I love absolutely all the staff that works there, this was my fourth treatment center in two years. The way the facility is structured and how they get you out and about trying new things, going to meetings, getting you accumulated to being sober in the real world was exactly what I needed. They got me into a PHP program following my completion and I’m really happy where I am!! Also shout out to Megan the therapist I absolutely love her and how she tells you how it is In a nice way !! We were in a really desperate situation and needed immediate help to find a quality detox program. We had the pleasure of dealing with Kaleb, who was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. He was able to get our loved one a same day assessment and intake. We were very happy with the homey atmosphere and the kind people at Tara. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Cardinal is a good treatment center if you manage your expectations despite what the intake call employees (who do not actually work at the rehab) tell you when they call. You won’t feel like you’re in Palm Springs, but the staff definitely makes up for that and they’re very forgiving and helpful.

Alyssa Gatz (Director of CRT), and her staff at CRT are by far the most amazing group of people that I have ever encountered. The CRT staff goes above and beyond to help any individual who wants to change their life for the better. The staff is always available and always ready to lend a helping hand anytime out of your 24 hour days. There's never a question that cannot be answered, and if there is the staff again will go above and beyond to get you the correct answer. The 90-day program provides structure and discipline to an individual's life who wants to make a positive change and continue to live a full sober life displaying the best version of yourself. At the end of the 90 day program Ms. Gatz and her staff will provide each individual further recovery by helping the individual who wants to say sober and continue to live with further housing. I moved to Bloomington in January 2024, I had never stepped foot in Bloomington, Indiana and I knew absolutely nobody. The staff at CRT helped me get all the correct documentations that I will need to get a job, driver's license, birth certificates, any other documents that I needed to further my life and Recovery. After the 90-day program and I moved on to a different sober living being Courage to Change the staff of CRT was still more than willing to help me with any other things that I needed or had questions for. Also after I graduated CRT I used to think the staff on the consistent basis for saving my life. They assured me that I saved my own life and they were just grateful to be able to give me the tools the structure and the discipline to change my life so that I can save my life. Me myself I can go on and on about CRT about all the wonderful things that they have to offer but I know 100% that there is not enough time in one day to speak on all the great experiences that I had at CRT. I would recommend to anyone out there who wants to make a change in their life and is willing to make the effort to meet CRT at least halfway to contact them you won't be disappointed believe me when I tell you. If we are required to do a class, for whatever the reason, Curriculum in 2025 should not be videos 20+ years old, This will never relate to a entire class of individual struggles. Up to date, out the box thinking from therapists, who can “TRULY” relate, is a must! A prehistoric curriculum, which at best we can miserably struggle thru, will ultimately not teach anything positive. Thank-you Robert M for breaking a non functional mold. With anyone else, (Sadly) i am just a patient number, Another number for people who's goal is not me, yet what my Insurance will pay.. We are more than your pay check,, some of us may Live or Die from what you teach…. Do it right, or find a job without such consequences.

He’s made an environment that has allowed me to open up more than I ever have with any therapist or other support group plus the fact that he has shared his personal experiences in addiction is beyond helpful because I’ve never been more comfortable than I am in his class.

You cannot call directly to the clinic, no phone number available, to see if a Dr has an opening. I have walked in - checked in- & waited. It worked. On the other hand my appointments have been treated efficiently and with respect.

Where should I start? Probably with Bloomington meadows hospital has helped me immensely. Their staff helped me in a time where I thought nothing else could. Tai'ja was able to catch me before falling victim to the judicial system. Had she not gotten my message in time then I would possibly be facing a different outcome at this very moment. Instead she reached out with concern and comfort letting me know that everything was going to be okay and that I was able to be enrolled in intensive outpatient treatment. That's when my journey began. I've had a lot of therapists in my life but there's only one therapist that I will be forever grateful for and I would like to recognize her. She is Shenise Nash. Shenise is one of the most outstanding, outspoken, well versed in the language of therapy therapist that I have ever met. One would think that doing virtual visits might not be enough, but I am here, forever a believer in her utmost educated manner of tending to patients who are at their wit's end and trying to find the light. Shenise helped me when others couldn't or wouldn't. So if you're ever in a time of need and feel the darkness closing in just reach out to Bloomington Meadows talk to Tai'ja, and have her enroll you into Ms. Nash's intensive outpatient program. I'm here having completed said program to Bear witness that it is a complete life changer. Thank you Tai'ja for not letting me slip through the cracks. And a massive thank you and God bless you to Shenise Nash. You did a good thing hiring Miss Nash Bloomington Meadows.

Just started here, and it is the most gracious treatment I've ever gotten in mental health. I feel treated like a whole human rather than a task to get through. Being able to switch an in-person appointment to a video call on short notice makes a huge difference, and it's an option I've never been given elsewhere. Getting at least a little therapy even if I'm very late means so much to me. I feel like the appointment policy was written with an understanding of people like me who struggle but still show up as much as we can, and it has changed how I feel about therapy in general to be met where I'm at by the office staff just as much as the providers.

My Dad was here for rehab for a short time and had a good experience. He absolutely loved the breakfast, the eggs were cooked to perfection. I had to call later and ask how they prepared them to make them like that for him. Haha. My Mom stayed with him and staff was super nice to both of my parents. Therapy was two hours a day, Dad worked really hard and was able to go home within about a week. He had his hair cut while he was as there, the barber did a great job.

My husband spent a couple of weeks in 2023 at Bell Trace for rehab after lung surgery. I have only good comments about the care he received. Every member of their staff made us feel completely at home from the moment we walked into the reception area. He received excellent care, from rehab to nursing to dietary needs. Each and every staff member came in with a positive attitude, giving the impression that they love what they do. Whether they were delivering meals, giving him his meds, or helping him bathe, each staff member treated my husband with total respect. We enjoyed having lunch in the Bistro, where we could visit with other patients while we enjoyed a delicious meal. My mom has lived at Bell Trace for a few years now and she loves it! She lived independently before this and of course was apprehensive about moving in but she very much still lives independently but with access to so much more! There are a ton of social activities, outings, they have access to transportation to go shopping and the staff is lovely. I especially love the dining staff! They genuinely get to know the residents and treat them with respect every time they interact with them. Recently, when my mom had a fall and needed additional help, it was comforting to know she could receive it right in her apartment. It was truly the best decision to move her there, it is such a caring and warm place.

I love RCA! I miss this place so much. They helped me so much over the past year. Ive been a few times and they genuinely care about your life. Semata does so much for the patients and cares about our wellbeing. She deals with a lot of bs from people and she never let's it get her down. Clarence knew how to get into my head and help me understand and navigate my emotions and feelings and how to deal with them in the future. Honestly, he probably saved my life. Dante is such a great person and he works so hard making your time there fun and enjoyable. I love Lacy and Courtney they understood my issues and came up with realistic solutions.
