The Dr here was great. Dr Jennifer Cupp I think it was. I'm not great with names. She made me feel very comfortable. She took time to address every question or concern I had. I think I actually found a Dr that will listen to me. The staff was friendly and great as well.

Best thing that ever happened to me! And thanks to everyone at New Hope including my counselor Jennifer(who related to me and saved my life) I'm still sober and I'm actually proud of the beautiful person I have become! Thank you to every counselor and the patients that became friends I'll always care for and pray for! I have u in my heart and thoughts always! I hate that this 90 day facility closed bc I would be over dosed and dead without the love and extended time they put into me. I didn't know I could be sober until they taught me to get to know my emotions and my mental health issues. With the proper care and time they gave anyone can do this life changing thing and become sober and find their true happiness.God Bless the hard working counselors that taught me at New Hope Residential! I will never forget u! I love u all!

I have been a patient of CHS since 2010 and the care, concern and treatment I have received at CHS has been top notch! In particular, I would like to highlight Jason Caldwell, my dear friend and therapist, and Shelly Martin ( my friend and case manager). They have been with me on my journey of recovery for many years and continue to be foundational key elements in my progress! Thank you both for believing in me when I wasn't able to believe in myself. You have both shown incredible compassion and support in my darkest time and are two of my biggest cheerleaders in my rise as a Phoenix from the ashes of addiction and depression. Great facility

Everyone here has been great. I have felt welcomed from day one. I have never felt judged by anyone. The counselors, the doctor, and the coordinator and even the other patients have all been great. I couldn't ask for anything to be different.

Cherokee Health Systems has been absolutely the BEST. My daughter who is an adult special needs child has received nothing but the ABSOLUTE BEST care by her counselor.

River Valley formally Cherokee Health is in my opinion one of the best facilities for healthcare!!

Spero in Middlesboro has been absolutely excellent. I know that they truly care about their patients and Misty is an exceptional Dr.

This SPERO HEALTH Omg theirs not another one like it I have to say with the most respect this clinic here this GROUP OF GOD SENT ANGELS are honestly the most caring, loving, and amazing ladies I have ever meet ❤️ you know the Dr she's so kind, caring, she don't judge us or set us up for failure if you don't do everything perfect and we all know how some places are kick ya out the door just because you maybe messed up or something not here they'll help you put you in more classes maybe have a little more time talking with you whatever it is they'll help you not hurt you and I'm here to tell you I had a very rough few months in general life on life's terms ya know and if it wasn't for these ladies I wouldn't been able to attend my much needed group with an amazing teacher/ therapy and it's crucial in my recovery to have this and I'm telling you whoever put this group together please PAT AND HUG YOURSELF 🫂 WELL DONE I know friends here said they wouldn't have no one who cared if it wasn't for the DR. Ive been going here and the prior location for about 5 years I guess. Dr. Brudecki has been outstanding. What makes a facility is its doctor/doctors and staff. Dr. Brudecki does everything she can to help in anyway. Ive never felt rushed in the least. Its like she has all day when in reality she's very busy. One of the worse things a dr can do is to give the patient the feeling they're in a hurry..She is caring and has a sweet personality. I have never had a bad experience from any of the staff. They've all been super nice. I'm not one for writing reviews often but wanted to give this the recognition it deserves.

I have been receiving excellent health care and dental care from Cherokee Health System. I love my Doctor Laura Brudecki who listens well and counsels me on all my health concerns. I trust her decisions on my care and referrals she makes. She has been treating me for close to 4 years now. I also like Tanya Hodges and Dr. Green for my dental care and trust them as well. The in house labs and X-rays are very handy. The only limitation is that they don’t take walk ins when there is something urgent. I understand they have a walk in clinic now in strawberry plains. I recommend Cherokee Health for all health care needs.

Great doctors and staff, just an all around well oiled machine. I've never had issue with long waits for appointments or filling of medicine and everyone is as nice and professional as can be.

10 out of 10 recommend Waypoint for anyone seeking mental health treatment! My cousin went down a difficult path and struggled to find support that truly made a difference. Finding Waypoint changed everything. She wouldn't be where she is today without their help, and we are so incredibly thankful.
