I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. They are always helpful and set you up for free medication if you don’t have health insurance. They have all sorts of programs. My adult son has been a patient there for 15 years. I was once also in dire need of some mental health treatment and they helped and I wasn't even a patient there. I could not find a listing for him on Google to leave him a personal review, so I will leave it here. I was told by Simple Dental that my teeth could not be filled. I was refered to someone in Newport for expensive restorative surgery. That was around 10 years ago. Here I am after all that time with my teeth worse than they were. I got in to see Dr Jordan and he said that filling my teeth was not a problem. He has filled 2 of my teeth without any issues. What a lifesaver! I hate that I listened to Simple Dental and let my teeth go for that long, thinking they were beyond filling. I always thought it was odd, but figured they knew what they were doing. Thanks to Dr Jordan I am pain free again and have my teeth filled. He and the entire staff are wonderful! I recommend them highly! They are also much less expensive than the other place and thats 10 years later. Save yourself some grief, money and pain. See Dr Jordan. He is a real dentist, just like I remember as a child.
