My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

Being at Crossroads has been a blessing in disguise extremely grateful for the peers, staff and the pretty souls God has allowed me to cross paths with. Crossroads gave me a second life and ever since ive felt reborn. It is now set in stone in my life and IAM forever appreciative for helping me recognize the purpose i have in this life and shining its light on me encouraging me to shine my light on those who navigate in the dark who are in need of a guiding light, thas what crossroads has been to me

Went in for 45 but stayed the 90. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and got the much needed help I wanted. Rehab is not for everyone but if I would recommend any 1 I would say flowers is the best shot you have.

All of the staff are super nice and helpful! It’s very clear how much they really care about you and are rooting for your success.

Wolf creek is a SCAM ! After forty years of active alcoholism and 4 months recovery at Wolf Creek I have been gratefully sober over a year. Be careful you might just get healed.

I admitted myself into Fountain Hills a couple of months ago for drug addiction. I have a substantial physical disability as well and my family looked for a rehab facility for weeks and nobody would take me because of the special needs I require including modifications to the bathroom and shower among other things. I also need some physical help getting around that requires extra resources of staff. After being turned away by so many other rehab facilities we tried Fountain Hills. They not only accepted me but love owners made sure that every single accommodation I required was met before I got there, including making modifications to the bathroom, putting a ramp in where it was needed, and making sure that there was enough staff there to help me with other needs. I spent 30 days in recovery. All of the staff starting with Sandy, Paige, Aaron, Erika, Dale, Heather, were outstanding, caring, and supportive. I owe them all a debt of gratitude and for all of the other staff that I may have missed. I have been out of recovery and I have continued with IOP with Margret one of the counselors who has been which has been SO HELPFUL. I’m feeling better than I have felt in years and I am so thankful to the people I mentioned above. I truly appreciate you all! I am extremely grateful to the owners of Fountain Hills Recovery. I have never met them but I would like to talk to them sometime to thank them personally! While all of the other rehab centers turned me away because they didn’t want to put any resources to help accommodate my needs as I mentioned above, the owners at their own expense did everything possible to accommodate so I could get there and get to the point I am at now. Thank you for your help and I appreciate you very much.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Fountain Hills Recovery! From day one, the staff made me feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The therapists, group facilitators, case managers, and housing staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me develop coping skills that I use every day. My start there was a little rocky, but the staff helped me walk through my “dramatics”, for lack of a better word, and showed me so much patience and compassion. They gave me the room to come to my own conclusions, but gave exceptional guidance along the way. The structure of the PHP was exactly what I needed—intensive therapy during the day while still allowing me to go to the provided housing in the evenings to practice what I was learning. The group sessions were insightful, and I found a strong sense of community among the other patients. Thanks to this program, I’ve gained a new perspective on my mental health and recovery. I feel more confident in managing my emotions and staying on the right path. If you’re considering PHP, I highly recommend Fountain Hills Recovery—it was truly life-changing! I will be forever grateful for my time there and owe the beginning of my recovery to them. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything!

My daughter came to Fountain Hills recovery center to seek treatment for her depression, OCD /ADHD , which caused her to become a non -functioning young adult. Sleeping most of the day and dropping her college classes one after another , which caused us a lot of distress and sadness about seeing our daughter mental ability deteriorating in front of our eyes and we couldn’t do anything. Finally and for the first time ever she asked us for help. We inquired about where to send her to, and we heard about Fountain Hills recovery center from a friend of ours. I called Sandy who was very helpful, gracious and she explained to us the admittance process and the type of treatments they offer . From my conversation with Sandy I trusted that this program could be a good fit for our daughter. We brought our daughter to the house on Dale Ave 5 weeks ago, and she stayed there for one month and now she moved to the all girls house. From our experience so far I can tell you that we couldn’t have chosen any better place for my daughter to stay at than Fountain Hills. She is turning her life around a great deal. I haven’t seen her this joyful for a long time, the way how she talks has even changed and in a positive way. She tells me that they have the best staff and she loves everyone over there. Dr Robbie, Dr. Abraham, Page (who communicated with me many times to give us updates about our daughter), her therapist Jenny (we communicated with Jenny several timescand she was very helpful and encouraging ) and now Krista in the 2nd home are all doing amazing job. My daughter underwent TMS treatment, 1:1 therapy session, group sessions and many other interventions techniques and is on the right medications that are helping her tremendously. She still has 3 more weeks to go and she has improved in a way we couldn’t dream of. We are finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel, and have some hope that our daughter’s life started to take a turn to the better. I can tell you that this center is the best you can get in Arizona, they are genuinely trying to make a difference in the lives of people who seek treatment for mental disorders, addictions or for both, and they are truly making a difference. We thank God for all the wonderful staff! Also not allowing the use of personal phones for 2 weeks initially is great, since my daughter got to isolate herself from the outside world which is full of distractions and got to focus on herself. One last thing to add is that the therapists and psychiatrist won’t brainwash your child, something that is very important to us as parents . I give Fountain Hills Recovery 10/10, and I recommend it for any parent who are reaching a dead end with their children or with a family member, believe me there is hope and is within your reach don’t wait too long!

