The CRT staff goes above and beyond to help any individual who wants to change their life for the better. The staff is always available and always ready to lend a helping hand anytime out of your 24 hour days. There's never a question that cannot be answered, and if there is the staff again will go above and beyond to get you the correct answer. The 90-day program provides structure and discipline to an individual's life who wants to make a positive change and continue to live a full sober life displaying the best version of yourself. At the end of the 90 day program Ms. Gatz and her staff will provide each individual further recovery by helping the individual who wants to say sober and continue to live with further housing. I moved to Bloomington in January 2024, I had never stepped foot in Bloomington, Indiana and I knew absolutely nobody. The staff at CRT helped me get all the correct documentations that I will need to get a job, driver's license, birth certificates, any other documents that I needed to further my life and Recovery. After the 90-day program and I moved on to a different sober living being Courage to Change the staff of CRT was still more than willing to help me with any other things that I needed or had questions for. Also after I graduated CRT I used to think the staff on the consistent basis for saving my life. They assured me that I saved my own life and they were just grateful to be able to give me the tools the structure and the discipline to change my life so that I can save my life. Me myself I can go on and on about CRT about all the wonderful things that they have to offer but I know 100% that there is not enough time in one day to speak on all the great experiences that I had at CRT. I would recommend to anyone out there who wants to make a change in their life and is willing to make the effort to meet CRT at least halfway to contact them you won't be disappointed believe me when I tell you. Probably with Bloomington meadows hospital has helped me immensely. Their staff helped me in a time where I thought nothing else could. Tai'ja was able to catch me before falling victim to the judicial system. Had she not gotten my message in time then I would possibly be facing a different outcome at this very moment. Instead she reached out with concern and comfort letting me know that everything was going to be okay and that I was able to be enrolled in intensive outpatient treatment. That's when my journey began. I've had a lot of therapists in my life but there's only one therapist that I will be forever grateful for and I would like to recognize her. She is Shenise Nash. Shenise is one of the most outstanding, outspoken, well versed in the language of therapy therapist that I have ever met. One would think that doing virtual visits might not be enough, but I am here, forever a believer in her utmost educated manner of tending to patients who are at their wit's end and trying to find the light. Shenise helped me when others couldn't or wouldn't. So if you're ever in a time of need and feel the darkness closing in just reach out to Bloomington Meadows talk to Tai'ja, and have her enroll you into Ms. Nash's intensive outpatient program. I'm here having completed said program to Bear witness that it is a complete life changer. Thank you Tai'ja for not letting me slip through the cracks. I have only good comments about the care he received. Every member of their staff made us feel completely at home from the moment we walked into the reception area. He received excellent care, from rehab to nursing to dietary needs. Each and every staff member came in with a positive attitude, giving the impression that they love what they do. Whether they were delivering meals, giving him his meds, or helping him bathe, each staff member treated my husband with total respect. We enjoyed having lunch in the Bistro, where we could visit with other patients while we enjoyed a delicious meal. There are a ton of social activities, outings, they have access to transportation to go shopping and the staff is lovely. I especially love the dining staff! They genuinely get to know the residents and treat them with respect every time they interact with them. Recently, when my mom had a fall and needed additional help, it was comforting to know she could receive it right in her apartment. Her laughter carries through the building and every time I hear it I know that it will be a good night. She has always been absolutely nothing but fair and has had an excellent sense of humor.
