My wife just had hip replacement surgery, and spent 1.5 days at GRMC. The entire staff, starting with Dr. Robinson, was exceptional, but special shout-outs to Mari (Occupational Therapy), Lauren (Physical Therapy), and our recently-graduated Nurse. The charge nurse, the CNAs, the man who brought meals--all of them were great, and if I've left someone out I apologize, because everyone was terrific.

I want to share what a great healthcare experience I had this past June while experiencing a major medical emergency. I spent a total of 8 days in the hospital and in my opinio, I couldn't have received better care anywhere else. :) The caregivers are so skilled, compassionate, professional and caring. I experienced that in each department I came in contact with from ER, SCU, Doctors, Imaging, Dietary, Housekeeping and EMS. We are SO, SO fortunate to have this remarkable hospital in our town and region. I am forever grateful and appreciate what all of you do for us, every day!

This place was helpful to me in someways such as giving me a safe space to be for a while. But for the “therapy”, its kinda a joke. I was in the male teen unit thingy and most therapy was “group” stuff involving mostly a coloring sheet (coloring is like 90 percent of the stuff you do here) most other people would not participate. This is also the closest you will experience to jail without committing a crime lmao. The other people your in there with are all there for different issues trust me. They mix in suicidal kids with “homicidal” kids. The staff was amazing though. All the tecs made every day better and the time go by faster untill your out and im forever thankful. They were fun but also stood on business. Food was also really good and you really start to look forward to it everyday. Staff is hella strict and make you feel weird too. Art room dude was also rlly cool and nice. Also avoid the pee chairs. Pretty nice place though. (Also the other people yournin there with will most likley drive you crazy. Just bite your tounge and chill out. Its over fast i promise :) )

They were instrumental, while verifying everything, in arranging for me to pick up a former girlfriend's personal effects -- she's convalescing at a rehab center and needed her purse, wallet, ID, etc.. I started this journey looking at a different place, but after I was denied (I was too high risk) there I almost gave up hope. That was until they reached out to Cottonwood and they contacted me. When I heard what the co-pay was, I again almost gave up again but they wouldn't let me. I ignored their calls for 6 days until they called me on a blocked number and let me know they worked something out and could get me in. I was unsure at best, but I had nothing to lose. Thanks to them I know more about myself and was able to gather myself up from all those broken pieces I had fallen apart into. I loved my Therapist, psychiatrist, and the staff over all (not everyone was perfect, but definitely not enough to garner a lower review). I am thankful for Cottonwood and those there that truly helped me. If you're ready to heal this is definitely the place for you.

I spent four weeks, from August 20-September 19 2025 at The Haven. I was suffering from a substance abuse addiction as well as mental health issues due to the addiction. I have never been in rehab before and feel extremely lucky that I found The Haven for this experience. From the moment I arrived I felt taken care of. The behavioral health techs Marcus and Felicia helped me during the admission process and made a scary situation comfortable. My therapist, Ariana met with me each week and whenever I had panic moments she always came to find me and help me through those tough moments with compassion. My caseworker, Diana, navigated me through my fmla and disability paperwork with ease, and always listened when I needed a friendly ear. The group facilitator’s, Marquis, Ace, Brittany and Diana are all compassionate teachers and listeners. I learned so much from all of them. I can’t say enough about the fantastic food or the cleanliness of the facility. Everything down to the laundry was taken care of so I could focus solely on my recovery. Navigating that first uncomfortable week was made so much easier by the wonderful, caring staff at The Haven.

The staff at Medmark are one of a kind. They all treat you with dignity, worth, and respect, from the receptionist at the front, to the counselors and dosing nurses, and even the program director. I graduated the program and did the continuess program, did internship then got a job, place and car.. I worked the program,, just like any other program ITS UP TO YOU weather you succeed or not!!! I'm grateful that I was able to get closer to my higher power, graduate drug court, mend my relationship with my daughter and parents, grow in many areas and become stable ,employed and learn about myself, traditions, culture, and so much more. Its not easy but its worth it! Rose and Peter were my mentors. I still keep in touch with Peter! He was the best and showed genuine care. Ray hosted bible study and meditation...to this day I still do those soul and spirit lifting tools. Thank you Amity && mentors for being apart of my recovery!!! Amity was answered prayer for my 3 year old & I, since I completed my commitment at Amity, I feel somehow lighter, my body, mind, and spirit. Amity touches the deepest parts of yourself you wouldn't imagine. Watching everyone being vulnerable, doing the work give you the courage to do the same. It has truly been life changing for myself. I have been using this VA for over 8 years now, and it has been the best VA out of the 4 different VA's that I used over many years. We are traveling and hubby realized he forgot one of his medicines. The very nice man (patient coordinator I think) was so understanding and walked us to the correct people to get the medication. He went beyond helpful and had us on our way within an hour. What a God-send.

What I love the most (can't believe no one's mentioned it) is the multiple kinds of methadone that they offer. You choose the form! From liquid, to 10mg tablets. It's great. I personally am on 10mg tablets at 200mg. It's great and works way better for me than the liquid did! Thanks BAC!

I thank God every day that I found BAC. I have been a client for a long time and I love this place. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They have never made me feel out of place or guilty for my past choices. They do what they can to help you, and, all you have to do is ask. If it's something they can do, they will.
