I would like to take a moment to recognize several staff members who provided excellent service and support during my loved one’s stay. John, Night Shift Supervisor, was extremely helpful and attentive. He ensured that my loved one had a wheelchair available to enter the building and did so without hesitation. His willingness to assist and make sure we were taken care of was greatly appreciated. Shante, Receptionist, when I called she provided exceptional customer service. She was extremely supportive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our conversation. Her professionalism and kindness made a positive impression. Allison, Receptionist, was also very sincere, professional, and polite. She was very pleasant from the time I walked in the door, not to mention she gave me the correct visitation time and demonstrated a genuine willingness to assist. I would also like to recognize Courtney, Social Worker, for taking the time to personally come and speak with me. She explained the discharge treatment plan and made sure I understood the information. I truly appreciated her communication and willingness to take the time to address my questions. Overall, I am grateful for the staff members who demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to providing good customer service. Area for Improvement: One concern I experienced was with the telephone system. On several occasions, someone would answer the phone and then hang up without speaking. Additionally, when I did call back the automated message stated that all staff were busy and instructed caller to press 1 for reception. This made it somewhat difficult to reach someone when assistance was needed. Improving the telephone response process and ensuring callers are connected appropriately would enhance the overall experience.

they did have group therapy sessions. I'm glad I had the services. I'm not certain the social worker helped me. I did feel like I was in a jail. The nurses and the techs did what they are paid to do

I love changing a review! My stepdaughter has been wonderfully helped by Trustpoint. I was wrong. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit her, there. She was in really good spirits, elated to see her brother, her mom, and me. (Just sayin- I am the fun one.😉) She is being well cared for and their system of visitor management is very tight. As it should be. Caring for the mentally ill has to be one of the most difficult services to perform, wouldn't you think? I sure do. From what I saw yesterday, I am very glad that Trustpoint is willing to take on such a difficult task. The place was as "clean as a whistle." The staff was very knowledgeable about their procedures. They were courteous, helpful while at the same time there was an atmosphere of firmness. A good firmness. A firmness that told me that they were very serious about the safety and well being of my Stepdaughter. That really set my mind at ease. Trustpoint, Well done and thank you so very much!

S2L Is a Christ centered recovery center for women. I had only been to 1 other treatment center (back in the 90's, it was 12 Step, secular recovery) The way I found S2L was by no doubt God doing for me what I couldn't do for myself. These ladies poured their hearts & souls into my spirit, reminding me of: who I am in Christ & who GOD is & how GOD sees me. I was only able to stay for 2 weeks due to health complications that were beyond S2L's capabilities. But what I can say is, after only 2 weeks, I came home to chaos with family & intense physical pain & I never once wanted to use alcohol or anything else to change the way I felt. The staff there are truly committed to the people they serve & unselfishly go out of their way to lift you up with the Word of God. I've been home for a little over a week now, my dad still hates me & I'm looking for somewhere to live with no clue how things will work out. However, I know Who is in control & I'm not worried about these things. I feel confident in Christ, he's always pursued me & has always provided. The only other things I want to add are: 1. like most all treatment centers there are strict rules to abide by, go in with an open mind. These rules are for your good. 2. I came to S2L praying that the Lord would save my life. He did and in the process He saved my soul. I'm so grateful for the opportunity that was provided to me. You guys did me ,what I consider to be, the biggest favor anyone has ever done for me. Praise God!!

This place has been so amazing! This was truly a move of God to get here and stay all 6 weeks and to go home not powerless but aware of Holy Spirit in me .. I became the clearest in my mind after a very long time. With all of the leaders there and my coach Emily, I was truly blessed. God is in this place! I would always recommend S2L with the christian standards they have. And the love that everyone shown me was almost unfamiliar after so much turmoil but so so sweet. And to have a sisterhood now that I needed! I am thankful!

Amazing place to go all the way around, I have gone here for years, even when they still had the Brentwood office, I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Chambers is amazing. Janie is so invested in helping her patients.

I want to say how much I love Applegate and the care I have received during my recovery. Suboxone therapy has changed my life. They are helping me with the tools I need to lead a normal life.

The female doctor that I had there was amazing

My name is Daye Cooper. My experience at Brentwood Springs was amazing for the most part. I only had problems with one particular nurse who refused to give me medication that the doctor had already ordered, causing me to be in withdrawal for three days from a medication that I had no plans on stopping. Apparently, she had her own personal reasons for not wanting to give me my medication. She felt like I shouldn’t be taking it to begin with??? Once a more experienced nurse came in, though she took care of it and fixed the problem. The entire staff is kind and caring. The medication’s are very customized to each individual. When I felt like I was getting sick they extended my taper to make sure that I was not uncomfortable. The meals are catered or homemade. The kitchen pantry is stocked as well as the refrigerator and freezer. There are plenty of drinks and snacks including juice and fruit. I was able to reach out to my family on a regular basis and was given great advice about aftercare. I would recommend them to anyone seeking help in recovery.

