Was skeptical about the program but was beyond pleased at how helpful, informative, and engaging it actually was. I voluntarily decided to try RCA’s outpatient dual diagnosis program and I have nothing but great things to say about it! The staff though small was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and the fact that the staff is a smaller team it definitely gives off a sense of a almost a family like atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone who’s struggling with any mental health or substance abuse issues. It’s never too late to change your life for the better and you don’t have to do it alone and just my experience but I would recommend RCA hands down.

Rca Danvers was amazing, almost all the staff were very supportive. You always have a few you don't like, but I'll say 95% were awesome. Just make sure to ask what you can bring with you, I went there without knowing which made it a lil rougher. Unit 5 rocks, met so many great people I'll never forget, and the staff really care. Huge shout out to David my counselor, rock on... Now on to continue my journey, thanks again so much to everyone. P.S. use R's in your words kid hahaha

This is when someone simultaneously struggles with addictive behavior and mental conditions. Their treatment options include medical detox, clinical stabilization
Just came home after four weeks at Serenity Treatment Center and it was a wonderful experience. I came home more with a better understanding of my condition and given great coping skills to deal with my anxiety and depression. I want to thank with all my heart two people in particular My clinitions Jack who gave me great one one one therapy with a kind and gentle heart and Rob...both true gemsne. Rob ran many of the group sessions always giving a lot of information and encouraged us to recognize our needs and work on coping skills that for me we're so important. Rob had a way of running groups and not making the groups boring with different approaches such as occasional an chuckle combined with many serious conversations. Anyone lucky enough to enter into the Serenity program is truly lucky. I would be wrong not to acknowledge the techs, nursing, cooking and cleaning staff all wonderful people.

I had an extremely great experience. My mental health, and my substance abuse were addressed and worked on every single day. With medication and daily therapy sessions, and a greatly structured environment I felt very confident in moving into a sober living phase--which is a part of the recovery process. The team at Serenity are amazing. Thank you all for your hard work! -BooBoo

Monte Nido – Laurel Hill is a serene and homey residential care center that focuses on treating women with eating disorders. You can find them in Medford, Massachusetts, just north of Boston. Although their main focus is on healing disordered eating patterns, they also provide support for co-occurring conditions, including substance use disorder,
A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had — I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us — she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us… it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don’t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

Green Mountain Treatment Center saved my life. I was sick and scared when I arrived, but the transformation that occurred for me during the 80 days I spent on the mountain was nothing short of a miracle.I quickly recognized that hard work on my part needed to be done, or I'd be miserable and missing out on the gifts of the program. Thankfully, there is an incredible staff in place who walked with me through the introspection I had to do and showed me that recovery was possible. I marked 5 months sober yesterday and I truly believe that God removed my alcoholic obsession while I was on the mountain.Everyone's experience is different and I can only speak of my own, but I personally could not see myself succeeding as I did in any other facility. I'll be thankful to Green Mountain for the rest of my life.

I was lucky enough to have found out about this facility in February of 2025. Words can not even describe how amazing the staff! My first night there was extremely hard for me and Petra was absolutely amazing ! I wanted to leave , I didn't feel good and she was able to calm me down and keep me there. My case worker Nicole was the best! I felt like she truly cared and wanted to help me get thru my time at the facility and she helped me set up outpatient care so that when I left Mayflower I was all set with good resources. This place was the beginning of redemption story and gave me a phenomenal foundation to start my recovery journey!

My first impression of Mayflower was an amazing. I felt so comfortable with the staff immediately, they made me feel so welcomed and supportive. The staff was unbelievably knowledgeable in addition. I felt safe and well taken care of. My room was first class with my own TV. The food was cooked by a chef and was unbelievable. I was most impressed with the Director of the program. He did a morning group everyday to address any concerns we may have and to impress how he was there to help the clients. Very professional and comfortable at the same time. 10 out of 10. If you are ready to accept help & want to make a positive change in your life you should definitely call them. I go to the Peabody clinic & it has been a great experience. Honestly I had no expectations I think except maybe I was just another number walking through the door & that has been the furthest thing from the truth. Everyone, I mean Everyone has been amazing. They care, I honestly believe that. They want to see you succeed in your recovery. When you walk in they remember you name, they are all very pleasant, which helps me so much going to a place that have a great staff. The security staff always smile & remember peoples names (incredible), the front desk are great, they are welcoming & funny, the nurses are always very pleasant & interact with you. I have the best counselor. She is amazing & so easy to talk to. She has been a rock for me in my recovery, I can t say enough about her. I have interacted a bit with the head counselor too & she has gone out of her way to help me when she was slammed with work & it s when I was new to the clinic. I really appreciated that. I just want to mention the director. She has been wonderful wherever I have interacted when her. She has been pleasant, calls me by my name which is impressive to me anyway because I don t see her much, but she remembers my name just the same. That says a lot to me about the type of person that leads the clinic. As you can tell I am a big fan of the place. They have helped me tremendously in getting over this mountain that I have been struggling with for a decade or so. When I see some of these negative reviews I don t think it s how 99.99% of the people going there feel. Most people only write reviews to complain. This clinic has i believe over 600 patients. Honestly if you are having a bad situation where you are not happy it s most likely because you messed up and are paying the consequences for your own actions. We are in this clinic to begin with because of bad decisions, bad roads we chose to take. The rules won t change from the day you decide to join to your last day after you complete the program. If you take care of your end of the deal they will live up to their end. Even if you relapse they will be there to pick you back up, encourage you and stick by you as long as it takes. I give a ton of credit & really appreciate the work that these people do. If you want help, call .. they will help you like they have everyone else.

The only thing I feel that some rules and who exactly makes final decisions on certain things,so there's no miscommunication for the clients. That would be extremely helpful, especially miscommunication with clients that have take homes basically I feel as though like I said in the beginning of this review maybe things need to be updated and everybody needs to be on the same page because I'm sure certain rules do change from time to time, and of course everybody needs to know what rules have changed whether you have take-homes or not. I would like to say something wonderful about three counselors and that's because I only know them and one of them is mine and the other one I do a group with and the third one I had have interactions with him when he was counselor of the week, the counselor Donna, Kim and Arthur a wonderful wonderful counselors they are fair and if you are doing everything you're supposed to and you're doing the right thing especially in working the program they will go to bat for their clients. I am excited to write this review. Ava keeps me going, and provides such healthy insight. I have had a long couple of years, personally, professionally, and with my own recovery. She's been here for all of it. Nobody is easy, but I really am a tough nut to crack. I have a tremendous amount of gratitude for the time we have.

Didn’t feel like a cold, scary, clinical place. Staff actually remembered my name and didn’t treat me like another number or judge me. They help by doing things other than just giving you meds which I liked. They got me some good resources to help with work, money and housing, stuff like that. They did have some long wait times on some days but they really helped me turn things around.

Starting off at a new place sometimes is difficult. But not at Brightview from the moment , I walked through the door. I felt welcomed, I had staff that advocated for me, to make sure . I received the treatment, I needed outside of Brightview. So that showed me. that . I wasn't alone . that people were listening . But the most amazing thing, I've witnessed, Is that the staff knew everyone by name. almost like on a personal basis. I could go on an on . I'm going to be moving on to another program. This new program. has some pretty big shoes to fill !!!
