Going on 15 months sober. I wouldnt be here if it wasn't for them. I thought I'd need a 30-day program after, but i felt so much better by day 5 that I resolved to not drink again, and still havent. They have the drug cocktail down to a science, I barely felt any serious withdrawls. The nurses are very attentive albeit DMV-ish at times, which is a good thing in that context. The staff is very kind and caring, experienced and understanding. No nurse ratchet here. You will be frustrated by some of their institutional policies, but they do a good job explaining why those policies are in place without being overbearing or condescending. The reasons I gave it 4 stars, not 5. This is not an indictment but constructive criticism, and a warning about what to expect if these issues matter to you: The food seems to be mostly cooked off site and reheated. It's stale institutional slop, with processed food snacks left out. Nothing on the menu is fresh or natural. I had some food sensitivites and they had trouble wrapping their heads around it. I ended up mostly eating fruit cups and bagels with cream cheese. You cannot order food in. This policy is in place because people will try to sneak things in and this facility does take on patients who are there against their wishes via parents, employment deal, or court order. If you're running a detox, you may want to consider serving healthier food? Fresh fruit instead of canned? some high fiber grains? real meat, not frozen food? I brought this up. Hopefully they fixed it. There wasn't much to do there. They had a room full of movie theater seats with a flatscreen, a broken guitar, some supermarket books, AA stuff, and a set of chairs outside. Mostly you sit around and talk, watch tv, or sleep. It's a small property but you can walk laps. There's no counseling at the detox. Some AA volunteer groups shows up once in a while to talk. It may be helpful for some. There should be an on site counselor that does that job full time. Everyone else has their own specific job and sitting down and talking to people 1 on 1 didnt seem to be part of the description. They seem to be focused entirely on the medical detox aspect of the process. But I thank GOD every day for it! My desperation for change got me to Briarwood detox center. I was so scared but I was unusually willing to do anything, the night before waking up in that ditch I was contemplating suicide, again. For so many years I watched my life fall apart time and time again, over and over. I really never understood why I was unable to control my drinking. Leaving Briarwood and while being transported to Nova recovery center I didn't know what to expect but my anger and anxiety were already building. I still can't get over how amazing Nova looks, it pretty much relaxes you the minute you arrive! I had never been to "rehab" before so I was blown away by the beauty of the amenities and the attentive staff. So with that said, I was sweet and grateful to be there for about 48 hours and then I started being the walking talking character defect stage character I was, telling everyone how they should do their jobs and finding things, if not inventing things to complain about. I still get embarrassed sometimes of my actions and comments I made the first weeks of my stay. But what stands out is how the staff didn't even blink! I never got the reaction I would of deserved! I was loved on! I was given understanding and compassion! They treated me like the sick person who needed help, that I was! They dug in and held me accountable with truth and what I referrer to as grace. The Recovery specialist who work with us, for us and teach us vital solutions to my disease of alcoholism that I will be forever grateful for. From the frequent individual counseling sessions to the daily group counseling classes to the, "hey I need to talk!", I received an understanding of how to maintain my life of sobriety! Nova is a very important and special place to me so I could really go on and on but the main point I want to testify about is this, I'm truly a better person today because of the dedication to helping people by the Nova recovery family! My therapist, staff, the clients, and especially my case manager Chloe have really helped me through this chapter of my life. Chloe was my case manager and really helped me get my doctors appointments figured out , my probation appointments, and answered any other questions I had. But if you want to dive deep into the 12 Steps while enjoying good food and a beautiful scenic view, this is the place for you. The staff is great — the RAs and techs are friendly and genuinely care. The woman who runs it, however, can be unreasonable and enforces some silly rules (like not being allowed to save your food for later — insanity), but fortunately, she’s not around much. Jeff and Korn are the ones who really run the show. They have a ton of recovery experience and are both awesome guys who truly care. The medical team handled my detox efficiently and continued to manage my medical need throughout my residential stay. The meals were good for the most part (i'm pretty picky.) There was no shortage of snacks during my stay. It's been almost two years since I first walked through the doors of BRC. I would first and foremost like to say that if it wasn't for the staff for taking genuine interest and concern for my overall being and seeing past my physical appearance that I was struggling with something much deeper than I wouldn't have stayed. I see some negative comments and believe me I had some when I first got to Austin, TX. But, sitting here clean and sober almost 2 years later I will admit that if it wasn't for this knowledge that was given to me by this program, I probably wouldn't be who I am today. I've come to my own realization that your addiction will convince your brain of anything to keep you living in the darkness. It will tell you that you aren't and addict or that because you look different that you aren't an addict. I'm currently still working on underlying problems that led me down the road of addiction and using them to help build my strength to continue this journey of recovery. If it wasn't for BRC I would still be a lost 29-year-old mother of 6 beautiful children and I wouldn't know that a healthy relationship looks like or that firm boundaries with unhealthy people are okay. I walk in a new light thanks to this place and the people that make this program possible. One day my children will also thank them for giving them their mom back! No words can ever express the gratitude that I have for BRC. Please have an open mind when going into this program because I promise it will all be worth it. This is the best men’s treatment center there is in the area. Top to bottom, there’s not one staff member who isn’t truly doing this deal. I've been to a few of em lol John Laramore 6 months ago Look, I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. They have been a literal life saver. I have been an iv/im heroin/fent user for 20 years now. I’ve been on methadone before and it’s always worked. I moved out this way to help take care of my father who is very ill. I was recently released from prison and relapsed upon my release. The main receptionist Debbie got me in right away, they got me funding to help pay for my medication. My counselor Anissa. (God I hope I got her name right) has been so kind and helpful. I recently had to rush my dad to the transplant hospital in San Antonio bc he had a blood clot dislodge and go to his lungs. I didn’t bring my id or anything. The staff at Cms got me guess dosed here in San Antonio and I