Good facility and kind, helpful people. Staff are always friendly and appointments begin on time. Abby, Stacy, and Catherine are wonderful! Stacey is very conscientious and caring, and she helped me adjust my prescriptions to find what works great for me. I did have to wait a month to get my first appointment as their office is popular, but once I got in I was able to schedule regularly.If the Far West center reads this, please consider introducing a telehealth option! It is convenient and helpful for people with anxiety or transportation issues. I think your patients would really benefit. Thanks for all you do.

Exceptional staff and organization of personnel support. I have 40 years experience with outpatient counseling services. These people are professional and compassionate councilors and support staff. Highly recommended.

Very good listener. Paying attention to my personal situation and very understanding treated me as a individual and not a project. If u want people who care show support this is your place. The lady who worked with me was amazing I haven t met the entire staff but she definitely made good face of the establishment. Thank you.

This will be a thorough review on my various services received, and I have waited enough time to leave the emotion out of reviewing my bad experiences.I am giving a five star review on mental health services after working with the Centers for 4 years. I was previously with Signature Health. The Centers mental health services are incredible. They are a great team of therapists, psychiatrists, and caseworkers. They care about their patients. They listen & stay updated on present day treatments. They trust their patients at their word. If you do not like a therapist or feel like you re not making progress, they will immediately assign you a new one. They have income based services and will never turn someone away based on their inability to pay for treatment.I have utilized their mental health services voluntarily & also when it was court mandated. If you are required to get a substance abuse evaluation & mental health services, I cannot speak highly enough about those providers. Most of them have gone through what we have, and they are paying it forward to helping others.Telehealth services are organized & efficient.The people at the desk aren t always the best. But, that s been my case with most places. If they re having a bad day on the same day you re having a bad day, it might not go well. Try to exercise patience and politely lean into killing them with kindness. That s my advice. They re the gatekeepers to the actual good services.All this said, I cannot extend this approval and appreciation to their dental or medical services. They were not an original part of the Centers & were integrated during a merge. Because of this, they do not provide the same kind of respectful care and tact towards patients. I wish the Centers would mandate courses on showing compassion and kindness for employees at these facilities.Mental health affects physical health, and the lack of care from these providers during MD appointments is disappointing. To have a doctor look at my chart and lecture me on the importance of continuing to see a therapist and taking my meds when I am 34 years old and have followed every step my mental health providers tell me, I was kind of appalled. I am on medicines for symptoms that are a result of learning disabilities, cPTSD trauma, depression, and regulating my moods. Even if I wasn t, being talked down to with such a rude tone and skeptical facial expressions is unacceptable. The look she gave me when I questioned her behavior was wild. A GP should not be treating patients any differently based off the mental health notes in their charts.The nurses at these locations are usually great. However, I suggest booking an appointment with a Dr. who is not Pamela Graham. The two I had before, that I really liked, have left.If Pamela is at your nearest, I would suggest looking into the providers they have at other locations, or ask for the other lesser available doctor(s) if you can wait or can t travel. That said, you can tell them you do not have a ride to an appointment, and they usually will dispatch free Uber rides for you to get to the appointment and back to where you need to be. This has at least been the case for me.As for their dental services, it was 2021 when I last tried. If you re depressed, your teeth are usually the last thing you re concerned about. This doesn t seem to register for their employees and providers. Is being embarrassed supposed to make us want to take care of ourselves? Do you know how hard it is to get yourself to go to the dentist in that state? I wonder how many people have gone to them for an initial exam and never returned, because I certainly cannot be the first. I suggest a Caring Dental Group if you can get in.TLDR: Mental health services are great and they listen to their patients. Income doesn t matter. Dentistry on the east side and physical health services in Rocky River, not the best. That can change with proper retraining & better MD doctors.

The Centers has many locations, and offers all kinds of services, from mental health, Substance Use Disorder treatment, primary health care, and even dental services, and free tax clinics. If you're not familiar with them yet, I would definitely try to learn more. There's services that can benefit anyone.I'm attaching photos of their Harm Reduction Vending machines, where folks can get free supplies to help keep them safer and alive. There are things like Narcan, testing strips, injection supplies, smoking supplies, condoms, lube, and even take home HIV testing kits.

