Caring Services Inc is a heaven for anyone in need, period. No favorites, no labels, just 360 degrees of help for the addict who shows up. I was lucky enough to enter the Vet Safety Net program roughly 10 years ago, and I still thank God for it every single day. Becky, Jason, Sarah, and Brian are nothing short of angels. Since my time here, I have traveled the country clean and sober, and I can say without hesitation that this place is the real deal. New Season has been phenomenal. I have been going since Feb 9th 2026 and I’ve started tapering down to eventually be off the MAT program. It truly saved my life. Aiesha is a wonderful, caring nurse. Reggie is my most favorite window doser and Preston runs the facility properly and always has a warm smile when you see him. I tell them all the time I wish I would have made the decision sooner to go to New Season. Thank you to the New Season team for all their care and compassion in this journey.💚

I honestly cannot say enough good things about New Season and the amazing people who work there. This facility has played such an important role in my recovery journey and has helped me not only get sober, but stay sober. From the very beginning, I was treated with compassion, respect, and understanding. The staff truly care about the people they serve, and they never made me feel judged for my past or the struggles I was facing. They helped me see that recovery was possible and gave me the support, guidance, and tools I needed to begin building a better life. I am so grateful for the role New Season has played in my recovery. I have now been sober since November 29, 2022, and I honestly don’t know where I would be today without the help and support I received there. New Season gave me hope when I needed it most, and I will always be grateful for that. If you are struggling with addiction and are thinking about getting help, please know that recovery is possible. Taking that first step can be scary, but New Season helped me take mine—and it changed my life. I will forever be thankful to the staff and everyone who has supported me along the way. 💙

I love the staff, eatch member brings something different. Only one employee is a stickler but it's a must for balance to take place. They are a judgement free zone an they take pride in that. If you want help this is the place they will get you started an find a way to cover the cost as long as your willing to put in the same effort. From my experience, just keep going it's gonna be hard at first I told myself that what's the point I'm just gaining another habit, now I'm hooked on 2 drugs an so in an so on, an it took a few months for it to happen but it did! I looked over at my boyfriend an was like wow I'm not sick I don't have to do fetty if I choose not to, I didn't have to have it, wow that was awesome, an strange I truly believed I'd never feel that way again. Greensboro, North Carolina makes up the Piedmont Triad, along with High Point and Winston-Salem. Since 2005 Crossroads has provided specialized opioid addiction care to over 25,000 people monthly across nine states. Crossroads of Greensboro, NC welcomes adults seeking recovery. They accept self-pay, multiple private insurers, Medicaid and Medicare.

I normally go to Duke Hospital in Durham due to my complicated health issues. Last Friday, I had no choice but to go to Alamance Regional Hospital by ambulance because I was in such bad condition. Upon arriving in the Emergency Room, I was triaged quickly and seen by Dr. Evan Bradler. He listened to my complaint and went to work. I required a CT scan and blood work. He returned to the room and said I had Pancreatitis. It was a little hard to believe because I don't have about an inch of my Pancreas left from a surgery 5 years ago. Dr. Bradler was exactly right! The BEST emergency room DR. I've ever had! And I've seen plenty in my 73 years. I was admitted to the hospital and spent 3 days letting my pancreas cool down from the inflammation. I was treated by Dr. Natalie Alexander, the hospital staff Dr. I didn't need a specialist! She WAS one! Her knowledge was incredible! What care! My Nurses, Susana and Zolia, Marco (NA), Amber (NA) were the best I've had anywhere! They CARE and are well trained. I have to mention Dr. Xilin NIU, what a smile! The cafe is know for it's excellent food and staff. The Lady that sanitized my room daily was efficient and so friendly! So, to sum it up my pancreas was taken care of and I was able to come home yesterday and am doing GREAT! I am so impressed with every aspect of Cone Alamance Regional Hospital and had to write this review. Thanks to CHARH for taking care of me and being so nice to my wife!

This place really helped me get on my feet. And believed in me, when nobody else did the only issue I have is the hoops. You have to jump through just to get two take homes then, after you get the weekend, take homes. It takes forever to get any more even when your passing your drug screens not only that now, big lack of communication.I almost got my take homes taken from me twice all because they didn't look on my chart to see that the doctor was prescribing vyvanse a medication that was causing me to test positive for amphetamines once they got that figured out it was alright But it was just time for me to move on. I went to brightview, and now I got a week's worth of take home a lot more freedom to do things I wanna do not being tied down to going there every day. I will still continue to go there for my mental health. Medications, because genuinely these people are amazing thank you so much, everybody at greensboro ADS love y'all so much, just because I'm not going there. Every day, well I mean doesn't mean I won't be there. Every month and from my counseling sessions

