As the mother of a client who has been part of Back2Basics for the past 6 months, I can honestly say we could not be more pleased with the program and staff. They are highly respected in the Flagstaff community for their commitment and care. Our son has made huge progress during his time at B2B, more than he has at any other program. I appreciate each and every staff member of Back2Basics. The quality of care and dedication from the residential staff to the therapists has been exceptional. They provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment where a strong support system can be built and coping tools learned for these young men to grow and thrive once out on their own. Our son has dual diagnosis issues and each staff member has worked with him making sure he has the proper support and help based on his individual needs. TCRHCC was my clinic/ hospital since childhood. Early 2018, was referred transfer to Kayenta Clinic: since then been medically treated well: dental, ENT, and several ER visits. Received my Provider, she's great: referrals to other medical updates - she got departments calling me fir schedules that I needed done. Now waiting for appointment dates to arrive and getting them done.At TCRHCC, was fine with the facility until a short time before being transferred - my doctor informed me by stating, "I have over 200 patients a week, so I only have 7 minutes to see to a you, and you look fine to me." And he left the exam room. I had a bad infected ear. Yes, he did come in and he didn't even do an exam on my ear, no medication, very unprofessional and very rude Oriental Doctor. I went to the an office to request a transfer to another clinic or hospital that same day. I now am satisfied with my medical services. I thank God for the right medical doctors and their facilities . Keeping them in prayers.

Ive had a great experience with the guidance center so far. Went in 2 days to detox center, and because of that was able to do intake the next day for outpatient, therapy, and get a pcp and gyno all at the same building that same week, along with prescription medications to get my mind back in the right place. Everyone there is super polite and patient and don't appear to be judgemental or like they are talking about you behind your back.

Great hospital!!! My wife had chest pains as we were going to bed at the hotel we went the this er they were very nice to us. It is an Indian hospital we are not Indian we just went to the first hospital the gps pulled up. Glad we did she was treated great. They were very informative and listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. They were able to treat her so that we could go home to our doctor and even made sure to provide information in the discharge papers that her doc would need. I am very thankful that is the er we walked into that night.

I recommend having a baby at this hospital. They take great care of you. Some nurses had attitudes, but it was during the government shutdown. And that was understandable. I had two nurses who were very attentive and friendly.

I wish I could rate this place more than 5 stars! Not only do they do their job right but they are really professional here! I've only had a bad experience on my first visit with a therapist but they fixed that right away for me and changed my therapist which I'm glad they did. I am not that type to open up about my feelings but Chrissy was really helpful and made me feel comfortable right away, it made it seem like if I've known her for years so I definitely recommend her. When I was going through my hard times they were always their for me to talk to someone which was really helpful!

Been there done that but ill keep coming back. Only if you are truly honest with yourself and ready for a change and mean it =") i was not ready.. My choices bad decisions yet' Hey, I am learning from y mistakes I did to myself, is it making me better than anyone else hell no lol =P However, it is making a better person. ill keep coming back one day ill get it right, its never too late and its when your ready for it. My son and his 3 friends got in terrible accident with a semi truck on the way home from North rim yesterday. The staff at Tuba City could not have been nicer. The boys had serious and various injuries, one sent by ambulance to Flagstaff. But all 3 were treated expertly and kindly. And with God's grace they will all recover. So far I ve had nothing but a good positive experience when I ve been here. Receptionist are super helpful and friendly. The nurses are also very helpful, patient, and attentive. Give these guys pay raises and more days off! Definitely deserve it.
