Being at Alana was a great experience for me. I had a chance to learn a lot of things about recovery and the mental aspect of what drugs and alcohol does to the body as a hole. I would definitely recommend this place to others such as myself that's trying to get their lives together. I stayed there 3 months,and I wish I was able to stay there even longer,Ms.Laura,Ms.Brenda,Colin,Chris,Cliff,and Caitlin played a big role in my recovery,these are PEOPLE THAT ILL NEVER FORGET. They helped me so much along the way,I plan in going back to Alana to work,once I get enough clean time.. God Bless the whole entire staff at Alana,including my peers that I left when I graduated...Im looking forward to attending The Alumni gatherings.My journey is by far over with. I had a good experience at Alana can honestly say it’s changed my life for the better Mrs Laura Mrs Brittney Were Wonder And understanding the whole time Mrs Brenda And Colin are really kind hearted always made me feel right at home at Alana Mrs Sara Also always very professional when helping with any information or housing. And Mr Cliff The Alumni Director was great tons of energy and wisdom from him his events and meetings were always something to look forward to! I recently completed the 39 days at Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center and left with lasting tools to manage both my addiction, anxiety and depression. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, with sunny common areas for group therapy and a pond for quiet reflection. From day one, Brittney, one of my favorite nurses, monitored my detox symptoms with compassion making the medical side of recovery feel safe and supported. But the heart of my transformation came from Dustin, my individual and small group counselor. Dustin didn’t just guide me—he saved my life. His presence, patience, empathy, authenticity and insight helped me find my voice after years of silence. In our sessions, I learned how to speak up for myself, name my pain, and begin to heal. I’ll never forget the breakthrough moments I had in his sessions. I could go on and on. Immense gratitude that he entered my life when he did. The peer counselors were equally impactful; Cam was such an empathetic, kind, compassionate, genuine, positive soul. She still checks on me to this day. Forever Grateful to her. From Beth, Bill, Zac, Conrad, and a few more—I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your kindness and realness. Thank you. By the end of the program, I noticed a dramatic shift in my ability to regulate anxiety without using substances. My relationships have healed, and I’ve maintained sobriety for almost 6 months so far. I wholeheartedly recommend BRMRC to anyone seeking recovery—especially if you’re ready to find your voice and save your life. It saved mine.

Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can't go wrong using them. Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt. Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it....and more without it. Id be crippled, so you can see the magnitude of my plight. Eric knew and did everything he could. Recovery Village of Atlanta played a pivotal roll in my re recovery from addiction. I was very impressed with all of the staff. The chefs,Techs, and medical team wereoutstanding. I was particularly impressed with the therapist on staff. I gained so much knowledge from them. I would recommend The Recovery Village of Atlanta to anyone who truly wants the help they need!

Honest rating of overall facility. This place was genuinely a life changer for me, and I could see that in other kids there as well. I loved almost every therapist there, and most of the kids were friendly. I really liked the adolescent room because it was spacious, and it was always clean. The bathrooms never had any paper towels, but other than that the restrooms were very clean. Honestly, I can't ever remember a time that the facility was dirty or cramped. Honest rating on each therapist. Ashley - Ashley is awesome! During my time at Embark, Ashley ran most of our groups. She was so kind, and compassionate. I feel like she genuinely perused this kind of work because it's her passion to help people. She always listened and made sure everybody got a chance to talk. She also is very observant, and checks in if you're not having the best day. Which is really nice sometimes to know somebody notices and cares is comforting. David - David is also a really cool guy. He ran group often. He can be a little bit rough sometimes, but everybody has different ideas on how to do things. For example, if you were sleeping during therapy, he'd bang on the table, which can be a trigger for some people. He can also be a little bit strict sometimes, for example taking the markers, or popsicle sticks that we're aloud to have with every other therapist. From what I heard he does really well as an individual, or family therapist. Overall, I think he genuinely is passionate about his job, is a good person, and cares a lot about the kids even if it might not seem it sometimes. Elvin - Awesome dude! Elvin was genuinely so kind and always energetic. I think he wrote prescription medicine, and if you have any problems with that, he gets it resolved very fast. He only did group sometimes for adolescents when I was there, but when he did an amazing job in my opinion. He's genuinely such a cool dude he will talk to you about literally anything, he's an open book and has some pretty cool stories! Myron - Myron was my individual and family therapist. Genuinely such a cool, funny, nice dude! I really enjoyed my individual therapy sessions with him, and he was the first therapists I felt I ever made progress with. He didn't do group much, so I can't really say if he's good at it, but I'm sure he is! He really cares about his patients. Jamonica - Jamonica was someone who also did groups quite often. Her energy is so great, and she was soooo kind to me while I was there. She's such a sweet person, and you can really tell how passionate about her job she is. I've also heard she's an amazing individual and family therapist. Lauren - I rarely ever talked to her. She rarely did group for the adolescents, but some of the other adolescents said she's an amazing individual therapist. I didn't not talk to her for any specific reason; she just didn't do group much and primarily was in her office. I talked to her maybe once or twice, and when I did, she was nice. Maya - She ran group occasionally and was perfectly fine. She wasn't my personal favorite therapist, but not for any bad reason. I didn't really love the skills she taught, and how she taught them, but nothing against her at all. I'm not sure if she's an individual therapist. Med management (Dr. Hooper) - Dr. Hooper is super friendly, and really good at finding the right medication fits for you. Php meets with her once every week, while Iop meets with her once every 2 weeks. Maria - Maria is also a nice lady. I'm honestly not sure what she does, but when I was enrolling, she did the paperwork and stuff. You will also take outcomes, which ask you questions about how you're dealing with anxiety, depression, etc. She has access to those outcomes, so 100% feel free to ask her to take a look at them! Overall, I think the staff is awesome! Please check bags better, Embark. The bag checking is honestly a joke. There are people who deal with all kinds of things, and not saying anything would happen but please check better just in case. Goodbye, Team Embark, I'll miss you guys!

