I sent my client here as a PRS. She has been safe, well managed ( for detox ) and have gone above & beyond! We were 3 hours away & a Uber was there within 20 minutes of us calling for her admission! I don’t know where I would be today without Kerri and Marcia. In some of my darkest days of addiction and mental health they were always there for me. Stayed after hours for me, called to make sure I was okay when I didn’t show up for my appointment, always encouraging me and taking time with me to truly figure out the help I needed. New Beginnings is a great residential treatment facility I've ever been in. This facility is very structured for those who truly want to give up drugs and or alcohol, and deal with their mental health issues as well. The staff is very compassionate and very helpful to all their clients. The clients are assigned in facility chores such as cooking and cleaning, after being promoted up in the program, the clients are allowed to apply for a job within the programs vocational/employment department here you able to earn a income while continuing your treatment in order for you to have monies soon that you can obtain housing, transportation and anything else you may need upon completion on the program. There are three phases in the program, you start off as a phase 0 within a two week period and you have met all the program requirements such as (program group meetings which consist of 5 to 6 meetings M-F starting at 8:30 am with the last meeting at night at 8 pm, please understand that there are breaks as well as a lunch and dinner in between these meetings. Any yes, there are meetings on Saturday and Sunday as well, not as many as during the week). New Beginnings has three separate housing facilities; Withdraw Management Facility, this unit is designed to help prepare the clients in the first seven to eight days to withdraw from the illegal substances that may be in their system, get them on any medication that is needed for them; the other two facilities is one for men and the other for women. The women facility has the same substance abuse and mental health programs as the men's facility. One thing about all of the units, a client is not locked in, a client has a choice to either stay or leave the facility at any time. The decision to receive help for the addiction/mental health problems is totally up to the client. New Beginnings has outside speakers who have been sober for years, that comes into the facility and teach the clients the way to recovery and sobriety.

Updating my review to 4 stars instead of 2.I have been going here for 5 years. Sad to see Dr. Bentley leave. He was awesome. This place is way better in every way than the Marion center. The pharmacy here is great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is one of the nurses is somewhat rude and confrontational at times. She should leave her opinions to the doctors and not try to give out medical/medication advice. The other nurse is very nice.

I was referred here, not always thrilled about getting new counselors, it's hard to open up to some. Not here though. My hour long sessions go by so fast, it definitely doesn't feel like an hour. I got Lauren for my counselor and it feels like talking to a friend more than a counselor. I clicked with her instantly. If you want a real connection this is the place for you. I don't have any regrets. Not sure how anyone has had a bad experience. You have to be open to it, and there are waiting lists everywhere for counseling. Especially mental health.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Therapists are terrible, can’t remember basic things even after the wrote it down Called to cancel my appointment for tomorrow and was told I’d be charged $75 for a cancellation fee (even though my therapist is useless) I said, okay then I’ll answer the phone and tell him I want to cancel and then hang up. Apparently that’s a “no show” to them even though I’m SHOWING up to the appointment myself to say I’d like to cancel (absolute joke) The lady on the phone kept talking over me to the point where I explicitly had to say “can I speak, please?” And then she had this high pitched pretentious condescending attitude. I really lost my faith after that. The front desk is as useless as the doctors!!! So I have to go to my virtual appointment tomorrow, stay for 16 minutes, then turn around and hang up so I get charged $13 instead of $75 This place has caused more harm than good for my mental health. It has stained my trust in psychology and therapists. Business owner/operator, Do NOT attempt to reach out to me to make this right. I will pay my balance next week and I will never ever reach out to you guys again. So now I have to waste 16 minutes of mine and my useless therapist’s time to avoid a $75 fee. Absolute piss-take. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY HELP YOU!

I had such a great experience at FRC. Shout outs to therapist Brittany and group facilitators Doug and Kellie! I felt safe and at home here. I could tell everyone working here actually cared and invested in my recovery from mental illness. I am grateful for the conversations and support I received at FRC. The meals and snacks were amazing as well. When, after 2 days of being at FRC, I had to go to the ER, they sent a tech to accompany me so I wasn’t alone. That meant a lot. I appreciate everyone here so much and I highly recommend coming here to work on your recovery.

Everyone on the third floor is incredible !!!!! From therapy to legal advice they go above and beyond to help - I had a very difficult time in my life and was left with NOTHING - received therapy and the advocates attempted court with me since I had nobody and I simply needed someone in my corner. The second floor on the other hand isn’t really kind and acts more like you are bother when you have questions. They were very unpleasant to talk to ( reception/ intake second floor )

I'm positive this place saved my life. They have the best staff in the world. You can't find a more caring staff any place. They go above and beyond what is required of them. For the first time in all my life I was put through intense trauma in all apsects imaginable. I became so unattached, not allowing anyone close to me near or be in contact. Known in my home town as a huge influence with my practice Wooster hospital, College of Wooster, Saint Mary Immaculate Church and School all organizations The harm that was done ethically inappropriate to manipulation and influence of anyone important that affects safety, shelter, organizations not including Goodwill they are still in good standing that your truth your history wont matter. Wayne co almost killed me by allowing me to be harmed so severally for 2 years that finally hes prison uncovering the amount of trauma from cops, supervisors of establishments that when my legal team uncovered a ridiculous amount of calls into the poloce stations about ke screaming for help and the times i valled for help hours later they would come to tske a teport and basically put me down and accuse me of things i never have done. The treatment i received cauzed many to loose there jobs and showwd through video footage how I was at a shelter and a worker allowed my predator to force himself on me in the mens room just to name few what I have went through along with being set up so many times making me have a record I am thankful all will be removed by Feb 2027 Ruth from Wooster Ohio Anazoa never gave up on me no matter where I was or what i was going through. Her capabilities to navigate, be firm yet anle to handle how harsh and frantic I wasnt able to speak or react kind or even normal. I would have taken my life if it wasnt for her belief in me and how she was able to connect and get my attention to grow, heal, acknowledge and learn. I have never felt so helpless or worn out from Wayne Co trying to break me along with life at the hands of an ex that i wasnt aware of his past how extensive it was and his influence through drugs, stealing, known from his peers even influencing Wooster poloce and courts. Thank you Ruth and Anazoa for now everything os coming to light for me freedom and my mental and physical health. I suggest everyone to go to Anazao Wayne co can ot make you go to One Eighty

Was told to contact this place due to issues w an ex who had been physically abusive to me prior to my leaving the situation, and continues to harrass me 2 yrs later. At first they seemed understanding. I had made multiple police reports and not only have police lied to me, they also basically told this man where I live. I have tried to contact my advocate several times regarding next steps, at least 3 times. The first few phone calls and texts they seemed really helpful. They are no longer responding. So between police saying they'll press charges then turning around and saying bluntly "he's not doing anything wrong", and telling me to do things that are not required to press charges for telecommunications harrassment and cyberstalking, and informing him what town I'm in... now the advocates won't assist me either. THIS.... is exactly one of the reason women don't report things.
