Twelve Oask recovery has given me an opportunity to get my life back. I’ve learned a lot of useful tools and coping mechanisms to stay clean and live a full and happy life. Jason and Joel are amazing at what they do and showed they truly care about my success and any issues that came up. I would suggest bringing an umbrella just in case it rains and would recommend the company update their bathrooms and toilets. Initially, I was sent here both for my own recovery journey and as a guinea pig for my unit due to the usual facility being back booked on beds. I can safely say this has been one of the best facilities I have ever been too for both civilian, veterans, and active duty service members! There are multiple programs suited for your individual needs, great housing spaces, and pretty good food. My therapist Joel was an absolute sweetheart who listened to every trauma related issue, and helped me navigate the subconscious emotions and memories that resulted in my triggers before developing the best treatment plan that worked for me! My case manager Jason is a retired Air Force veteran who was very knowledgeable with my insurance plan and communicated regularly with my installation back home. The nursing staff is often busy and always working on something, but they always take the minute to listen to you and make you feel welcomed and safe at home away from home. There are a plethora of resources including AA, recreation, experiential outings, yoga, meditation, church services, music therapy, and art therapy, that will guide you towards your path to sobriety. Like others have said in the previous reviews, rehabilitation is the experience you make it and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for extra help. No judgement here!

I cannot speak to the effectiveness of the program because my son was unable to complete it due to a health crisis. However, I can speak to the kindness, patience, flexibility, and overwhelming desire of the entire staff to help my son through a very difficult situation. At every hurdle they were willing to work with us to find a resolution. Shelly, Monica, Nicole and MANY others went above and beyond in supporting us. Gulf Breeze Recovery located just south of Pensacola, Florida is a facility dedicated to the successful rehabilitation of your loved one. As a family member, I gained insight to the 3 Principles approach (mind, consciousness, thought) that is used to actually teach sobriety. Family Weekend provided training and information and answers to so many things I was curious and uninformed about. It also provided the opportunity to see the facility and room where my loved one slept. GBR holds a weekly zoom call open to families in which one of the counselors teaches and serves as a point of contact. Family members are encouraged to continue participation in this call even after graduation of their loved one. The generosity of spirit, genuine caring, and expertise of the doctor, nurses, counselors, and staff members make GBR an outstanding choice for recovery.

Considering the patient to Doctor ratio is ten times what it should be, I think this clinic does well. I have one critique. Remove the soil from the water fountains at the main entrance. The appearance is a disgrace. Either use the fountain as intended or destroy it. Fountains that are filled with dirt implies our country can't afford to run a fountain. If this perception is correct, one has to wonder about the quality of care given inside.

I was the last person in the whole building, Dr was incompetent, I received no help at all despite the fact that I had the DR herself crying about my situation (I was in a homeless shelter at the time and had lost my cat). I hate this place. I have a broken hip for almost a year and I get nothing for it? Yeah, no.

I’ve had a pleasant experience with this VA clinic. This is the first time I’ve actually felt heard and cared about and I’ve been ordered actual tests and labs to find out the underlying cause to my condition vs just slapping a generic label on it and managing symptoms. I can’t thank my primary care doctor enough and big shout out to the gastrointestinal team too! I’m sure everyone doesn’t have the same experience but I’ve felt nothing but kindness and care here
I wanted to take the time to personally thank you Bridgeway CAT team for helping my daughter. We have seen multiple therapist but it wasn’t until the CAT team took her under that change really began. From the moment they spoke to her I could tell they really cared. Also Candy took no time in figuring out exactly what my daughter needed. I can’t put into words my gratitude for the change and hope our family has because of them. If I could give 100 stars it wouldn’t be enough.

My experience with Bridgeway over the past month has been excellent. The practice makes it easy to get started. I didn't have to wait long for my initial appointment, and the new patient process was very smooth. The front desk staff for Psychiatry and Medication Services are sweet and incredibly helpful. My provider, Candi, is wonderful; she's clearly knowledgeable and was very thorough in taking my history. I truly felt heard and respected as a patient. She is also proactive in managing my medication needs. Highly recommend Bridgeway! :)

Ive been a patient here for over a year now and I believe the staff that works here has a true heart to serve others in maintaining stability of mental health. Dr April is thorough with questions she has asked me to be sure my medication was correct. I say this, bc I have seen significant improvement in consistency in all areas of my life. Also, she isn’t just a doctor handing out meds at random- like I’ve experienced in another state When I was prescribed two separate addictions unaware of what those meds would do at the time. I feel a sense of security and confidence coming here! The nurses were really helpful when I had a blood pressure issue, the front desk assistance is on it, and the pharmacy is SO MUCH MORE feasible that I am able to AFFORD my meds!
Want about 12 years ago. Owe my life to them. I’m able to be the father brother son I’m suppose to be!!!

