It's more of a home environment than a hospital setting so you're very comfortable from the start. They're very accommodating to each and every person and for their needs and their wants. When I first came to westbridge I will admit that I came for legal problems with probation but after coming here and learning some of the steps it takes to stay sober my life 100% changed! The counselors, the techs. , and all of the staff was so understanding and supportive on my journey to becoming sober. They taught me what it was like to feel again to love life again and taught me who I was as a person. I hate that it took me so long in life to get sober but I would highly recommend West bridge as a place to anyone who wants to become sober and they're very serious about it! Each level of care played a significant & important role in my Recovery. As soon as I walked into TRS I was treated with understanding, compassion, dignity, and patience. Firstly, I was allowed to bring my fur baby with me which was a wonderful comfort to me. I don’t think I would have done as well without having her with me. The facilities are clean and well-kempt. The staff is caring, understanding, and genuinely invested in your unique recovery journey (Jacob and Sunny are phenomenal). The therapists authentically understand the journey to recovery and ensure everyone feels respected and heard. While your recovery is taken seriously and put in the work, they make the process fun and relatable. The physician and nursing staff is thorough and available 24/7 - they care about each patient and their bedside manner is impeccable. They are NOT autonomous robots like you see with a lot of other medical facilities. Nursing even does occasional group sessions on the medical aspects of recovery, post-recovery preventative care. You are even sent home with a supply of medications to help bridge the gap between discharge and your own provider. And the food… where do I start? I have travelled all over the country for work, eating at high end hotels and restaurants yet the thrice daily meal here far exceeded in quality and variety. The thrice daily, freshly cooked international cuisines were amazing! They also have juices, sodas, flavored water, coffee, teas, high end snacks, and even ice cream available 24/7. They have working washers and dryers and even provide Tide pods and dryer sheets. The outside grounds are peaceful and the outside activities during and after group sessions are relaxing. A couple of suggestions I have are: In the shower, water collects around the handle and doesn't drain well. I'm worried it could cause mold over time, so maybe adding a small drain hole could help. They have really as a whole gone above and beyond for me.,.without charging me a penny. The nurses and counselors are really fantastic. Yes it's their job , but they could easily work somewhere that doesn't require getting up at 3 am or whatever. Most all of them genuinely care about harm reduction and saving lives. The parking lot is guarded and free of fights , thefts, getting robbed for take home medication ( something I saw in the Dallas area) I know I left an initial bad review but that wasn't fair of me because it stemmed from a personal issue I perceived at the time. This is a really good clinic, they have government funding , and you can hit the metro rail and bus stops with a rock. So if you are tired of the life you are living due to opioids there's really no reason not to go. Methadone is not for everyone,and yes it can cause really severe withdrawals if you don't taper properly,but it's the only way I was able to stop. Plan to give a minimum 3 years to any methadone program. It takes time to get stable on a dose...it may take you a while to stop using your doc..then ideally you work on family , employment etc, then take a good year to slowly taper off. I am incredibly grateful for her help. I also want to recognize Gabriel at check-in. By the time we arrived, I was beyond exhausted after five days of this process. I also had my service dog with me and needed an accommodation because of my disability. Gabriel was professional, patient, respectful, and worked with me to make sure I had an appropriate place to wait during the lengthy intake process. Westbridge recovery center changed my life 100%! If you're serious about your sobriety and want a place to go to be sober this is the place to choose! It's more of a home environment than a hospital setting so you're very comfortable from the start. They're very accommodating to each and every person and for their needs and their wants. When I first came to westbridge I will admit that I came for legal problems with probation but after coming here and learning some of the steps it takes to stay sober my life 100% changed! The counselors, the techs. , and all of the staff was so understanding and supportive on my journey to becoming sober. They taught me what it was like to feel again to love life again and taught me who I was as a person. I hate that it took me so long in life to get sober but I would highly recommend West bridge as a place to anyone who wants to become sober and they're very serious about it! Even after the treatment plan they offer classes for IOP or PHP or any kind of support that is needed to keep you sober on your journey. every single person at westbridge played a part in my recovery and I will forever owe my life and have extreme gratitude for each and every person that played a part in my recovery I am going on 4 months clean today and I wouldn't look back for anything. Ok hear me out …..I didn’t have any issues . If you are worried about wait time just show up at 7 you are still going to have to wait a few hours but not like a crazy wait time . If you come after 7 expect to be there a while ….i walked in did paperwork got evaluated(I already have a diagnosis) and dr appointment scheduled next day for meds in less then 3 hours very fast easy process (IF) you come at 7 . I’m sure it’s easy after 7 as a well just maybe not so fast …. Hope it helped.

