I'm addressing specifically the Infusion Center at Gila Regional Medical Center. After almost three months of working with my specialist in Albuquerque, I finally got into the infusion center (no fault of theirs or my Albuquerque doctor that it took so long). I was on my LAST day to have a critical shot. The two nurses at the Infusion Center were AMAZING! My biggest concern with GWMC is that from what I have seen and heard, it lacks critical strategic communications and customer service skills. The two nurses in the Infusion Center had both and were excellent! They even scheduled out my next appointment without me asking.

I'm in ICU here today and it has been the best experience I've ever had in a hospital. The staff nurses doctors ,and techs are incredible and made this stay the best. Thank you for being good people to me 🙏 God bless

Zia changed my life. They showed me the tools I needed to gain my life back & introduced me to the 12 step program. Almost a year later and my life has done a complete 180! Zia Recovery Center is a great place if you are serious and diligent about changing your life for the better. The staff and programming are top notch. Nearly every employee and the owners are in recovery. They truly care for each and every client that comes through the doors. It was nice to be in a facility that has so many resources. By far the best program I've ever been apart of. Great job Zia and continue with the amazing work you do!

Excellent care by all the VA health system, but the phone system is not a good system for contact. and the VA system as a whole is a wreck for the veteran. The VA as a whole has the idea that if they can deny claims long enough you will die and they will not have to pay for your claims.As for the health system itself, it is A number 1.

This place was helpful to me in someways such as giving me a safe space to be for a while. But for the “therapy”, its kinda a joke. I was in the male teen unit thingy and most therapy was “group” stuff involving mostly a coloring sheet (coloring is like 90 percent of the stuff you do here) most other people would not participate. This is also the closest you will experience to jail without committing a crime lmao. The other people your in there with are all there for different issues trust me. They mix in suicidal kids with “homicidal” kids. The staff was amazing though. All the tecs made every day better and the time go by faster untill your out and im forever thankful. They were fun but also stood on business. Food was also really good and you really start to look forward to it everyday. Staff is hella strict and make you feel weird too. Art room dude was also rlly cool and nice. Also avoid the pee chairs. Pretty nice place though. (Also the other people yournin there with will most likley drive you crazy. Just bite your tounge and chill out. Its over fast i promise :) )

I've had the very fortunate ability to go to 4 treatment centers over the past 2 decades and Sabino is by far the best and my favorite for every reason. The staff is top notch (EVERYONE), the food is freshly cooked and amazing with the freedom to have snacks and drinks 24hrs, the living quarters are private or shares with only one other person and so cozy, there's modules for everyone and the patient gets to choose weekly what they're gonna be doing that week, there's outings, phone and electronic use, pool time.... I could go on and on and on. Not one thing I can find issues with at all. I'm truly grateful to this center and everyone I met while there.
I just left River Source in Arizona City today. it was a great experience! The staff was great and the program exceeded my expectations. I have to give a shout out to my case manager Delia. She always made time for me and everyone else. I also have to give shout out to Francisco, a great BHT. And to T, Brandon, Fernando, Ecendeo, Kevin, Miguel, the nurses,Dr's, super shout out to therapist J-Nice and Brenda and Josset. You guys gave me the tools I need to be successful. I love TPRC! They have so many options and help during the recovery process! Super grateful for all the staff! I wouldn’t be at my point of sobriety without the help and encouragement from TP 🙏🏻 Also to mention the super cool amenities they have to offer at the wellness center! I’m 143 days sobriety, I now have full custody of my daughter, and I am graduating with the class of Jan 2026 in the medical billing and coding! I could not have done it without my support team and everyone in my tool box from TPRC. I am forever grateful to everyone on my journey. They are truly amazing team! This was my first rehab experience. I don't have anything to compare it to, but from day one, the staff went out of there way to see that my needs were met. I just got done doing 30 days in residential I loved it. It’s a great place. It really changed. My life. Helped me find myself. I have came a long ways. I’m not the same person that walked in those doors and I thank them for helping me find myself and getting my life back. The staff are amazing each and everyone of them has helped me out. This is a great clinic that has helped me so much with behavioral health issues. I’ve used this clinic on a daily basis to dose for methadone and I eventually moved on to suboxone. Thanks to Matt & Ángel. And of course all the other staff are extremely helpful with many resources

I highly recommend this place for anyone struggling with mental health or addiction. I can give no higher commendation: This place quiet literally saved my life. They confirmed a bed for me, drove 2 HOURS to pick up me up and make sure I was safe. The nurses, case workers, BHTs, group leaders, therapists, all staff really, made sure that even at my lowest i was looked after, provided for, and as informed on my care as possible. If there was any mistakes, they amended them. Fellow patients were determined and kind. This place gave me the confidence, the tools, and the foundations I need to live my life with purpose. The food is also the best. If you're looking for a place to recover, give them a call. There is help. You are not alone.

