Okay then!!! Where should I start..Me Personally I will say that I like the staff there I mean some days are good and some days are not Good 👍, I learned that you Just have to be Patient, because it's not gonna get any faster getting your dose, because eventually you will get it and then you move on with your Day, I mean that I really like the nurses, whoever is working that day, I've had some 😞 difficult days and I will have a conversation with the nurses and they always have something positive to say and make me feel better ☺️, My Counselor she's the best because she understands me, and I'm not One to really put my self out there but she's very patient with me 🥺, and I love ❤️ that, The Security guard is also Great 👍, he treats you with respect, and does his Job well and I respect that..with that being said, I really like this program because you get treated with respect and responsibility for your action, Takin it One day at a time, like I'm doing,, I'm grateful to be here because I can still remember those rough days..but I'm 😊 good now thanks to everyone that helped me in HCRC..it works if you let it work, I'm tryin my best ❤️, sometimes it just takes a while longer for me, but I ain't mad at you, my time will come...Ty 4 helping me too remember what it was. I want to thank the Battleboro retreat for helping me many years ago. It's been about twenty years since I was there as a patient. To me they helped me the most out of all others that I got treatment. The stuff is wonderful and I can't thank you enough for saving my life. The name I used when I was there went by Ana Hartford. The people here have absolutely horrid grammar. The only good thing about this place was the deck swap card in uno and the weetabix... unfortunately, King Jessica/Julian would limit my eating habits. In all seriousness, when I first got to Brattleboro I was extremely nervous from the reviews I saw online being majorly negative (which then became an ongoing joke between me, my peers, and the staff - hence the beginning). That being said, for me, I found my stay there to be helpful and a good life experience to know that there's always someone who'll be there, even if you don't know them. I had lots of fun and made friends I'm still in contact with today. The staff is wonderful and only wants to help you, but I know this could be very different for other people going in there. So if you're like me, reading reviews as you drive over, just know that the living there can be hard and sometimes the kitchen will forget you ordered a grilled cheese, but you're there to get help and the staff is there to give you help so if you're cooperative, going to groups, and working on improvement - you're undeniably going to get better. Yes, some of the reviews are right and it can be a little scary to watch people be restrained, but you need to focus on yourself there.

The staff were amazing, it was difficult with the forced isolation and strict rules but after a while I realized it was necessary. Forced quiet when I couldn’t quiet myself. Caring and compassionate I needed them and proud to say I’m an Ally (LGBTQIA+) One suggestion PLEASE ! Have everyone sign a release of info to their PCP right off on the day of discharge. Get the process started because it is a long and broken system to navigate and this will shorten it. It’s the patient who suffers from the 30 days plus process and the communication and paperwork that it takes for the two to talk to each other. It’s just one less thing we have to remember or concentrate on while trying to get back into the world again.

Always feels very safe and comforting there in Leeds, just an FYI I visited the Veterans Memorial that they have on Front Street in Chicopee where the old Chicopee High School is, and I highly recommend to check that out it is very honorable and reflective

Went in on Tuesday with my 2 1/2 year-old. She was having trouble breathing and didn’t seem like herself. She tested positive for RSV and the pediatric doctor there (red headed lovely woman) was super helpful in making the decision to get her helicoptered over to CCMC in Hartford. The staff is very knowledgeable and I appreciated them making quick decisions and getting us a transport that was safe and effective. My only complaint would be that my daughter seemed way worse often than anyone else in the waiting room and we still had to wait about 45 minutes to be seen. I went up once and explained like she’s actually struggling to breathe and then it was only about 10 minutes later that they saw her so they did act once I voiced my concern. I would recommend advocating for yourself at the urgent care check-in if you are really in distress.

Took my wife to ER yesterday. All around impressive experience with all the staff. Triage staff were thorough and patient. Nurses equally excellent. Doctors were calm, reassuring and knowledgeable with great bedside manner. Continual checking in on us while in the room. Not your typical ER experience. Thank you to all. The program works if you work it. Just like with any other program out there, you have to put the effort in. No one can do it for you. Depending on your insurance you may be able to get a taxi ride to the clinic each day. No matter where you live. Do not let negative reviews sway you from making the decision to get clean. You can do this. These people can help. Everything they do is for the purpose of getting you clean. I know many people who have gained remission from addiction with the help of metro, including myself. When its a life or death decision, choose life.

When i was there i believe that to many folks were truly there not to recover but directed to be there. But yet the program never gave up on anyone. 60 days out they are still in contact with me. The aftercare support system is great and through Grace you supports are second to none!! I dont know how to thank them and i am defiantly awaiting to go back and speak . I cant say enough about what they did for me. This BHN facility has its ups and downs to it. From May 2018, to current day! I have experienced so much over the years. From being a Co-Ed Detox up until 2022. My last time being in this building in 2021, I'm now a resident of Connections. My caseworker Alex is very reasonable and understanding. The program director Jen is a wonderfully kind and cooperative person. This is a locked facility, where you have to be let on or off the unit. The different paths in recovery are accepted. There is from a structured guidance program here. 3 beds in each room, 3 meals provided daily, and staff (Recovery Specialists & Clinical Counselors) that will provide help/assistance/resources. I've been here in this new program for a week now and have adjusted very well. My future here will be very conducive to my recovery, I also believe that I can and will be very successful. The downsides here are only, grievance forms aren't responded to timely. Your not allowed to bring food or beverages on to unit. Very

This BHN facility has its ups and downs to it. From May 2018, to current day! I have experienced so much over the years. From being a Co-Ed Detox up until 2022. My last time being in this building in 2021, I'm now a resident of Connections. My caseworker Alex is very reasonable and understanding. The program director Jen is a wonderfully kind and cooperative person. This is a locked facility, where you have to be let on or off the unit. The different paths in recovery are accepted. There is from a structured guidance program here. 3 beds in each room, 3 meals provided daily, and staff (Recovery Specialists & Clinical Counselors) that will provide help/assistance/resources. I've been here in this new program for a week now and have adjusted very well. My future here will be very conducive to my recovery, I also believe that I can and will be very successful. The downsides here are only, grievance forms aren't responded to timely. Your not allowed to bring food or beverages on to unit. Very

I went to ORH for treatment back in 2019/2020. With serious hard work and self reflection. Taking the program seriously and not just come here for a bed to look good on court documents or probation. It is an awesome program and has a high success rate. ORH will NOT discharge someone if he is doing everything that is asked of him, attending groups, meeting, participation around the house, and keeping a clean room, People who do not take the program seriously will have bad reviews. Family/friends writing reviews on others behalfs don't know the real reasons why other were discharged. And could have happened for a number of reasons. I truly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend the program to others.

Dr M Sorrenti’s engagement and genuine interest in looking at the entire situation researching the patients history and formulating a plan was what ultimately fixed her problem he also was the first Dr their that didn’t act like he was already on to the next patient 5 minutes into the conversation if he accepted patients I would be the first one in line. What CMC needs is more like him I can’t thank you enough your patient is doing well.

A year ago I left a 1-star review due to a pathetic billing system and CS. Today, I'll retract and give 5-stars. Billing system has been updated. It's now easy to work with, and easy to come up with a repayment plan I can keep up with. More importantly I had a medication reaction and was taken by ambulance to ED. I'm an RN and let me say that everything was done perfectly. I am so incredibley impressed (and in previous years, I was not). Great doctor, great nurses, great all around. Keep it up.
