This is my first time going to a clinic after being an active user for 18 years. I was previously receiving a different form of MAT from an online company and after three years with them, I finally decided to move on with my life instead of constantly feeling invalidated, unheard and just stuck. My entire life went on pause while being a patient at this other place. I had major surgery May of last year, which is when I joined the NEFHC community, & everyone was so kind to me and worked with me as I transitioned to different medications and healed from my surgery. I was not happy about the counselor I was assigned to at first, but then one of my greatest wishes came true and I was reassigned to the most amazing counselor I have EVER met. I pray with everything in me that she doesn't leave the facility. She has been my saving grace. & the director is absolutely wonderful and helped me through a very terrifying time back in November. I am just all around grateful for everyone at this facility and I would give 40+ stars if possible. This is the ONLY clinic I will be referring anyone to. Thank you so much NEFHC Team for working extra hard to be our sanity and helping to guide us through life after active addiction. I am forever grateful for each and every single one of you!

PRC honestly saved my life. I came here with fear, hopelessness, and no spirituality. Trust this program and trust all of the staff here. When I truly began putting in the work, feelings of hopelessness went away, slowly over time. The therapist I was assigned to here, is extremely supportive and knowledgeable. The clinical director here, is overall amazing. Shawn the program housing manager, I cannot thank him enough. Shawn and Brandt continued to let me back here after many slip ups. They let me back because they saw something in me that I did not see in myself. I believed I could never recover, but they saw otherwise. Everyone here loves you until we love ourselves. Valley Forge Medical Center p | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I'm from Long Island NY. I'm on Medicare and Medicaid. It was a struggle to get approval to go here but God got me in. I actually worked on getting there because I could smoke cigarettes which has been a huge barrier to my treatment. I have never experienced this level of care in New York. The medical treatment was wonderful nothing like NY. Most of the groups are run by people in recovery ( Crissy, derron, foxwell, Anthony and Brian) it was life changing to experience groups with people like me. For the first time I actually asked for more time after detox which is a miracle for me. So I'm writing this for the new Yorkers looking for treatment where you can smoke and find it impossible to stay inpatient without cigarettes. Dr. Jennifer Dailey (the Allentown VA Chiropractor) is absolutely THE BEST! I have seen over a dozen chiropractors since my service injury in 2012 and she is undoubtedly the one that has helped me regain quality of life, and reduce most of my pain. Dr. Dailey dug deep into my injuries with proper technique, she thinks outside the box to find solutions, she never cuts a corner when providing my adjustment, and she has supported me with at home tips and tricks to continue my healing. I used to have pain just walking and simply existing in my daily life, but because of her and her team, I am now able to become more active, have significantly less pain, and sleep uninterrupted throughout the night. If you are a veteran in pain, do yourself a favor and ask for her. If you are an employee or supervisor at the VA, go shake her hand because she deserves it.10/10

WDR was my first and hopefully last rehab. I didn t really know what to expect but I can say this place and everyone who works there are top notch. From the kitchen staff to housekeeping. The nurse and techs cared more about my recovery than I did. They really try to work with you. My case worker Donna was the bomb and even though she was in charge of my case that didn t stop any of the workers from helping me when I needed it. The techs have a story of their own and they really get it. No one was judge mental and they treated everyone like a human being. There isn t one person who worked there that I wish I didn t meet. I honestly wish I could have bought them all home with me. Even the community was awesome. Clients helping clients. I give WDR a 10+ on the rating skill. The director even steps in and got his hands dirty. It s team work at its best. I honestly fought the program the whole time for my own reasons. A week later I m still sober Thanks WDR for believing in me even when I didn t believe in myself you guys made a good impact on me and my family Loves y all more. My teenager did an IOP program at High Focus this fall. The process was smooth from the very first phone call to the intake appointment to the treatment program, and even with billing. Lyra worked actual magic to get my resistant child to commit to going and by the end we had seen real progress (and said child even said they would miss the group). Lyra communicated with us as parents regularly, both with phone calls and with in-person appointments, and she has a way of connecting with the kids while also encouraging the skills they practice. I have dealt with a lot of subpar therapy situations, and High Focus was hands--down the best we have encountered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I was given proper resources such as medication, was given outpatient care for a month at Horsham before I returned back to school, and even referrals and scripts for my medications and psychiatrist. Because of Brooke Glen, I found out how to healthily cope with my emotions and help prevent another manic episodes like I had in January of 2024. My son recently completed a 12-month treatment program at the Manor of Hope and his recovery from substance use issues is nothing short of miraculous due largely in part to the care he received at the Manor from Steve Killelea and his staff of highly skilled counselors. Every parent's nightmare is watching your kid battle the demons that mental illness and drugs unleash on them. Long care treatment facilities like the Manor work better to treat addiction than the short-term, for-profit institutions that fail more often than not to help those suffering from these illnesses. My current relationship with my son is night and day as Steve has helped to guide him into adulthood. Steve not only helped my son but counseled my wife and I on how to deal with my boy as he transitions back to family life. I am profoundly grateful and thankful to have crossed paths with Steve and the Manor of Hope and highly recommend the long-term care and treatment programs that the Manor can offer to those suffering from addiction and mental illness.

