I have been going here for 15 years and I am always happy with the help I get from the nurses and admin staff. They are always helpful and set you up for free medication if you don’t have health insurance. They have all sorts of programs. The only downside is you usually have to call a couple months in advance to book with a particular NP.

These pharmacists and techs work so incredibly hard to fill and get the medications to their patients so quickly.
However the doctor office area could use some improvement. I was told over the phone twice by two different people that my blood work came back as prediabetic. Of course I was very upset for 3 weeks until I had my follow up with the doctor where she said my blood work was fine and I was NOT prediabetic. I am glad of course but it did cause me stress that could have been avoided. I know accidents happen everywhere, I was just surprised two different nurses or whomever answers patient questions on behalf of the doctor said the same thing, maybe it was notated incorrectly? I wont pretend I know how a doctors office works. Everything is fine of course but that would just be a bit of feedback. Other than that I feel like that I have received excellent care.

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

He also explains how things work so I can understand. I've been seeing Dr neesee for several years. He had brought me a long way, from where I was. Id advise anyone to go see Dr neesee. Dr. Alan Jordan the dentist at the Talbott location is top notch. I could not find a listing for him on Google to leave him a personal review, so I will leave it here. I was told by Simple Dental that my teeth could not be filled. I was refered to someone in Newport for expensive restorative surgery. That was around 10 years ago. Here I am after all that time with my teeth worse than they were. I got in to see Dr Jordan and he said that filling my teeth was not a problem. He has filled 2 of my teeth without any issues. What a lifesaver! I hate that I listened to Simple Dental and let my teeth go for that long, thinking they were beyond filling. I always thought it was odd, but figured they knew what they were doing. Thanks to Dr Jordan I am pain free again and have my teeth filled. He and the entire staff are wonderful! I recommend them highly! They are also much less expensive than the other place and thats 10 years later. Save yourself some grief, money and pain. See Dr Jordan. He is a real dentist, just like I remember as a child.