am just so grateful for them. Don’t hesitate to go. Just go in and get it done and stay focused. If nothing else works for you and you’re a serious opiate addict. Methadone will work. Take it from somebody who’s went to war with my addiction. Just take the medicine and get some structure. Anissa: you’ve been nothing short of fantastic. Literally anytime I needed something, you promptly prepped all documentation and worked with me every step of the way. Our councilor visits always feel genuine, you treat me like a human being and it’s obvious you want only the best for the patients you take care of. Thank you for everything you have done for me! I overhear your interactions with the patients you check in and you always treat them with respect and work with them as much as you can if they run into an issue that you can take care of. I am still a patient of the clinic’s, albeit a patient whose chaotic and life-threatening issues with opiate addiction thankfully have been thoroughly tamed. While Google Reviews isn’t the appropriate venue to detail the grittier personal details encompassed within an individual case of opiate addiction disorder, I will share without hesitation the undeniable reality that without the service of professionally compassionate treatment of the addiction nightmare which first brought me to their doorstep, I would not be alive and able to compose the review you’re now reading. How very happy I AM here today, able to talk about this treatment and the improvements to and gains made in my life, none of which would have been remotely possible without the service provided by this clinic. Relationships shattered by the damage wrought by addiction have been repaired. My apartment becomes a nicer and more enjoyable place to call home with each passing year as I replace belongings that I sold or traded for drugs in the past and add new ones I never had the chance to enjoy “back then.” It’s easier to look in the mirror now that I put on new, clean clothes that I like to wear, instead of rummaging through piles of tattered threads, searching for the least dirty garments I first got from donation bins and the like. My self-esteem grows each passing day. I no longer avert my eyes from those of the people I encounter. I no longer find myself having to constantly look over my proverbial shoulder, worried that the people I know will steal my belongings at the first opportunity they see to do so. I no longer find myself incarcerated, wondering what lunkheaded thing I did to land myself there while I was, no doubt, blacked-out thanks to some atrociously dangerous combination of opiates, benzodiazepines, and anything else I might have imbibed while barking at the moon. Good grief, am I ever glad that those days seem finally to be behind me. One more killer perk which I suspect just might appeal to someone out there: I haven’t been dope-sick—or, I suppose I ought to say “in withdrawal”—not even once since the first day I began treatment. Not. Even. Once. So, if you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, do yourself a gigantic, merciful favor by picking up the phone and giving these fine folks a ringy-dingy-ding. The sheer amount of lives I have witnessed restored from this program is mind blowing. The Clinical staff are comparable to warriors that quite literally go to war against the things that are holding you back from being the best version of yourself. Is the program easy? Absolutely not, but usually, nothing that is worth completing is easy at all and for issues as complicated as mental health and addiction are, it goes without saying that a massive surge of effort and concern have to be applied but the staff here at this program make that giant of a task look more like bite sized and achievable goals. You will work very closely with not only your own therapist, but also every therapist on site. They have aftercare emphasis near the end of your program to ensure you aren't dumped into the street upon completion assuming you are one of the many people in this world that lack a support system, they also come up with long term plans that exceed simple necessities upon leaving which, if applied, will serve you extremely well in maintaining and growing durability in your mental health. I've been through just about every form of mental health help you can imagine. Short term programs, long term, group therapy, individualized therapy, inpatient, outpatient, the list goes on. All it took for me to change my life was a true desire to live, 1 and a half months in their inpatient care and 2 months of their outpatient program. Now I find myself taking steps for my future that I never imagined myself taking. The program caters to just about every life circumstance and they offer several routes so whether you can only attend it during the day and need to go home afterwards or whether you can commit your time to the inpatient portion of the program, they will work with you. If you are on the edge of that cliff in life, take one more leap of faith away from that edge and call them, I can personally attest to the restorative power that this place equipped me with and I hope that you join the many souls that have been strengthened and filled with a renewed desire for life through this organization. I came here barely alive, hopelessly alcoholic after years of heavy daily drinking. Going on 15 months sober. I wouldnt be here if it wasn't for them. I thought I'd need a 30-day program after, but i felt so much better by day 5 that I resolved to not drink again, and still havent. They have the drug cocktail down to a science, I barely felt any serious withdrawls. The nurses are very attentive albeit DMV-ish at times, which is a good thing in that context. The staff is very kind and caring, experienced and understanding. No nurse ratchet here. You will be frustrated by some of their institutional policies, but they do a good job explaining why those policies are in place without being overbearing or condescending. The reasons I gave it 4 stars, not 5. This is not an indictment but constructive criticism, and a warning about what to expect if these issues matter to you: The food seems to be mostly cooked off site and reheated. It's stale institutional slop, with processed food snacks left out. Nothing on the menu is fresh or natural. I had some food sensitivites and they had trouble wrapping their heads around it. I ended up mostly eating fruit cups and bagels with cream cheese. You cannot order food in. This policy is in place because people will try to sneak things in and this facility does take on patients who are there against their wishes via parents, employment deal, or court order. If you're running a detox, you may want to consider serving healthier food? Fresh fruit instead of canned? some high fiber grains? real meat, not frozen food? I brought this up. Hopefully they fixed it. There wasn't much to do there. They had a room full of movie theater seats with a flatscreen, a broken guitar, some supermarket books, AA stuff, and a set of chairs outside. Mostly you sit around and talk, watch tv, or sleep. It's a small property but you can walk laps. There's no counseling at the detox. Some AA volunteer groups shows up once in a while to talk. It may be helpful for some. There should be an on site counselor that does that job full time. Everyone else has their own specific job and sitting down and talking to people 1 on 1 didnt seem to be part of the description. They seem to be focused entirely on the medical detox aspect of the process. If you need rehab, you do that after, or find a rehab that does detox on site.

