We were just visiting Elevations for a 2 days orientation and 2 days kid visit. We were very impressed with the Facility, and the professionalism of the therapists, and other stuff members. The way how they address the kids, and communicate with them shows that they really care for them. The kids looked pretty comfortable as well. The Facility is very safe, and there are many safety precautions in place ensuring the well-being of the kids.We have seen a lot of adorable dogs (every therapists has dogs) mingling with the kids, and the kids loved to pet them.We loved the Library, the School, the Cafeteria, where we were invited to have dinner with our kids.I wish, the kids could spend more time outside in the surrounding grassy areas in between the buildings. However, we understood that there were contraction workers fixing some areas, so for safety reasons the kids could not spend more time outside. This will change, once the contraction is over.All together we have only good things to say about "Elevations".

Most facilities like this one tend to get negative feedback. It's the nature of the beast, but personally my experience has been a good one. They have great staff, the facility is clean and the food is really good. Not to mention all the amazing recreational outtings!

Oh my what can I say about this place lol I love everyone here, I know when I first came in I was rough, I was so mean to everybody and I’m so sorry, you guys helped me when I couldn’t even help myself, although the MAT services were making me literally sick, the doctors never gave up & always tried to get me comfortable, my counselor Deana my girl needs a raise lol she has helped me in more than one way she is heaven sent. Anyone looking for a great treatment center this is the one (I’ve been to 3 different ones in Davis-Weber area) & I can’t thank this team enough. I’m 18 days sober after two years of actively being on this medication for the sake of my sobriety. Thank you again for everything literally ❤️

When I was going to Boise VA, they were great I moved to Twin Falls, two years ago and the VA here is a joke you can’t even call into them and go straight to a person that is out of the area completely to make an appointment doesn’t work well not to my liking.

Wow, what an amazing time I have had! Flying in from North Carolina, MK, Sean and Becca were really helpful and respectful of my needs for sobriety. MK, guided me through Admissions and played a key part during my time at Pinnacle.
I was worried at first that this facility was just like any other rehabs. Just a common money grab, but to my surprise Pinnacle really wants the best for you. After coming from NextStep Detox, I was greeted by Anthony and Sean! They gave me a great orientation and the clients gave me a warm welcome! Becca and Sean over saw our programming and were very helpful with personal development and were very attentive regarding outside needs during treatment. If I needed to see my legal team or doctors, etc. Becca and Sean would take took time out of their schedule to assist me.
The support staff are very friendly, they treated me like I was their best friend. If I got out of line the support staff would help correct me in a way that wasn’t punitive. Anthony and Brooke are both in recovery and so is most staff, they really cared about your sobriety, and will guide you through recovery.
The food scene is amazing, nutritious and very healthy. Chef Ed is off the chart, a great chef. I’m not a salmon fan, but he made me a delicious meal to substitute for Salmon! Chef Ed picks fresh foods, so nothing is old or boring!
The Interns, and therapists really want to see you be successful. My therapist Julie has gone above and beyond when it came to help my mental health. Her approach to mental health is really awe inspiring. I really appreciate Cassie, Cory and Londyn help as well! The activities are made to help you feel comfortable while working on yourself.
Troy, MK, Sean and Becca have built a truly remarkable treatment facility. From Mental Health treatment, to the recreational activities, their passion to help clients are more than I expected. I’m forever grateful to the love and caring team members at Pinnacle for my journey through Sobriety.

I agree with the other one star comments. This company runs on a shady level and seemingly lie straight to your face and change what they claim they said, in the very next conversation. They even go as far as making up a fake "yelling" claim, because they didn't appreciate the tone of my voice. Not sure these people have actually been yelled at before as they clearly cannot tell the difference between yelling and an elevated tone. How can you "counsel" anyone if you cannot understand the differences on something so simple? Beware of their victimhood mentality. They seemingly only hear what they want to hear and make up the rest as they go a long.

I graduated from Action in September of 2022 and I will be coming up on 4 years sober. Action literally helped save my life. There weren’t a lot of options for a good aftercare program in the Northern Utah area after I got out of rehab and luckily my rehab recommended Action. They are kind and patient yet most importantly they hold you accountable. If others don’t hold you accountable when it comes to your addiction, it is super hard to stay clean and sober. Action is a 12 step program and I know that might not be for some, but don’t let that scare you. You learn so much more than the steps and take things away from the program that you will continue to use as I have to help keep my sobriety. They also have wonderful classes to help family and friends that are affected by their love ones’ addictions. My parents loved going to family group night and it helped them understand more on why I had an addiction problem which made them more effective tools in my recovery. Remember one day at a time, never quit quitting, you are worth it so work it and you are loved and seen. Want your life back? I highly recommend going to Action.

