Employees at the front are very friendly. Doctors are the best. All tests are on the portal to see. I can't believe anyone is having trouble at this clinic. And most of it is free or at reduced cost on meds. You have to have an IQ higher than room temperature to use the portal.

The folks at livingston regional are pretty awesome.
I see were oeople aee juding the entire hospitak by their ER experience. I have had the misfortune to have visited the ER in small towns as well as large areas such as DC Metro, and Atalanta. Let me tell you every single one has their moments. All that ust to explain that you cant judge the hospital by the ER.

The staff is made up of broken people that have surrendered their lives to the only One that can change us and want to pour out what the Lord has blessed us with. I highly recommend Cumberland Mental Health as your health care provider for your mental health needs or whatever type of services you're seeking help with. I started off going to the Hendersonville location yrs bk when I lived out that way,, which I also have nothing but great things to say about that location as well. I've also been to the Gallatin location. Their staff is amazing!! Always SO fiendly, informative, helpful, & there to greet you with a smile as you walk in... There's nothing worse then going into a Dr.s office (where post people would rather go/be anywhere else but the doctors.. lol) & not being greeted at all, or being given the stare down face that gives the look of the ole "Who are you? Why are you here? What do you want..?!" kinda face... lol!🙃 Ugh that's the worst! No worries for that when you walk into any of the Cumberland Mental Health offices! I can assure you of that!😉 Front desk staff are always so sweet, helpful, & get you checked in in a timely organized fashion.. No chaos, confusion , or waiting to be seen for hours past your appointment time.. I can say in all honesty I've never had to wait longer then 10 to 15mins at the most to be called back. That's a huge deal for us mommy's, working moms (& dads), or all humans in general.. We all have things to do, & places to be.. So sitting in a doctor's office waiting room is never ideal for anyone. At the same time, things do happen & I always understand when a Dr. or therapist is running behind one day or overflowed with patients/appts.. I get it. They're doing their jobs & they're doing it to the best of their ability to help all of us. So for me personally. So to wrap this up... I personally love Cumberland Mental Health & all their staff. Not just my provider... the secatorial ladies, the nurse, the therapist/case workers who never fail to always take a few minutes to tlk with me, ask me if I'm doing well, or if I need anything! Not only in the office, but they call periodically through the month to check up on me and that's so important and kind in my opinion!😉

I have been to several different mental health facilities and this by far is the best. One of the office worker came and personally apologize because everything was taking so long. Which I told them was okay because I understood. Because they are honestly doing their best to get everything done. They have so many task to do and they are handling it very professionally.

I have nothing but good things to say about this operation. The staff is always courteous and kind, very flexible with scheduling, and the case workers really do their jobs by finding you the best care options for your budget, insured or not, which I am not.
When I arrived in TN last year I was technically unemployed and homeless for the most part. They have managed my medications, provided CBT ( cognitive behavioral therapy) bi-weekly, and arranged for UBER/Lyft rides to get me to and from scheduled appointments. I am very grateful for the entire staff and establishment. Thank you for all of your help!

I'm gladly to say that I have had the most and well care with Cheer Mental Health Center. They were there when I needed them. Staff members were awesome, took the time to listen and understand my situation. Dr. M. Slatton, Dr. L. Atkinson, and case manager Grace Reynolds were my doctors, friends, and most of all my rock. My therapist Dr. Slatton was there to help me with my problems and mental health. Always gave the right advice. Dr. Atkinson made sure that my meds were right for me. And case manager Grace Reynolds has made sure that I had everything I needed to get and always asked if there was anything that she can help me with even if it was food transportation. Always had her heart to help me in any of my needs. Overall, my five years experience at this facility which includes staffs and personnel, it was excellent. I would recommend anyone that needs help to them with my eyes closed. Keep up the great work.

I must say reading the reviews on here right before going to this rehab had me slightly worried, but my experience at this rehab was awesome the staff are nice the environment was very comfortable and laid back and the director Mr Doug was above and beyond all expectations. But it's the other clients that make this place truly great. It's an amazing brotherhood that is one of a kind and no one judges anyone because they all understand what you are going through. I can't give enough credit to the nurse my counselor ashli the director Mr Doug and shama the mentor for just showing that they care about a person as down on their luck and in bad shape as myself and I'm thankful for what they do for people like me .Of course anyone who's not ready to change will have a bad experience at any rehab but at this place I think anyone can have a good start to their recovery ..thanks guys Matthew ✋

This place is amazing. The staff genuinely cares about your recovery and your personal wrll being. I have never been to a facility that goes above and beyond everyday to pour into the clients. I have been to several facilities over the past 12 years and Recovery Unplugged is the first one thus far that focuses on the underlying issues that lead to substance use, alcoholism, and addiction in the first place. Everywhere else that I have ever been wants to teach repeating classes on the brain chemistry and effects of drug use, relapse prevention, and codependency. All of those are useful, yes. But all of those are useless unless you address what got you there in the first place. I could go on forever but I will leave it at that. Oh and the food is AMAZING 😋
