Daymark has some of the kindest, most caring, patient, and genuine people on their staff! From the moment you walk in, the ladies at the front desk make you feel at home. They have a way about them, the way they welcome you and show they are sincere. The waiting area is so calm and peaceful. Every therapist, nurse practitioner, ect. I’ve seen have provided sincere care, and listen to absolutely everything you have to say.

I went to this bethel colony of mercy in the early 2000's. I lived in New Jersey and a friend got me a bus ticket and sent me to the colony. I got clean for a while but backslid after a couple of years. But the seed was planted. I got my GED at Caldwell community college while I was there. Many years later on March 30th of 2011 I lost my mom .. that was the day I grew up. I relapsed again for the last time and went to prison for 3 years and finally got clean for good. Bethel colony planted the seed and I'm a better person today. Thank God I went to this place. It did change my life ... My bad lifestyle finally caught up to me and I'm dealing with a lot of health problems. I'm still in a positive mindset even through my trials. Glory be to God for transforming me and my life.

Update: After being here a couple of months I can honestly say these are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. It seems like every new staff member I meet is friendlier than the last, it's crazy. So if you need MAT treatment and you are in the area look no further than New Season in Morganton. You won't regret the choice. I also changed my review to a five because if anybody deserves it they do. I just can't recommend this place enough, I'm lucky to get such a nice place after the horror stories I've heard about other clinics.

My employment specialist has always been transparent and great at communicating with me. She has been understanding and supportive of my journey in the program! Love the workers here they are all amazing. This placed saved my life I would not be alive today. This place taught me how to deal with severe depression anxiety and panick attacks without medication. This place also taught me how to stay sober and find myself again that I had list during years of drug use and traumatized life!! My name is Tonya Owen and im leaving tomorrow from doing the 7 day detox and 14 day rehab here at Freedom and I couldn't ask for better personal experience. The counselors here not only listen but help you more than I have had the experience in the past. Granted, I've only been to one other but this place has opened not only my eyes but all the doors for me. They made sure I was set and comfortable in my next rehab plus took the time out to make sure I'm ready to leave and go on to the next stage. If anyone is needing any kind of help this place has everything anyone is wanting and needing. I highly recommend coming here and doing the full 21 day program without a doubt. This review is a little late in the making. This treatment facility, it's programs and it's staff were great. This is the type of treatment center you want when you are truly ready to change. I've seen a lot of ppl just quit and leave because of, well , you name it. If a person isn't truly ready for change then any excuse to leave is good enough no matter what treatment center it is. If you or a loved one or someone you know has a problem with addiction and is ready, I mean truly ready for positive change then I believe Westcare will help you do it.

This place changed my life I'm now clean an sober , I have regained my family , a job , and the knowledge , and tools that I needed to suceed being sober. My counselor Mr Ratliff understands the mindset of an addict . We all have a choice to either get clean or not . And the people that run off or give bad reviews in my opinion dont want to change , if nothing changes then nothing changes . I spent my whole life giving in to drugs the easy way it takes work to stay clean .

Called Freedom House to have them pick up things from my grandmothers house when she passed away. We had packed up a lot of gently used items into boxes and the Freedom House said they would come and pick them up. They came the day of and only took the furniture and said they could not take the boxes but we could bring them to them... You have the means to take the boxes and told us you would, but the day of take that statement back.. There are so many items in the probably 15-20 boxes that are new/barely used and could potentially bring FH a good profit, but they are unwilling to do the work. I think this reflects poorly on this organization as they say they want to help out those who need, but given the opportunity to place a TON of nice items on their shelves and to make money from it and they do not want it for what reason? They will have to make 2 trips in the van to get all of the items. Oh well, we will be donating the items elsewhere. Crazy.. if I was to own a thrift store I would be ALL over stuff like that.

Gene and myself have been going ro wtc for about 2 years I've had tried othe treatment before and other facilities but wtc is the best by far the staff always has a warm welcome and I've not once felt out of place I kinda look at them ( nurses , administration , secretaries) they treat me more like fam n not just a recovering addic ..my councilor is Mrs Debbie and I have gotten so close to her she if it wasn't for her kind heart n great advice I would have ever made it this far....thank you all at the wtc God bless..

I have been in treatment since August 7 2023 and I love the nurses and the counselors they are the best especially my counselor she is very easy to talk to. I also like the ladies up front, they are very nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone who wants the help.👍
