Staff very thorough with everything. When I came in for my take homes, they told me they were running low on bottles and was only given half my take homes. I live far away so it's sorta a inconvenience. But the facility and staff are very nice and helpful.

Amazing place and people. I have been going to the MAT clinic for a year now and to the behavioral health side doing therapy. I am already at bi weekly take homes and stable. Its like I am living a different life. When you are able to go thru your day without having that pull and urge to use its such a blessing. I urge anyone needing help to go here and start, I know there is a stigma involved but its saving lives, and I know it is because its saved mine, why not give it a chance?

Lived near The Ranch for years and didn't know what it was. Drove by several times and would see horses, a well manicured property and goat yoga! Finally the day came where someone close tome needed help with substance abuse and voila; The Ranch offers what they need. It is nice to see a multi purpose place like The Ranch being utilized and offering help to those who need it, in a very different approach.

First off, I would like to recognize the young woman who SAVED my son’s life before he even made it to the hospital. Her name is Lily and she is a tech on 4P. She found my deceased son who had gotten hit by a car and was lying in the middle of a busy street on her way to work one morning. Without thinking twice, she pulled over and started CPR and continued to do so until fire department showed up. To a mother, having someone save your child’s life is everything and I couldn’t be more grateful. Lucky for me, I had the pleasure of meeting this young lady when my son was transferred to the floor she works on after he was stable enough to leave ICU. I broke down in tears as I hugged her and thanked her for saving him and she broke down in tears and told me “It doesn’t matter if he’s a criminal or a drug addict, this is still someone’s loved one and I put all of my effort and heart into saving his life because if he was my son, I would want someone to do the same.” And it touched me and she is someone I will never forget. To Lily on 4P, you deserve so much credit for this and I hope you get recognized for your kind heart and for turning around that morning and saving my son’s life. If it wasn’t for you he probably wouldn’t be here. I would also like to thank Tony, the nurse on 4P who was nothing but compassionate and kind to my son during his recovery. These two rock, even when they were busy, they still made time for us and showed us so much love.

This place is terrible. Tried setting up an intake appointment, but unfortunately was “helped” by Dylan Davison who never replied to any of my emails or gave a follow-up phone call, despite me reaching out multiple times. He said he handed off my paperwork to his supervisor, Joy, but I highly doubt he ever lifted a finger. It’s been well over a week and I’ve gotten nowhere with these people. If you are struggling with mental health and need support from a team who understands and values your courage to ask for help, avoid this location by all means necessary.

Absolutely mind blowing 🤯 I was a client about 4 1/2 to 5 years ago. And I’m just moving back to the Flagstaff region. I had to call this office to get transferred to administration because it’s the main office but sadly, despite being required to be able to answer these questions by law not a single person could tell me whether or not my insurance would cover it and what I had to do to be able to get into the program again! I had a few problems with this program before the last time I was on it but nothing like this. How could your own administration first off, not know how to get you to a billing person who can answer an Insurance question or whether or not an insurance plan would cover it.🤯 They would seem as if the lackadaisical latitude that has now permeated our entire medical system has now reached this point. Does not give much hope to someone like me reaching out for help and it makes me feel like they would rather me be dead on the street!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ truly the best decision i’ve ever made i can honestly say coming here has changed my life in every possible way. the staff here is beyond amazing — they don’t just do their jobs, they care. like really care. every single person goes out of their way to make sure you feel supported, seen, and heard. Marissa and Darcy, my case workers, have been such a blessing. they’ve helped me with everything — from building a plan for my future to just being there when i needed someone to talk to. they make sure you’re not just okay while you’re here, but that you’re set up for success after — with school, work, housing, all of it. my therapist Michael has made such a huge impact on me. i’ve learned more from him in these four weeks than i ever expected to. he’s helped me understand myself on a deeper level and actually believe in the person i’m becoming. there are also so many other amazing people who have made this experience what it is — Grace, Frankie, Drew, Shaun, Sergio, Eric, Renee, Lindsey, Hannah, Justin, Zach, Kayla, Erin, Jordan, Desiree, John, Marcel, Donny, Tiffany, Haley, Mary, Makenzie, and Kristian, and even the cleaning ladies who always bring such good energy and kindness every day. every single one of them plays a part in creating this safe, healing environment. you can feel the love and care everywhere here. the classes are incredible too — they’re real, they hit deep, and they actually teach you how to live again. you learn about emotions, boundaries, relapse prevention, communication, and just how to be a healthy person in every part of your life. and the community you build here… it’s like family. everyone is trying to get better together, and the friendships you make are real and lasting. i’ve met people i’ll stay connected with forever. if you truly want to get sober and start over the right way, this is the place. they help you heal, rebuild, and actually find yourself again. i’ll forever be grateful for everyone here — they helped me find hope again.

BE CAREFUL CONSUMERS! FRAUD IS EVERYWHERE!!! I work for government housing. One of our apartment complexes hired the Verhelst RH to haul some rubbish away. In order to have a company come do work at a government facility the company must provide documentation that they are a legitimate business. When this documentation was requested, Andy who is supposedly in charge became very unprofessional, belligerent, and extremely defensive as he very rudely refused to provide such info. I have been doing business for over 20 years and have never had a company refuse to provide proof of business. This tells me that this so-called non-profit organization is not legit!!

This center and its compassionate and knowledgeable staff saved my life. Through the IOP, they helped me gain control of my eating disorder, addictions, and my life. I would recommend Rosewood to anyone that is ready to face their eating disorder and put in the hard work to begin the healing process. However, you have to trust the experts, the faster you surrender to your care team (stop fighting their recommendations and advice) the faster your healing process progresses. You're worth the hard work! Also, many of the negative reviews here are for the in patient facility NOT this center in Tempe. I cannot speak to the accuracy of the reviews for the other facility but they do not stand true to this location and staff.

10 1/2 years ago, Rosewood saved my life. I wish I had the time and money to go back for a month or so, things are hard. But they taught me how to eat again, how to live without alcohol (eating again pretty much took care of that) and how to care for myself. I didn’t cause trouble and worked the program. I was there for a full 60 days (wish I’d had the time and money for 90) and absorbed everything I could. If you really want help and want to survive and learn to thrive, it’s hard work, but SO SO worth it.

A work in progress! The park survives by donations that the community provides. We have more plans, but the measurable growth in the last year has been tremendous (as documented in the local newspapers). Fewer stars if we were finished, but we have more we are doing!