The Manor of Hope is making a huge difference in our son s life. We were desperate and needed help for our son, who is on the autistic spectrum. Steve took our son under his wing, and now he is learning how to live independently, slowly but surely. We did not think an independent life would be possible for him. Steve and our son s mentor, along with the other staff are teaching him skills that will last a lifetime. He recently was hired for a part-time job and is enrolled in a college course. The professionals that Steve have connected our son with, such as his psychiatrist and therapist, are excellent. The Manor of Hope has so many opportunities. Our son is learning how to cook through a weekly culinary class. He is taking care of a garden, and has a personal trainer and is working out on a regular basis He is always busy which is great for him. He also has structure. They take him on day trips and excursions. Our son is enjoying life and is happy. We are so thankful we have found Steve and the Manor of Hope. We were at the end of a very dark path and didn t know where to turn. Our son s life is now full, and he is growing and maturing every day. He is respectful towards us and is learning boundaries. All things we couldn t have achieved when he was home. He needs the Manor of Hope and he is also grateful for his time there.

Eagleville Hospital is in Eagleville, Pennsylvania. It’s an alcohol and drug rehab that provides detox, medication assisted treatment, inpatient programs an | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I had the best experience at Eagleville in regards to the therapist, Miss Bonnie & Miss Elonda. Miss Bonnie was my therapist and she truly goes above & beyond not only for her clients but for any client that needs an ear to listen or advice on a situation. Her door was always open and still is even though I am no longer there. I just celebrated a year clean and Miss Bonnie plays a huge part in that. She helped me to grow in ways I never thought I could but because of how genuine she is I felt comfortable to open up and I respect her in so many ways and because of that I was able to open up and deal with things I didn't think I could. I had to end a really toxic relationship and Miss Bonnie sat with me just because she knew I needed the support. She will always hold a special place in my heart. On another note..... our case manager on the woman's side, Lordess unfortunately did not contribute these same caring characteristics. On many occasions Miss Bonnie would assist with situations that were for Lordess but we went to Miss Bonnie because we knew she would get it done because she cares about the well being of her clients. If I wouldn't have taken the initiative to find a recovery house I would've been discharged to the street. Also I filled out 2 applications. 1 for my social security card and 1 for my Birth Certificate and 3 months later I still do not have them. I believe that Eagleville, Cedar building needs a case manager that is going to care and participate in the clients well being as much as Miss Bonnie and Miss Elonda.

I won t go into specific details of who is the patient but I ve been to many different behavioral health practices and this one by far as given me the most hope, the most reliable, professional staff and have made things better in so many ways. The office staff is absolutely the best. I haven t talked to all of the providers there in a session capacity but the 2 that I have are beyond awesome and all the others are friendly and I would feel comfortable as their patient as well. Thank you!!

Stayed here for week. The beds and rooms were comfortable and quiet. The food was pretty good and I liked the beverage machine with orange juice and apple juice. The doctors and nurses were very friendly. They also gave you sleeping pills at night which I enjoyed.

This place was very helpful for my adolescent daughter. They stabilized her quickly and taught her great coping mechanisms. She liked the place, the staff and had trust in all of her doctors. We appreciate everyone there who helped us and our daughter.