Their L&D and after birth dept’s are exceptional. Most, all but one, of the nurses were outstanding!

This place is such a great place. The two women at the front desk are very patient with everything that goes on throughout the day. Tina is very supportive and is always willing to help myself and other clients. My counselor Erin is also cool, he’s very understanding and helpful. No discrimination is ever felt.

I love this place , they've got a super clean lobby and the staff is absolutely awesome, they're friendly kind , they listen and they actually listen and genuinely care about your well being, i cant begin to explain how much they've helped me, i can honestly say i am clean & sober because of them, cindy is a kick ass counselor and kenna is down right wonderful, ALL the staff there are a true blessing from Tina & Mary up front to Eron, Terrell, Debra, Jayme and those whose names i don't know THANK YOU.

The day I came to this clinic for me intake appointment just happened to be on a day where there was a company wide meeting or something going on in addition to a few other out of the norm things and it seemed at first they were going to ask me to come back another day. However, Tina, the main person working the front desk, moved a lot of stuff around and coordinated with a few other people and their schedules so that I could be seen that same day. In all honesty, I would have probably felt like they didn't care and I never would have come back if they had asked me to return another time. But, from that day forward I could tell that she really cared if I was there or not, and that really made a big difference. I had been to a similar facility a few years ago and the staff at that place (except for two of the counselors I met with) didn't seem like they cared either way, so I know the difference. My counselor, Eron, has also been instrumental in my continued attendance and interest in succeeding in the program. He is always available when I need him, and always does everything in his power too help me with what I need. He also seeks me out to check in on me. The office manager (title?) is very much so in tune with what is going on in the clinic, without cutting down the effectiveness of her staff with unnecessary micromanaging. However, when they, or one of the cllents needs something she is available, quick to act, reasonable, and helpful. The nurses are also great, and never make me feel judged for increasing. They are also quick and efficient. I am usually done at the window in 2-3 mins, but never feel rushed. Something about the system must be working because today is the first day I haven't used you know what in a very long, long, long time. Yet here I am with the energy and interest needed to write thus review. Anyone every trying to go without, knows just how big of a deal even some seemingly so small is. I am interested to see what the future will bring. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the facility is a bit antiquated to the point it just seems to be at that stage where it doesn't seem clean even when it is, and because of the strange scheduling approach to seeing a provider who seems only to see people via webcam but you have to be in the office to do it, as well as some minor administrative issues that are enough to be annoying, but not on an unmanageable level. But the sum of all the parts did result in losing that last star.

I spent 8wks at The Meadows. It was life changing for me. The Survivors week helped me with my childhood traumas and learn how to heal my inner child. I met with my trauma therapist several times after this. Also met with evening and weekend therapists. Family week was intense but worth it. My husband joined me that week. They have a brain center where I got to use a CES device to help my anxiety and panic attacks. Also the Chi Machine. I was able to do the safe and sound protocol daily therapy (SSP) for a week. This is suppose to help get you out of the fight or flight mode. I went to acupuncture therapy and found it helpful for my fibromyalgia pain. There were daily evening mediation therapy and 12 step meetings. I got to learn about codependency and CoDA meetings. I also attended ACA meetings. I learned effective coping skills while there. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs help with mental health issues, addictions, grief and loss, traumas, and just need a reset in life.

They changed my life. Now I have a career helping people who struggle with mental health and addiction as I did.

A great in person rehabilitation center for military members! I finally kicked my main additions for good and have been recovering for almost a year now.