My experience at the Haven was great. It takes a village to get you well and everyone from the medical staff, BHT's, cooks, case managers, therapists, group facilitators and cleaning crew did a wonderful job. Detoxing is hard and the caring and kind staff at the Haven make it more bearable. Everything is taken care of for you so all you have to do is focus on yourself and getting well. Meeting new people who suffer the same kind of problem also makes it a less difficult journey. I can't say enough about the people at the Haven. They are there to help and support you all the way. Thank you to The Haven!!
The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. This was by far the best experience with a clinic and the staff are the reason why. I am very appreciative of them and all they have done for me during my time there, they truly care about their patients and it shows.

This place and everyone who works there is incredibly important to my recovery! They are beautiful inside and out. They don't judge you and make you feel like anything is possible! From the front desk clerk to the counselors, nurses, and doctor! I don't know if I'd be here without them. I'm a better mother partner and human being because of them. I had a great experience at Medmark. Luis was my counselor and it was apparent from day one that he genuinely cared, he always went out of his way to accommodate my unusual schedule and in turn I made sure that I never missed my sessions with him he made my sessions entertaining and I learned a lot from them I will miss medmark and Luis. This journey will not be easy. Most of the time it won’t be fun. You will doubt yourself in the beginning.
The first step is taking action. Removing yourself from your environment, and introducing an environment conducive for success.
Sierra Tuscon is such a place.
You will meet people from all walks of life. Some more committed than others. You will see people fail. You will see desperation. You will see pain.
But you will also see success. People giving it their all. People committed to helping others. People doing what needs to be done to make themselves and the world they live in a better place.
You will meet people you wish you didn’t have to live without. Make friendships that will last a lifetime. You may even be motivated to change your entire life to feel more of what you felt at Sierra Tuscon.
My advice is you take that first step. There’s no where better to make it happen!
I've been clean 11 years and counting, but not without help. CMS has an incredible staff. From peer supports to counselors, these people will not and do not judge you. You're treated like a human being, most been in your shoes. Daniel I want to thank though, he's peer support and goes above and beyond for clients. Bringing resources I didn't even know existed just to help better my day, even got me to a food bank with a ride home. He's a great listener and I hope he knows how appreciated he truly is. All my CMS staff, thank you for all you do!

I’ve been coming to New Mexico Treatment Center for some time now there’s been a lot of staff that have came an gone it’s sad just when we start to open up to these counselors the next week they’re gone .Theres a few really good counselors up stairs .Theres 1 Dedicated to Her patience the most is Darlene, any time anyone has questions or concerns she’s on it. She goes above & beyond for her patience helps get dog food donated for those who are homeless with animals. They didn’t have security when I first started coming now they do it’s helped, u just have those without any where to go so yes they do hang around . I think they’re should be more programs that are hands on because Being an addict is one thing and for some it’s even harder for some to sit in a room full active users it makes it hard for those who are taking their sobriety serious. Keep up the fight to end addiction.

My daughter was there for 90 days. I visited her, I loved the atmosphere, so peaceful, and they helped my daughter a lot. The staff was outstanding, everyone was so pleasant. I have heard a lot of people say this is a cult because of the reciting, well I guess catholisism is a cult because of standing and sitting and repeating after the priest. I graduated the program and did the continuess program, did internship then got a job, place and car.. I worked the program,, just like any other program ITS UP TO YOU weather you succeed or not!!! I'm grateful that I was able to get closer to my higher power, graduate drug court, mend my relationship with my daughter and parents, grow in many areas and become stable ,employed and learn about myself, traditions, culture, and so much more. Its not easy but its worth it! Rose and Peter were my mentors. I still keep in touch with Peter! He was the best and showed genuine care. Ray hosted bible study and meditation...to this day I still do those soul and spirit lifting tools. Thank you Amity && mentors for being apart of my recovery!!! I have been using this VA for over 8 years now, and it has been the best VA out of the 4 different VA's that I used over many years. Recently the community care office has been slow at renewals, but I know they are short handed now. I would highly recommend this VA and we must fight to keep it the way it is.

We are traveling and hubby realized he forgot one of his medicines. The very nice man (patient coordinator I think) was so understanding and walked us to the correct people to get the medication. He went beyond helpful and had us on our way within an hour. What a God-send.

Other than the great local resources old pueblo has to offer, I applied for assistance to finish school and not risk losing my home as a single parent, Old pueblo provided substantial assistance so I can further my education during my internship. I am forever grateful for this company advocating for me and helping me and my children :) I sent emails to other organization seeking assistance and old pueblo replied back to me within 1 business day.

What I love the most (can't believe no one's mentioned it) is the multiple kinds of methadone that they offer. You choose the form! From liquid, to 10mg tablets. It's great. I personally am on 10mg tablets at 200mg. It's great and works way better for me than the liquid did! Thanks BAC!

I thank God every day that I found BAC. I have been a client for a long time and I love this place. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They have never made me feel out of place or guilty for my past choices. They do what they can to help you, and, all you have to do is ask. If it's something they can do, they will. I love my counselor at BAC, thank you Terri!!! The rest of the staff are terrific as well. I will never go anywhere else.
