I had been to treatment in the past, RIO was not like the rest, they treated me with respect and gave me all the individual help I could ask for while I was there along with also introducing me to the AA community as a whole, the people working at RIO are some of the best, most caring people I've ever met and truly want to see you grow in your recovery and in your life after treatment. I was also set up with aftercare and a continued treatment plan after my time there had come to an end. God bless RIO, it was a tremendous help to my recovery

My experience at RIO was life-changing, the medical staffed was there to help me safely break my addiction cycle. Daily one on one support, group therapy and 12 step meetings were a great way get my sobriety off to a good start.

Awesome place to go through recovery. In the 20 years I have been in recovery I have never experienced such a professional organized staff. They assist with medication, case work, are flexible with scheduling. They get you your meds right away at the facility and it's a great place to go to find the right path

The staff were very helpful, professional, and willing to meet clients where they re at based on their own individual treatment needs. They were the only agency that I found in my area that believe in a dual diagnosis treatment model, which allows you to continue taking your mental health medications, while also getting help for SUD.

There are people here who care. Several have played a significant role in my personal recovery, this program is second to none. I've been all over the state for recovery, Ohio Treatment Center is by far the most complete program that I have been a part of, which has given me the motivation to pursue a career in recovery and hopefully work with these individuals who have proven to be the best of the best.

Ohio Treatment Center provides a structured environment for patients to explore their pathway to recovery with trustworthy staff, strong group camaraderie, and clinical guidance. I am certainly glad that I enrolled in treatment here as my first journey to a recovery lifestyle.

The staff genuinely cares because most are recovering addicts themselves. They will go the extra mile to accommodate and make sure you are comfortable. If I would have know how easy it was I'd have came along time ago and saved my family and myself endless amounts of grief. I absolutely love this place

I Love the staff and atmosphere, I ve been going here for some time and they offer all types of services. Some of the patients are kinda sketchy looking, but I don t talk to anyone who doesn t talk to me and I ve never once had a problem or felt uncomfortable in all my time here. If you need any of the services offered here, I highly recommend using this as your place to go.

Unsion has been with me since the beginning of my recovery journey, almost 3 years ago, and continues to help me as if it were day one. I see Tim for psych, he is kind and compassionate and pays attention to my concerns. And having Tenille over at the recovery house has been such a blessing. She is 100% committed to helping us with anything needed to continue to stay clean and sober. I feel so much gratitude toward both Tim and Tenille and am extremely lucky to have them in my corner. I would recommend Unison to anyone needing help with mental health and, or addiction.

I'm always greeted with a smile. Unison has helped me get back to my authentic self. I've learned so on how to cope with disappointments. I've maintained sobriety with the help of IOP groups. My therapist has helped me tremendously. I see the growth and change in my new self. Unison plays a huge part in that. Forever grateful.

Amazing staff

I haven't used their services in person yet. Though I just spent a half an hour speaking with Tabbin doing a phone intake. He followed up with me after I called interested To go a few hours before. At this time I have called several places and went to one in real life. Tabbins customer's service skills put them all to shame including his resolve to follow up and even manipulate the situation in a positive maner to make sure I'm coming in the morning. It was a good conversation and he should be recognized for it. If the rest of Midwest experience is anything like the one I just had then I'm in good hands. Good luck everyone and it dose get better.

This place GAVE me the opportunity at a SOBER NEW CHANCE AT LIFE. THEY have SOME wonderful staff Abbi and Raven on first shift were ABSOLUTELY amazing and ALWAYS gave an ear to listen. DAVE on second shift is WALKING PROOF anyone can do what they set their minds to. He has a HUGE CARING, COMPASSIONATE HEART and WORKING IN RECOVERY IS HIS NICHE. HE IS DEFINITELY A HUGE INSPIRATION TO ADDICTS IN RECOVERY.

I love Midwest I went through the residential program and then sober living at the North Baltimore location and I'm so glad I did I found myself I found my purpose and the staff really does care and went the best for you. I am forever grateful for the staffs dedication to the clients and the work they put into me and my recovery.

I was admitted to TCED in July 2024, I was at my lowest of rock bottoms. Suffering with an eating disorder and a few other mental health diagnosis. I was more than ready to give up the fight. From all the staff at TCED: Clinical staff, Nursing, Kitchen staff, RC's, etc they all are compassionate, transparent, encouraging and open minded. Not one of them gave up on me and for that I am forever grateful. I have developed many healthy coping skills and accepted a new way of thinking that has been beneficial to my recovery journey and my life. Not only did TCED help me to find my reasons to live they also saved my life. I'm forever grateful for being admitted to TCED.After I left TCED, the alumi coordinator Kim, reaches out to see how I am doing and she always is sure to remind me she is here to support me.