This is the best place for IOP. And I've been to quite a few. Not proud but it's the truth. Every counselor there is AMAZING. If one feels alone and isolated, they won't here. This recovery place offers medicine treatments that for my experience are very successful yet there is one treatment that you go in there and get for free which is there blessed joyful, loving presence and help. I just left there after taking my medicine and I was there for really good 30 minutes to an hour, and I lost track of time because all the workers upfront. This outpatient rehab is so patient. Im literally crazy and they have put up with me for years. Im telling yous guys from attacking my Uber driving to talking way to much. They would care for me while I was in the most difficult time of my life. They were my friends at my lowest and I will always appreciate how many times they saved my friends lives by giving me free narcan and education on how to use it and when. They have saved my life countless times. My counselors work so hard to help me. Regina and Mrs. Tina go above and beyond for poor ol me. Hi: My name is Leslie L. I was treated at TRS in July & August of this year for Substance Abuse Disorder. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at TRS and the impact this program had on my addiction, recovery, and life. I completed TRS's detox, residential, and PHP program. Each level of care played a significant & important role in my Recovery. As soon as I walked into TRS I was treated with understanding, compassion, dignity, and patience. The entire staff truly cared about me not just as a client, as a person as well. Treatment at TRS helped me understand myself, face my struggles, and taught me tools I needed to help me in the future with my addiction and disease one day at a time. The transition from detox, residential, and PHP was seamless and gave me the structure and support I needed at each stage. I learned coping skills, a better understanding of my disease and my addiction. I learned that Recovery is really possible if I put in the work I needed by paying attention, listening, and participating in group. Most importantly, TRS gave me hope when I desperately needed it. I left TRS with gratitude, strength, knowledge, and a belief in a new design of living. To every staff member who supported me along this journey: Thank You from the bottom of my heart. The facility is magnificent and far exceeded my expectations of a recovery facility. Firstly, I was allowed to bring my fur baby with me which was a wonderful comfort to me. I don’t think I would have done as well without having her with me. The facilities are clean and well-kempt. The staff is caring, understanding, and genuinely invested in your unique recovery journey (Jacob and Sunny are phenomenal). The therapists authentically understand the journey to recovery and ensure everyone feels respected and heard. While your recovery is taken seriously and put in the work, they make the process fun and relatable. The physician and nursing staff is thorough and available 24/7 - they care about each patient and their bedside manner is impeccable. They are NOT autonomous robots like you see with a lot of other medical facilities. Nursing even does occasional group sessions on the medical aspects of recovery, post-recovery preventative care. You are even sent home with a supply of medications to help bridge the gap between discharge and your own provider. And the food… where do I start? I have travelled all over the country for work, eating at high end hotels and restaurants yet the thrice daily meal here far exceeded in quality and variety. The thrice daily, freshly cooked international cuisines were amazing! They also have juices, sodas, flavored water, coffee, teas, high end snacks, and even ice cream available 24/7. They have working washers and dryers and even provide Tide pods and dryer sheets. The outside grounds are peaceful and the outside activities during and after group sessions are relaxing. They have karaoke, acupuncture, movie nights, and yoga among other activities. I highly recommend this facility!

So thankful for my Santa Maria Family. My sister was her about 3 times in 2 years. Every time we tried to get her admitted, we didn’t follow protocol and the staff always assisted us and she was always approved! I was placed here by the court, and I'm glad I was because this program taught me a lot. It helped me grow, strengthen my faith in God, and showed me how therapy and music can help people express their emotions and see life in a new way. Thank you to everyone who works here. A couple of suggestions I have are: In the shower, water collects around the handle and doesn't drain well. I'm worried it could cause mold over time, so maybe adding a small drain hole could help. For the night snack, I think two sandwiches instead of one would be nice. I asked a few others, and many agreed. Some also said hot chips would be a good addition. I don't know everything that goes into running this place, but I just wanted to share my thoughts. Thank you again for everything you do.

I had a great experience connecting with the team at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Robert took the time to walk me through their Woodlands location and let me know about the other services offered in the Greater Houston Area. I was able to meet and speak with Laura Alper a very sweet and grounded clinician who really wants to make a difference. Aracely at the front desk was also so kind and welcoming, which sets the tone from the moment you call or walk in. Overall, the team was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the people they serve. You can really feel that this is more than a job to them, it’s a mission. I’m incredibly grateful for my time with PRC Conroe. I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen. They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. No matter how you show up, they meet you where you are. Recovery isn’t easy, but PRC Conroe made it feel possible. I’m beyond thankful for the guidance they gave me, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, effective support in their recovery journey.

In hindsight I'm gonna go ahead and give a five star to this clinic. They have really as a whole gone above and beyond for me.,.without charging me a penny. The nurses and counselors are really fantastic. Yes it's their job , but they could easily work somewhere that doesn't require getting up at 3 am or whatever. Most all of them genuinely care about harm reduction and saving lives. The parking lot is guarded and free of fights , thefts, getting robbed for take home medication ( something I saw in the Dallas area) I know I left an initial bad review but that wasn't fair of me because it stemmed from a personal issue I perceived at the time. This is a really good clinic, they have government funding , and you can hit the metro rail and bus stops with a rock. So if you are tired of the life you are living due to opioids there's really no reason not to go. Methadone is not for everyone,and yes it can cause really severe withdrawals if you don't taper properly,but it's the only way I was able to stop. Plan to give a minimum 3 years to any methadone program. It takes time to get stable on a dose...it may take you a while to stop using your doc..then ideally you work on family , employment etc, then take a good year to slowly taper off. Some people need to stay on it indefinitely and that's ok too.

This is my daughter’s second time at Kingwood Pines, and I want to recognize two people who made an incredibly difficult situation much better for us yesterday. Princess was instrumental in helping me get my daughter admitted. After we had spent five days waiting in an ER for psychiatric placement, Princess helped me discover that my daughter’s insurance information had not been included on the face sheet the ER sent to facilities. Because of that, her insurance could not be verified. Once I understood what was happening, I was able to advocate for the information to be corrected, and Princess was key in helping us finally get my daughter into Kingwood Pines last night. I am incredibly grateful for her help. I also want to recognize Gabriel at check-in. By the time we arrived, I was beyond exhausted after five days of this process. I also had my service dog with me and needed an accommodation because of my disability. Gabriel was professional, patient, respectful, and worked with me to make sure I had an appropriate place to wait during the lengthy intake process. Mental-health crises are incredibly difficult on the entire family, and the way staff treat parents and caregivers during those moments matters. Princess and Gabriel both made a difference for me when I desperately needed someone to help. Thank you both.
