I was in the PHP program and through thick and thin I was cared about and supported through each phase of my growth and development in recovery. This is not an ordinary treatment center. The staff genuinely cares about you and the groups are top quality. There’s no perfect treatment facility, but this one comes pretty close. My time has been much better than other places I’ve gone to because the people here make you feel like you truly matter. I came into this place hopeless and feeling broken and they have supported me every step of the way. They pushed me at times, which was hard, but it has helped me grow in ways I never thought possible. I will forever be grateful that I chose Scottsdale Providence. I am a new person because of it.

Cornerstone has changed my life forever. Before coming to them, I did not know where my life was going, and I was not in constant contact with God. They took great care of n me, challenged me, cared, and worked with my. The therapists are excellent and pushed me beyond what I realized I could accomplish. I thank them for the life that I have with God and my family.

Ashley made this visit very comfortable, she literally made this place. It can get boring but you got to stick it out….. FYI the microwave meals suck ass but occasionally, you get a good one.

Gallus Medical is a really great detox facility, from the beginning, the staff was very welcoming and professional.One nurse, Ingrid, truly stood out. She went above and beyond in every aspect of my care, and I cannot thank her enough. The care I received under her watch was phenomenal, and she truly enhanced Gallus Medical's reputation. While all staff members were kind and helpful, it was Ingrid's support that really made a difference.The facility itself is comfortable. Each patient gets a private room with a large bed and TV, and you can keep your electronics and wear your own clothes. There is a balcony for smoking you can use whenever.The detox process for Fentanyl was the best I ve ever gone through. Gallus uses a micro induction method, combining small amounts of subutex with opiates, which gradually lowers the opiates while increasing the subutex.I live about an hour away from the facility, so I was essentially told to figure aftercare out on my own once I left. After paying a substantial amount for the program, I truly believe this is an area where Gallus dropped the ball, especially considering their emphasis on aftercare during the intake process. But I guess that is because this is strictly a detox facility, once the drugs are out of your system your on your own. I called 10 days after leaving asking for help however I was more or less on my own, not something most detox facilities do, aftercare is usually super important.So 4 stars if we include aftercare however 5 stars for the facility, staff, and detox protocol.

This is by far the greatest experience I've ever had. The staff is beyond helpful respectful kind they are very attentive your every need if you go to treatment for any reason you need to come to gallus detox I give this place an A+

Every staff member, from the RNs to the doctors, was incredible and made my time here enjoyable and relaxing.I want to give a special shoutout to Ingrid she's a gem! Her genuine care for people is evident in her warm demeanor. Dr. S is also exceptional; he is thorough, caring, and incredibly intelligent. It s refreshing to find a doctor who combines both kindness and expertise.Niz is passionate and wonderful, always keeping me on track. Ground breaking work when it comes to addressing addiction. I was fortunate to have been to the Arcadia and Red Mountain locations, and recommend anyone that's facing addiction that doesn't know what to do or where to go, seek help. I'm soooo much better now then I was back then, they showed me a lot I needed to know about myself and I've gone a long way because of it. I highly recommend Crossroads.

5 years ago today, I entered this place defeated and broken. The staff here loved me and showed me a way out of addiction through their own testimonies. All the staff here genuinely showed me love and acceptance until I could learn to love myself again. Today, i have a stable job, my kids(living with me), and a life i love all thanks to this place that saw something in me that i could not see in myself. Thank you all for saving my life.

My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

Being at Crossroads has been a blessing in disguise extremely grateful for the peers, staff and the pretty souls God has allowed me to cross paths with. Crossroads gave me a second life and ever since ive felt reborn. It is now set in stone in my life and IAM forever appreciative for helping me recognize the purpose i have in this life and shining its light on me encouraging me to shine my light on those who navigate in the dark who are in need of a guiding light, thas what crossroads has been to me

Went in for 45 but stayed the 90. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and got the much needed help I wanted. Rehab is not for everyone but if I would recommend any 1 I would say flowers is the best shot you have.

This recovery program has truly saved my life. I see how my old ways of thinking kept me in my addiction for far to long. I have learned what being recovered looks and feels like spiritually and I am eternally grateful for the person I am becoming!

Best program ever!!! Because of this place I am officially recovered from alcohol and have began helping others do the same. This unique curriculum and approach is 2nd to none!!

My Mom has been with Soul Surgery for the past 2 months. It's been truly amazing to witness her transformation & continued progression since joining. What I love about Soul Surgery is that it has provided my Mom with a stable environment to live alcohol-free, receive support and training for sober living, and encourages her freedom in creating a fulfilled and joyful life. She rides her bike every day around the city and nearby parks, chooses to meal prep her food weekly for health, enjoys fun hobbies, and is free to come and go as she pleases. She is vibrant, excited about life, and is consistently engaged in the training activities and group meetings that she attends daily. I am happy that we are able to spend time together anytime on and offsite. It was great to get together on Memorials Day for swimming & family time. It is so nice to get to visit and talk on the phone and in person. I am extremely grateful for Soul Surgery and the difference it is making for my Mom. I am looking forward to seeing her continue on her path of recovery and create everything she desires for her life. <3

Their L&D and after birth dept’s are exceptional. Most, all but one, of the nurses were outstanding!