update! STILL clean!!! still love metro-and completely credit them for my sobriety… reading these words i wrote years ago brought genuine tears to my eyes. they saved me This place has saved my life. When I arrived I had nothing and no one. I was doing over a gram of heroin a day, I was homeless. I had done some things and had things done to me that I think back on now and can’t believe I survived it. But metro and my counselors helped me become myself again. I had forgotten how funny I was and how much I loved to read and draw. I forgot how much I loved to travel and eat!! I forgot who I was and metro reminded me that I was a real person who deserved a good life. I d had two counselors both have played such a huge roll in my life. Preston has been at metro for years first as a wonderful security guard (who saved me once when I passed out when pregnant due to dehydration) and to this day we talk nearly every day now that he’s my counselor!! Sometimes we talk about life always about sobriety but also the happiness of how far I’ve come. All the things I didn’t think I deserved, metro helped me erase that thinking and then helped me push for everything I’ve always wanted. I want to say I haven’t touched heroin in over 5 years thanks to the help of metro and my counselors. They encouraged me to get clean and get a job that I’ve now finished school for and have now become a certified eye technician studying to become a COA. I’ve been able to take my daughter on vacations and keep a beautiful roof over our heads. Metro even helped repair my relationship with my family... with my permission even brought my mother in so we could all talk privately and give my mother more understanding of a world she knew nothing about other than drugs taking her daughter away. Metro is my safe place. I’ve shed tears, laughter, sadness and happiness under that roof. I got better in that building and it will always have such a special place in my heart. Thank you metro for teaching me that I deserve to have a happy sober life.

First off, I'm a bad person. I've been here three or four times, completed treatment twice. Chris, the owner I believe, is the most helpful person in the world. He took thirty minutes to run through my DMV record and assure me an estimate of total cost for license restoration without upfront billing. To give you an idea, a lawyer tried to charge me 200 dollars And if it's any indication of good will, I'm not even obligated to take classes. Help bro out, he is a champion. -chris cheek

I am a 2018 graduate, on May 18th I will be 2 years sober after being in addiction for 11 years. Before coming to Freedom House my children told my mom that they didn’t want to live with me anymore and so my mom took them firom me (Thank God!!). My life was useless and I was on a quick one way street to death!! My heart was soo heavy and I literally had no hope left - I felt so worthless and carried so much shame!! It makes me cry thinking about it - But Praise GOD!!! I have been redeemed and my life has been completely transformed in a way I cannot describe — Not only is the chain of addiction broken but the chains of shame and worthlessness are gone as well!!! I now have strong, growing relationship with my children and a job that allows me to take care of my kids independently! I can’t fully describe the amount of freedom I have received from Christ through Freedom House!! They were my only hope and boy did they come through!!! <3

No words can truly express the gratitude I have for Daymark. No matter which location I’ve visited across North Carolina, they’ve always welcomed me with open doors and a light left on—especially during my darkest moments. When I felt hopeless, they gave me hope. When I felt weak, they reminded me of my strength. What makes Daymark so special is the compassion you’ll find from a team that truly understands—many of them have walked the same path and found freedom from the very struggles they now help others face. You’re not just a number here; you’re met with kindness, empathy, and real support. I’ve seen the negative reviews, and sure, no place is perfect. But to me, those are small things when compared to the hell of addiction. Daymark has helped me find my way back to life—and for that, I thank God.

Before coming to RFH, I felt worthless and empty. I lost everything and had no one. Being at the Alpha House facilitye gave me a way to cope with my feelings of worthlessness. In the past I would have drowned myself in drugs. I'm only 19 and lost everyone and everything of importance in my life. My son will turn 2 years on March 31st, I haven't seen him since he was 13 weeks. My heart is filled with hate, pain and regret. I lost him due to failed drug tests and he was placed with my grandmother that raised me. I though he would be protected so I continued to use and got myself into a lot of trouble. My son was physically abused by my father’s girlfriend due to my bad choices, my using progressed until it was more painful to use. I'm learning how to stay clean, to do the next right thing for the next right reason. I have a chance at life today. I've learned how to be responsible, dependable and respectful. I'm employed, saving money and I'm considerate to others. I'm grateful today.

First off i wanna say that ANY negative comments are from patients who didn’t apply themselves (and expect someone to hold heir hand like a baby) and ex-workers who hated their job. Nobody that applies themselves at daymark has any bad remarks towards them. DO NOT let these comments discourage you. Daymark is a FREE place where you can better yourself if you apply the information that is freely given to you. The food is good, the staff that’s been there the longest? that’s who you’re gunna get the love from. Ms.Keeva, Mr.Curtis, Ms.Stacy, Ms.Rylie, Ms.Tori, Ms.Denita, Ms.Jacky, Ms.Michelle, i could go on and on, these people CARE. This program is designed for people 18 and up, which makes you an adult. So here you are to act like an adult. if you want to be babied you won’t make it at daymark or any other place. PLEASE IGNORE THE NEGATIVITY

This place saved my life. From day 1 they held me accountable and pushed me to "dig deeper" to uncover the roots of why I used. When I wanted to give up on myself staff wouldn't let me. Staff were always there for me especially Ms. Brittney, Ms. Queen, and Ms. Raven. Staff taught me that I am worth my recovery. They don't play around so if you to save your life this is the place to go.
