Recently my sister attended a 16 day Onsite Workshop for trauma. She recently lost her adult son, my nephew to suicide. It is difficult to put into words the profound positive effect Onsite has had on my sister. Pryor to going to onsite she was going to therapy and was active in a parent suicide support group. She continued to struggle daily. When I saw my sister after she attended the workshop, "it was as though I was seeing my 12 year old sister for the first time in 40 years". The care and concern the team showed for me and my sister made a marked impact on our experience. I am truly grateful to Miles and the Onsite team

Did an individual intensive here that was at the same time as a Living Centered workshop, so I did some activities with that group as well as being able to focus on some deep healing work. I had an incredible time, it was much more powerful than I expected. I did see the benefit of doing one of the group workshops, and hope to attend one in the future! The people at Onsite are truly remarkable, I will be forever grateful to the experiences they provide. I truly believe the work they’re doing has the power to change the world.

Samaritan Recovery Community is a nonprofit agency that provides treatment addiction recovery services for adults in Nashville, Tennessee. Their services are comprehensive, community driven, and affordable to support men and women with limited financial means. I graduated from the old facility many years ago and everything Mrs.Christy and other staff taught me, goes with me daily and gives me the tools to stay sober 1 more day. I was homeless, hopeless, broken and not a penny to my name. Samaritan sponsored me without question and gave me the tools to have a fighting chance. I had some relapses along the way, but everything the leaders at Samaritan taught me,the 12 steps, to not give up, to get up and try agin still resonates in me today. I have 3 1/2 years sober now. If you want to change, really want change and are willing to do anything to make that happen, Samaritan is a great place to begin your new journey. The food is amazing as well. Mrs. Angelia and cooking staff are top notch. The spread daily is over the top and delicious. The opposite of what I ate on the streets, if I ate at all. Good people, good places, helped save my life.

One of the best experiences I had was at Samaritan. Mr. Tim was director then and the staff was like family and the counselor were understanding and very helpful to your needs. The new building looks like things have improved I just hope they don't take away the lil park and the gazebo. I touched and prayed and sang with and for alot of people in that Peace Park.

I completed the 28 day program offered by Samaritan Recovery Jan 16, 2025. It is my 3rd treatment experience since 2002. I cannot say enough to express my gratitude for Samaritan but I am going try. First, they accepted me and others without insurance and at no cost to me. That’s a minor miracle in today’s world. I am 55 and Clients ages during my stay ranged in age 19-60. A good mix which created a unique environment. We had 12 step meetings each night on site and coffee each morning. All required to finish steps 1.2.3 before completing program. The staff was excellent!! Low tolerance for unhealthy behaviors and held us accountable without being unnecessarily authoritative. Then intake process was easy and admin staff was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The Samaritan facility/building is new, clean and first class. I does not resemble any nonprofit inpatient treatment center nor operate like any I’ve ever seen. I received Individual counseling, valuable and interesting small group sessions facilitated daily by a designated counselor who cared. In speaking with other clients over 28 days I do not hear any complaint about their counselors either. They all also facilitate large group sessions in afternoon and I can say they were excellent and also showed that they cared about us and our growth and recovery . The food service/chef/cafeteria fed 35-43 clients 3 meals each day. All meals were very good, well balanced and of wide variety which was also a very pleasant surprise. The groups that were facilitated in afternoons were well designed, specific to and for people in early recovery and tooics Related to addiction and co occurring disorders. All facilitators were licensed professionals and 95% of staff is in recovery with long term success, decades of experience. Samaritan also has daily , morning meditation for all clients who wish to engage. It’s proven to help those with addictions and co occurring disorders so I was very happy they facilitate daily meditation. A few minutes each day changed each day for the positive for me . The recovery, behavioral Technical support staff that managed clients needs was 24/7. All of them were actively in recovery themselves so they understood us. I believe all tech, support staff had close to or more than 10 years sobriety. They were patient, attentive and knowledgeable. Very Respectful and cared about the clients needs. That says a lot given fact that 40 people, all of whom were in Early recovery. Me included, Clients can be very hard to manage, and that’s an understatement. Support staff was truly the glue that held us together. Samaritan also has full Time clinical staff on site and Although I didn’t have a lot of clinical needs I will say that clinical director director, medical physician and all nursing staff were very attentive on a daily basis for clients who required medications, check ups or medical requests. Again excellent staff. Very qualified and steady. Personally and without hesitation I can say that I had a great experience ant Samaritan. I came in shattered and broken and I left 28 days later hopeful, renewed and optimistic. I highly recommend this facility and their 28 day program. Lastly, I was also surprised that they have transitional sober living on site and after care programs. And Two things I really took advantage of in my free time was the music / sun room and small library. Amazing and so surprising given that Samaritan is a non profit. My experience and thier program is also clear and strong reflection of great donors and highly qualified executive staff. If your curious how it happened - My story went like this…. I called, did assessment over the phone and 24 hours later I was picked up at a hotel near brick church and trinity lane .I was desperate and ready for a new life after havjng relapsed about 3 months earlier. Samaritan gave me every opportunity and more to build a strong foundation for long term sobriety. Truly grateful and cannot say enough about The programs and support I received at Samaritan Recovery. .

