I had a great experience with Pyramid Healthcare York Outpatient Treatment for my groups. I have completed 2 PHP groups back to back and 2 IOP groups back to back and 1 GOP group. It wasn't because of problems that I took 2 PHP and 2 IOP groups it was because I was liking the groups and I just kept learning new things every single day. Anna and Nikki were amazing for PHP groups and counseling. For IOP groups I had Jamie and he was very nice and an amazing teacher. I took 2 of his IOP groups he had away that whatever subject he picked you would be involved. So then I had to go to GOP group and I had Jamie for that group too. That was a very inspirational group too. I have decided that now since I am not in groups anymore , I'm going to be doing little groups on my own with doing refresher of everything I have already done and I have multiple different topics workbooks too that have not even been touched to do yet. The staff is very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond the atmosphere is very relaxed the groups are far from boring in the 2 months ive been there is was sad to leave because the social setting and discussion in the group were stimulating and positive no one was put down for any mistakes from their past and the counselors are normal people that are far from judgemental I would definitely recommend Pyramid to anyone seeking drug treatment whether in a group or 1 on 1 session and they go out of their way to help get funding to pay for your sessions and you get to meet alot of nice people

Ok. I'm going to go out on a limb and see if you respond and take action on this. I'll assign a tentative 5 stars rating, with the expectation you'll formulate the correct approach...
I wrote a google and yelp last week about this to Safeway at WMC Drive in Westminster; they responded that someone would contact me but they never did. So, I'm upping it a notch and see hat you good folks have to say!!
Last week, late at night, I was in Safeway on WMC Drive in Westminster. A customer brought their pet dog (not a service animal) in to the store and the 2 of them strolled from aisle to aisle shopping here and there. I asked the store's on duty boss, Kris, if having a pet dog in the store was appropriate. Kris, in front of 2 of his store coworkers, looked at me like a deer in the headlights, cleared his throat a couple times (I could see the brain neurons moving at warp speed trying to come up with a response), and he uttered "well, I don't know the store policies or regulations on this, but I guess it's ok for them to have their dog in the store. I responded "so, let's assume the dog poops in aisle 3 and raises its leg and sprays the fresh organic lettuce with pee pee in the fresh veggie section, what are you going to do and wouldn't that be totally unacceptable in the store?" Kris shot back with "well, sir, I can assure you I'll clean it up!!" Kris did not instill any confidence in me and I could just imagine the dog barfing up grass next to the open grapes in the fruit section in a manner similar to the way my childhood pet reacted in our backyard many years ago.
So, Mr or Ms Health Department, is it okay if I bring my pet parrot into Safeway some night, let him fly all around the store, and watch him deposit numerous droppings everywhere, including on the fresh open-air French bread???? This might be fun, especially if Kris is working!!
What say ye?????????????????????????

I got to admit I definitely had pause about coming to this facility because of all the negative reviews. And not knowing what to expect considering that I have never been to rehab or any type of detox program. Im thankful that I made my own decision and ignored all them negative reviews based on the fact that I really wanted the help. It was hard the first couple days, but the staff and other patients kept on pushing me giving me encouragement. I have no favorite nurse they were all great ,but I have to give a shoutout to the nurse Aaron. She was so nurturing, caring and super helpful made me feel like I was in good hands seemed like she genuinely cared during my detox process. (Which was so hard for me) I’m blessed to say I successfully completed the program. It was definitely an experience, to say the least!! but I stuck it out!! And I also met some coo people there. I've been to a lot of drug treatment centers in the area, I'm sorry to say. This is the only one where the staff are qualified, helpful and care to such a degree. I started here years ago when I was court ordered, and I stay to help myself now that I am free.
You can see the reviews of this place are very polarizing. Either one star or five star. Drug treatment is not a pleasant process. Whether ordered to be here or on your own volition, this is therapy and it means confronting aspects of yourself you don't like. You WILL come to a point where you are angry, disgusted, fed up, etc. You can either quit and go write a one star review, or push through it and be better for it.
