Let me start by saying that I haven't sought mental health help in 10 years due to horrific treatment by past doctors. That changed yesterday when I saw Noel Dianas-Huges & Laura Cook. They cared. They listened. They helped. After 10 years of suffering in silence without a glimmer of hope, they were there for me on my very first visit. There are no words to describe the depths of my gratitude. I have to admit I hated Augusta health for a long time. I ended up here under some very difficult circumstances. The staff made me believe in the impossible. I'm standing here today because of the entire staff of crossroads and I will forever be thankful for the strength, love, discipline, structure and knowledge of everyone who I interacted with there. I’ve been to both inpatient and outpatient groups and many a therapist. I am so happy here I could scream it from the mountaintops! They’ve done a huge turnaround and have some new policies and Darlene Hilton is a doll. No therapist has ever taken me under their wing like she has. She’s my one on one but I appreciate all of the therapists there and the work they do for IOP. Shoutout to Campbell! And the rest. It has been a great experience that has helped me grown tremendously and I can’t wait to see what the future holds there for me! They have it all! They’re program is the best thing that has happened to me in DECADES!

Day 280 the excellent home geriatric doctor is awesome. The benefits are excellent. We’ve adapted and so appreciate the VA! Day 2 and not as impressed but they did fix a wrong scan order so we didn’t have to pack up and leave. Was told meds ready and not there yet. A very long day running around getting nothing done. Day 1 was very impressed with the care my 93 yr old vet fatherin-law received today. He couldn’t have asked for more. All difficulties were addressed, the nearby UVA pharmacy was super speedy and convenient. A different specialty drug through the VA pharm was free and can now be taken.. They have MDs that can come to your house. We got appts lined up a week after we called. Everyone was super awesome. The RN couldn’t been nicer. MD super thorough. A wonderful asset for veterans! We waded through another VA out of state and it was hell getting things set up and no thoroughness medically but also provided great services. We’re happy to find this easier. Thank u!

For many years I had a one star review and long PTSD rant on google. But I've since mostly healed from my trauma and Horizon has really flourished in recent years. It's obvious leadership makes a huge difference to improve a place! They do a lot of good for the community!

I was here from 1990 to 1992, I was in dorm A3, the staff there was amazing and I'll never forget them Kim, Scott, Sam, Jeff, Don Vernon and Ron venny, I learned a lot from being there and learning from them and how to become somewhat productive in life, I met some really good friends and a few girlfriends along the way and I wouldn't trade that experience for anything

I was here as a kid. Tom, david bailey, Alex Jenkins , James the soccer guy and the basketball grid iron coach. Also the gym lady I forgot her name. All yall made a difference in my life. I was there in 09

I was there from September 2012- September 2022. I was helped tremendously by all staff. Mrs. Hilary, Mrs. Cassy we're on my dorm. I was in Temple West. The food was good, the therapy helped, the groups were awesome and very interactive. They helped me through so much trauma, I was twelve coming there and they knew exactly what to do, if I could recommend anyone here I would tell the whole world By the way this comment is from Maylee L

Great service, with some great doctors. The only issue is that the one dr who isn’t great and is a conflict of interest with me , won’t allow me to change doctor’s. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

I wish I didn't have to change doctors. Van was amazing I was able to open up to him. He made me comfortable with myself. I wish you all were able to keep him. Otherwise I love Bicycle heath. InWe will see with this new doctor. I hope this is posted. We will see. Only four stars because of the change of doctors otherwise 10 stars with treatment process. It is easy and very effective. I've been a patient at Savida health in Front Royal Virginia for a while and I always look forward to engaging with the curtious, professional, carring staff! (Not to mention attractive lol) With all jokes aside, they are very accommodating to my needs and have been a very pleasant team of medical professionals that truly go beyond to see that my visits always go smoothly! I highly recommend them!!

