I would give the staff here, that I have met, six stars if I could. The new secretaries are so kind and thorough. The nurses are caring, and I cannot recommend Dr Oriaifo more. I can't say much about anyone else because I haven't seen anyone else, but for the secretaries and my doctor, six stars.

I have completed 30 days of treatment at Bedford ICFR for mental health. This is my 5th treatment facility I have been to, and this is the first time I’m walking away from here confident in the progress I’ve made and my ability to keep making progress, keep growing. ICFR has given me the skills and tools I need to make this possible. If you’re thinking, even in the back of your head, that you want to come here, I recommend doing so, and sticking it out until discharge.

ICFR treated me well the entire time I was there. Most staff were friendly and helpful with the few exceptions. The therapists and group leaders were helpful and very diverse in their methods. The only downside I could see was that it is still growing and learning. If i had attended one year from now I might have given it a 5 star review

Doing the hard work in therapy is the key. I've been through physical and mental therapy, and likewise with both, you get out what you put in. Whether it's psych, therapy, group sessions, a skills coach...as much as you can engage in, dig deep and show up.
My road has been rough and the journey isn't over, and it feels good to have a team under one roof, along with a group of peers I see every week whom can actually empathize with me, because they're going it through it too.
It's a place with real people. Have I had an occasional communication/scheduling blip? Yes, but it's extremely rare. And the environment is appropriate for what the setting is, which I appreciate.
The support staff is friendly and helpful. The practioners that have helped me, including Wyeth, Julie, Lacy, and Alicia, along with the peer group, have been great.
I highly recommend their services.

I had never sought out therapy prior to being referred here by my PCP. I was placed with a very kind, compassionate and caring therapist who I still see 3 years later here.
I have done their PHP program - which was fantastic and very eye opening for myself. Every therapist and social worker there were so supportive and took time to talk to you if you needed to talk, they never made you feel small or unwanted in each group class.
I’ve also started EDMR and my therapist has been very gentle with that also. Hands down would return here again if by chance I ever had to quit. I recommend this facility to everyone.
You have to be willing to make that change for yourself. These wonderful people cannot do it for you. You have to want it. It’s not handed to you. It’s very hard work. I’m just happy I have Cross Pointe behind me to move forward.

Dr. Rhoton is the real deal and accepts Medicaid Traditional. Fast and friendly service. Front desk is awesome and is good about telling how long the wait is which is generally close to on time. Nurse is also nice. I really miss dealing with this office. I always got more than awesome service. I had to switch to another provider but will always be willing to come back if insurance changes in the future if they are accepting new patients

I called the office of Dr Blanky at Ascension Medical Center and I was told he was working half a day and didn’t have any appointments available. After the receptionist spoke with Dr Blanky, he agreed to see me. He has always been kind, supportive and knowledgeable.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Blank’s for a number of years and I trust his professional opinion and I greatly appreciate him seeing me today.

They have been excellent! They're very nice and treat my daughter who's a teen with alot of respect as this is her first pregnancy and she's nervous and has alot of fear. They have been very informative and have went above and beyond to make sure the baby is doing well! Dr.Schroeder is the Best!

I travel from Mount Carmel to see my therapist here. I love her and she never makes me feel like a bother. She has helped me in many ways. Sometimes they can't get me in as quickly as theyd like but I know it's because they have an overwhelming influx of patients and not enough therapists to help everyone which is not their fault. They do their best and I am thankful I have the ability to go.

I just spent 13 days in here not that long ago. I’m using a fake name because I want to. I was on the youth side and i had a very good experience there. There was not one single staff member who I disliked. Everyone seemed like they actually cared about me and my safety. The techs were so so good to me and helped me get through my hard times with humor. Emily, David, Justin, Andrew, and Katie 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐were all very helpful to my healing process and they treated me like I was a human, and not some crazy person. I’ve been here twice and I’ve never had a bad experience. Thank you all for your help!
