Wish they cared a little more about the working class and there jobs. We need to make money to support ourselves and family. So when the company you work for ask you to work overtime on a Saturday and that’s your scheduled pick up day they should be a little more accommodating for you and let you pick your medicine up the day prior without losing two doses and paying the same price. We pay good money for treatment at this facility

As a licensed clinical professional counselor, I recently had the chance to tour Sabino Recovery. The clinical support, oversight, comprehensive treatment protocols and mental health support are top tier. Erin & Adam on the clinical outreach team are fantastic ambassadors to their programs! Between the administration, clinical team, and alumni programs, I highly recommend Sabino Recovery for trauma and substance abuse treatment!

I've had the very fortunate ability to go to 4 treatment centers over the past 2 decades and Sabino is by far the best and my favorite for every reason. The staff is top notch (EVERYONE), the food is freshly cooked and amazing with the freedom to have snacks and drinks 24hrs, the living quarters are private or shares with only one other person and so cozy, there's modules for everyone and the patient gets to choose weekly what they're gonna be doing that week, there's outings, phone and electronic use, pool time.... I could go on and on and on. Not one thing I can find issues with at all. I'm truly grateful to this center and everyone I met while there.

I have been in many behavior health hospitals but this one is by far the best! I don't particularly like the groups, they seem to be focused primarily on addiction and that doesn't apply to me. Putting that aside I learn quite a bit there including yoga. That was a lot of fun! I also have the opportunity to actually work with the staff to come up with a plan that will work for me. It has been a wonderful experience and I plan on going back if it's needed in the future.

I was with southwest network for years, I transferred from another southwest clinic because I had moved to this clinic. The second day going to this clinic I saw Louis who works, I meet Louis at the highland clinic, right then i knew transferring to this clinic was a bad idea. Louis has a complex where he makes comments and likes to gossip about individuals. I had a appointment at 8 : 00 am i got there at four minutes till 7:00 am when the clinic opens, there is this lady who is short and overweight who has black hair around 60 years old ,who did not like me and every time she saw me she would give me a dirty look, I thought I knew her from somewhere, anyway I finally remembered where I knew her from, let's just say working for southwest network and having access to my records is illegal and criminally wrong because certain individual were telling someone about my mental health issues, it got back to me!! And I can prove what I am saying because the individual confess to me where she got the information from. Anyway don't worry southwest network i do not believe in suing anyone, it is against my beliefs. So I get to the clinic at four minutes till seven am and I had been in the clinic before it opens at seven am so have other people, so I walk in and she had let a client use the restroom and I walked up to the counter and she raises her voice to me and says get out now do you hear me I am not open, it got me upset so I went outside and sat down and a few minutes latter Louis walks by with a female and at the same time a security guard walks by and ask me if I was a client at the clinic and Louis has a big smile on his face and makes a smart-ass comment under his breath directed at me i lost and raised my voice and said hell with this place and walked away never came back. Now the mental health provider i go to are so caring and understanding and come to your home to check on your. I have been praying for Louis and the lady this is about and I ask both of them to do the same for me.

I worked as a trail walker in 1996. I served a mission in Venezuela. I was praying to know what to do when I got back from Venezuela and had a dream I was sitting around a fire with all these boys . Then around the hill came a group of boys . While I was in Venezuela I had a friend send a picture and on the back of it said Anasazi . I knew I was suppose to go work their when I got back. The very first day I went out their . I was sitting around the camp fire and that group of boys I had dreamt about came around that hill. Those boys I ended up working with them a month. I had the best experiences of my life with them changes happen to so many of them. I remember the first day climbing this huge mountain . I remember thinking wow this is soo hard that group of boys was the fastest group at hiking , I remembering thinking I am not sure I can continue . That exact moment I had that thought this boy by me said I remember this dream I had about you a couple weeks ago and you where that Angel that came to help me. Anasazi is truly a place that changes hearts and families. I loved seeing the kids come in and the changes that happens with in them. They come from all kinds of backgrounds of life and then leave with this confidence and peace that comes with being out their and finding their way, because all the distraction of this world are gone. They can ponder and really think about life! They learn their choices have consequences weather that is good or bad. I will be forever grateful for my experience out their, and the wonderful people I worked with and the kids ! Ezekiel and his family are truly wonderful! It truly is a place of change and a new way to walk on that journey of life we all have to go through . It was another mission after my mission.