Brentwood Springs Detox is a leading drug and alcohol detox center in the south eastern part of Nashville, Tennessee.. The goal is to help you wean off addiction related toxins from your body and get it ready for the main therapy. Their medically supervised detox program helps you safely and effectively manage the physical symptoms of withdrawal.
I'd give out 10 stars if I could. I checked into to Brentwood Springs Detox without knowing how great it would be. I found them on the internet and pulled the trigger. They drove an hour to pick me up free of charge. Upon checking it they greeted me with an understanding of my situation. This helped put my mind at ease as I was already overwhelmed with stress of checking into a Detox center. They are very attentive of how you're feeling and immediately come up with a game plan for treatment. They are very professional in every aspect with your treatment and are open to you at all times if you are feeling a certain type of way, but at the same time every staff member is super laxed. The nurses are amazing and are available to you 24 hours a day. You can tell that they truly want to help you. I don't feel out of place here. The food is great, the people are great, and the way they have this place set up makes it feel like you are at home. They have tv's with all kinds of apps and cable. The whole place is clean and well kept. The rooms are clean. The meetings they set up are absolutely amazing and have helped me tremendously. They have a beautiful backyard with great views which is crucial to your feeling of well being (at least for me) Cameron is great as well. In the 3 days that I've been here he's given me tons of knowledge and advice and has made sure to check up on me and how I'm feeling. Again, the whole staff truly wants to help you. You can talk to them at all times about anything and they will all completely understand. I would recommend this place to anybody I know that needs help, and hopefully this review will help all of you who are searching the best place to help you and everything you are going through.

I took a loved one here for detox, and an extended stay. The staff (while following all legal procedures) treated my family member with respect and empathy. The staff treat them like people, NOT like patients. They’re accommodating and helpful. I had a short stay at Rolling Hills Hospital and during my brief admission I experienced quite a bit actually. It was my first introduction to anything psych related and it was a rather larger step for me to take. Ms. Allie, a therapist who works there, was without a shadow of a doubt one of the most helpful people I’ve had the pleasure to be around. A blind person could tell how much she cares about her job and her work. Every single day she brought a positive attitude and tried to make a difference in all our lives and she definitely impacted mine. We need more people like Allie in fields like this and in the world as a whole. She was able to talk me off the proverbial ledge and really got me to start thinking instead of reacting. I learned a lot from Ms. Allie in the short time I got to be around her and I found myself wishing I could lean on her wisdom even after discharge. A few more people who really helped me get through that time would be Jodi, Melisa, and Sonya. All the staff were very professional and accommodating, but these few will hold a special place in my heart and helped shape me as a person. I’m very grateful to have met each of you and I just wanted to say thank you one more time because I’m not even sure you know the impact you’ve had on me and others that have gone through similar situations. Sorry about the code orange <3

Thank you to everyone at Southeast Addiction for being so kind and supportive. I’m truly glad I chose your team for my care. After completing IOP, I had planned to move on to the next stage of my life on my own, but I decided to continue with OP—primarily to keep working with my incredible therapist, Merrill Atlas. I can honestly say that my mental health wouldn’t be where it is today without Merrill’s expertise, guidance, and unwavering support. I highly recommend working with her if you have the chance! Thank you again to everyone who supported me on my sobriety journey!