We have been on a mental health journey with our daughter for quite some time. Nothing ever seemed to click, and past PHP programs caused only more harm and trauma with no healing. Since joining the Embark program we can see glimmers of it working. I know that she feels safe here, and has confidence in her care (as do we). We attended a family night and when they say family they clearly include the caregivers and staff along with the patients and their family. I say this because the whole vibe was joy and love. I couldn't be happier (or more relieved) about our choice.

I would love to let people know that Stephanie,teri,hanna,nick and all the 1st shift techs are the most wonderful and understanding people who has went well over the top for me and has made me feel heard and loved and feel like I'm worth living and being at harmony oat they all have even helped me feel safe i love all of them and have gave hope they really help me to keep going and never give up

Thank you Harmony Oaks for taking a chance on me! From day 1 when I came to tour the place, I was surrounded with smiling faces who believed in me and promised to take care of me. There’s so many people who made an impact on me, so forgive me for missing any names - I did not have a negative personal experience with anyone. The staff told me about their recovery and were straight up - real humans, who let me cry with them, be vulnerable, and really understood me. Danielle and Nick were the first staff I met. Danielle gave me a big hug and assured me that she would help me push through and has been a radiant light at the front desk daily. Nick came running in and said I have to meet her and said I was his favorite person when I didn’t even know him and they both continued to keep me in check and show me love, while I learned to love myself. The therapists - Andy, Tanner, Paula, Abi, Teni, and more - were very knowledgeable and gave me a variety of different perspectives, knowledge, and advice. My case manager, Desiree had the biggest heart too. Someone who gets a lot of heat, but does not deserve it, we laughed, cried, reminded each other to keep smiling on the touch days, and got business handled together. The clinical director, Amber and clinical supervisor, Doug were so sweet to me and down to earth. Talking to them was so easy and never felt like talking to the “principals.” Last, but not least, the Techs/BHTs, are extremely appreciated. I learned throughout my recovery that leading with Kindness and Love, will get you so much farther with what you need and request from them, and they will give you the world within their means. The Techs that stood out to me the most were Stephanie, Bethany, Crystal, Helena, Kelly, and Sam. Forgive me if I forgot anyone who really helped me in my journey but I love all of you guys and cannot thank you enough!! I am so excited to get through the program and to be apart of the Alumni group!

So I've been at Harmony oaks now for almost 4 months and by far the most helpful BHT has been Stephanie. Always willing to go above and beyond for the clients but the best thing about Steph is her ability to always put a smile on my face when I'm stuck on miserable. Therefore making my day and this place a far better living and learning environment.

My brother completed Black Bear Lodge three months ago and he is a completely different person. He has been in multiple rehabs in the past, but none have seemed to help him. Thank you Black Bear, I have my brother back now.

Starting my recovery at Black Bear was a wonderful decision. The staff worked hard to take good care of us, I can't say enough awesome things about them. They care about what we are going thru and they did a great job weeding out the BS and people not doing the right things. The cabins in the mountain were nice and provided the serenity, peace and focus on myself that I needed. Thank you Black Bear!

The staff at crossroads in ringold are awesome! I have been going for treatment 8 years now and wouldn’t ever dream of not going to crossroads in ringold! Although they are having some staffing issues for some time!! They are definitely needing nurses an having an extra docter would be nice to speed things along! The wait when it’s crowded because of this ongoing issue has lost them a lot of patients I’ve noticed

Mt Sinai has the most genuine staff I’ve ever met! They helped me in getting connected after leaving Mt. Sinai as well as being admitted to Mt. Sinai. They have continued to help me and my family as a whole by getting my sister to Mt. Sinai as well. We are so thankful for Lake and Mount Sinai for helping our family!

Mt Sinai was very helpful for my family and our loved one from start to finish. The entire staff was very warm and welcoming. We have been dealing with this for almost 10 years and Mt Sinai actually addressed his underlying issues for the first time ever. His therapist and Dr were very invested with us and I highly recommend anyone that reaches out to me to call them!

Spero Health is such a wonderful place! Elliot at the front desk and the beautiful Miss Wanda the nurse definitely love what they do and you can tell. They are the reason I am sober today. They are not just employee’s, They are My family. They are the reasons I am still at Spero Health.