I'd give out 10 stars if I could. I checked into to Brentwood Springs Detox without knowing how great it would be. I found them on the internet and pulled the trigger. They drove an hour to pick me up free of charge. Upon checking it they greeted me with an understanding of my situation. This helped put my mind at ease as I was already overwhelmed with stress of checking into a Detox center. They are very attentive of how you're feeling and immediately come up with a game plan for treatment. They are very professional in every aspect with your treatment and are open to you at all times if you are feeling a certain type of way, but at the same time every staff member is super laxed. The nurses are amazing and are available to you 24 hours a day. You can tell that they truly want to help you. I don't feel out of place here. The food is great, the people are great, and the way they have this place set up makes it feel like you are at home. They have tv's with all kinds of apps and cable. The whole place is clean and well kept. The rooms are clean. The meetings they set up are absolutely amazing and have helped me tremendously. They have a beautiful backyard with great views which is crucial to your feeling of well being (at least for me) Cameron is great as well. In the 3 days that I've been here he's given me tons of knowledge and advice and has made sure to check up on me and how I'm feeling. Again, the whole staff truly wants to help you. You can talk to them at all times about anything and they will all completely understand. I would recommend this place to anybody I know that needs help, and hopefully this review will help all of you who are searching the best place to help you and everything you are going through.

Came off Benzos and opiates in a 4 1/2 day stay. Been sober for 66 days. My longest. Dr Carl is a great man. Intelligent and caring, you can succeed if you want it. They treat you so well.

I believe that I have had 5 hospitalizations if not more admissions at Rolling Hills Hospital. Rolling Hills Hospital went from my worst hospital experience from a visit back in 2017 to my most favorite Psychiatric Hospital if you are allowed to have a favorite psychiatric hospital. I learned more from my most recent 3 week stay at Rolling Hills Hospital than I did in my previous other 12 various other hospitalizations. I highly recommend Rolling Hills Hospital if you need a psychiatric Hospital for yourself or someone else that you know. I gained new valuable art coping skills that I have already incorporated into my life from my short exit from the hospital. Liz is an incredible art therapist. I also learned a new way of reframing my intrusive suicidal ideations and other intrusive thoughts from the incredible art therapist whose name was Liz. One of the only downsides is that they had a hard time with my diet restriction associated with me still reacting to mammalian meats (Alpha Gal Syndrome). My serum blood levels are normal again but I still reacting to mammalian meats, sometimes dairy items, and sometimes fumes from mammalian foods. I was able to regain my ability to concentrate and regain the semi ability to function while I was in the hospital and it has so far carried out of the hospital with my life so far. I have added some of my newly found coping skills to my newly created second coping skills binder, which is a work in progress. Dr. Hart, Dr. Zabriskie, more formerly known as as Dr. Z), and Dr. Streicher are all great psychiatrists at Rolling Hills Hospital. I have had the true blessing of having all of them as my main psychiatrist at various stays at Rolling Hills Hospital. Dr. Streicher was my main psychiatrist during my latest stay at Rolling Hills Hospital. I absolutely loved my Behavioral Health Associate (BHAs) at Rolling Hills Hospital. Kaitlyn(not sure if spelled correctly or not), Jazz, and Kasia were exceptional BHAs. I just wish that the BHAs were/are able to help out patients who need help with ADLs instead of having to have a nurse do them or go without the help. I almost would have needed to have my hair cut short when I left Rolling Hills Hospital if I did not receive help from two names who will not be named so that they do not get into trouble because I am not able to properly brush my own hair or properly do other ADLs on my own due to physical limitations. Most of the groups were beneficial but some of the groups were really boring and it was hard to pay attention in those groups. Then I wish that some topics were covered in greater detail and more real life situations were incorporated into some of the groups. I wish that there were more board games and other activities to do during the downtime. Yoga was very fun. All and all I highly recommend Rolling Hills Hospital. I know that I can return if my grief causes me to become suicidal and my coping skills fail me as I navigate a lot of upcoming 1st events without my dear mother who I lost to a brutal rare metastatic cancer called GIST in May of this year.

Best mental hospital I’ve ever been to. They were very LGBT friendly as well. I felt safe and accepted. The staff was awesome. I’m bipolar and they listened to me about what meds work best and I really felt heard. I felt the best I’ve ever felt mentally leaving that hospital.
