Going to KRC is the best decision I have ever made. I made the drive from Asheville, and although I was still hesitant, from the moment Shawn greeted me in the parking lot and checked me in, I knew I had picked the right place. There are no words for how well I was treated and how many tools that I left with to start rebuilding my life. Every staff member made me comfortable and treated me like family. The classes were so, so far from the lengthy, boring lectures that I had expected. I gained so much from each and every group leader and the group discussions with other clients, many of which turned into real friends . I originally had signed up for a detox, but quickly realized that I needed and WANTED to stay for the 21 day program, and am ever grateful that I did. Amazing and abundant food was an unexpected bonus as well. If you juggling locations to decide on for your recovery adventure, I cannot stress enough how good this one is. The only advice I can give is, look no Further. KRC helped me get my life back.

During my time at Tennessee Valley Recovery, I was recovering g from drugs and a severe disorder. They're were times I cried, relied on staff and gave my all in groups. I am confidently a different person.
Caesar Adkins: Was a tremendous shoulder to cry on, a ear that listened attentively and a presence that gave security during my deep depression.
David (2nd shift): introduced me to celebrate recovery and we had many religious talks and the community allowed me to think of recovery in a healthy and positive way. He is very kind, supportive and professional.
Special shout out to Angel, Gabby, Jamie, jade, Matt and the rest of the excellent staff for developing their lessons and skills to shape each client and groups needs. I reccomend this recovery center to all, if you are willing to put in the work you will get results.
