I don’t know where I would be today without Kerri and Marcia. In some of my darkest days of addiction and mental health they were always there for me. Stayed after hours for me, called to make sure I was okay when I didn’t show up for my appointment, always encouraging me and taking time with me to truly figure out the help I needed. I highly recommend this place. They’ve always known me by name and treated me like I was family and not just a patient which is exactly what someone needs when struggling ♥️

My son has been there for nearly 9 months, I have seen a big difference in him. I've seen the meals they are being provided decent food. Reading these other reviews makes me so mad, I see my son on a regular basis I have never been told I can't see him until I have a drug test and background. As far as the staff they are all amazing I have not had any bad encounters with anyone, the counselors are absolutely amazing and everyone cares about the progress and if my son!!

I went there to determine the quality and cost of using my VA hospital benefits versus my current Medicare Advantage plan. The people at the facility and the facility were excellent, but many changes to my benefits made it impossible to use the VA. For example, co-pays have gone up significantly. They are now far more than my Medicare Advantage plan. I live in Ohio, and the nation's second-leading hospital system, The Cleveland Clinic, is in my Advantage plan network. If I use the VA, only conditions, tests, etc., that can't be conducted by the VA would allow me to use the Cleveland Clinic. All this means, for me living in Ohio, the VA Hospital system is not a viable option. I would suggest visiting the VA where you live and making your own choice.

I loved it here so very much. The staff is amazing and have experienced or have had a loved one experience addiction of some sort. Their testimonies are so so inspiring. Special thanks to Ms.Jen for feeding us amazing food and making us gain a lotta lbs before we leave LMAO. Thankful to Devin for his groups with us ladies, where he was able to get us to become vulnerable with each other and left us thinking about the topic even when group was over. Never thought I could be so honest with myself nor vulnerable like that with a group. When I seen the reviews I had thought ‘Wow. All these five star reviews, it cannot be that good’. But my disbelief was corrected immediately. Thank you so much Buffy and Mary for everything <3. Thank you Ally for all the cool books and also Cayleine and Seth for setting up amazing activities for us and always being kind and welcoming. Thanks to everyone here who always had a smile on their faces and were so fun, interesting, and entertaining to talk to. Peace out I’M OUTTTTTTT. MWAHHH :)

I went to Seacrest Willard detox and recovery. The staff goes above and beyond for you. They make sure you’re comfortable and feel welcome. The caseworkers and therapist are amazing. They listen, care, and sometimes give you that “hard love” that you need. Nursing staff are so sweet and make sure you’re doing good and explain any medication you are taking. Kitchen staff is great and accommodating. At discharge , caseworkers make sure you are setup with adequate after care and truly want the best for you.
I highly suggest this place for anyone looking for recovery and a better future.

Doctor Lana in withdrawal management and IOP, Emily and Elise in withdrawal management are amazing.
Dr. Lana is a very knowledgeable & empathetic doctor with a heart of gold, who always goes the extra mile. She really genuinely cares about her patients. Whether you're in the beginning of your recovery journey, in-between, or have some time under your belt, she is who I would highly recommend to anyone. Through all the stages and storms and sunshine of my recovery journey, she's never wavered. Sometimes I feel like I don't deserve someone like her in my life. I've never met anyone like her.
Thank you, Dr. Lana, Emily & Elise, you all played a very important part in saving my life & giving me a second chance.
And thank you Dr. B for taking care of me while I was hospitalized. The way you cared about my suffering and took care of me in my.lowest point in my.life, on my death bed has always stayed with me. I'll ne her forget it.

There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for the care and support my daughter received these last 7 months. From the very beginning, the staff believed in her, even during the moments when she struggled to believe in herself. They never gave up on her, and that unwavering support made all the difference.
The team treated her with compassion, patience, and respect while holding her accountable in ways that helped her grow. They provided her with the tools, guidance, and encouragement she needed to make positive changes in her life.
Watching the progress she has made has been incredible, and I know this facility played a huge role in her journey. Thank you for seeing the potential in my daughter and for never giving up on her. You have made a lasting impact on our family, and we will always be grateful. Also a special shout out to some of her favorite staff from her directly: Jen H, Chloe M, Mick, Miss B, Miss Danielle, Veronica, Africa, Perell, and Miss Cindy on 3rd shift :)

