Overall had a great experience here with my birth. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is my first nurse seemed so out of it like she was either having an off day or she was on something. She messed up my IV so bad I was gushing blood everywhere. Another reason was the anesthesiologist who did my epidural, I believe his name was Jim or something. He had a really bad attitude the whole time, acting mad at me for the conditions I was in. I only cried getting it done because of how he was treating me the whole time. The anesthesiologist who took care of me during my c-section though was beyond amazing!!! I was shaking from anxiety and he was comforting me the whole time, even was on top of taking care of me when I threw up afterwards. I think the first guy needs to learn what’s appropriate to say to women who are having severe labor pains and how to treat them. The comments about having terrible back anatomy for my age truly pissed me off.

The staff, from the receptionists to the nurses, doctors, and support personnel, were all incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient. Everyone I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provide clear, reassuring information. It's evident that every team member is dedicated to patient well-being.
