The staff here at KRC are magnificent. The BHT's have the care of the clients at heart. Especially Kayley, Josh, Mama, Jimmy , Jessica, John, Cliff, and Tay. Doug and Bill take extra care of the dietary needs. And all of the therapists and session leaders go above and beyond in there care and understanding.

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. I Rate this experience a 10/10 , it was very rough for me at first , but I had guidance each step of the way despite the obstacles that got in my way , this facility definitely have its challenges , and it definitely has it bad moments , but they never last long , I’ll always remember being around 16 females and keeping my cool even when I wanted to lose it , Ms. Grant , and Mrs. Howard always had my best interest, even when I gave them complete H*** , I’ll never forget the ways FCA helped me grow as a person , and as a Young Women learning to control my Hasty ways , FCA is on your side and they will always want what’s best for you && from all the nasty comments here under these reviews , obviously shows that these females thought they were going to get their way and live how they lived on the outside of their lives , I was there for 5 months and I thought I was going to do what I wanted as well , and that got shut down very quickly , obviously young girls under this have no sense of self reflection , nor were they willing to accept the help that was offered . I feel for these girls simply because they didn’t get the amazing experience I did , and to tell the truth I’d go back again just to get my mental right if I could ,, but I recommend this place the therapy helps .
