I have been a client of this facility since October 2021 when I came home from inpatient. Pyramid is the foundation to my recovery... I have never felt like I had to stop coming just because I "completed" a program. I actively attend weekly group sessions and biweekly individual sessions with my counselor Jim. He has been a huge advocate for me since taking over my case a year ago. He is honest and patient with me and makes me feel heard. I have been on MAT throughout the entire time and even though it didn't always go my way, they supported me through it all. Dr. Malcuhay has been seeing me for years and makes me feel like she genuinely cares for my well-being. Sacha from Allentown is one of the nurses that has shown me compassion and held me accountable when I was extremely late for an appointment. Alyssa the nurse is prompt and professional, and it's refreshing to actually receive responses to my emails. Kate, Katie, Gage, Towanna have all been wonderful and I look forward to seeing them all. If your insurance is up to date and paid, you will have no issues here. Thank you for helping me find myself again!

I have been going to pyramid for 8 months, I completed my program and I still come once a week for group. Kate is my counselor and our group leader and she is amazing. All the staff is wonderful and very friendly. I have been clean and sober since my first visit 8 months ago. It's a wonder feeling.

They deal with a lot. They can range from extremely helpful, to them being overwhelmed, but it is not them being inconsiderate they just have a lot of clients.

Serenity mountain changed my life! Between the caring house staff, knowledgeable clinical team and great activities, this is a great place to grow, learn and recover. While I was there, I was able to learn so much, about myself, my disease, and God. We had opportunities to go to off campus activities including drum aerobics, enerchi, yoga, church and even special things like concerts, ice cream runs, local NA/AA meetings and women’s retreats! The councilors genuinely care and want the best for each and every one of the girls on the mountain, and the house staff does everything they can to keep us safe, healthy, and happy throughout our time there. Sandy and Joe genuinely do their best to help each individual woman and truly care about recovery. The food is much better than most rehabs, and the rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. There is even two house dogs, Chloe and poppi, who make adjusting to the mountain much easier and provide great emotional support when needed! Overall, I highly recommend serenity mountain if addiction is something you struggle with, the road to recovery isn’t always easy, but the mountain is a great stopping point along the journey!

I have been coming to this location since the Mt.Pocono office was closed down. Ishima was my therapist at that site, and I make the drive to Allentown specifically to see her. In the three years I have been seeking treatment with Kidspeace, it's always been a positive experience. Seriously the best clinic ever! I recently switched due to moving and it’s the biggest regret I’ve had yet in my 8 years of sobriety. I had no idea how lucky I was going to MCAC. They truly love you and treat you with respect. I’d give anything to go back here over where I’m at now. Complete 180. I went from the best clinic to the worst and regret it. If you don’t have to leave here, don’t do it. If you’re looking to get clean, go here! I promise. If you’re willing to do the work, this place WILL help! I have 8 years of sobriety thanks to them. I went to this facility for a planned same-day surgery. The facility is very clean and modern appearing. The staff were all very kind and knowledgeable. I was rather anxious leading up to the procedure and the nurses were excellent with thoroughly explaining what to expect. This, coupled with excellent bedside manner helped to calm my nerves. We unfortunately, had to take my daughter into the emergency room Saturday night to get stitches put in. She is only three years old.Leah and The team of nurses were excellent they took care of my daughter, and they supported me as a parent. i thought this place was excellent. i loved the groups and my counselor. it seemed like they really cared. i had shown up 25 minutes late for the 3 hour group and they wouldn’t let me in. i live 45 minutes away and had counseling 2.5 hours later. woman at the desk said it wasn’t her problem. i was having a really rough day and needed to be there. mind you, i chose to go there. i wasn’t mandated or anything. they do an outstanding job pushing people away on their lowest days.

It will show up in the pairing Bluetooth device list but when you try to ACTUALLY pair the device it will "attempt" to, only for it to say "cannot pair device" or "unable to pair device" but if your headphones came with an AUX cord to plug into and audio jack, I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TAKE THAT B/ WITH YOU, also to those of you who have Air pods of any type I know you love 'em and you want to use them and etc, but I'm telling you now, just go get a cheap-o pair of wired earbuds get 2 if you have too because chances are they might out if you ask for a pair.
If they tell you over the phone that Bluetooth headphones work, I'm here to tell you NO THEY DON'T!