I've had two kids go to Anasazi for different reasons but life changing for both of them. A son 4 years ago, and a daughter who completed the program just a few days ago. Anasazi stands above all other wilderness survival programs because of their "walking as we" approach. When my daughter walked "ran away" from her group, the leaders went with her and walked alongside her to support her in her anxiety. No pressure, no conflict, just love and support. She chose to come back to the group and we picked her up 7 weeks later (last weekend) with a resilience in her eyes I've never seen before. If you are questioning your decision to send your child to Anasazi, don't. It's for teens and adults of most every level of struggling. As a mom of 2 young walkers, please feel free to message me through FB anytime. My name is Carrie Burdick Rice. I am an open book and willing to share my experience freely.

The Anasazi way has brought hope to our family. We were struggling to keep our daughter safe before we decided to take her to the Anasazi to walk the trail. The lessons both she and we learned through the journey has helped us turn our hearts to trying to walk together. Things are not perfect, but we are in a much better place thanks to the Anasazi Foundation. I highly recommend them.

This place was absolutely amazing. Exactly a year ago I was admitted and the staff were nothing but extremely kind, Mr.Herb was an absolutely amazing health tech who made me and my friends smile and laugh all the time, I was called by my preferred name by everyone, the food was absolutely amazing as someone who has problems with many foods, my only problem was this one nurse that was one nurse, when I went to take my meds in the morning I saw that she was a nurse that didn’t usually work in my unit, and she was trying to tell me that none of my problems were real and that I’m just dramatic, later that day i had an “outbreak” I’ll call it and she was very unkind afterwards, looking at me with distain when giving me bandages and when I asked to use my hair brush when I got out of the shower she said I couldn’t have it because my doctor said that I could harm myself with it and that she didn’t trust me, I talked to my doctor the next day about it and he said that did not happen, but other than that every nurse and health tech was super kind, funny, and were really just trying to make our stay better and I appreciate all of them, especially miss Hannah and miss Rachel (I think that’s her name), all these negative comments really confused me, this is a lovely place, and there were rarely many fights and one of the only violent people I remember was actually really sweet, Sedona unit made this horrible time in my life much less stressful and I’m glad to say I’ve really recovered because of this hospital, though getting in contact with the place to see about admitting me was really hard and the lady lied about what we could have in the hospital, many things she said we couldn’t have, if we asked our doctor we were 100% fine to have this stuff, I really recommend this place ♥️

I am a former client that was in the network over 10 years. They're a very good clinic. It's easy to get a hold of staff and the majority are supportive. I really loved going here for the groups. It was nice socializing with other clients. I loved this clinic because there were mall walks, art groups, social support groups. At one point they had a really amazing women's group. They won't hesitate to charge you upfront at admission up to your out-of-pocket maximum, but then not answer their phones, return voicemails, or just pass you around on emails when you request a refund for the overpayment when insurance covers 100% of treatment. They've held my money for nearly 3 months now. If you are being admitted, refuse to pay them ANYTHING upfront because their billing practices are dishonest. Not only that, I got a separate bill from them for doctor services that they want me to pay. I'm refusing to pay those until I get the money back we are owed for the overage on room and board.

I can't express enough how much this clinic has changed my life. When I first walked in, I was at one of the lowest points in my life, struggling deeply with addiction and feeling like there was no way out. I never thought I’d see the light at the end of the tunnel. The staff is truly second to none. From the counselors to the nurses, everyone here genuinely cares about your progress, and it shows in everything they do.Even on my worst days, they somehow know exactly what I need to hear to turn my mindset around and stay on track. They’ve been patient, understanding, and always there with support, no matter what. The approach is personal, and they treat you like an individual not just another patient. They’ve helped me grow as a person, rebuild my confidence, and face hardships that once felt impossible to overcome. If you’re reading this and are on the fence about starting or continuing treatment, please know that recovery is possible. It won’t be easy, but with the right help, you can get there. I’ve seen firsthand how this clinic gives you the tools to succeed, and I can honestly say I've never felt more confident in my recovery than I do right now. The road ahead may not always be smooth, but I know I'm in good hands here, and that gives me hope. Hands down, the best Methadone/Suboxone outpatient treatment center in the valley. If you're serious about turning your life around, this is the place to be.

