Since i’ve met him, Dakota has shown genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to every individual they work with. They create a supportive and respectful environment where people feel heard, understood, and encouraged to keep moving forward. Something that really stands out is Dakota’s ability to connect with others on a personal level. He goes above and beyond to make sure each person feels valued, and their positive attitude brings a sense of comfort during what can be a very challenging time. Dakota is professional and consistently kind. I see him at my job sometimes and he has nothing but great things to say about west bridge!! Westbridge recovery center changed my life 100%! If you're serious about your sobriety and want a place to go to be sober this is the place to choose! It's more of a home environment than a hospital setting so you're very comfortable from the start. They're very accommodating to each and every person and for their needs and their wants. When I first came to westbridge I will admit that I came for legal problems with probation but after coming here and learning some of the steps it takes to stay sober my life 100% changed! The counselors, the techs. , and all of the staff was so understanding and supportive on my journey to becoming sober. They taught me what it was like to feel again to love life again and taught me who I was as a person. I hate that it took me so long in life to get sober but I would highly recommend West bridge as a place to anyone who wants to become sober and they're very serious about it! Even after the treatment plan they offer classes for IOP or PHP or any kind of support that is needed to keep you sober on your journey. every single person at westbridge played a part in my recovery and I will forever owe my life and have extreme gratitude for each and every person that played a part in my recovery I am going on 4 months clean today and I wouldn't look back for anything. I will forever owe all of my sobriety to the people at West bridge and I will forever be thankful.

The staff here are amazing. They are caring responsive and knowledgeable. They gave me the support and understanding that I desperately needed. A year later and these ladies are still phenomenal in the compassion that they share for the clients who are struggling and for those who just need a friendly ear to keep them on the path. 5 years later and they are still the greatest people that anyone struggling with substance use disorder could ever ask for. This is the best place for IOP. And I've been to quite a few. Not proud but it's the truth. Every counselor there is AMAZING. If one feels alone and isolated, they won't here. It is also ran by an amazing and caring individual Agatha. I don't like being in group settings but there is something special about this place. They CARE!

I Wanna start by saying thank you to everyone at PRC for helping me through this difficult process of getting sober. Where do I begin so back in January it was a learning process and a great experience for me I never thought in a million years I could have done that. However today march 28th I AM GOING STRONG ON 82 days sober and by the grace of my higher power and working the steps and making sober connections I’m sober today. I’ve been through a lot during my life with being part of the LGBTQ community (a Transgender Woman) I had lots of hurdles when I first arrived and overcome them so I’m really glad to be doing IOP at the montrose Location I couldn’t have done this without MY PRC FAMILY. I've been to places before that offer "help". But this place is top notch. I felt very comfortable here, to where I actually opened up about everything in my life. They focus on you as an individual, and actually remember your name. I'm not seen as a patient here, but as a person. I feel as though finding this place was a true blessing. It is unfortunate that one individual gave this place a 1 star rating - their comment clearly shows that they were rating the wrong place. They mentioned that they work as an EMT and that they were dropping off a stroke patient - but this clinic does not receive stroke patients from EMTs - they are an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic.

I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen. They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. No matter how you show up, they meet you where you are. Recovery isn’t easy, but PRC Conroe made it feel possible. I’m beyond thankful for the guidance they gave me, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, effective support in their recovery journey.

I love this clinic ! I love everyone there Ms. Laura , Art , Ms. Jennifer , and Mr. Daniel. They really care about us and I'm so happy to be there. I have a clinic close to me in Conroe Texas but I would rather go far that's 40 to 45 minutes away just to go to there clinic cause they are such wonderful people. They feel like my family ! I have been to a few recovery centers and CARS is by far the best. They work with you and actually care about your progress and how you are. Kim is by far the best counselor I could’ve asked for, she is kind, caring and is the best part of CARS in my opinion. Also thw nurses there, Leah and Art work SO hard making sure everyone gets taken care of. I can’t say one bad thing about any of the counselors for that matter because they are all awesome.

I was able to meet and speak with Laura Alper a very sweet and grounded clinician who really wants to make a difference. I am honestly surprised (in the best way) by the method they use and the quality of care they provide. The approach is thoughtful, structured, and clearly focused on genuinely helping young people heal and grow. The entire staff is amazing: kind, respectful, professional, and you can truly feel that they want to help these teens. Everyone treats the kids with dignity and compassion. My son speaks very positively about every single person there, which as a parent means everything. On the day we admitted our son, we had the honor of meeting the CEO, Mr. Woods. He was incredibly kind, humble, and fully available to listen and help. His attitude and presence say a lot about the heart behind this program. The only sad and frustrating part of our experience has nothing to do with the center itself, but with the insurance system. Unfortunately, our insurance only approved three weeks of treatment, which means our son has to leave before completing the full program. It is heartbreaking, especially knowing how effective this center is. Insurance companies only approve longer stays if there is a suicide attempt or an attempt to harm others. They fail to understand that this is exactly why places like this exist: to prevent young people from ever reaching those extreme and dangerous points. It breaks my heart that money becomes such a huge barrier to getting the help so many families desperately need. If I had the financial means, I would pay out of pocket without hesitation so my son could complete his treatment and return to being the healthy, happy young man he was a few years ago. This center has an outstanding program, and I truly believe it saves lives and futures. It is devastating that insurance companies focus more on profit than on the future of our youth and our society. I wholeheartedly recommend The Center for Success and Independence to any family who has the opportunity to choose it.

the therapist and nurses and all the staff really have been very helpful and caring in my opinion.they listen to both the parents and the children and show genuine empathy to the situation. they help with different solutions to see what works best for the individual family and offer support along the journey. I'm very greatful for places like this and the people who work there and provide help and encouragement to family's. God bless and keep helping.

I love Tri County Behavioral Center ❤️. It is extremely scary and uncomfortable when looking for help with ptsd. I have been coming to the tri- county mhmr in Cleveland TX since I moved to Cleveland in 2018 . I have been to several doctors and therapists for over 40 years. I have never stayed on track. Ms. Sonja was the first face I saw and she is AMAZING. Her voice her smile her spirit. She helped me get my medication and support from the beginning. Tri County MHMR Staff has changed my life,from my case worker Tasha, to my nurse practitioner Jennifer, Ms.Juanna our intake nurse. But let me be clear without the kindness and care I received from the first breath of my conversation with Ms.Sonja I would not be my best self today. Ms. Sonja treats us like family. As soon as I check in until I check out she is the start and finish of my experience. Ms.Sonja thank you for loving me when I forget to love myself. I initially called the facility with several questions, and the receptionist Ms Browne who answered was incredibly patient and informative. She didn’t rush the conversation, even though you could tell the facility stays busy. She explained everything clearly and made the process feel much less intimidating for our family.

DAPA was by far the best choice for getting help for substance abuse! Run by Dr. Barron since July 2023 and has made lots of improvements to the facility and staff. The only staff member I'd stay clear of is the Whispering Oaks maintenance guy Mason, he's very rude and has a bad attitude with patients who need maintenance done to the apartment units they stay in. Other than that, the therapist are very insightful and will go above reproach to help you! Would recommend, just make sure you have plenty of funds for food and water to buy, get food stamps before admission, the food is subpar and the tap water will make you sick if consumed.