I had ankle surgery as an outpatient. It was overall, an awesome experience. They were so incredibly organized and did a great job communicating so I knew what to expect. Staff were incredibly caring and kind. I felt very well taken care of every step of the way.

I had a very long wait here previously, but my latest visit was the best E.R. visit of my life. Staff and care were awesome and the wait time was literally non-existent.

The day I came to this clinic for me intake appointment just happened to be on a day where there was a company wide meeting or something going on in addition to a few other out of the norm things and it seemed at first they were going to ask me to come back another day. However, Tina, the main person working the front desk, moved a lot of stuff around and coordinated with a few other people and their schedules so that I could be seen that same day. In all honesty, I would have probably felt like they didn't care and I never would have come back if they had asked me to return another time. But, from that day forward I could tell that she really cared if I was there or not, and that really made a big difference.I had been to a similar facility a few years ago and the staff at that place (except for two of the counselors I met with) didn't seem like they cared either way, so I know the difference.My counselor, Eron, has also been instrumental in my continued attendance and interest in succeeding in the program. He is always available when I need him, and always does everything in his power too help me with what I need. He also seeks me out to check in on me.The office manager (title?) is very much so in tune with what is going on in the clinic, without cutting down the effectiveness of her staff with unnecessary micromanaging. However, when they, or one of the cllents needs something she is available, quick to act, reasonable, and helpful.The nurses are also great, and never make me feel judged for increasing. They are also quick and efficient. I am usually done at the window in 2-3 mins, but never feel rushed.Something about the system must be working because today is the first day I haven't used you know what in a very long, long, long time. Yet here I am with the energy and interest needed to write thus review. Anyone every trying to go without, knows just how big of a deal even some seemingly so small is. I am interested to see what the future will bring.The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the facility is a bit antiquated to the point it just seems to be at that stage where it doesn't seem clean even when it is, and because of the strange scheduling approach to seeing a provider who seems only to see people via webcam but you have to be in the office to do it, as well as some minor administrative issues that are enough to be annoying, but not on an unmanageable level. But the sum of all the parts did result in losing that last star.

Hello all, I've been coming here for over a year and I can honestly say, I'VE BEEN SOBER EVERY SINCE.!!!! "YES" I've had a few councilors (but) my current councilor,Jamy Kappel, omg I literally have NO word's. She's been a blessing has done way more than kept my mind sain. This woman has gone out of her way more than once I'm sure. Since she's been apart of CMS I've been thinking myself of taking up this courier. Anyhow THANK YOU CMS & Jamy, your truly a gem in my family's life. Thx CMS YOU ROCK....!

This place has really helped me! My favorite is my counselor Jamy Kappel! She s understanding and she makes it a point to listen and get to know you as a person and she cares about her clients! I appreciate a counselor that makes the effort to make you as comfortable as possible! Thank you!!!!

Great place, great staff, nothing but good things to say about this place. Just know that if you need detox and you pick vogue that it comes highly recommended. They're very professional and now I have a fighting chance moving forward

I d like to personally thank Emma Lucky and her staff for such a comforting experience. 24 hour access to nursing, excellent bedding and room accommodations, and wonderful food. This was the best experience I ve had in detox and would definitely recommend this for your family or loved ones!

My husband (RJ) and I decided that he needed to go back to detox after he had relapsed following over 4 years of sobriety. He was very ashamed and didn t want to face anyone that he may of known being that he was working in recovery prior to his relapse. We finally got him there and everything was wonderful. They treated him with respect and made him and I feel very comfortable. A couple of the nurses remembered him from when he got sober there in 2020. This place is amazing and gave me my best friend back. Thank you so much for all the wonderful things you guys do.

I have never had to do anything like this before in my life (and hope never to have to do so again). They made the experience so easy to understand and answered any and all questions that I had. The course itself was very informative. I discovered things about myself, family and friends that I never considered before. I would not want to be in this predicament again, but I would strongly recommend anyone that is struggling to please avail them of their services.

The staff cares and they are kind and they are knowledgeable. Even when their hands are tied they still give a shit and that makes all the difference and that alone has helped me change my life more than the service they offer even.

I have nothing be good things to say about CMS. If you are trying to better yourself and get off of harmful things you put into your body, then this is the place you want to be.

I couldn t be more impressed with this treatment center! My sister graduated their program, and today is her 4 year sober anniversary. I ve seen such a positive change in her since then. I was reminded today of the huge hand they had in helping her. The staff at the rehab care for her and she s still in contact with many of them til this day. When we visited ourselves the rehab itself was clean and comfortable. Can t thank them enough because they helped my family member turn their life around, and I am forever grateful. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking help with addiction.

ABT was the program that helped me through my darkest time. Thanks to them I'm still clean today. They got me on the right path, and I'll always be grateful for that.