FIRST LET ME SAY I LOVE THE STAFF AND EVERYONE THERE💜💙💚🧡!!!! I'm just very upset right now, and want to see if anyone else has been in the position iam in right now. I have been on Suboxone for about 2 and a half years. HAVE NEVER GAVE A DIRTY PISS TEST!!!! I go once a month. Well in the past year or so, I have to have surgery on my wrist had to get a metal plate put in it. They put me on Subutex for 2 weeks or so, took the pain meds like I should, went back on Suboxone no problem. NO DIRTY PISS TESTS. About 6 months later I had to have surgery on my finger. Once again put me on Subutex afterwards for a couple weeks or so. NO DIRTY PISS TESTS AGAIN. Went back on the Suboxone no problems. I NEVER TOOK MORE OF THE PAIN MEDS THAN I WAS SUBSCRIBED!!!! I have been having trouble with my legs for awhile giving out on me and I would fall. So recently I was having lots of problems with my left knee. They had to do a partial knee replacement. Got it done yesterday. THEY GAVE ME TYLENOL 500MGS 2 EVERY 6 HOURS, AND GAVE ME 8MG OF BABY ASPRININ I TAKE 2 ADAY OF THOSE. THEN GAVE ME 3 8MG OF SUBOXONE STRIPS TO TAKE ADAY. SO 3 SUBOXONE WITH THE OTHER PAIN MEDS. I was told they don't give Subutex no more, not even pregnant woman. Iam confused I AWAYS THOUGHT SUBOXONE IS A PAIN BLOCKER. NOW AFTER ALLLLLL THESE YEAR'S OF PEOPLE BEING ON THEM. THEY ARE NOT REALLY A BLOCKER.???? NEEDLESS TO SAY IAM IN THE WORST PAIN EVER😭😭😭😭!!!! TRUST ME IF I HAD KNOWN WHAT I WAS GOING TO GO THROUGH WITH THIS PAIN I WOULDN'T OF DONE IT!!!! I couldn't even do therapy today at ALL when they came today to start the therapy!!!! Just wondering anybody else go through this to after a major surgery like this???? So beware Suboxone isn't a complete BLOCKER they are saying all of a sudden 🤔. Like I said this place HAS HELPED ME OUT ALOT!!!! MY BEEF IS REALLY WITH THE SUBOXONE MAKERS I GUESS. ITS JUST AWFUL THE PAIN IAM IN. Like I said I have no desire at all to go back on the pain pills again I almost died!!!! I take care of my Dad he has Cancer and Dementia and is on ALOT OF PAIN MEDS, SO IF I WANTED TO DO PAIN MEDICINE I WOULD ALREADY HAVE DONE IT!!!! My daughter and grandkids live here too and I would never never do anything to hurt them. Anyway SORRY for my venting, just upset . I hope someone understands what iam going through. PLEASE PRAY THAT THIS PAIN EASIOUS UP 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Attending this program saved my life, it created a safe atmosphere to heal with clinical and holistic settings. Combing the healing power of Christ with modern psychology helping to not only understand the source of your addiction but how to heal in depth from it. To be honest I could probably try and take a shot at this place and even maybe have reasons to but my life and my choices lead me to have to go to this place and in doing so I came out the other side clean and still am clean so for that I owe them forever can't blame a place for the actions they take when your own actions got you in that situation it gives you a chance what you do with that chance is on you not them it's about love and forgiveness and trying to do right sometimes people and places fall short thank you new life for everything love nate

Lewis Gale MC was the best place for me during a crisis 9 months postpartum I was voluntary and quickly DTO’d due to not being able to articulate I was uncomfortable with the room I was in. Due to COVID no visitors were allowed, however, hopefully if not ideal patients can at least FaceTime/messenger family The one time the third floor went outside I don’t recalling grass, I believe it was all pebbles. When I transitioned to the second floor, there was a window in the room and we were able to go to the gym for group. I would hope that on the weekends, the third floor gets to visit the gym, I did not during my stay in 2023. The staff on the third floor, for the exact people, I need in my life to get help at that time. Essentially angels to me.

My therapist Nympha Dalgado at Dominion care is so amazing. I suffer from cancer snd other mental health problems . when I came to Dominion care, my mental health was all over the place. My psychiatrist Mrs. Nympha Dalgado was patient and truly caring . I am the happiest I have ever been. I am able to take control back of my life and I’m just forever grateful this is amazing place . Mrs. Nympha Dalgado was able to guide me through very hard times, now able to take control of your life back i’m forever thankful

Dr. Pandurangi cared for me for 25 years. He helped me through some very hard times. He is the "gold standard" in my book. His retirement, while well deserved, is a major loss to me.

I am alive because this place. I will always come back here. Doctors are knowledgeable and nursing is professional and compassionate. Will never forget what they did for me and my family.

VCU Medical Center is the best center ever! the service that I received from the staff of this place was wonderful, I feel very grateful for the great attention they gave me and my family. The nurses are very kind, and helpful, they are really committed with the recovery of the patients, you can see that love their work by the way that they treat the patients, I really love this place, I never had been attended in another center how they treat me here. Highly recommended.
