Medmark has been life Saving, life changing, the staff there actually CARE about you, they want you to succeed, they are always one call away. I know that might all sound crazy, like why would they care there just for the $$, but that’s FAR from the truth. If you ever have been coming in the last two years, they have made huge improvements in every part of Medmark since I’ve been here. I've been in treatment 14 years. God and Medmark gave me my life back. If you truly want to feel normal again and get your life back on track then I suggest starting treatment ASAP. I have the best councillor anybody could ever have. Sherry Barnes knows me inside and out! The reason I don't go to a clinic closer to me is because of Sherry. You've got to have a councillor that you trust or your treatment could become jeopardized. So if you are ready to get your life back then I suggest Medmark and Sherry Barnes!

The worst outpatient program ever. I was refused to be transferred to the inpatient unit after they ruined my med regimen, spent 20 hours in the ER against my will, and was taken to another facility which was far better.

I'm not sure who you spoke to however Highland Rivers Health does accept private pay. They have a sliding scale fee system. They no longer accept commercial insurance. Monday and Wednesday are Open Access days starting at 8 am.. Intakes are done on a first come first serve basis except for individuals who are hospital release or crisis appointments. You need a GA ID, SSA card, of and proof of income. They'll give you time to get proof of income and SSA card.
That staff works really hard to provide the best care possible to all the individuals they serve.

I had a terrible experience there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I was discharged from the PHP and the staff refused to admit me to the inpatient unit. I was taken to another hospital far away. The ER treats patients like animals. I was denied my prescribed meds and the staff lied to me and had a terrible attitude. Do not go there or you will regret it!

My spouse was sent to this awful psychiatric hospital in November and I would just like everyone to know the workers being the nurses, sitters, therapists, psychiatrists, basically all the staff shouldn’t even have a job anymore the way they treat mental health patients. I have a huge issue with any mental hospital being co-ed, my wife was sexually harassed while she was in the shower a male patient came to her and was harassing her saying that’s my damn wife and the sitter she had that was standing there watching all this happen didn’t do anything about it that’s very hideous. Also one of the sitters she was a black young female and she was high and stayed on her cellphone now that’s very disturbing. Then me and my wife are same sex marriage and the staff was calling my wife “the rainbow patient” that’s so disrespectful and that has been reported. You should never have to be judged by your color, your sex, your sexual preferences, or anything for that matter when you are going through a mental health crisis you should be able to get the help you need while your there that’s the whole reason mental health patients are placed inpatient. This place is very nasty they don’t clean like they should, when one of the nurses gave my wife her medications she dropped them on the floor and told her to still take them now that’s very unsanitary and they was giving her more medication than she was supposed to be getting. You don’t know what they giving you they could be giving you anything and saying it’s something else. This place needs to be condemned. These reviews are left for a reason not for play play or to waste my time doing it, I’m doing it for vital reasons. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to send there loved ones here.

I showed up 3 days into withdrawal and was hurting so bad. They helped me get my intake done quickly and got me medicated and feeling better. My counselor is great. JB has pushed me to complete goals and has just been a really great mentor. Overall RCC has changed/ and saved my life.

Being at Alana was a great experience for me. I had a chance to learn a lot of things about recovery and the mental aspect of what drugs and alcohol does to the body as a hole. It was ok.. I didn’t like the girls that much and it was pretty horrible in the averill cottage. The things that I liked is that I made friends but I didn’t like the loud noises and how my anxiety got higher and higher in hillside. The staff always took my privileges away for unnecessary things and when I did my bed that had the TINIEST mistake they took my privileges for it. There was Staff that helped me a lot in Averill and understood me, but I wouldn’t go back to that place ever again.
(Some kids Called me Slow and I hated that.)

My stay here was great. Don't get me wrong I had days I wanted to go home. But the staff was so nice and the girls were so nice that they talked me out of it. The groups were very awesome and really make me think about everything.
My therapist, Candace, was wonderful. She really helped me understand a lot and helped me open up. They have really helped me with my mental health! Thank you everyone 💓!
The tech's are awesome! Specially Rose. She could look at me and tell if I was having a bad day. And Tracy was awesome. They both would always have me laughing in the end. I miss them so much. And everyone was great at the clinical. Specifically Desiree. She is so sweet. Hoping to come back for iop program when my new insurance kicks in.

This is an amazing place!! These people saved my life. I’ve been to a few places before and never have I received treatment like I did at Sanctuary!! My counselor’s name was Sofia. She worked with me several times a week for a little over a month. She’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She helped me work past my mother’s death and help me get to the route of my addiction issues. The staff here genuinely cares about you. They will go above and beyond. Sofia fought so hard for me in every situation, she never gave up on me. I’ve never had someone in my corner so much that wanted me to succeed in every way. Tracy my favorite tech still checks on me to this day. The facility is brand new, clean, and very nice. If you truly want to get better, this is the place to go. I’ve been home for months and I’m still doing great thanks to Sanctuary.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. Probably the best aspect of Silver Ridge was the helpful staff. Everyone to include the therapists, management, group counselors and chefs were outstanding. I would definitely recommend Silver Ridge to anyone that is struggling with addiction and wants to start a better way of life in recovery.

I showed up 3 days into withdrawal and was hurting so bad. They helped me get my intake done quickly and got me medicated and feeling better. My counselor is great. JB has pushed me to complete goals and has just been a really great mentor. Overall RCC has changed/ and saved my life.

I was scrolling the web and I always check the reviews of places I have physically been seen at. I'm a single father now and i havent been able to post as much as i'd like. When I saw some of the comments they really well....pissed me off. Dr Craddock is one of the most caring DR/Pshyciatrist i have encountered in my recovery. I started in 2008 in Seneca,SC and quickly moved to Recovery Concepts with Dr Craddock. Just to put it all plainly. There was never a time anything was offered to me that i didnt have to take the assesment for or bring up first. He never said try these THATS BULL. They don't just hand out any medications if they are deemed nessicary and you bring them up the administer an assesment on you and you may or may not have ADHD or anxiety. I in fact do have and will always have SUD, anxiety and adult ADHD. I will say it again for those in the back. He is a great DR/Pshciatrisrt but they dont make you take the medication and they certainlly dont bring it up. Hope this clears the BS away from him.

To the people talking bad about cadus, I assure you your being lied to by your loved ones, if your there wanting to find sobriety and achieve a life of recovery, these people will bend over backwards to help you get there, I just completed the residential 28 day program, yes there was rules, yes it's a very structured schedule, something most drug addicts and alcoholics are not used to, (including myself) Cadus helped save my life, I'm living a clean and sober life of recovery now, something I've dreamed of for over 20 years!!

Reviewing from a perspective of both personal experience as well as that of a loved one. MARR is an excellent choice for treatment, the staff all competent and qualified. There are doctors and nurses on staff/on site. Everyone works around the clock for the benefit of their residences - there is absolutely no other program that provides as complete of care as MARR does. They offer intensive care through every stage of recovery for each client. There are few other programs that provide extensive, long term, physical and emotional level care, individual and group therapy, teaches applicable life skills as well as drug and alcohol education and support. I have seen MARR do wonders for many people, from all backgrounds and situations, and leading to clients actively living productive, happy, substance free lives and contributing to the world and people around them. All of this and at a ridiculously affordable rate comparably.

This is the best detox I've ever been to I'm currently out in Los Angeles California I came there for detox there is some great stuff there and one of them is Felicia lemley she is very respectful to take time to sit and talk with you even though she has a thousand things to do she makes time and so does some of the other stuff I recommend anyone to go here it definitely saved my life