I went there in 2020 for a few weeks. it was a really good program, I was not ready for help though. If you are not ready to get help, it rarely ever works. So I came up with every excuse why I should leave. But the staff, counselors, food and everything else I highly recommend.
I’ve had a really positive experience at New Seasons. The doctor is wonderful — caring, attentive, and easy to talk to. Breeze Anne and Joy both run great groups; you can tell they genuinely care about the patients and our recovery journeys. Breeze Anne especially goes above and beyond to make people feel supported and understood.
The wait times can get a little long, but it’s clear the staff are doing their best, especially with how many patients they serve. I also think it’s great that they’ve partnered with 904 Health — Unity, who works with them, is awesome and has been such a great addition to the clinic.
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the new staff member who handles the drug testing. She isn’t very professional in how she speaks to patients — often talking down to them and creating unnecessary tension. There’s also a confusing sign on her door that says “knock and then wait,” yet she’s yelled at patients for knocking. It might help to replace that with something clearer, like “please wait to be called.”
Overall, New Seasons has done a great job hiring friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive staff — this one person just doesn’t reflect the otherwise amazing team. With that small change, I’d happily give them 5 stars.

I think New Seasons is a great treatment Center … I have an amazing counselor Miss Joy , she listens and is compassionate. Also there New IOP Program is awesome , Mr Steven is a great teacher and you actually learn things about yourself and your addiction that is helpful . If anyone needs help I totally recommend New Seasons!! ❤️

When compared to other places this one is good. So far very decent with minor faults. For example, after we pass front desk and go to the back we then gotta back again to front desk to do various things that could have been brought up before going to the back. I noticed, has happened to many not only me. The people there have common sense unlike other places as far as my experience.

Lakeview Center's outpatient MAT therapy, especially with the incredible support from Ronnie McPherson, truly changed my life. I'm so grateful for Ronnie McPherson and the entire team; their compassionate approach, personalized treatment, and comprehensive support provided the tools I needed for lasting recovery. I am now able to contribute positively to my community, a life I couldn't have imagined before their help, and I owe so much to them.
I Have to say thank you to the behavior techs and supervisors who put in the work to keep me and others safe. The problems I've had here include many things breaking, uncleanliness (a staff forced me and another client to clean a day room that had not been cleaned in what looked like months if not a year.), staff using point sheets as a weapon to make kids scared, some of the staff are just downright petty. I can't say I wasn't helped, The clinical director (Scott Smales) Was so so helpful and helped sort a lot of problems. Behavior tech just don't care a lot along with some supervisors. Thank you to the ones who did do the work they were supposed to and thank you to the interns and my therapist for making my stay somewhat less scary.

Very professional. Not even 24 hours in I had appointments being made, phone calls to me about my labs, dietitians calling giving recommendations. This place is on it and gives the VA a great reputation. Very thankful for the staff.

PA Sellers is the best Dr. I've ever had, it's a good place to go if your need help.
Leaving a review on purely the juvenile side.
Firstly it does offer benefits and the staff do try to help you out to the extent of their ability to, though the amount of care or help you get is Highly dependent on what staff is working in your unit on that specific day so at times its iffy to say the least, they do offer schooling Wich is a plus. Laundry is done for you if you set it within a laundry basket at the end of the day Wich is also great as well as 3 meals Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner. and 3 snacks a day.
You usually get put in a room with a roommate but if your a no roommate person (The reason you sent there usually) Decides if you are an no roommate person and not allowed to have one.
Things this place needs...
Firstly some roommates are disgusting and cant clean up after themselves and it unhygienic would be nice to have someone clean it out.
Secondly more availability to people who CAN change things for example, medicine,room,portions of food. all of that and get your stuff brought in approved... because doctors are only available at certain times and you cant just sit down and talk when you want Wich kinda sucks but I do understand they have stuff to do.
Thirdly from a patient perspective it seems sorta-kinda understaffed and like their underpaid sometimes by the way some staff just don't care.. you ask them for something and their dismissive or tell you to shut up.
All and all if some issues are fixed and certain things are improved upon this could help more people in the future, I hope this review is taken into consideration and maybe things could be changed? like reviewing staff behavior towards the youth side.

Dr.Gilliam took great care of my son on the 4th floor! She was absolutely amazing! Along with Sam from respiratory he is (awesome)! They both went above & beyond to make for sure he was improving before sending him home. Also I can't remember the young lady name that took him back quickly but she was amazing also. She has a beautiful voice and was singing my favorite Mariah Carey song lol. She also stopped by to see how he was doing before he was moved to the fourth floor. She checked his breathing and temperature I said I'm going to take him back now! The two ladies ( that were er doctors) and the guy that was his er nurse all amazing. Me and family greatly appreciate the service and care my son received.