Some nursing staff was allowed to steal a bottle of my home METHADONE 180mg Report, report, report! Someone is going to jail. Just got out of Palo Verde, DR LIGGINS forced me to leave AMA because he would not give me my home medicine that is prescribed to me "AS NEEDED" and simply, when I had anxiety they refused me anything to help me. One of the worst places I've EVER been IN MY LIFE. 99% of nursing staff was so extremely uncaring and disrespectful. Honestly, I'm reporting the DR and a few others as soon as I possibly can. Someone needs to be fired. I needed and wanted help, and did not get it. Please if you are reading this, pick somewhere else to go!

I’ll admit I was a bit nervous having my daughter come here after reading my the reviews, but I was blown away by our experience. This facility was amazing and made a stressful situation easier. My daughter was there for about 5 days. The doctor was incredible, he called me multiple times over the week to update me on progress, recommendations and general information. He always made time for questions and concerns, and never made me feel like a bother. He was kind, and was probably very busy with other patients but made sure we were on the same page. The social worker was great, she also called a couple times to make sure we knew what was happening, and plan for discharge. She gave us all the time we needed and made us feel welcome. She also scheduled appointments for us the next week, which made for a super easy transition home and took away the stress of figuring out next steps. I was anxious and called the facility a lot for questions which was probably annoying, but they always answered and never made me feel like a bother. My daughter said that she loved the nurses, doctor and staff and felt safe there. She participated in group therapy, journaled and had animal therapy. She liked the movies and food most days but said there was always something to do. I dropped off items for her throughout the week and didn’t expect to get anything back but at discharge every item I brought was in a bag ready to go! I appreciate how everyone here made a difficult time so much easier. Thank you

I first off want to thank Ms. Tina L. for her AMAZINGGGG support and service! I was nervous about switching to a new clinic and from the start she assured me that I was in the right place and that I was going to get taken care of! She made sure to inform me of every step before it was even happening! She made sure I was comfortable and asked if there was anything I needed. I had to bring my 1yr old daughter with me and they absolutely had no issue with that, which I am so thankful for their patience and understanding. Me being a stay at home mom I have to bring the little one. The intake process was so smooth it didn’t even feel like I was there the length of the time I was there. I was warned about a lengthy process due to the fact it was an “intake” appointment. They make sure you are aware of that prior to starting. I am extremely pleased with the nurses, the provider and my case manager. Everyone was very welcoming and accepting. My only regret was not coming sooner.! Thank you so much Community Medical Services!

I attended Resilient Art Awakenings for a year, I healed through Art therapy, I have an Associates in Art, but learned many new techniques through different Therapists. I loved painting with Acrylics & watercolors. The supplies were provided, even let you choose the size of the frames. They teach you how to hang the frames, and you submit your artwork throughout the local community. My artwork showcased for a month in the downtown Tucson Library for a month. It is very rewarding. I also learned new skills suck as working with clay and mosaic’s, and so much more. They have group therapy as well as individual therapy sessions. You are given a cubby to keep your personal art items in, and lunch is provided daily. The staff is amazing. You can sign up for one on one lessons, as well. I was sad to leave the studio. I miss going there.🥹 the photos I’m posting are all paintings I created while at the studio. I hope you enjoy them. FYI there is a youth studio, Adult studio as well as you can graduate up to the Warehouse.

The Etano Center at Pima and Alvernon is truly outstanding. The staff—especially Zoann, Michelle, and Nick—are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely care about helping people. The signup process is smooth, and they even give you a gift card after completing your paperwork, which is a thoughtful touch. There’s hardly ever a wait—usually just 3 to 4 minutes—and most patients qualify for weekend take-homes right away. The clinic is centrally located and super convenient. I've never felt more supported in my recovery journey. Highly recommend to anyone in need of compassionate, top-notch care!
