I recommend ICFR I've had a great experience from the intake to the techs and staff especially the nurses in intake. Down to case management. Tara offers lots of services for their clients & guests who are in some of the hardest times of their lives, I personally have come to the center to offer haircuts to guests and a style to lift their spirits. The first program to actually work for me. I've been through programs.. so many of them throughout my life, yet this is the one that changed me. There aren't enough stars on the options for me to post publicly for the gratitude I have to the amethyst House and all the people associated. I was a resident at the women's house and completed IOP, CBT and aftercare at the outpatient facility...Amethyst completely changed my life for the best. I was finally able to learn how to live a sober life and was given a great support system, even after graduating the program. The people who work for Amethyst truly care about their clients and I am so thankful I was able to be apart of the program.
I am now 15 months clean and sober and I don't think I would have made it this far if I hadn't went through this program.

I am BEYOND happy with the treatment I receive from Tasc!! This place is TRULY AMAZING!! The people here you will NOT find anywhere else on this planet!! Ok so let me just say as I parent I was mortified about sending my child here. I saw the reviews and at first I walked out I said my child will never be in this place because I was so afraid. A little while later the behaviors came back and I had to get her help. The worst part of the whole process was the intake the locked interrogation rooms were just nerve racking. While my child was in there the nurses were working with her so wonderfully. They kept me updated on moves and how she was doing. They were respectful and prompt the doctor called me and discussed everything they had done with her and what our next steps are. My daughter came home talking about accountability and how actions have consequences and moving forward. I am grateful to the doctors and staff.

I had Caitlyn as a therapist and let me just say she is truly phenomenal at her work and what she does she kicks ass everyday to make sure her kids have what they need. Kiera the aftercare case manager is just as amazing she truly loves and cares for older youth in this program when she did IL she made it fun and engaging. Karebear was an amazing lead tech on 400 unit she changed the way I view people today she showed me to let people in and give them a chance. Von is a another very hardworking lead tech on 400 unit she showed me how to not care what others thought about me and to be myself through and through. Cameron was an amazing lead tech on 300 unit he always made your day exciting but stuck to the rules as he should and he was always there when you needed a good cry or a good conversation. The staff there deserve the world and if I could give it to them I would. Thank you everyone.

My husband spent a couple of weeks in 2023 at Bell Trace for rehab after lung surgery.
I have only good comments about the care he received. Every member of their staff made us feel completely at home from the moment we walked into the reception area.
He received excellent care, from rehab to nursing to dietary needs.
Each and every staff member came in with a positive attitude, giving the impression that they love what they do.
Whether they were delivering meals, giving him his meds, or helping him bathe, each staff member treated my husband with total respect.
We enjoyed having lunch in the Bistro, where we could visit with other patients while we enjoyed a delicious meal.
We are grateful to the nurse at IU medical center in Indy for recommending Bell Trace to us.

My mom has lived at Bell Trace for a few years now and she loves it! She lived independently before this and of course was apprehensive about moving in but she very much still lives independently but with access to so much more! There are a ton of social activities, outings, they have access to transportation to go shopping and the staff is lovely. I especially love the dining staff! They genuinely get to know the residents and treat them with respect every time they interact with them. Recently, when my mom had a fall and needed additional help, it was comforting to know she could receive it right in her apartment. It was truly the best decision to move her there, it is such a caring and warm place.

Just started here, and it is the most gracious treatment I've ever gotten in mental health. I feel treated like a whole human rather than a task to get through.
Being able to switch an in-person appointment to a video call on short notice makes a huge difference, and it's an option I've never been given elsewhere. Getting at least a little therapy even if I'm very late means so much to me.
I feel like the appointment policy was written with an understanding of people like me who struggle but still show up as much as we can, and it has changed how I feel about therapy in general to be met where I'm at by the office staff just as much as the providers.

It was pretty good the community was good. They were pretty low staffed so hopefully they can take care of that problem. Besides that it was a fun environment and a good learning experience.

Before Hickory I’ve never experienced any sort of rehabilitation. In ANY aspect of my life. I was WRECKED. So my expectations were very “surfaced”. The tools and practices the staff, therapists, BHT’s and even the front desk and office staff provide go beyond just the addiction part. Even when some of us are at our absolute lowest and have lost sight of everything and everyone else…. It’s impossible, even then to lose sight of someone making us feel GENUINELY cared about. I’ll always remember the time we spent together Hickory!!! All 3 times of them.

Allow time for me to work on laptop to do school work very respectful good food good routine only thing I would change if I could would be you did not have to have private insurance to go I would make it available to all and ran the same way as it was when I was there

I have and will continue to recommend Hickory House to people that are struggling with addiction because of what they have done and meant to me in my life. My journey of recovery would not be what it is today if it was not for Samantha, Scott, Sarah and Cindy. They took mercy on me and nurtured me back to health. I owe the many blessings that I have today because of the grace and love they showed me during my time with them.

The staff is very friendly and supportive in your recovery journey. The group facilitators are highly educated and always discuss very relevant information in group about recovery. The food is also really good, big shout out to the guys that cooked for all of us here at RVI. They also have many recreational activities such as ping pong, basketball, and a gym. Great place to rest and focus on your sobriety. I highly recommend this place to somebody who is trying to get sober.

My experience from the moment I walked through the front door to begin my journey toward my goal of sobriety was nothing short of amazing. Their entire staff "SEES" you." They "HEAR" you. They want the very best for you. For your journey. It was my first and prayerfully the only time. I left better equipped to identify things that are detrimental to my whole well being. And the tools necessary to achieve this success on the daily. If you find yourself wanting to be a better version of you in a safe and caring environment this is where you should start. I really enjoyed my stay and was very educated. When i decided to take this step I was very scared and didn't know what to expect. All that changed when I walked thru the doors. I was allowed to take my best friend and support thru getting sober Lola and she I was supported through our. I owe RCA for giving me my life back by educating me and showing me that I matter .