I had my baby here on 11/4/25 at 34 weeks which meant she had to spend some time in the special care nursery. I was terrified of what it meant for my baby having her early, but every single person we encountered here during our 14 days was heaven sent. No one wants to have to leave their baby in the NICU, but the L&D nurses, post partum nurses, nursery nurses, neonatologists, nurse practitioners, housekeeping staff, etc were all so wonderful that it made us feel more at ease and confident in our baby girl's stay and recovery. I know I'm missing some names and I'm so sorry for that but I just wanted to say thank you so much for the hardwork and dedication of Becky(nursery nurse), Margaret (nursery nurse), Leigh (nursery nurse), Mallory(nursery nurse), Danielle (nursery nurse), Paula (nursery nurse), Madison (nursery nurse), Jamie (nursery nurse), Crystal (nursery nurse), Tracy (nursery nurse), Lindsey (nursery nurse), Julie (L&D nurse), Jessica (L&D/post partum), Meachie (post partum nurse), Sujata (post partum nurse), Skylar (L&D nurse), Katie (nursery nurse), Nikki (post partum), Christie (housekeeping), Tammy (housekeeping), Kristi (NP), Shelly (NP), Dr. Powers, Dr Knutson, and Haley (NP). Honestly didn’t think I could slow down, but this place showed me how. The yoga and breathwork kinda cracked me open. So grateful for the women’s groups, felt seen. Could’ve used more privacy, but still, major healing happened.

Coming here was lowkey terrifying at first, but wow it flipped my whole mindset. The structure?? So real. I needed that. People actually cared, and the focus on owning your choices hit hard. I do wish there were more folks my age, 'cause being the youngest kinda sucked sometimes. Still, it legit helped me find myself again and made me believe I could survive college without the chaos.

This is an amazing program. If you are ready to get serious about your addiction and dedicate time, get ready to have your life changed. I went from homeless to being able to start a family and career. I give thank to Pensacola Teen Challenge for providing an environment for that to happen.
I cannot describe how excellent level of care is that I receive here. Everyone is incredibly kind and empathetic. I am forever grateful for my therapist, Mary, and Catie, my PA. I would not be able to excel in life, much less function, without the care they have provided me. The receptionists are also always welcoming when I come in. The staff at AltaPointe organizes everything for me so that I don’t have to worry; I can focus on growth and healing. A huge thank you to the AltaPointe staff, and I would 10/10 would recommend receiving care here.

The ACT Team has been a very important part of my life. They have helped increase my independence and therapy has helped me live one day at a time and helped with boundaries. Catie is sweet and thorough. The whole ACT team really does their homework to help me.
I struggled with addiction and alcoholism for more than half of my life and have been to the point of no return it seemed. They really helped me to learn to control my emotions and cope with my triggers. The staff is awesome and very helpful as well as the counselors! This place is like everywhere else in the sense that if you don't want help, you're going to fail! So don't come here if you can't commit to helping yourself. I recommend this place to anyone who is serious about getting help! 5 stars from me!

This is a really good place if you are serious about wanting to recover. There is a lot of freedom In this program seeings you can leave everyday to work so I would say that this is not the best choice of program if you are coming straight off of the drugs you should pry go to a higher level of care first then here. When your on campus it is pretty structured not a lot of free time they definitely don’t just want your money as others have said they Hardily take anything that compare to the services and food and shelter they provide speaking of witch there is an amazing cook there Mike he prepares all the food which is of 5 star quality a lot of variety and always good. Staff really cares for you here they want to see you succeed really it all depends on what attitude you bring to the table that determines how sussceful and good your stay here will be. Thank you to all the staff for everything y’all do.

This is the place for a personal recovery program. No other place can compare in the area.
The Avalon Center staff have been an immense help in navigating my road to better mental health. I was diagnosed with bipolar I disorder last year and these folks have done everything they can to give me the best care possible. I was without insurance for months and they were able to help me apply for patient assistance so that I could get my necessary monthly injection that was prohibitively expensive without insurance. My provider and case manager are both amazing. The staff up front as well. I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with the Avalon Center during this difficult time in my life.

The front desk is super friendly and the nurse is very nice. Dr Olsen is thorough and wants to make sure that he understands what’s going on with you so that he can get you taken care of! Our son had been fighting with an addiction for 4 months when we found out, in an attempt to help him we took him to 2 different centers, the difference was huge, at the behavioral medicine center of baptist we met the most caring people in the world. They understood our situation and because of their experience were able to get us calmed and assured our son improvement in no time. Since this is such a complicate and sensitive matter it was of crucial importance the attitudes the hospital staff showed with us. 10/10.