New Beginnings is a great residential treatment facility I've ever been in. This facility is very structured for those who truly want to give up drugs and or alcohol, and deal with their mental health issues as well. The staff is very compassionate and very helpful to all their clients. The clients are assigned in facility chores such as cooking and cleaning, after being promoted up in the program, the clients are allowed to apply for a job within the programs vocational/employment department here you able to earn a income while continuing your treatment in order for you to have monies soon that you can obtain housing, transportation and anything else you may need upon completion on the program. There are three phases in the program, you start off as a phase 0 within a two week period and you have met all the program requirements such as (program group meetings which consist of 5 to 6 meetings M-F starting at 8:30 am with the last meeting at night at 8 pm, please understand that there are breaks as well as a lunch and dinner in between these meetings. Any yes, there are meetings on Saturday and Sunday as well, not as many as during the week). New Beginnings has three separate housing facilities; Withdraw Management Facility, this unit is designed to help prepare the clients in the first seven to eight days to withdraw from the illegal substances that may be in their system, get them on any medication that is needed for them; the other two facilities is one for men and the other for women. The women facility has the same substance abuse and mental health programs as the men's facility. One thing about all of the units, a client is not locked in, a client has a choice to either stay or leave the facility at any time. The decision to receive help for the addiction/mental health problems is totally up to the client. New Beginnings has outside speakers who have been sober for years, that comes into the facility and teach the clients the way to recovery and sobriety.

Updating my review to 4 stars instead of 2.I have been going here for 5 years. Sad to see Dr. Bentley leave. He was awesome. This place is way better in every way than the Marion center. The pharmacy here is great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is one of the nurses is somewhat rude and confrontational at times. She should leave her opinions to the doctors and not try to give out medical/medication advice. The other nurse is very nice.

Ashland, OH | Appleseed Community Mental Health Center is an integrated behavioral health and wellness clinic in Ashland, Ohio. Part of their comprehensive services involves mental health care and substance use disorder treatment. The latter primarily focuses on addressing co-occurring conditions. This is when someone simultaneously struggles with a substance us | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I cannot say enough good things about Appleseed and the incredible people who work there.
When I found myself walking through one of the most difficult seasons of my life, Appleseed gave me something I desperately needed: support, guidance, and the reassurance that I wasn’t alone. The services they provide make a real difference for people who are struggling, and I am living proof of that.
I especially want to recognize Becky. Over the last several months, she has been a source of strength when I felt weak, hope when I felt defeated, and encouragement when I questioned whether I could keep going. She listened without judgment, advocated for me when I didn’t know how to advocate for myself, and reminded me time and time again that my voice mattered.
What makes Appleseed so special is that they don’t treat people like case numbers. They treat people like people. They meet you where you are, help you navigate some of life’s hardest moments, and genuinely care about the outcomes for the families they serve.
There were days I felt completely broken by what I was facing, and Becky and Appleseed helped me find pieces of myself again. The compassion, professionalism, and dedication they show every day changes lives in ways that words cannot fully describe.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to Appleseed and thank you to Becky. The impact you’ve had on my life and my family will stay with me forever.

For the first time in all my life I was put through intense trauma in all apsects imaginable. I became so unattached, not allowing anyone close to me near or be in contact. After 2 solid years being wrongfully manipulated, set up, following all rules being promised protection told to rely on our police and the system and evey single one failed me caused me more mental and physical harm and influenced drastic changes to my character. Known in my home town as a huge influence with my practice Wooster hospital, College of Wooster, Saint Mary Immaculate Church and School all organizations The harm that was done ethically inappropriate to manipulation and influence of anyone important that affects safety, shelter, organizations not including Goodwill they are still in good standing that your truth your history wont matter. Wayne co almost killed me by allowing me to be harmed so severally for 2 years that finally hes prison uncovering the amount of trauma from cops, supervisors of establishments that when my legal team uncovered a ridiculous amount of calls into the poloce stations about ke screaming for help and the times i valled for help hours later they would come to tske a teport and basically put me down and accuse me of things i never have done. The treatment i received cauzed many to loose there jobs and showwd through video footage how I was at a shelter and a worker allowed my predator to force himself on me in the mens room just to name few what I have went through along with being set up so many times making me have a record I am thankful all will be removed by Feb 2027 Ruth from Wooster Ohio Anazoa never gave up on me no matter where I was or what i was going through. I have never felt so helpless or worn out from Wayne Co trying to break me along with life at the hands of an ex that i wasnt aware of his past how extensive it was and his influence through drugs, stealing, known from his peers even influencing Wooster poloce and courts. I'd been with a therapist in Las Vegas for over 9 years and thought she was top-notch; however, Angal and the Medina office far surpass my prior Nevada experience.