I just completed an 11 week treatment program at Southeast and it has changed my life significantly for the better. I was recommended to the facility by another detox center in the Nashville area, and I couldn't have been happier. I had 2 case managers, Jake and Bella. Jake had my insurance and short term disability verified within 2 days and even took extra time to get to know my personal story and let me know he would be there for me if any of my needs changed. When Bella became my case manager she met with me and ensured that I continued to get all my individual needs met without making me feel like a burden to her. My therapist was Chakita. I have had over 20 therapists over the last 25 years and Chakita is the only one that actually made progress with me. She not only helped me to find my spirituality again but she provided educated and sincere guidance in all areas of my life including how to navigate my recovery journey with my 3 young children and my husband and mother. She truly helped me to overcome an identity crisis and begin to feel joy and a desire for living again. By the end of our sessions I went from a level 10 depression and anxiety to a ZERO!! She offers amazing tools and always has the right answers. The leadership and group staff are also amazing including Brandon, Pearl, Francine, Dan, Bubba, Ms Diane, and Marissa. I learned something in every group and actually looked forward to the days I had group to see what I would learn, and I even had fun!! Everyone takes time to know you and always welcomes you with a smile when you show up everyday. It's nice to know when you're showing up they are showing up for you too! I went to Southeast with alcohol and 7OH dependency taking over my life and now I am 90 days clean and sober and have an amazing foundation for the rest of my life. Southeast has helped give my kids their mommy back and my husband his wife back. I am sincerely and forever grateful for these 11 weeks well spent.

I went thru this program and I’m just gonna say it is absolutely amazing. To have people that care if you succeed is a whole lot different than having people who run a house…. It’s what you put into a house that makes it a home…. And Transitions has got it!!

If you’re looking for a Christian-based men’s drug rehab center, S2L Recovery in Woodbury, Tennessee, might be the place for you or your loved one. Located at the top of Short Mountain, and overlooking the green hills of Middle Tennessee, this residential and detox clinic boasts a one-to-one staff/patient ratio so there’ll always be someone t
Coming from Canada, I was hesitant. But God knew that S2L was exactly where I needed to be. At 64 years of age, I was able to discover my true identity, purpose, and mission in Christ. They help you in trying to get clean and sober for sure. But what S2L and the staff are all about is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. That’s why it is so successful.

Serving the community of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, Spero Health provides outpatient addiction treatment and recovery services. They specialize in treating opioid, methamphetamine and alcohol addictions. They use an individualized approach to treatment with medication assisted treatment (MAT) and counseling. Their mission is to instill hope, save live
Spero Health has been a vital part of my recovery journey ! I sit back and observe others say they do not believe in MAT (medication assisted therapy) that it's just another substance to get off of and that's really far from the truth ! If I had never found Spero and the medication that I am on I would have done come across a pressed pill since my DOC was opiates I know by now or within the last t years I would have purchased a perk on the street and the odds of me overdosing on fytenol was great and finding Subutex saved my life it saves mother's, father's, someone's son someone's daughter someone that's loved in this world ! Being properly evaluated and treated them stabilized during trauma therapy and when u are ready the tapering off the medication helps get off of the medication and not suffer any withdrawals from the medication ! If u work the program or if you are in ur recovery and doing your recovery the correct way u will have a longer happier thriving and productive life ! Ty to all the former employees and current employees for getting up everyday and loving with you too and doing it with your heart instead of it for just a paycheck!

I wasn’t really sure what to expect with this clinic beings as I was coming from a clinic in Bowling Green, KY that I did not have a very good experience with as far as the staff/competence goes. However, I absolutely love how the staff at this clinic treats me and wants me to succeed. They make sure I have my meds and are very flexible with your schedule/lifestyle. Been going here for about 2 months now and really enjoy it so far. Highly recommend!
