Amazing experience! My baby has a febrile seizure and stopped breathing. Brought him in and an EMT took him from me and had him in the ER so fast! Every nurse came to his aide and worked quickly. I was very scared as I have never witnessed this and they made sure to walk me and my husband through everything. Doctor was awesome. Checked on him multiple times. Hands down the best ER experience.

I am a 72 year old male. I have been using Urology Specialist for approximately 25 years. For the last several years I saw Cassie Memering. In my 72 years I’ve had my share of medical problems and seen many doctors in many towns and different hospitals. I can honestly say none of them treats me with the personal, caring way that Cassie does. When I show up for a visit they are very prompt at getting me into see her. I think a lot of you men could have a problem going to a female for your urology needs, but let me tell you Cassie takes that fear all away. She is the most personable, caring, understanding, medical professional I have ever dealt with. We talk, she listens, she understands, and she advises me on all my issues. I would highly recommend Cassie Memering to anyone needing those types of services.

I recommend working with any therapist, they are all friendly and willing to go the extra mile in order to help you succeed. I used to be a part of one of their programs. I would give the staff here, that I have met, six stars if I could. The new secretaries are so kind and thorough. The nurses are caring, and I cannot recommend Dr Oriaifo more. I can't say much about anyone else because I haven't seen anyone else, but for the secretaries and my doctor, six stars.

5 stars! I have not even been to the Jasper office yet...but seen my new doctor in the Orleans office. There was a misunderstanding, I think with my previous doctor from Orleans leaving a 2 week gap in medicine, I've taken for 29 years! Without hesitation my new doctor at The Jasper office took over right away and filed that medicine! I have genuinely NEVER been cared for by a doctor like that way my whole life! I know I will definitely be at the Jasper office in a few weeks for my appointment and I just appreciate it so much local doctors would have just let me suffer they have before. We recently moved to the area, and when we had a mental health crisis, we called LifeSpring. I cannot express how grateful for the staff in Jasper! While crying out for help and being ignored had become the norm at other facilities, the crisis intervention team and staff at LifeSpring in Jasper began rallying around our family. They built a wall of safety around my loved one who needed care, a showed him (and us!) that we are not alone. They faced many “no’s” when trying to help us find additional critical care, but that did not deter them, even after hours, and they were able to find additional resources to help our family. I truly believe that thanks to their caring, determination and tenacity in ignoring the roadblocks and finding other avenues to take that they saved a family member’s life. They also followed up, after hours even, to make sure that the family member’s life had the support and care they needed. I will always be grateful for this group being put in our pathway. They are true heroes.

One star is the best that I can give this place, some of the nurses are down right rude to the patients and their families. i absolutely hate snakes but I wouldn't even take one there to get help. This hospital is a disgrace and if they can't do any better than this then they should be shut down. I would give 0 stars but unfortunately it's not an option.

I would like to start by saying I truly hope this finds its way to the right people. My grandmother passed away in the early morning of 08/28/2026 after being admitted in the evening on 08/25/2026. We were located on the 5th floor RM 2512. I stayed with my grandmother THE WHOLE TIME, so I witnessed first hand the incredibly AMAZING care that was provided not just to my grandmother but to my wife and I as well! BIG shout out and thanks to nurse Janet who made my grandmother as comfortable as humanly possible during her final hours and for comforting my wife and I as well! There were several other nurses on 5th floor assigned to my grandmother through day and night shift each day and EVERY SINGLE one of them were truly the best I've ever seen and I've worked several hospitals and clinics in the past! The Social Worker on the 5th floor(Amber) was also excellent in helping sort out all the right options for my grandmother. All the staff on the 5th floor were super kind, diligent in there duties, and listened to every single concern I brought to there attention! The staff of the 5th floor are a truly dedicated group of professionals that i would recommend to anyone and everyone! I apologize for forgetting the names of the other nurses, but I have not one complaint for any of them. Thank you all for what you do day in and day out, it means the world to me!

Deaconess Memorial Center with Dr Melinda Gruder was was a good experience. There are residents there. They really care. Dr Gruder noticed the mole in my wrist area that I wanted removed by a dermatologist in December appointment. I couldn't get in until a late date. I am getting it removed on Friday in her Center. I am thankful.

