I really enjoyed being here. I was scared to go to rehab but I have had a very positive experience. The staff is amazing, the food is good, and their resources are incredibly helpful. This really is an amazing place to go for your recovery!

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. Try it out for your self. Be blessed

This place really is a Terrific place it's so Amazing Thank God for Ms Helen who started it it's a Huge relief to get help with My Medicine it's Truly a Blessing it's not out of Pocket it saves me so much money in the End. I have been going to the adult center since 2003. I have always received top notch care. The staff in the back is always 100% committed to helping me live my life to the fullest even though I struggle with a mental diagnosis. I have seen several different people over the years and I can say every one was thorough and listened to my input about what worked and didn’t work for me in medications. Times when I was uninsured they immediately got me enrolled in a safety net program which makes my meds 3.00. Only negative is having to come in face to face every 3 months bc I am bad about keeping appointments. Nurses line always answers questions the same day and will call until they reach me.
I was here over the weekend and it was one of the best decisions of my life. The staff are incredibly friendly and work diligently to help patients. I did not feel judged or pressured to talk about my trauma at all. My favorite counselor was Jes, she really made me feel so much safer and her group sessions are the best. Thank you to everyone in there for believing in me 💖

I went here in 2017 and it was on of the best thing that has ever happened its a different life and it takes a few days to adjust but when u do u live a whole better life then u are used to you do a lot of group and one on one session but after 28 day u learn how to live the right way here I sit with 7 years under my belt and all because of this place if u really want to get clean and live the right way then this Is for you but u have to want it it's hard but at the end you will thank yourself
The Dr here was great. Dr Jennifer Cupp I think it was. I'm not great with names. She made me feel very comfortable. She took time to address every question or concern I had. I think I actually found a Dr that will listen to me. The staff was friendly and great as well.

Everyone is friendly and helpful and my questions are always answered in a way that I can understand. I went to college and can use big words, but I don't want to have to look up my diagnosis! I appreciate that Stephanie explained everything to me without my having to Google it!

Child and Youth Center is a great place for children, the customer service is excellent and the programs are perfectly structured to provide the best help to the children. The personalized approach they give to each child is fundamental to their well-being.
Got a beautiful bracelet from a crew at the kannapolis Walmart sitting out in the heat selling goodies for this church. Wonderful kind people. God bless to all and praying for sobriety for all ♥️

Ive been going here and the prior location for about 5 years I guess. Dr. Brudecki has been outstanding. What makes a facility is its doctor/doctors and staff. Dr. Brudecki does everything she can to help in anyway. Ive never felt rushed in the least. Its like she has all day when in reality she's very busy. One of the worse things a dr can do is to give the patient the feeling they're in a hurry..She is caring and has a sweet personality. I have never had a bad experience from any of the staff. They've all been super nice. I'm not one for writing reviews often but wanted to give this the recognition it deserves.

I have been receiving excellent health care and dental care from Cherokee Health System.
I love my Doctor Laura Brudecki who listens well and counsels me on all my health concerns.
I trust her decisions on my care and referrals she makes. She has been treating me for close to 4 years now.
I also like Tanya Hodges and Dr. Green for my dental care and trust them as well.
The in house labs and X-rays are very handy.
The only limitation is that they don’t take walk ins when there is something urgent.
I understand they have a walk in clinic now in strawberry plains.
I recommend Cherokee Health for all health care needs.
My son has only been going here a couple months and we love everyone they treat him will love and care and I feel they all ways listen and find ways to help.

Absolutely love Claire Williams. Most amazing and easy to instantly be comfortable with person to talk to. She makes you feel like you matter and are important to be heard. Highly recommend her . Couldn't ask for some one better
