Individuals with the profound burden of addiction or mental health disorders can find solace at Avenues Recovery in Dublin, New Hampshire. This facility offers something truly valuable: a chance to breathe and step away from the struggle. The approach here goes beyond simply stopping the use of substances. It’s more of a supported journey back to
Being 100% honest, out of 6 treatment centers Avenues is the best one I've been to. The staff is amazing, Keith, Steve, Stacey, and my therapist Rielley, just to name a few have been especially wonderful. I have made the most progress in my life in my time at avenues. Definitely recommend Avenues for substance use and mental health. Love you guys!!!!!! Update: I'm almost a year clean and sober now!!! I still am involved with Avenues Alumni, I love that I'm made to feel part of a family!!!! Forever grateful, forever in my heart!!! I love you Avenues!!!! Year and a half later and Avenues still stays in touch, we have alumni events, weekly alumni meetings. I will always continue to say this place was and still is very magical. I recommend Avenues to anyone struggling with addiction.

Comming here for my first time in recovery I didn't know what to expect. All the staff and community here were great and so helpful! My counselor Meghan was awesome! She helped me so much! Would highly recommend if you are struggling with addiction to come to avenues. Great community of people wanting to get sober and ready for my next step at concord!

Located in Brattleboro, VT, Brattleboro Retreat is a non-profit rehab center that was founded in 1834. This addiction treatment center provides comprehensive substance abuse recovery services for all individuals regardless of race, gender, or religion. Each program offered by this rehab center aims to meet the needs of each person to ensure long-te
The people here have absolutely horrid grammar. The only good thing about this place was the deck swap card in uno and the weetabix... unfortunately, King Jessica/Julian would limit my eating habits. In all seriousness, when I first got to Brattleboro I was extremely nervous from the reviews I saw online being majorly negative (which then became an ongoing joke between me, my peers, and the staff - hence the beginning). That being said, for me, I found my stay there to be helpful and a good life experience to know that there's always someone who'll be there, even if you don't know them. I had lots of fun and made friends I'm still in contact with today. The staff is wonderful and only wants to help you, but I know this could be very different for other people going in there. So if you're like me, reading reviews as you drive over, just know that the living there can be hard and sometimes the kitchen will forget you ordered a grilled cheese, but you're there to get help and the staff is there to give you help so if you're cooperative, going to groups, and working on improvement - you're undeniably going to get better. Yes, some of the reviews are right and it can be a little scary to watch people be restrained, but you need to focus on yourself there.

The staff were amazing, it was difficult with the forced isolation and strict rules but after a while I realized it was necessary. Forced quiet when I couldn’t quiet myself. Caring and compassionate I needed them and proud to say I’m an Ally (LGBTQIA+) One suggestion PLEASE ! Have everyone sign a release of info to their PCP right off on the day of discharge. Get the process started because it is a long and broken system to navigate and this will shorten it. It’s the patient who suffers from the 30 days plus process and the communication and paperwork that it takes for the two to talk to each other. It’s just one less thing we have to remember or concentrate on while trying to get back into the world again.

I just got out, I was sicker than I thought. Im going to honestly say I have mixed feelings it really is hit or miss at this hospital. Respectfully I can say they are very short staffed, and extremely overwhelmed. I was in for 2 days found an abcess and pin hole in my intestines they treated me to the best of their ability they were honest but towards the end the vibe was off. And yes they definitely want to make sure you aren't there pill seeking. Not everyone is a junkie and yes i did feel that i was screened for some reason.People like me dont look sick because of high pain tolerances I live in pain. However you have to give credit were it has been earned the unit nursing staff on 1 floor was and is excellent they listen they care.kaylee,shana,serenety,brenda,michelle,levy,CT. I forgit your name and everyone else I couldnt remember thank you. Room#6 corner suite. So in the end we are in control of ourselves if your sick and you need the ER go because if I need them again I will take my chances. Sometimes you have to make the best out of a bad situation that's just life.

Nice little clinic. The people are kind and helpful. This is the longest I’ve been able to be stable in my sobriety. My counselor is intelligent, helpful and caring. The program works if you work it. Just like with any other program out there, you have to put the effort in. No one can do it for you. Depending on your insurance you may be able to get a taxi ride to the clinic each day. No matter where you live. Do not let negative reviews sway you from making the decision to get clean. You can do this. These people can help. Everything they do is for the purpose of getting you clean. I know many people who have gained remission from addiction with the help of metro, including myself. When its a life or death decision, choose life.

Gorgeous serene location. Not sure many walk down to the pond/lake. Outdoor picnic tables for contemplation. Privacy is a Huge plus adding to focus. Haven't been there in over a year. I hope it hasn't lost its "run down summer camp" vibe I read in the other review that it's new (renovated) because a lot of charm is in the larger room with books. Casual with Excellent Experienced Highly empathetic dedicated counselors. They've seen it all. The composition of "Patients" is quite varied. You can have a Professor making buddies with a plumber. I mean this in the best way & you already know that's how it works ideally. I just want to encourage people to not stereotype it as one socioeconomic group or another. But yeah mostly white. Great place.

This a very protected environment where you can focus on your treatment with no distractions. The groups are beneficial, the therapy is superb, and the staff is second to none. The facility is new as of writing this and provides a calm and relaxing environment to focus on your recovery and self. As with all programs like this you get what you put into it. Cant speak highly enough about the staff. They will be there for you anytime and guide you threw the hurdles of addiction and mental health issues. Thank you to Neakaug and their staff I cant praise you enough. I hope this this program doesnt depart from an excellent program they have working. My husband and I have been seeing Drs. Tecia and Matt for approximately 3 months. Our cousins raved about CWC. The warmth from the staff welcomes you and readies you for the treatments which are phenomenal. We both are experiencing relief from chronic conditions already. It's a new way to look at your body and what it needs to function optimally. We are very happy we were referred to CWC!