Long story short, 35 years of hard drinking landed me in a ditch in a city I'm not even from. But I thank GOD every day for it! My desperation for change got me to Briarwood detox center. I was so scared but I was unusually willing to do anything, the night before waking up in that ditch I was contemplating suicide, again. For so many years I watched my life fall apart time and time again, over and over. I really never understood why I was unable to control my drinking. Leaving Briarwood and while being transported to Nova recovery center I didn't know what to expect but my anger and anxiety were already building. I still can't get over how amazing Nova looks, it pretty much relaxes you the minute you arrive! I had never been to "rehab" before so I was blown away by the beauty of the amenities and the attentive staff. So with that said, I was sweet and grateful to be there for about 48 hours and then I started being the walking talking character defect stage character I was, telling everyone how they should do their jobs and finding things, if not inventing things to complain about. I still get embarrassed sometimes of my actions and comments I made the first weeks of my stay. But what stands out is how the staff didn't even blink! I never got the reaction I would of deserved! I was loved on! I was given understanding and compassion! They treated me like the sick person who needed help, that I was! They dug in and held me accountable with truth and what I referrer to as grace. The Recovery specialist who work with us, for us and teach us vital solutions to my disease of alcoholism that I will be forever grateful for. From the frequent individual counseling sessions to the daily group counseling classes to the, "hey I need to talk!", I received an understanding of how to maintain my life of sobriety! Nova is a very important and special place to me so I could really go on and on but the main point I want to testify about is this, I'm truly a better person today because of the dedication to helping people by the Nova recovery family! They definitely help you get out of your comfort zone with Open Mic on Wednesdays, which I loved! The mens houses are both very nice and comfortable. And they provide food for us and we can still purchase extra if we want. I would recommend this facility to any and everyone!