I did both residential and PHP at TCED, and can confidently say that all I ve learned has vastly improved my approach to recovery for the better. My first couple of weeks were rocky and I was planning on discharging early but I m glad I stayed, as they diligently worked to resolve issues in the milieu. I spent the holiday season there and they honestly made it one of the best I ve had in years and am grateful for all they did for us. Compared to places I ve been in the past, TCED does well at including and talking about all types of eating disorders and recognizing individual differences. I felt seen and understood for the first time, Kam is a terrific therapist and I got a lot out of our sessions. The dieticians are both amazing, and are there to support you when transitioning from residential to php (such as going grocery shopping with you, meal outings, challenge snacks etc.). I am from Michigan, so I stayed at the php house that they offer as an option for those who live outside of the area. Staff would pick up/drop off each day which was nice. Overall, TCED is an amazing facility and if I ever need help again I would go back in a heartbeat.

I will never stop recommending this place to my friends and Colleagues! This place has helped me not only with my eating disorder but gave me the tools and skills to be able to help me with the feelings that come with taking this journey. I was surrounded with so much support 24/7 and the staff is absolutely amazing and incredible! Even after I left I have been reached out to by the leader of the alumni group asking me how I am doing. This place saves lives.

Very Helpful And Understanding

Amazing place. Not only will I be an employee here in a week but I also am taking my CDCA class there in September and took the Fatherhood class last year. All for zero from my pocket and the people doing these classes really care. Very good vibe and atmosphere

My husband has been seeing Physical Therapy, Amie Richardson for the last eight weeks and she has done an amazing job! She knows what she's doing. The whole PT Department in fact has been wonderful, with great customer service and patient centered.In fact, we have received really good care at the Toledo VA Clinic. Everyone is so responsive, from the front desk, pharmacy services, lab and Dr. Ravandran and staff.Thank you!

Very good care, however you might have to wait several days to weeks for an appointment. The physical care department is very helpful, the psychiatric less so. I've tried twice to get a VA id, and copy of my DD-214, without luck. Adrian, Michigan has a much larger and better staffed facility.

Everyone I came in contact with at the VA treated me with respect and courtesy. I always felt everyone there was genuinely concerned about my well being.

This is the absolute best place ever! It completely changed my life!!! Words really cannot describe how grateful I am to the whole team here they are so supportive I love them all Mica, Allison,Tony, Brian and Precious!! Tony is an absolute wonderful doctor he s very friendly and makes you feel like an actual person not just a number. He s very caring. Allison is honestly the greatest therapist I ve had in a while and out of all of the therapists that I ve had she s been the one that I feel like I can truly connect with she s so down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable as soon as you sit down with her you can tell that she truly cares for her patience, and I love that about her she s truly one of a kind!! Mica is extremely friendly time flies when you re with her She s very caring and kind. When I m with her I almost feel like I m with one of my friends she makes me feel very comfortable. She always make sure that you re OK and she ll go to any length to make sure that you have what you need and you re taking care of. Brian is very nice n chill he s always working his butt off he also is a wonderful person! N Precious is always there to greet you sign you in She s very personable and also friendly. I love talking to her. I know I ve said it about every single person, but it s true. She also makes you feel Comfortable just like every single person here This team of people works so well together For you to start your journey, and I am so beyond grateful for every single one of them because I don t know where I d be if I hadn t made that first call it really did save my life and I feel like I owe my new life to them and this place i ll be 7 months sober in 2 weeks and I couldn t have done it without them! I was so scared to make that first call but so glad I did!! If you re thinking about getting help call them they truly care and treat you wonderful!!!

I have been with applegate 3 years (almost) i just cant express the love and compassion Brian and Tony have. Genuinely they care. I just recently went through a full healthy pregnancy while on MAT. Delivered a happy healthy baby boy. The way my life has changed for nothing but the best because of sobriety and I couldn't have done it without a place that is understanding and makes me feel safe and welcome!

I truly want to say that from the bottom of my heart ,this place has changed my life and impacted the community around it in so many ways. Coming here has saved my life and gave me the tools in order to grow and proceed thru life with a better outlook. The staff truly does care about all their patients and they want the best for every single person that walks in thru those doors. Darci and Mandy have grown to become family to me and I wouldn't change that for the world. Psych and psych has helped me in ways that even words can't describe it's not only kept me sober but has help with my mental health and my ability to keep me straight

Good program They offer a father hood program that helps with getting a CMCA they help out with mental and substance abuse they got groups and meetings you got to attend not to much to ask to help your self after it's said and done

Dr. Maria is so caring and truly amazing I truly appreciate her and her staff..
