beyond to help you. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to better their lives.

Liberty Point was a fantastic facility for our son. They showed him love and compassion and gave him the time he needed to open up to them. Once he felt comfortable enough to allow for help, he made great progress. Ms G was absolutely amazing and advocated for our son when others wanted to give up. I owe so much to this facility, and especially to Ms. G. Thank you!!!
I've used VCSB for three years and it's been a net positive. Every interaction with the staff has been neutral to good, usually good. They are enlightened about the LGBTQ+. The case managers have been deeply good, dedicated people exceeding expectations. The therapy options are insufficient, full stop. They need more people, more funding, and maybe more space. They also need staff trained to treat trauma/PTSD.

So far my experience has been great. The manager and staff I worked with seem to care and helped us push forward trying to get a DD waiver.
The reviews on the place scared me when I realized they would be my direct contact to ensure my ticket was taken care of. However, these ladies are amazing. They are patient and kind and truly want to assist you. Common courtesy goes a long way. Thank you ASAP Valley for assisting me in such a stressful process.
