They provide a therapeutic environment that allows clients the opportunity to heal and grow. They feed you well, the coffee is real and usually strong (though limited to meal times,) the gym is better than most. There are ample smoke breaks and there are decent amenities. It's not the Ritz, but it's not supposed to be. They're definitely understaffed, but the team they currently have is full of dedicated and compassionate people which made all the difference in my stay and helped my find direction and hope. Since then I had to transfer because I moved and I thought that I would write another review to let people know that for 3 years the staff faithfully stayed true to their teachings and never once judged me or made me feel like a low piece of s@%! even when I relapsed. I never had to lie who I was and cheat my way thru the program to stay in the program. After being a client at Northeast Family Healthcare in Quakertown for 3 years, I can honestly say this clinic has been life-changing for me. Having to transfer due to my move to another County was one of the hardest parts about relocating. What sets Northeast Family Healthcare apart is their incredible staff. Every person I encountered there treated me with dignity, respect, and genuine care. In recovery settings, being treated like a human being rather than just another case makes all the difference. i do want to base this review on my therapist. I cannot emphasize enough how instrumental Anna was in my recovery journey. In my 20+ years in various treatment programs (since 1999), I've NEVER connected with a therapist the way I did with Anna from day one. For all three years, she was my rock and a consistent source of support. What made Anna exceptional was her genuine approach to therapy. She truly listened - not just nodded along, but actually remembered details from our previous sessions. During my struggles and occasional relapses, she never once responded with anger, criticism, or disappointment. Instead, she helped me explore what happened, develop better coping strategies, and work through my underlying traumas. Anna's sincerity and passion for helping others is evident in everything she does. She clearly loves her job, and that authentic care makes all the difference for clients like me. I can confidently say that without her guidance, I wouldn't be clean today. Anna, I am going to miss you so much. You clearly were a gift from God. Thankyou for being you and accepting me for me. i had so much fun in our weekly Zoom meetings. I am clean today with the help from you and never giving up on me. The staff was nice, respectful and intelligent, very compassionate, and patient also, The cooks the counselor’s The Doctors, the day-to-day staff even the janitors were all nice and helpful and respectful. Anyway, the place was always clean. I was always respected. I was able to get the help and treatment that I needed and after let’s say about 25 days day, I was discharged with a treatment plan also with numbers and addresses that I might need help with outside of the treatment center. I only say most because I had a bad night and morning but that was either cause I was just in my head thinking about shit to much or maybe it was a select staff member but overall if I had to 201 or 302 myself or anybody else I would go back to horsham clinic thank you to the drug Counsilor amber and the nurses and techs (Michelle, Walt, Shannon, and most of all my main girl/nurse Mrs Theresa.) Mrs Theresa was there for me when I was having my bad day and night and talked me through it my wife also helped talk me through it over the phone but if I couldn’t talk to my wife Mrs Theresa was there for me to talk to. And Walt helped me focus on my goals for the day and was always there when I needed something like coffee or to do laundry lol. Oh and the head nurse of stat2 Jenn was also very attentive when I needed her. Overall they were awesome and so was the food.
