Daymark has some of the kindest, most caring, patient, and genuine people on their staff! From the moment you walk in, the ladies at the front desk make you feel at home. They have a way about them, the way they welcome you and show they are sincere. The waiting area is so calm and peaceful. Every therapist, nurse practitioner, ect. I’ve seen have provided sincere care, and listen to absolutely everything you have to say. Highly recommended!

Graduation class ‘24. Recent graduate here. Hebron Colony holds a special place in my heart. FOREVER!!! During my time of healing on the mountain I experienced a sincerity, and honest compassion from the pastors that was real. That mountain is amazing, the presence of The Lord there is absolutely UNDENIABLE!! I met some of the best men in the world there that just happened to get off track in life & sought The Lord to get back on track! I would recommend this place to ANY MAN struggling with drug addiction/alcoholism. Pastor Bryan, Gene, Don and RD are incredible Men of God. It’s my other family now. I’m forever grateful and changed.

(This account is my husband’s) When I say Willow Ridge saved my life, it’s an understatement. Everyone that works there is devoted to every individual’s needs, comfort, and improvement. I got my life back because of willow and I’m thankful every single day. I will ALWAYS recommend Willow to others looking for help and know they are in great care. Jenny, the director is such a loving and caring woman that really goes above and beyond for her patients and her employees. All of the techs and the therapist got me through the hardest parts of my life and helped to pull me out of a black hole I never thought I could escape. Now today, I am over a year clean and I owe so much of that to willow. I truly gained my life and my family back. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

I came to Willow Ridge at the lowest point in my life. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and supported. The counselors are compassionate and truly understand addiction. The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction. What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions. Today, I am sober and living a life beyond my wildest dreams, and I owe it all to the amazing team at Willow Ridge. If you're struggling with addiction, please don't hesitate to reach out to them. It was the best decision I ever made!!

Applying for Bethel Colony of Mercy was the first stop in the steps I’ve taken to turn my life around from a life style of very many colors and wrong choices. The staff and guidance that are involved with this Christ recovery transformation center are beyond immaculate. Without those individuals one on one advisory, classroom lessons, daily tasks, genuine fellowship, and of course the power of God I wouldn’t be making the right choices now to be reunited with my loved ones. Or, have my life together by any means of doing this “thing” called life all on my own. I am forever grateful for everyone that god placed into my life through making the decision to go to bethel colony of mercy 😇 Sending prayers to the women’s and men’s campus’ for their strength, unity, protection, faith, and healing. As well as to all of their loved ones who are or have been affected by any of the students, or student alumni's long suffering. May you all be blessed beyond measure with gods abundance. GOD HAS A GOOD PLAN FOR ALL OF HIS CHILDREN! Thank you Lord for all of your great works! “May the lord bless you, and keep you; The lord make his face shine on you. And be gracious to you. The LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.” Numbers 6:24-26

I have been attending Hickory Metro Center for many many years. I absolutely would recommend this Clinic to anyone. I have been dealing with having a substance issue basically my entire life. And methadone has actually saved my life. I have so much respect for Clay #1 because he is extremely nice, he doesn't sugarcoat anything, he is very blunt and tells you exactly how things are and tells you the truth. I respect him so much for that. Clay has so many wonderful qualities. Also Kimberly McDaniels is another person I have a lot of respect for. She has been there for me through The Good The Bad and The Ugly. She has never given up on me, she has always encouraged me and always lended a helping hand. She has a very very good heart and she is also a very upfront blunt, tell you how it is person, and I respect people like that. I don't engage a lot with much of the other staff but they seem to be nice and all the dosing nurses are incredibly nice especially Fred. But yes I definitely give this Clinic five stars. Please read the whole review, I know it’s long, but there’s important stuff that really might help you out if you’re thinking about becoming a patient. Always keep in mind however, that you get out of it what you put into it. The counselors there are wonderful, especially Amber. She has advocated for me, she helped me get Medicaid so my medicine is free now which is amazing. She always tells me how proud she is of me and reminds me how much progress I’ve made when I’m starting to feel like I’m screwing up, sometimes you just need to hear that. I know that I can always depend on her. My first counselor was Dan he was wonderful, but I just thought that I would benefit more from having a female counselor. I also know that Ray is wonderful, but any of the counselors would be more than happy to help you if you can’t find yours. The only problems I have with this place are how difficult it is to get them on the phone sometimes, also one of the nurses is kind of rude, I understand that it is a difficult job however. The rest of the nurses are very kind especially April! Also Treva The nursing coordinator is an absolute nightmare. She was rude to me from the second I walked into that building. She for some reason has a personal issue with me and makes it known. That is so unprofessional you’re supposed to keep your opinions outside the door. That kind of stuff will send people back out and then they die. Other than that it’s great! The front desk lady is wonderful, the Director is absolutely wonderful, I enjoy the group Therapy, and if you’re doing the right thing and passing your drug test, you will phase up very quickly there. I’m already to two weeks, whereas at another clinic it probably would’ve taken me A year or even longer to get to that point. There was a time that I never thought I would even get a single take home and I’m already to two weeks! So thank you new river comprehensive treatment center. If it weren’t for you I would probably be dead, not only that but my mental health has improved drastically since I started there. One more person I would like to mention is Diana who does the Medicaid and financial stuff (I think)she is also extremely helpful and kind if you ever need help with anything.

I want to extend my gratitude to the staff at the Bristol Rehabilitation Center. My father, Herman Blaine Sheckler, was there for about a week, and during that time I was able to witness firsthand the care and dedication that the staff provide to their patients. Even in the short time I was present, I saw the staff patiently working with my father—helping him sit up in a chair, assisting him to the bathroom, and tending to his needs with compassion and dignity. What I observed was only a glimpse, but it reminded me that this work is happening 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Caring for patients, especially those who may be struggling or facing challenges, takes incredible patience, balance, and commitment. As someone who also works in the medical field, I understand how easy it is for families to want a quick fix for their loved ones. But what I saw here was a reminder that healing takes time, patience, and the dedicated efforts of skilled professionals. The staff showed not only skill, but compassion—and that is the most beautiful part of what they do. To the entire team at Bristol Rehabilitation Center, thank you for the tireless work you do every single day. My deepest gratitude goes out to you all.
