I usually won't even listen ro anyone who hasn't experienced actual addiction to hard drugs first hand, but my counselor is doing her job well because she genuinely cares and doesn't judge the addicts that attend this facility. I am proud to say I actually have a real support system and have been able to accomplish more than ever. This place has transformed my life in such a positive way and im looking forward to the future. Thank you Ms. Raggs!

I have started going to this treatment place about 2 months ago and I was a addict for 4 years I’m 19 and pregnant with my 2nd baby and this place has helped me get my soberity and find my life back I’m not to far out on my journey but I know they have helped me tremendously Im not yet on a stable dose but of course it takes time to get there also me being pregnant effects the dosing but other then that this place saved me ! I’ve tried many inpatient programs and this is the one that worked for me despite it being my first time on methadone but suboxne or Subutex never worked for me unfortunately so I gave methadone a try and it’s a success with this clinic my counselor is great they are understanding nowadays of situations ect ect but I have had a good experience so far with this conic

My experince with BHG is awsome it saved my life every one there r very nice and caring people i read some of the refues and some of them r just wrong BHG is Great and i owe it my life only u can b the judge of it

Place isn't the worst and isn't the best, but alot better than most other places in Louisville. People get mad because they constantly still get high or get in trouble for taking benzos with their methadone. So they get on here and talk bad. This place has helped me more than anything, now I'm going on 9 months sober from opiates for the first time since I've been an addict from the age of 18.

It's a great health clinic. Everyone can improve their health here. Convenient office location and courteous staff.

This place gave me my sobriety without landmark id still be doing fentanyl the staff was amazing they genuinely care and connect very well on a personal level and I’ve learned a lot about our disease of addiction their building is very nice and clean well taken care of and the program part is amazing I truly got a lot out of those classes I’ve been sober since the day after I got there being 04/28/2024 and still and always will have my sobriety thanks to landmark and all the staff that I met

UPDATE***. You see the original comment, they stood over my shoulder as I typed it. Landmark recovery on fern valley rd is a JOKE!!! The comments you see about the CEO not giving a crap about what goes on in her facility is true!! Let’s just say there was a survey that went around and baby I filled it from front to back, corners and all! I had so much to say that I got to sit down with the CEO & Co-CEO to get a fill for the new things & better opportunities that were getting ready to be put into place. As I read the comments I see that was a lie. Also the whole paper thing was suppose to be anonymous but they matched my hand writing to the daily check ins we did. YOU WILL BE TAKING COLD SHOWERS WITH SEWER FLIES!!! The water supply is a 5-gallon igloo bucket thing with the spout at the bottom which is very important bc when it’s time to be refilled, guess what, it’s rolled into the bathroom & filled with sink water. For the amount of money spent here, things could go be sooooo much better & still be the bare minimum experience. They’ll answer the phone to get you in the door, sell you a bunch of lies about the “the state of art facility” and it’ll sound good. & look good to upon first entry and where the family meetings and public eyes can see. But once you cross that wooden door, it’s a all a lie. Welcome to hell! I would never recommend anyone to go here. I will say, the names mentioned were definitely great people, I would reconnect with again. But that place, is one of the reason I have remained sober. I refuse to go back, please go with a different facility if you can. This place will definitely be investigated one day!! Best wishes to you all. First time going to rehab and landmark was a great experience. The staff are welcoming and the patients here are very welcoming as well. Made me feel love and supported as soon as I stepped onto the wing. They definitely feed you so be prepared to gain a few pounds. Also huge shoutout to Gary A, Jackie F, & the PES Britney, Randy, and Matthew they are all amazing. There are plethora of different backgrounds here so if you find yourself here please take the opportunity to get to know them and use the knowledge that they give you. Overall a great experience and I recommend.

I enjoyed the virtual IOP treatment more than I thought I would. It worked well with my work schedule and I got to be comfortable at home as well as being comfortable in the group. I was able to connect and exchange information with my peers and expand my recover/Sobriety network!

LAC was great. I participated in the evening groups through zoom, which I originally had reservations about. Even though the meetings were online, they were still very engaging, informative, and personal. The therapist and case manager were incredible. They were both very authentic and supportive, and they were easily available when we needed them. I am very appreciative and grateful for this program.