Negatives: OK the rooms weren't exactly up to Ritz standards and the food was hospital grade. There were one or two staff members that seemed less than happy to be there and even a little short with the patients. No place is going to get a five star rating. You are going to find faults no matter where you go.I was in inpatient between January 9th and 14th for anxiety and depression as well as "SI". This was my first time in a facility, so I was extremely apprehensive. I had seen the horror stories about mismanaged mental hospitals and was on high alert going in. It ended as soon as I was carted in. The staff was, for the most part, very helpful and caring. They did regular vital checks, bed checks, 4 counseling classes a day (optional), had regular 1on 1 check ins with psychiatrists and therapists, etc... This place was an overall game changer. I went in at the end of my rope. I had hit the wall in every way. This place and the people in it helped me process my feelings, got me on necessary medication, and helped me find outside mental health assistance for my continued recovery.To the staff and my peers. Thank you for your kindness and compassion in helping me climb out of the darkness.

I was nervous, more than nervous actually, to be admitted here, but after being reassured by the staff that it was unlike a place I d experienced years ago, I found it to be probably one of the best places I ve ever been to. If I ever need mental health care in the future I will not hesitate to go back. The very best place I ve ever been for mental health treatment and care. Thank you to all who helped me.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is always nice and answers all your questions!! Nikki is the best MAT nurse she makes the environment comfortable and is always helpful and actually cares about your well being.

When I was going there for counseling during 2020-2021 this place seemed to be a lot better but it s still a place I d recommend.

TKC Turning Point is a great place to turn your life around. Terry Kelleman and his knowledgeable staff provide the support and a comfortable safe environment to learn and develop the skills to overcome and defeat whatever "demons" are troubling you. Be it anger management, substance abuse issues or otherwise, I would highly recommend speaking with the helpful folks a TKC!

If you are looking for a place that has no judgments, nice friendly atmosphere TKC is the place you want to be!!! If you have court they will make sure paperwork is done but nice chilled atmosphere where.you can speak your mind and feeling and you are not being judged andnrhe staff will help you get your life back on track..

Great place to go to get the resources needed to get your life back on track and to see a bright future! These classes allowed me to continue forward without the grasp of alcohol holding me back! Thank you Terry and staff for everything!

Dr. Pileski has the most understanding and compassionate bedside manner that I have seen in my lifetime. She listened, she took the time to understand my health overall and made me feel so incredibly cared for. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much!!!

Shout out to my team at the VA Outpatient Clinic! Especially to Dr. GRGAT, Michael Joyce and Dr. Y and her team! Set me up with the care I needed after UH kicked me to the curb. Pretty much saved my life in my opinion.

I would like recognition to go to Dr. Ashley Kenzik for her superior work in treating my diabetes. I was taking 3 shots of Novolog and 2 shots of Lantus per day along with a weekly shot of Ozembic. I now take solely one shot of Ozembic per week. And with the Ozembic my weight has gone from 305 to 258. In my opinion, one could not ask for a better physician than Dr. Kenzik.

One of the best places to be if you re trying to get your life together, amazing woman and support. 100% hands on! I am grateful that Jean Marie was a part of my recovery at some point in my life. I still hold value from the day I walked in there. I have had mess ups in between because it s hard to be a one and done but I learned more there then anywhere and there are values morals and respect. I am forever grateful

I truly want to say that from the bottom of my heart ,this place has changed my life and impacted the community around it in so many ways. Coming here has saved my life and gave me the tools in order to grow and proceed thru life with a better outlook. The staff truly does care about all their patients and they want the best for every single person that walks in thru those doors. Darci and Mandy have grown to become family to me and I wouldn't change that for the world. Psych and psych has helped me in ways that even words can't describe it's not only kept me sober but has help with my mental health and my ability to keep me straight

I was hospitalized for 7 days in December 2024. The Emergency room took me right in. The doctors and nurses provided excellent care. My room was cleaned everyday. The food was good and there were many options to choose from. I am grateful for the wonderful care I received.

I was admitted for a few days for blood clots. The staff were amazing. Veronica, Melissa , too many names to remember. Thank you all so much for nursing me back to health.

I can not say enough about this place. I found such dear friends as a result of IOP and sobriety. Even Rock Creek was a blessing to me.

This place is incredible. If you are researching the IOP program and your journey lead you to these reviews- I hope you strongly consider taking the leap and getting yourself enrolled in this incredible program. This changed my life, the counselor Paul- is absolutely born for leading this program. I completed the program and saw many before me complete this and not a single person had a negative thought about their time in this program. I have never been more happy with a decision like I am with choosing this place.

I have been going here for around 3 years give or take an absolutely love My Councilor an every one is very friendly and caring.

I had a small (HUGE) problem with Bayshore a few years back that even resulted in policy change but since then with staffing upgrades the place is awesome. My therapist Chelsea is hands down the best in the industry. I've been in therapy for over 30 years and never made the personal growth I have experienced with my team at Bayshore. They. Eat the other local option, Firelands, alive.I would have given 5 stars but I hold resentments for my incident there, but I'll add that to the list of things I need to work on.