They’re good people it’s a pretty good program. They let you have your phones which honestly sucks cause people just hide in there rooms on there phones when they’re not in group instead of forming community which is where slot of healing happens. What an incredible place!!! I was living with trauma for 50 years which got to the point of my anxiety and depression taking over my life. It was the most difficult decision of my life but the most important. I left in in July 2024 after 35 days and my life is so different now, all for the better. The staff is so caring and loving from the Therapists to the BHT's (Behavioral Health Technicians), the Nursing staff, etc. On my first full day it seemed like everyone on the staff knew my name and welcomed me with open arms. Individual Therapy, Process Groups, Group Therapy and a plethora of other sessions keep you busy but there is still free time to relax and socialize or do whatever you want. And the Saturday trips for coffee at Le Buzz and Sunday field trips allow you to clear your mind and be in the public so you're prepared for the next step. Sabino works on so many different levels, not just the mind but also the body and heart with integrative therapies such as massage, yoga, qi gong, brain mapping, equine therapy to name a few. And you will never go hungry because (although I will never really admit it to the staff) the food was incredible. Sunday brunch was terrific. Sabino is on a big property but there are less than 35 Residents at a time. But there is also basketball, pickle ball, tennis and a huge swimming pool. The wildlife is so beautiful from jack rabbits, coyotes, javelinas, etc. and the sunrises and sunsets are so beautiful and calming. The Residents (or as I called everyone...my family) are just wonderful. There was not one person who didn't care about another and I was able to have so many open conversations with everyone. They were so accepting and non-judgmental. I learned so much from everyone and I miss all of them. And when it was time for me to leave, my continuing care was all planned and laid out for me so I knew I was going to succeed. Plus, there are Alumni Zooms every Tuesday (just Alumni) and Thursday (with Alumni director/Therapist) so there are times that I feel like I have never left. For the first time in my life I can honestly say that I like myself, but more important, that I am my best friend. And I could never have done this without Sabino. If you every have a doubt about Sabino, get it out of your head. It will be the best decision you will ever make!!! WE GOT YOU!!!

This place is amazing it truly saved my life and the staff make you feel like family they go above and beyond and the place is full of so much love strength hope and support shout out to Luis Oscar Joe Nikole and the housing staff for helping me become the best version of myself. I did detox, residential, and 3 months of outpatient while living there and now I’m back home but I still go to classes there every week. I finally have a real shot at life and I couldn’t have done it without this place. I’ve made so many friends along the way too

The staff at this place is so loving and awesome and caring that it’s just amazing if you need to go in go into this place because they are incredible. They’ll treat you like a human being and get you back on your feet. I have nothing but a massive amount of love for all of the people that work for this company.

First and foremost the Arc saved my life. I went into inpatient broken and defeated. I didn’t know what to expect since this was my first treatment center. The BHT,s were kind and caring, they made me feel comfortable and safe. The classes where amazing, the rss,s are very knowledgeable on addiction and metal health and they teach the courses with compassion. I learned about my triggers and trauma, they taught me that recovery is very possible. After 30 days I went over to the IOP program, the housing was amazing, well kept clean, the courses were very educational the instructors where amazing! Thank you Neil, Nikole, Suzanne, Randy, Alexa, Joe and Celina they made me feel comfortable and I felt like a part of the group! A special shout out to Kate and David. They will go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated and comfortable. Anything needed they took care off. They were always there to help and make my stay as comfortable as possible. I thought I was beyond help, then after 75 days there I now have purpose and direction, a foundation with structure and a positive outlook on life today thanks to this place. So I would definitely recommend this place . I am now in the process of goin to school for my RSS certification so I can give back what was so freely given to me.

I attended this facility with Meridith Cohen as my therapist and she was able to facilitate one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. I give her full 5 🌟 recommendations.

I had such a wonderful experience at Cottonwood. My primary therapist Meredith was so incredibly helpful and supportive in my journey, as were all the other therapists and staff members. I felt genuinely cared for and as though my success was the primary concern of all involved in the process. I made lasting friendships with many of the residents and have very much appreciated the ongoing support from the alumni program.

I am speaking about my child's detox experience of 4 years ago. I had tragically resigned myself to finding her dead from alcohol poisoning until she agreed to go here for detox. You people saved her life. She is 4 years sober now and working toward a degree. I cannot thank you enough for your care and for helping this valuable, intelligent, beautiful girl get out from under her addiction. You have my eternal gratitude.

Strict place; but they're treated well 3 meal a a day and their own room. My brother is getting help here. I liked the cleanliness and monitoring they do as well as activities

The adolescent part of this facility (Hopi) is designed to keep your child from hurting themselves or others. This facility shines in that regard. Bree, the head nurse is amazing: professional and kind. There is no therapist on duty if that’s what you’re hoping for. Once your kid is safe—then you take them out and start the work of getting the therapy they need.