Recovery unplugged has been a very important part of my journey. My therapist, staff, the clients, and especially my case manager Chloe have really helped me through this chapter of my life. Chloe was my case manager and really helped me get my doctors appointments figured out , my probation appointments, and answered any other questions I had. Nova is far from perfect, and some of the information can be misleading. But if you want to dive deep into the 12 Steps while enjoying good food and a beautiful scenic view, this is the place for you. The staff is great — the RAs and techs are friendly and genuinely care. The woman who runs it, however, can be unreasonable and enforces some silly rules (like not being allowed to save your food for later — insanity), but fortunately, she’s not around much. Jeff and Korn are the ones who really run the show. They have a ton of recovery experience and are both awesome guys who truly care. Jeff changed my life and helped save my marriage, so the place gets five stars from me for that reason alone. Thank you to Jeff, Korn, Cassandra, Jen, Leon Phelps, Aaron, and the rest of the staff!

Never thought I'd be reviewing a detox/rehab facility, but Recovery Unplugged delivered. The medical team handled my detox efficiently and continued to manage my medical need throughout my residential stay. My therapist Carolyn was always available and helped me develop a solid plan for my continued recovery. The tech staff kept things moving smoothly. The meals were good for the most part (i'm pretty picky.) There was no shortage of snacks during my stay. I hope to never come back to Recovery, but would recommend it to anyone who is ready to take back their life from addiction.

If it wasn't for this amazing program and facility I wouldn't be here today. It's been almost two years since I first walked through the doors of BRC. I would first and foremost like to say that if it wasn't for the staff for taking genuine interest and concern for my overall being and seeing past my physical appearance that I was struggling with something much deeper than I wouldn't have stayed. I see some negative comments and believe me I had some when I first got to Austin, TX. But, sitting here clean and sober almost 2 years later I will admit that if it wasn't for this knowledge that was given to me by this program, I probably wouldn't be who I am today. I've come to my own realization that your addiction will convince your brain of anything to keep you living in the darkness. It will tell you that you aren't and addict or that because you look different that you aren't an addict. I'm currently still working on underlying problems that led me down the road of addiction and using them to help build my strength to continue this journey of recovery. If it wasn't for BRC I would still be a lost 29-year-old mother of 6 beautiful children and I wouldn't know that a healthy relationship looks like or that firm boundaries with unhealthy people are okay. I walk in a new light thanks to this place and the people that make this program possible. One day my children will also thank them for giving them their mom back! No words can ever express the gratitude that I have for BRC. Please have an open mind when going into this program because I promise it will all be worth it. The program is strict but our addiction are even darker.

