Okay then!!! Where should I start..Me Personally I will say that I like the staff there I mean some days are good and some days are not Good 👍, I learned that you Just have to be Patient, because it's not gonna get any faster getting your dose, because eventually you will get it and then you move on with your Day, I mean that I really like the nurses, whoever is working that day, I've had some 😞 difficult days and I will have a conversation with the nurses and they always have something positive to say and make me feel better ☺️, My Counselor she's the best because she understands me, and I'm not One to really put my self out there but she's very patient with me 🥺, and I love ❤️ that, The Security guard is also Great 👍, he treats you with respect, and does his Job well and I respect that..with that being said, I really like this program because you get treated with respect and responsibility for your action,

I have had good and bad experiences at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. It depends on who your doctor is in the ED. I've spent as long as three months as a patient at Cooley. I was lucky enough to end up on North 3. The staff was great and did all they could to take care of me. West 5 was ok, but I was disappointed that when I fell with my rollator they didn't do anything to make sure that I was ok.

Due to personnel constraints everyone there does multiple tasks & that's why they don't answer, HOWEVER leaving a message will get you a call back pretty quickly, usually an hour or so. I always leave a message & indicate if I need to speak to someone ASAP & get quicker response. Great care & they try to address any problems you may have.

This BHN facility has its ups and downs to it. From May 2018, to current day! I have experienced so much over the years. From being a Co-Ed Detox up until 2022. My last time being in this building in 2021, I'm now a resident of Connections. My caseworker Alex is very reasonable and understanding. The program director Jen is a wonderfully kind and cooperative person. This is a locked facility, where you have to be let on or off the unit. The different paths in recovery are accepted. There is from a structured guidance program here. 3 beds in each room, 3 meals provided daily, and staff (Recovery Specialists & Clinical Counselors) that will provide help/assistance/resources. I've been here in this new program for a week now and have adjusted very well. My future here will be very conducive to my recovery, I also believe that I can and will be very successful.
The downsides here are only, grievance forms aren't responded to timely. Your not allowed to bring food or beverages on to unit. Very

Before going to Cheshire Wellness I knew I needed healing of my nervous system, but didn’t quite know what I needed to get there. I went to ORH for treatment back in 2019/2020. With serious hard work and self reflection. Taking the program seriously and not just come here for a bed to look good on court documents or probation. It is an awesome program and has a high success rate. ORH will NOT discharge someone if he is doing everything that is asked of him, attending groups, meeting, participation around the house, and keeping a clean room,
People who do not take the program seriously will have bad reviews. Family/friends writing reviews on others behalfs don't know the real reasons why other were discharged. And could have happened for a number of reasons.
I truly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend the program to others.

My mom was at another nursing care facility in Keene and they were just awful. How would they like to be treated like that? Shame on them. My mom felt very strongly that she wanted to stay in Keene so we found Genesis. It is night and day. At Genesis, they respect her and treat her with dignity. They have been very easy to work with and for the most part the staff have been very friendly and responsive.

My daughter went to the fran and she met amazing peers and bonded with everyone but when she told me that there's mold in the A/C units,the shower,EVERYTHING unsanitary not to mention they used BLEACH to disinfectant everything and no ventilation so it was just a bleach aroma all the time. Btw staff dont properly do their jobs.

Boca Recovery has helped me find myself again. Staff here is mostly amazing. The case managers work hard at what they need to get done during your stay and my Therapist Emily has so much grace and has helped me refresh my mind and get more tools in my toolbox to maintain my sobriety. Antrim House was hands down the best treatment center I have been to and I know that I was not the only client that felt that way. All of the staff at Antrim made me feel heard and catered to our needs always. The BHA’s, Clinicians, Providers, Nursing Staff all went above and beyond to help me out throughout my stay there. Had some amazing talks with Brittany, Sherrie, Bailey, Chris D, Daniella, Wanda, Trevor, Lisa, Trish, Ashley, Joe and more that I will never forget. The food there cooked by Leah was top notch and the best food I’ve ever had at a treatment center. I love the fact that Krystle the alumni coordinator is so involved in her job and so passionate about what she does. It is really cool to me that she is so productive and proactive about keeping everyone in contact on the alumni app for events so we can all keep in touch and continue on together as a community in our recovery journey so that we have each other to lift one another up each step of the way. I won’t forget the amazing staff that held groups that I absorbed so much from, I will always feel forever grateful and forever blessed to have found Antrim House in my searches for a treatment center. I feel it was by the grace of God that it all worked out the way it did. I am so grateful for Antrim House. I am rebuilding my life today and experiencing meaningful progress in recovery because of Antrim and It's staff! I can't thank the Bha's enough for connecting and inspiring me. My case manager bent over backwards to help me navigate a complicated set of logistical issues. because of the dedication of the staff at Antrim I got a chance to do the real work on me, that i had never been able to do before! I am indebted to the nursing staff who stood by me as I dealt with the consequences of my use. I learned so much from the classes and was truly inspired and motivated by Bha's I got so many tools at Antrim that serve me today as I try continue to trek farther up and further into this spiritual journey towards better and new!