I gave Action Recovery a five star review. The program has helped me to stay sober with the tools that they have taught me and classes that they provide. The staff is very caring and understanding and very knowledgeable about addiction, this program for addiction is more like a family. It’s amazing how the clients care for each other. i’m retired and I love how they’ve been flexible and understanding about my vacation requests and my family time with my grandkids and their sports activities. Their weekly meetings for NA and AA are wonderful they allow you to be open and there is no judgment. I highly recommend this treatment program.

Aloha is such a great clinic. The therapists, Medical Assistants , Front desk and Billing are all so awesome. They answer all my questions and make me feel safe/happy when going into the office. I can’t give this clinic enough stars. My family has been through a lot of trauma and we have been using them for all of our mental health needs and they are always kind, caring and extremely efficient. I don’t feel the need to OVERLY advocate for myself like I do with every other therapist/healthcare provider(s) because they will already be making sure to take that initiative to ask you if you need anything! We specifically love Hilary, Lura, Krista, Mariah, Michelle, EJ, Britney and Angie (essentially the entire team here). I will never go anywhere else!

So I've been on methadone before and tried getting off it cold turkey and if I can give any advice don't! Be patient and do it slow by tappering and just trust the program, I went two months in complete hell withdrawing that was beyond fun, I tried going to my original clinic but they couldn't take new patients so I came here, Mary is my counselor and she made me feel very respected and she was extremely caring and listened and just made the whole process very easy, I highly recommend this clinic if you are struggling and need help, utah is extremely hard getting this kind of help and its hard finding people who actually care and listen, dr Stephen is also very compassionate and listen as well, thanks for all your help I feel my life already getting back on track.

This place WILL help you ... while there is no silver bullet cure the facility in Layton has the knowledge and experience to treat each patient just as the individual benefits the most from. I include my name because these folks have given me the active life I want back.
There is no one correct answer for a person who is struggling with substance abuse. The staff at Layton CTC do work together hourly I've noticed to make a real plan likely to work for each Patient. I have developed an intense trust for all clinic employees, never did I think it possible but their techniques are working. Thank you all at Layton CTC

This is an amazing place, from the doctors to the nurses to the counselors. I have never been treated with more respect at any health care facility much less anything addiction related. They never make you feel bad about yourself and treat you with respect. The decision I made to come here was the best decision I've ever made. If you need help, look no further!!

I had a total knee replacement surgery done on 12/02 and couldn’t be more happy with how I was treated!
All of the staff that worked with me were great! The pre-op nurse (Alli) was awesome and my recovery Nurse (Annie) was super kind and helpful and made it being in a place you don’t want to be very pleasant. The therapists I had to work with after my surgery were super kind and helpful as well.
For having this kind of surgery, I couldn’t have asked for a better and more pleasant experience. Thank you!

Twenty years ago, I walked through the doors of Odyssey House's adolescent program. The experience profoundly impacted my life, providing me with essential tools for coping, conflict resolution, and leadership that laid the foundation for a successful future. As an adult, with my own firm foundation of faith, I knew I wanted to return and dedicate myself to giving back to the place that gave me a second chance.
It is a true joy and an honor to now work at Odyssey House. This rehab center was great. Shout-out to Riri for the delicious food. Shout-out to Ms. Tascha (aka my therapist) ya she's the best therapist. Ok look times will get hard throughout your time at Odyssey. There will be drama from time to time, the best option is to remove yourself from the drama and write your encounters, focus on yourself and what you have to do. Give this program your all, if you take in everything it is very helpful. I can't complain myself. The outings are usually fun and the activities are pretty cool. (for the noobies: save up your tickets don't spend them on food too often, go out and make memories!!) The staff are really cool too and they deeply care about the kids. If you tell yourself they don't think again. Just because a staff couldn't answer a question you asked within the first 3 seconds of you asking doesn't mean they don't care or they don't like you, everyone has there own personal things going on in there life, not every staff is going to have a good day everyday. Keep your head up and put in 120% effort.

Wow, what an amazing time I have had! Flying in from North Carolina, MK, Sean and Becca were really helpful and respectful of my needs for sobriety. MK, guided me through Admissions and played a key part during my time at Pinnacle.
I was worried at first that this facility was just like any other rehabs. Just a common money grab, but to my surprise Pinnacle really wants the best for you. After coming from NextStep Detox, I was greeted by Anthony and Sean! They gave me a great orientation and the clients gave me a warm welcome! Becca and Sean over saw our programming and were very helpful with personal development and were very attentive regarding outside needs during treatment. If I needed to see my legal team or doctors, etc. Becca and Sean would take took time out of their schedule to assist me.
The support staff are very friendly, they treated me like I was their best friend. If I got out of line the support staff would help correct me in a way that wasn’t punitive. Anthony and Brooke are both in recovery and so is most staff, they really cared about your sobriety, and will guide you through recovery.
The food scene is amazing, nutritious and very healthy. Chef Ed is off the chart, a great chef. I’m not a salmon fan, but he made me a delicious meal to substitute for Salmon! Chef Ed picks fresh foods, so nothing is old or boring!
The Interns, and therapists really want to see you be successful. My therapist Julie has gone above and beyond when it came to help my mental health. Her approach to mental health is really awe inspiring. I really appreciate Cassie, Cory and Londyn help as well! The activities are made to help you feel comfortable while working on yourself.
Troy, MK, Sean and Becca have built a truly remarkable treatment facility. From Mental Health treatment, to the recreational activities, their passion to help clients are more than I expected. I’m forever grateful to the love and caring team members at Pinnacle for my journey through Sobriety.