I’ve been to multiple treatment centers. This is the best men’s treatment center there is in the area. Top to bottom, there’s not one staff member who isn’t truly doing this deal. You will be seen, you will be heard and you won’t fly under the radar. Heartwoods got a great mix of therapy/clinical practice and 12 step practice. Heartwood is in the helping people industry. The daily schedule may look full at first, but it’s so thoughtfully structured. Over time, you start building healthy habits and routines that carry into your everyday life after you leave. Some of my favorite parts were equine therapy at the Healing Horses Ranch (the staff there are amazing!), accudetox, yoga, and personal training. Everything is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and appreciate the little things again. The villa is gorgeous — spacious, peaceful, and filled with comforts like books to read, a beautiful kitchen, and incredible chef-made meals. But what truly makes Sage special is the staff. They don’t just show up for you — they get down in the trenches with you. They listen, they care, and they help guide you out of the darkness with compassion and understanding. Look, I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. They have been a literal life saver. I have been an iv/im heroin/fent user for 20 years now. I’ve been on methadone before and it’s always worked. I moved out this way to help take care of my father who is very ill. I was recently released from prison and relapsed upon my release. The main receptionist Debbie got me in right away, they got me funding to help pay for my medication. My counselor Anissa. (God I hope I got her name right) has been so kind and helpful. I recently had to rush my dad to the transplant hospital in San Antonio bc he had a blood clot dislodge and go to his lungs. I didn’t bring my id or anything. The staff at Cms got me guess dosed here in San Antonio and I am just so grateful for them. Don’t hesitate to go. Just go in and get it done and stay focused. If nothing else works for you and you’re a serious opiate addict. Methadone will work. Take it from somebody who’s went to war with my addiction. Just take the medicine and get some structure. Good luck.

Summary first: If you need treatment and are ready to follow a couple of very simple rules, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! I don’t care if u have to drive 30 miles, go here! This has BY FAR been the best experience I’ve had during my treatment! I have called 3 clinics my home over the years and this one is SO genuine! Anissa: you’ve been nothing short of fantastic. Literally anytime I needed something, you promptly prepped all documentation and worked with me every step of the way. Our councilor visits always feel genuine, you treat me like a human being and it’s obvious you want only the best for the patients you take care of. Thank you for everything you have done for me! Debby: you are so sweet and are always so kind. I overhear your interactions with the patients you check in and you always treat them with respect and work with them as much as you can if they run into an issue that you can take care of. The nursing staff, (I apologize I’m horrible with names) Especially within the last 3 months are quick to dose, accurate and the sweet woman who usually doses window 2 on Mondays is extremely knowledgeable and is more than happy to answer any questions you may have. This wonderful woman reminds me of my best friend’s Mother, extremely sweet, dignified, tidy, proper proud country girl ready for anything and always has her hair done right! My best friend would probably say “she comes to work lookin’ Tuff!” Yet again, another genuine person who only wants the best for the patients she sees. Best part, when blood is needed to be drawn, she makes it completely painless! This is coming from someone with TINY veins. ( I know that sounds silly, but I’ve been to clinics where your arm and finger tips come out with more than a few punctures) The Doctor who oversees everything here believes in the process. This review is really long but in short, he made me feel safe. I felt like I could tell him anything and he always replied with care and would do anything he could to help. I won’t go into details. But he is the type of doctor you HOPE to get when you’re at your lowest. Management: what can i say without repeating myself. The clinic would not be what it is if you weren’t running the ship! The counselors you’ve hired are top notch. You go above and beyond for anyone who simply follows the rules. It’s very uncommon to have such a well rounded staff and you must’ve gone through Hundreds of applications to get the team you have here.

