All the Staff are very professional, especially the front desk Receptionist. My Doctor is awesome; he is very polite, caring, and helpful (Dr. Oman). The building is a newer one and is pretty clean and looks well maintained. When I go there, I feel that I am well cared for. This means so much to us US Military Veterans/Retirees! Thank you.

I had an amazing, amazing stay. The dining staff made delicious food, especially the desserts. My only drawback would be that the facility is understaffed as far as techs go, but their drive, empathy, and kindness more than made up for it. I would especially like to thank Christine for being an ANGEL on Earth, and Annemarie for her dedication and care. The nursing staff did everything they could to ensure a comfortable, safe experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis.

Such a great place! From the moment I very nervously, and hesitantly walked in I was treated with compassion and respect. I was in real trouble, my drinking was out of control for a long time, and my health and family were suffering. Serenity got me safely detoxed and sober, and then taught me how to stay that way. I started my recovery on October 26, 2021 in drug addiction. I had put myself into detox and they had her originally sent me to another place for IOP. Needless to say that didn’t work out for very long. It wasn’t a good fit so, I requested a different facility. By the grace of God I found Aftermath in December of 2021. At this time in my life, I had low self-esteem and literally hated myself for the things I had done. I barely have any contact with family, and I was dealing with all the trauma from my past. The very first day at Aftermath I knew this was the place for me. The owner Matt and my counselor Nikki and the rest of the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I was very shy at first but, I was able to open up quicker than I thought would ever happen. By the time my insurance wouldn’t cover anymore of the treatment ,I was still on a deferred disposition through the courts and Matt was willing to let me stay until it was completed which might’ve been another six months or so without getting any pay. Without this program, I don’t think I would’ve succeeded. October 26, 2026 will be four years. Thank you to everybody at Aftermath for everything you have done. I love you all 💙💙

I am under a different name as treatment is confidential to me. However, I spent some time on Unit 8, as my addiction had hit a point where I needed the help bad. I was met with kindness and care. Most of who I worked with were wonderful. Joe K, Counselor, was incredible. He helped me with a phone call to my husband, one I was anxious about as things were rocky before I went into treatment. Joe was gentle in his approach, he gave me advice, and the phone call ended up going smoother than I had expected. He also ran many of the groups, some of which I learned new coping skills and the science behind addiction and how the brain works. He is an asset to the team, and was a valuable part of my recovery during my time in treatment. Thank you 😊

At intake I said " I'll probably stay 10-14 days", then half way through I said, " I'll stay no more than 2 weeks", then at 3 weeks I decided to stay the entirety of the program, left at day 31. The staff was very helpful and the food wasn't terrible. I am very grateful for RCA giving me the opportunity to get stronger. If I can do it "you" can do it, give it a try! It's worth it. 30 days is not a long time out of your life to make the rest of it better... NEVER GIVE UP!!!

I've been to many detoxed and css over the years and would absolutely recommend RCA over any other recovery programs I have been to. If you're doing it for the right reasons and truly want to focus on recovery and learning how to change your way of life, RCA is the one place I would highly recommend.

If you are ready to accept help & want to make a positive change in your life you should definitely call them. I go to the Peabody clinic & it has been a great experience. Honestly I had no expectations I think except maybe I was just another number walking through the door & that has been the furthest thing from the truth. Everyone, I mean Everyone has been amazing. They care, I honestly believe that. They want to see you succeed in your recovery. When you walk in they remember you name, they are all very pleasant, which helps me so much going to a place that have a great staff. The security staff always smile & remember peoples names (incredible), the front desk are great, they are welcoming & funny, the nurses are always very pleasant & interact with you. I have the best counselor. She is amazing & so easy to talk to. She has been a rock for me in my recovery, I can’t say enough about her. I have interacted a bit with the head counselor too & she has gone out of her way to help me when she was slammed with work & it’s when I was new to the clinic. I really appreciated that. I just want to mention the director. She has been wonderful wherever I have interacted when her. She has been pleasant, calls me by my name which is impressive to me anyway because I don’t see her much, but she remembers my name just the same. That says a lot to me about the type of person that leads the clinic. As you can tell I am a big fan of the place. They have helped me tremendously in getting over this mountain that I have been struggling with for a decade or so. When I see some of these negative reviews I don’t think it’s how 99.99% of the people going there feel. Most people only write reviews to complain. This clinic has i believe over 600 patients. Honestly if you are having a bad situation where you are not happy it’s most likely because you messed up and are paying the consequences for your own actions. We are in this clinic to begin with because of bad decisions, bad roads we chose to take. The rules won’t change from the day you decide to join to your last day after you complete the program. If you take care of your end of the deal they will live up to their end. Even if you relapse they will be there to pick you back up, encourage you and stick by you as long as it takes. I give a ton of credit & really appreciate the work that these people do. If you want help, call .. they will help you like they have everyone else.

I first started going to Meta to be compliant, because it was strongly recommended by all my loved ones. Eventually, I came to surrender to the practices and curriculums the facility had to offer, plus all the wonderful staff involved. I was a Meta client from October 2024-May/June 2025. To say Meta has changed my life would be an understatement—I was extremely hesitant and resistant at first when I started at the Haverhill, MA location but was met with love, support, and ultimately, an understanding that getting help is okay. The PHP and IOP programs are transformational, and I wouldn’t be here without them. Thank you so much to the staff, clinicians, and case managers who worked relentlessly to help me! I will miss it but would recommend Meta to anyone.