Pinnacle Recover is amazing. All of the staff go over the top to meet your expectations. The program gives you everything you need to achieve your goals and gives you all the tools you need to help you in recovery. The food is outstanding, Chef Ed is so compassionate about his cooking. I've never had a well balanced diet as good as it was at Pinnacle. The activities you get to enjoy are so much fun. Sober softball, hiking, bowling, batting cages, ice baths, open mic night are some of my favorites. The facility is more than adequate, its an amazing house that is filled with comfort. Overall, Pinnacle has changed my life in so many positive ways. I feel as if my life is starting over and I get the opportunity to be happy again. Shout out to Katie my therapist for all the help and knowledge she has given me. I'm ready to go out into the world and face all the challenges it brings head on.

When you are serious about recovery come to Deer Hollow. It will not be easy, but it will be worth it. I am a Paramedic that came up in the time of “stuff those emotions down”, I’m here to tell you that does not work. They come back with a vengeance and hopefully you don’t take your own life before you get help. Give Deer Hollow a chance, The staff is top notch and they have been through similar stuff and achieved Victory. I went to Dental for the first time yesterday and I must say fantastic! Dr Chen, assistant Sam and my hygienist (hard to know her name with a mask and she’s quiet) but so great. Including the staff at the desk. One and all so so great! I use the VA only recently and so far I’m so impressed!! Never a bad experience including phone calls. Have heard of horror stories with VA institutions but not my experience. Thank you!

The Pathways inpatient facility gave me more than physical safety and care—it gave me something I had never truly known before: true emotional safety. The entire staff worked together to help me grow in the three areas of life that must be engaged—mind, body, and spirit. I walked in carrying a heavy prejudice against all men, but it was three men in particular who ended up aiding me the most, showing me that at our core, we really are all just human.
My main therapist, Daryl, guided me through reshaping my mindset and digging into my past to uncover my deepest wounds. He stood by me on one of the most emotionally painful days of my life, and I will never forget Destiny—one of the incredible nurses—literally running after him as he was about to head home, just so he could be there for me in that moment.
Dr. Sellers provided me with the best medical care I could have asked for. He never rushed through visits, always taking the time to explain not just what he was doing, but why—making sure I understood and felt safe with my treatment. I also want to thank Dawn, a powerhouse nurse who believed in my strength even when I couldn’t see it myself, and who pushed me to rise to the challenge.
Michael Ryan gave me the gift of faith and clarity in my higher power. He challenged me in ways I desperately needed, helping me confront the destructive core beliefs that caused me so much suffering and turn them upside down. He gave me the tools to question my own thoughts, and to approach them with both curiosity and compassion. Somehow, even in the middle of facing the hardest truths, he still managed to make me laugh and feel safe. I would also like to thank Lonnie, whose powerful meditation sessions left a deep impact on me. His encouragement meant so much because it came from a place of such authenticity.

I was here for about 3 months, then was in sober living briefly, before going back out. Even though I relapsed, I have never seen a more personable and available and real group of people willing to help you. I put you guys through some SHIT. Especially you Tina. Lol. The therapists are good, but only human. Theyll crack you open good. The real question I suppose is was I better off having come here? Absolutely. But in the end I had to assess whether I was really doing what I wanted. I regret leaving. But I also needed to figure some things out for myself. I miss the community. And dont think they are in it for the money. They arent. They were willijg to pay for all my housing, keep me extra time, and let me stay even when there was no way I should have been able to. Wasatch is worth every cent because of Todd he told me that I was recovered the day I stopped using drugs. He is one of the greatest minds the Recovery community has. I am writing this from a hyperbaric and still sober. I didn't stay the whole time but I got what I needed. As a veteran in the opiate epidemic and a 20+ time rehab connoisseur. I can say Todd one talk with him brought more healing and more recovery than hundreds of meetings, doing the 12 steps and thousand hours of treatment groups. Find your people. Be of service. Give back. Heal your body. Up north there's a hyperbaric and wellness in ogden ran by a beautiful women named Mel who is also phenomenal human. If you go there try the tesla coil.
