All the Staff are very professional, especially the front desk Receptionist. My Doctor is awesome; he is very polite, caring, and helpful (Dr. Oman). The building is a newer one and is pretty clean and looks well maintained. When I go there, I feel that I am well cared for. This means so much to us US Military Veterans/Retirees! Thank you.

The staff at RCA made a difficult time much easier for myself and my loved one. From the beginning, they treated him with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. You can tell they truly care about the people they help, not just professionally but personally as well. The nurses, counselors, and support staff were compassionate, attentive, and always willing to listen. As his partner, it gave me peace of mind knowing my loved one was surrounded by people who genuinely wanted to see them heal and succeed in recovery. They also made me feel supported during this time giving me resources and support when I needed it. I’m very grateful for the care and support they provided.

This is the best recovery program ever!!! Staff is top notch here. After leaving a 30 day rehab I entered this outpatient program and I can't say enough. I love everyone there, their professionalism and their passion. I would highly recommend anyone in need of help to go to Topsail.

They made sure I had everything I needed for aftercare and just were amazing like I said! They gave me clothes. Made me feel comfortable. Started at Peabody which was amazing. When I got to woburn a couple years ago I would have gave it a lower star but now they run so smoothly. There is almost never a line. Someone is always there to help you. Nurses are amazing and so nice and helpful. Front desk runs quickly and always answers questions and helps with a smile. As long as you put in the world, this program will work for you. Thank you for helping me so much during the worst time of my life.

The only thing I feel that some rules and who exactly makes final decisions on certain things,so there's no miscommunication for the clients. That would be extremely helpful, especially miscommunication with clients that have take homes basically I feel as though like I said in the beginning of this review maybe things need to be updated and everybody needs to be on the same page because I'm sure certain rules do change from time to time, and of course everybody needs to know what rules have changed whether you have take-homes or not. I would like to say something wonderful about three counselors and that's because I only know them and one of them is mine and the other one I do a group with and the third one I had have interactions with him when he was counselor of the week, the counselor Donna, Kim and Arthur a wonderful wonderful counselors they are fair and if you are doing everything you're supposed to and you're doing the right thing especially in working the program they will go to bat for their clients. Also the nurses are very nice as the front desk as well. I will end with this, this will work for you but only if you are going to use your footwork as well.

This place I received excellent help but I stopped going because I couldn't see myself completely sober ever because of regular physical and emotional problems. I have suffered much and I am going to get into a detox that allows me to go into a program from the detox so that I can adjust to sober living with support and treatment. But I give this clinic 5 stars for their staff and treatment they were really good to me and I am glad I found this website so that I could say Thank you to them.

Wife had surgery and the entire staff was incredible. Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful but most of all they showed caring for a patient was their main concern and boy did they deliver. Everyone with one exception but there is always a bad appel in the bunch. I highly recommend this hospital and the dedication and care its nurses, doctors and employees showed my wife even during medical diffulties. Chris, Laura,in ICU were beyond incredible as well as Will, Leana and Kihara in the 3rd floor. THANK YOU ALL!

Was here back in 2021. It was one of my longer stays. The dr and social worker were helpful and supportive. I loved the fresh air breaks and I met some great people. It was also nice to see snacks given out in the evening. Unfortunately, I wound up staying an extra few days because I had a crisis and lashed out after my estranged sister passed away and my father was less than helpful during a phone call while I was there. I liked the groups as well, and I never forgot the concept of the Drama Triangle that I learned in one group. Being here helped me get back into drawing as well. While this was one of my more challenging time periods, I gained a lot and appreciate everything the staff has done to support me.

Danvers CAB saved my life. Sure it might not be the most comfortable sleeping arrangements, and food might suck. But it was exactly what I needed to experience to get and stay clean. The only employee I remember was a case worker named Bob that was extremely caring ak the time out of his day to keep my family updated on my progress. I am forever grateful for Danvers CAB!

I went there about 5 years ago so not sure if much has changed but when I went for like the 6th or 7th time I appreciated the place cuz I was sick n tired of being sick n tired! Tired of chasing heroin and tired of being sick. I can't say anything about the methadone clinic cuz I didn't go for that. There is no quick or painless way to get clean so it's going to be a miserable time but so worth it. I loved the staff, liked the food. There was a woman cook/chef idk but she was dynamite! Especially with what they have to work with. Speaking of, the staff has us to work with. Miserable,suicidal,mental cases! Not the most pleasant people at times. I believe the neg. ratings are from the younger people possibly spoiled? Who knows. IF YOU SERIOUSLY WANT TO GET CLEAN THIS PLACE IS A GREAT START! GET THE FURTHER TREATMENT! IT WORKS IF YOU WANT IT TO! Be honest with yourself about your character defects and work to fix them. THEY WILL HELP YOU GET TO THE BOTTOM OF WHY WE USE! ABSTINENCE IS NOT ENUFF! Haverhill Behavorial Health has an approach to mental health care that is focused on getting you through whatever is causing you to feel the way you do. Their approach is kind of old school and may make most people upset with how they “treat” you. Meaning you aren’t allowed your phone, only at specific times. This is only to have you socialize and get to know other people there. The staff is very supportive but is stern to most of the “bad behavior” that happens. They will intervene with arguments before they become fights. Becky’s dual diagnosis meetings were very helpful in the sense that you got to hear other people stories and how everything in their lives have impacted them. Everyone is there to support eachother and try to get you through any issues you may have. But ultimately it’s up to you on how to manage yourself and in turn others. My experience was very helpful and completely changed my outlook on a lot of things.

The administrative personnel are great and hands on ,the nursing staff is attentive and caring, and the clinicians take time to personally connect to each client with compassion and empathy , this place helped to save my life ,words cannot express my gratitude, I found myself in a “ Hell on Earth” situation with my addiction,I couldn’t stop using but could not continue either, fortunately the people here showed me an alternative, that ended up saving my life, I don’t know where I would be if Lynn Comprehensive Services were not available to those of us who desperately needed it. Figured I would leave a review, since I have contrasting experiences than a few of the others. Myself, and 2 of my kids have been coming here since I got custody. Where some had said my kids might need meds, this place opted to try and help. While we have all had to change clinicians, I have to say we have all had nothing but excellent experiences with everyone involved. When there was an issue, they handled it immediately and really worked with us to ensure that we were OK. Yes some of the clinicians are right out of college, but sometimes that is a good thing. For my daughter, that was perfect because she could identify. She was with an older, long term clinician and she didnt really click with her, and she didnt like going, we talked with the therapist and the front desk and everyone understood and helped her switch. I am very thankful for this place. Not sure what our family would look like without it.

The negative reviews seem to be from people who don’t quite care to discover the reasons behind things or can’t comprehend how some guidelines/rules came into being. The partial hospitalization program really helped me in getting structure back into my life, figuring out what works best for me, etc. Someone complained about not being given the phone numbers of other patients and in group and that we are dissuaded from sharing contact information but as a rule it *makes sense* there should be exceptions to most of the rules but as a baseline it is a safety concern. People can trauma bond and form unhealthy dynamics or cyclical negative behavior patterns. People can be in for all different reasons and some may not feel safe with their information being given out. This place isn’t perfect but it deserves a higher rating than it has received here- people just don’t like being told what to do even if the whole point is to get a better outlook and have our views challenged.

This was a life changing experience! Everyone from the clinicians, nurses, to the people in the program with me made me feel at home! First visit here after over 15 years of being a resident. Spectacular hospital, and I've been to a few as a 77 year old senior citizen. From the reception area right through to the doctor, everyone was A+. Would recommend Salem hospital emergency room to anyone who needed to be seen promptly and with care.