MY NAME IS Ron Hamilton And i have to say these counselors and Staff helped me get over my addiction as of last week I got my 7 month chip for being Drug free And being there for 3 weeks in April I took what my counselors taught me you have to want it and remove your self from people places and things I have to thank Mona , Jeff for believing in me and supporting me and all the counselors and Staff. Wow! I read the last review and I am not surprised in the least! I had an experience with this facility and while the lady was pretty confident that I was going to enroll. I guess you thought I had no other choice. She made it clear that she had control over me and if I was one minute late that would mean that my probation would go on forever and that the facility would profit as much as possible based on any problems getting rides that I don't normally need. Clearly the more dependent you are before this happens the higher your rate of success. If you are independent and you have to find dependence on other people then you are likely to fail. SteppingStone makes absolutely no sense. They are a profit machine that is supported highly by city and that is why they are at the top of their list. If you are ever in a position where you have to use rehabilitative services I highly recommend that you skip over this option. Remember me if you're ever in there and they tell you how big of an addict you are when the truth is you just have a life and you made one mistake.

I’ve been here before with my human! This He’s taking care of his mental health after getting dealt a really bad hand in life. Life hasn’t been kind to him lately, and it shows in the weight he carries every day. Coming back to Brentwood Springs feels like returning to a place that actually gets it. The staff here is compassionate and professional. They create a safe, structured environment where my human can focus on healing. The inpatient and outpatient options give real flexibility, and the therapy groups, medication management, and recreational activities seem to help him start processing things he’s been holding onto for too long. He is involved in the Hope4Hero’s program which helps with Active, Veterans and first responders. This program has been so helpful for him. It’s not easy watching someone you love struggle, but seeing him get the support he needs here brings me some peace. The facility is clean and calm, which makes a big difference when emotions are running high. I appreciate how they treat the whole person—not just the symptoms—and include family/ support system education too. It reminds me that he’s not alone in this, even on the toughest days. If you or someone you care about is facing serious mental health challenges or co-occurring issues, Brentwood Springs is a place worth considering. I had never sought out therapy prior to being referred here by my PCP. I was placed with a very kind, compassionate and caring therapist who I still see 3 years later here. I have done their PHP program - which was fantastic and very eye opening for myself. Every therapist and social worker there were so supportive and took time to talk to you if you needed to talk, they never made you feel small or unwanted in each group class. I’ve also started EDMR and my therapist has been very gentle with that also. Hands down would return here again if by chance I ever had to quit. I recommend this facility to everyone. You have to be willing to make that change for yourself. These wonderful people cannot do it for you. You have to want it. It’s not handed to you. It’s very hard work. I’m just happy I have Cross Pointe behind me to move forward.

These people helped me so much. They were all so kind. But I was in there for 5 days and they had two grey codes? Whatever they were called. Within two of those days. I know it's not the employees fault but there's also the fact I got there and had to sit in my room crying reading a manual that said "here at deconess cross pointe your never alone" while alone. That bugged me. And the schedule was always changing.. but all the nurses and everyone was so nice.!

I’ve been here twice and if I needed to go back I would. I see a lot of reviews about terrible staff and awful nps. Truth is there are people who do it cause they care and people who do it to work. My techs 9/10 were amazing but I also followed rules. I was comforted when I cried by staff that cared. I will say there are people here that are way too old school or just flat out mean. Those are the people I just chose to try to ignore or request someone else. It is an impatient program many people have many different issues. You are going to see things you don’t like and don’t agree with some that even triggered me, that will be everywhere you go. Only thing you can do is be honest and take time in your process.

We called ahead to the Lab / ER because our 9-year-old non-verbal autistic son would resist the scheduled blood draw. I was able to take him in before work, they had a team of 5-7 Hospital staff to help hold him down and get the blood drawn VERY QUICKLY. They were all very nice to him but firm and did what needed to be done. It was a perfect experience, from check in to out the door quickly with my kiddo. :) This could have been an extremely traumatic experience for him, but because the staff was so prepared and good at their jobs it was in and out and I'm very thankful, so I wanted to leave a review.

Thank you for taking great care of me. I couldn't have asked for a better team during my breast biopsy. They made sure I was comfortable, didnt pass out (almost did) and kept me focused on other things during the procedure (even though it hurt super bad not going to lie lol)

I have been very pleased with LSH services. They were there for me during a very rough time in my life. They offer so many services such as medication review, psychiatrist, face to face therapy. They also offer EMDR and gene testing. They will assist clients with applying for insurance. I highly recommend Lifesprings. Michelle Emmons, LCSW goes above and beyond to help clients.