I can honestly say this sober living/PHP program saved my life. When I first came in, I was broken, scared, and didn’t know how to live without using. What I found here was structure, accountability, and most importantly, support from people who understood exactly what I was going through. The house/program wasn’t just a roof over my head it became a safe place where I could rebuild myself, one day at a time. The rules, meetings, and responsibilities might have felt hard at first, but I came to realize they were teaching me how to live again. I struggled with 8 years of addiction... I never wanted to be one of those people that had to say ah I man I had to go to rehab... but truly going to this place really was not at all like anything I expected it to be... this place was really awesome because it didn't feel like some typical boring office space just going over the same cheesy PowerPoint... but it actually was shockingly something I really enjoyed and ultimately looked forward to going each week. It felt like a family in a way, just in a place full of close friends who could all just kinda unload the weight of our problems, share our triumphs, relate to each others lives in ways that you just can't do with anyone else in your life who doesn't understand addiction. The staff here really cares, and it felt really personal like not just through a I care about my job kinda way but honestly like I'm passionate about wanting to see you make it! If you are debating whether sobriety is for you, I seriously recommend checking out Positive Recovery. I have struggled with alcohol my entire life and now I’m proud to say I’m coming up on 3 years of sobriety. My life has totally changed for the better. I can’t even put into words how much of a win it has been for my family and I, especially here just on a google review. Todd, the counselor, is the best I have ever seen and this was not my first time in a recovery center. If you are thinking about it at all, you probably need to give it a try. I contacted Positive Recovery, searching for an IOP program. Although they didn’t accept my insurance, they treated me as if I were a client. They were eager to help, warm, and compassionate. This place and the staff members and alumni who offered expert support to our young adult son and to our family are sacred to me. As a mental health professional myself, I knew that the key to my son’s healing would require a level of trauma-informed inpatient care that is very difficult to find, especially in the state of Texas. Very helpful if you can’t do rehabs. Most likely the better clinic. The only other best option is methadone, subs don’t help compared to that, but only problem their hours are ridiculous and of course if you miss their very few hours they still count that day and you still have to pay for it And they don’t accept insurance except map but if you already have insurance you can’t get map so you have to pay out of pocket and they only take cash which can be a pain sometimes. And intake is $120 for the first week but after that it’s $75 every week.

[EDIT/UPDATE] Well, it’s been 5 years since I posted the brief review seen above, and I feel like both this clinic AND me deserve something of an update. I am still a patient of the clinic’s, albeit a patient whose chaotic and life-threatening issues with opiate addiction thankfully have been thoroughly tamed. While Google Reviews isn’t the appropriate venue to detail the grittier personal details encompassed within an individual case of opiate addiction disorder, I will share without hesitation the undeniable reality that without the service of professionally compassionate treatment of the addiction nightmare which first brought me to their doorstep, I would not be alive and able to compose the review you’re now reading. How very happy I AM here today, able to talk about this treatment and the improvements to and gains made in my life, none of which would have been remotely possible without the service provided by this clinic. Relationships shattered by the damage wrought by addiction have been repaired. My apartment becomes a nicer and more enjoyable place to call home with each passing year as I replace belongings that I sold or traded for drugs in the past and add new ones I never had the chance to enjoy “back then.” It’s easier to look in the mirror now that I put on new, clean clothes that I like to wear, instead of rummaging through piles of tattered threads, searching for the least dirty garments I first got from donation bins and the like. My self-esteem grows each passing day. I no longer avert my eyes from those of the people I encounter. I no longer find myself having to constantly look over my proverbial shoulder, worried that the people I know will steal my belongings at the first opportunity they see to do so. I no longer find myself incarcerated, wondering what lunkheaded thing I did to land myself there while I was, no doubt, blacked-out thanks to some atrociously dangerous combination of opiates, benzodiazepines, and anything else I might have imbibed while barking at the moon. Good grief, am I ever glad that those days seem finally to be behind me. One more killer perk which I suspect just might appeal to someone out there: I haven’t been dope-sick—or, I suppose I ought to say “in withdrawal”—not even once since the first day I began treatment. Not. Even. Once. So, if you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, do yourself a gigantic, merciful favor by picking up the phone and giving these fine folks a ringy-dingy-ding. You could literally change your life today. Never have I regretted my decision to do so. One love… ✌️

This place has saved my life and I am back in my sons live actually video chatting with his as I’m typing this. Thank you so much 😊 God my higher power sent me here and I could not have been taken care of better here. This is the best place to come to and recover I’ve been to 5 rehabs and this by far has been the best. Swimming and a personal trainer yes. A chance to address my mental health and my addiction issues as well as trauma. 100 percent I put into this program and I got out 100 percent 💯

