Susan, April, and Sandra at the front desk are AMAZING and my five month old son just adores them every time we are in the waiting room, and I look forward to seeing them every time I come. Terry is also such a sweetheart as well, so friendly and makes me feel comfortable. The support and resources I have received from Daymark has been absolutely LIFE CHANGING in the best ways possible and I'm so thankful for everyone there and everything they do. The people there really do care and it's not just a job to them, you can tell they are very passionate about what they do. Reece, Claudia, Beth, KP, Mr. Byrd and all of the interns have been AWESOME and SOOOOO helpful. I can't imagine what my life would have been like if I would have never come to Daymark. I have been here as a child and as a teenager. I also did run from this place due to my own problems. I really did like it here tho , they were honestly a good facility and had great staff members. Jacob Harvey does his best to support the kids and make them feel protected the best he could. I remember being in a bad relationship and him helping me through it. My therapist was Ms. Morgan and she was amazing. She was always walking me through everything i was struggling with and making me feel better. My favorite staff were: Brittany Crabtree, Savannah Browning, K. Roark, Mr. Harvey, Ms Lowe, and Ms. Hawkins. I liked the other staff to but these stood out. I do recommend this facility if you are in crisis or need help. Karley Bray 5 months ago I went here when I was younger, the staff were nice (that I remember). The main thing I remember was being a little girl (about 7 years old) and being put in a dorm with older girls. The youngest in the dorm I was in being 14. The staff were nice and had lots of activities for people to do. The therapist I had there was kind, but the one thing that did scare me was when someone would go out of control and staff had to hold them down. There often was a lot of yelling before the chaos would die down, but for those wondering they do take care of them safely. I do wish there were more activities to do outside, since that when I remember would be that little outing outside the front and I think there was another space to be outside? (It’s been so long I barely remember). But I must say this place helped me bunches and I’m glad I went here. It can be scary at first but they will take great care of you. Mia 8 months ago	2

The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions. Jessica Fagg 2 years ago Please read the whole review, I know it’s long, but there’s important stuff that really might help you out if you’re thinking about becoming a patient. Always keep in mind however, that you get out of it what you put into it. The counselors there are wonderful, especially Amber. She has advocated for me, she helped me get Medicaid so my medicine is free now which is amazing. She always tells me how proud she is of me and reminds me how much progress I’ve made when I’m starting to feel like I’m screwing up, sometimes you just need to hear that. I know that I can always depend on her. My first counselor was Dan he was wonderful, but I just thought that I would benefit more from having a female counselor. I also know that Ray is wonderful, but any of the counselors would be more than happy to help you if you can’t find yours. The only problems I have with this place are how difficult it is to get them on the phone sometimes, also one of the nurses is kind of rude, I understand that it is a difficult job however. The rest of the nurses are very kind especially April! Also Treva The nursing coordinator is an absolute nightmare. She was rude to me from the second I walked into that building. She for some reason has a personal issue with me and makes it known. That is so unprofessional you’re supposed to keep your opinions outside the door. That kind of stuff will send people back out and then they die. Other than that it’s great! The front desk lady is wonderful, the Director is absolutely wonderful, I enjoy the group Therapy, and if you’re doing the right thing and passing your drug test, you will phase up very quickly there. I’m already to two weeks, whereas at another clinic it probably would’ve taken me A year or even longer to get to that point. There was a time that I never thought I would even get a single take home and I’m already to two weeks! So thank you new river comprehensive treatment center. If it weren’t for you I would probably be dead, not only that but my mental health has improved drastically since I started there. My friend has never been better and has been sober for three years now. 8 years ago I have recently brought another friend to Bethel in hopes that God will do for him what he did for my other friend, who stayed 9 months voluntarily. With no place to go, his mother who was going blind had sold her home and was moving into assisted living, saw such a change in her son that she forfeited her deposit, bought another house, and asked him to come home. He is now taking care of his “legally blind” mom and was recently asked DWI charges in the first 6 months I knew him. Was a drug dealer for years and served years in prison. With the weather, that just made titration that much harder. Upon reflection, getting second and 3rd opinions, and doing research, I now understand, which I already did, it just wasn’t clicking in my sick body/brain, they were simply looking out for me. I can appreciate that; knowing anything worth having doesn’t come easy, and admittedly I have some comorbidities, particularly some sedatives I’m/was prescribed. I could tell the Doctor really cared from day one, and she genuinely wanted to help, and nothing has changed. We met with the Medical Director, who is a great addiction MD with great “bedside manner” and understanding, and my regular MD at the clinic, really had my back and we all came up with a great course of treatment I feel really comfortable about, update and they have followed through on their promises, and are safely getting me on my way to making some really important and much needed changes to health and old habits, as well as given me autonomy and some normality, faster than I initially thought possible. Also, I’ve been able to reduce/stop some medications that weren’t really needed, and that helped move the process on too. And by the way, the medical Director was great; She really listened to the doctor and me, she was involved, as well as she explained things in a way that made me feel a lot better about the choice that I made to initiate treatment here. And I’m still glad, even more so now, that I chose here for me; they have gave me a life back! I would highly recommend this practice; As I said from day one, the staff are awesome and they’re the reason I kept coming back. I really appreciate them, and the compassion and empathy, and care, from the providers in your most vulnerable time is just a perfect recipe for helping one have a better and safer way of life, and for me sticking it out and retaining treatment, and I hope they know that!!!