The only thing I feel that some rules and who exactly makes final decisions on certain things,so there's no miscommunication for the clients. That would be extremely helpful, especially miscommunication with clients that have take homes basically I feel as though like I said in the beginning of this review maybe things need to be updated and everybody needs to be on the same page because I'm sure certain rules do change from time to time, and of course everybody needs to know what rules have changed whether you have take-homes or not. I would like to say something wonderful about three counselors and that's because I only know them and one of them is mine and the other one I do a group with and the third one I had have interactions with him when he was counselor of the week, the counselor Donna, Kim and Arthur a wonderful wonderful counselors they are fair and if you are doing everything you're supposed to and you're doing the right thing especially in working the program they will go to bat for their clients. Also the nurses are very nice as the front desk as well. I will end with this, this will work for you but only if you are going to use your footwork as well.

PLEASE SAVE THIS HOSPITAL FROM BEING CLOSED. This is the only hospital where you can be seen and released within a reasonable time frame. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have had harrowing experiences at other hospitals. Never this one. I do wish they’d clean up the waiting room a little though.

My stay at Bayridge was a good experience with the situation at hand. The staff were very attentive to my needs and very professional. Their team was helpful through my stay. They have many groups through the day that help you understand how to cope easier. I didn't feel rushed out or just another number. I could tell that they really cared for my treatment before they I was released. They set up a great outpatient program for me.

sadly, I had to go here last Tuesday night because I had caught stomach virus and I couldn't stop throwing up and I went to Anna Jack's ER and it was a wait to get in to see the doctor but once I got in the staff, my nurse who was watching over me her name was Tara. She was a friggin angel. She brought me ice to wet my mouth because it was so dry from heaving all night long so this place is very busy because the only hospital in the area but the staff once you get in are absolute awesome. I loved my ER doctor too. He was a sweet guy very good guy and I will definitely go back if I ever need help again. Thank you to my nurse and to the doctor that treated me that night

I visited Anna Jaques Hospital's MRI/Radiology department early this morning. I came in contact with at least 9 people throughout my visit, from entering and getting information at the front desk (I was personally escorted to where I needed to be), to registering in MRI/Radiology, and then on to my X-ray and MRI, I met with the most helpful, friendly, professional and competent staff that I have encountered in a very long time. I was apprehensive about what I was having done, but I was well-informed and well-taken care of, and I was made to feel very comfortable. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

Haverhill Behavorial Health has an approach to mental health care that is focused on getting you through whatever is causing you to feel the way you do. Their approach is kind of old school and may make most people upset with how they “treat” you. Meaning you aren’t allowed your phone, only at specific times. This is only to have you socialize and get to know other people there. The staff is very supportive but is stern to most of the “bad behavior” that happens. They will intervene with arguments before they become fights. Becky’s dual diagnosis meetings were very helpful in the sense that you got to hear other people stories and how everything in their lives have impacted them. Everyone is there to support eachother and try to get you through any issues you may have. But ultimately it’s up to you on how to manage yourself and in turn others. My experience was very helpful and completely changed my outlook on a lot of things.

Danvers CAB saved my life. Sure it might not be the most comfortable sleeping arrangements, and food might suck. But it was exactly what I needed to experience to get and stay clean. The only employee I remember was a case worker named Bob that was extremely caring ak the time out of his day to keep my family updated on my progress. I am forever grateful for Danvers CAB!

I went there about 5 years ago so not sure if much has changed but when I went for like the 6th or 7th time I appreciated the place cuz I was sick n tired of being sick n tired! Tired of chasing heroin and tired of being sick. I can't say anything about the methadone clinic cuz I didn't go for that. There is no quick or painless way to get clean so it's going to be a miserable time but so worth it. I loved the staff, liked the food. There was a woman cook/chef idk but she was dynamite! Especially with what they have to work with. Speaking of, the staff has us to work with. Miserable,suicidal,mental cases! Not the most pleasant people at times. I believe the neg. ratings are from the younger people possibly spoiled? Who knows. IF YOU SERIOUSLY WANT TO GET CLEAN THIS PLACE IS A GREAT START! GET THE FURTHER TREATMENT! IT WORKS IF YOU WANT IT TO! Be honest with yourself about your character defects and work to fix them. THEY WILL HELP YOU GET TO THE BOTTOM OF WHY WE USE! ABSTINENCE IS NOT ENUFF! The administrative personnel are great and hands on ,the nursing staff is attentive and caring, and the clinicians take time to personally connect to each client with compassion and empathy , this place helped to save my life ,words cannot express my gratitude, I found myself in a “ Hell on Earth” situation with my addiction,I couldn’t stop using but could not continue either, fortunately the people here showed me an alternative, that ended up saving my life, I don’t know where I would be if Lynn Comprehensive Services were not available to those of us who desperately needed it. Ryan House is a wonderful experience. The staff here are very responsive to client needs and really try to make sure each client has a recovery path that is catered to their individual needs.