If it wasn't for this amazing program and facility I wouldn't be here today. It's been almost two years since I first walked through the doors of BRC. I would first and foremost like to say that if it wasn't for the staff for taking genuine interest and concern for my overall being and seeing past my physical appearance that I was struggling with something much deeper than I wouldn't have stayed. I see some negative comments and believe me I had some when I first got to Austin, TX. But, sitting here clean and sober almost 2 years later I will admit that if it wasn't for this knowledge that was given to me by this program, I probably wouldn't be who I am today. I've come to my own realization that your addiction will convince your brain of anything to keep you living in the darkness. It will tell you that you aren't and addict or that because you look different that you aren't an addict. I'm currently still working on underlying problems that led me down the road of addiction and using them to help build my strength to continue this journey of recovery. If it wasn't for BRC I would still be a lost 29-year-old mother of 6 beautiful children and I wouldn't know that a healthy relationship looks like or that firm boundaries with unhealthy people are okay. I walk in a new light thanks to this place and the people that make this program possible. One day my children will also thank them for giving them their mom back! No words can ever express the gratitude that I have for BRC. Please have an open mind when going into this program because I promise it will all be worth it. The program is strict but our addiction are even darker.

This place was nothing less than stellar. The staff was very professional from the therapists to the techs. Heather, Kayja and Julian are top tier. If you failed at this place it's because you did not apply yourself. Advocate for yourself, the staff at Omega are not magicians, they are there to educate and guide you in the right direction. I came to Omaga broken and angry and left a better person. Everyone there was always accommodating and willing to help. Nick, Jackson, Christina, Noel, Hayden, Rebecca, Kaels and Brook ...sorry if I forgot anyone...love you all. ( I saw a post from a previous resident... Key Bell... which was absolutely all lies and that infuriates me ...as he was nothing but drama and refused to put the work in...then left a bad review.... SHAME ON YOU KEY !!!

If you are in need of mental help, freedom from addiction or a mixture of the two, this place is for you. The sheer amount of lives I have witnessed restored from this program is mind blowing. The Clinical staff are comparable to warriors that quite literally go to war against the things that are holding you back from being the best version of yourself. Is the program easy? Absolutely not, but usually, nothing that is worth completing is easy at all and for issues as complicated as mental health and addiction are, it goes without saying that a massive surge of effort and concern have to be applied but the staff here at this program make that giant of a task look more like bite sized and achievable goals. You will work very closely with not only your own therapist, but also every therapist on site. They have aftercare emphasis near the end of your program to ensure you aren't dumped into the street upon completion assuming you are one of the many people in this world that lack a support system, they also come up with long term plans that exceed simple necessities upon leaving which, if applied, will serve you extremely well in maintaining and growing durability in your mental health. I've been through just about every form of mental health help you can imagine. Short term programs, long term, group therapy, individualized therapy, inpatient, outpatient, the list goes on. All it took for me to change my life was a true desire to live, 1 and a half months in their inpatient care and 2 months of their outpatient program. Now I find myself taking steps for my future that I never imagined myself taking. The program caters to just about every life circumstance and they offer several routes so whether you can only attend it during the day and need to go home afterwards or whether you can commit your time to the inpatient portion of the program, they will work with you. If you are on the edge of that cliff in life, take one more leap of faith away from that edge and call them, I can personally attest to the restorative power that this place equipped me with and I hope that you join the many souls that have been strengthened and filled with a renewed desire for life through this organization. Shout-out to Clinical Staff, the Techs and all of the volunteers that give their time to Omega. I will never forget any of you.

I have been in substance abuse treatment 30 plus times. I had never realized that my continual dissent into addiction was driven by trauma. Omega was a wonderful experience that helped me to begin the healing process from childhood trauma. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful therapists, medical staff and of course the Behavioral Techs. I am Sober and have made giant step in getting better. I highly recommend this program for anybody struggling with addiction, mental health issues and problems with Technology Addiction. Omega has helped me save my own life...
