The Ranch single-handedly saved my life. If it weren’t for The Ranch I would not be alive today. There was not one single moment where I felt unsafe, scared, alone, or felt like just giving up. I gained confidence, a sense of self, higher self-esteem, and so much more. I didn’t just “go to rehab” I went to treatment and gained a family. A safe, sober family. My #1 favorite part of the program was the weekly experiential groups with Clare, Dan, & Tracey. Huge shout out to the following techs: Pita, Kristin, and Jordan for going above and beyond every time. Another huge shoutout to my therapist Candice who never failed to encourage me and be there for me at any moment. Also, although she wasn’t my therapist, Alexandra is absolutely fantastic and extremely intelligent. Her groups were my favorite. This place is clean, well organized, and truly a blessing. 10000/10

When I got to Freeman Recovery Center in 2022 I was addicted, hopeless and at rock bottom. I had never been to treatment before so I had no idea what to expect, I was just trying to get clean. my Counselor Paul Cruz and Shelby Miller showed me love, compassion and what recovery looked like. They had faith in me when i didn't have faith in myself. Over the course of 13 months in treatment I learned how to live life on life's terms without using, I learned how to be a productive member of society and they gave me the tools to recover. I now work in the recovery field that's Christ centered, i owe alot of my success to Freeman.
If you are struggling with addiction and need help I would strongly suggest reaching out to Freeman. The team at the center have the clients best interest at heart and will go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and can heal.
10/10 RECOMMEND!

Freeman Recovery Center truly saved my life. Honestly, I don’t even want to think about where I would be without them.I went through both the PHP and IOP programs from Sept 2025-Nov 2025 and I’m so grateful that I did. The counselors and staff there aren’t just doing a job for a paycheck—they genuinely care. You can feel it in the way they talk to you, the way they listen, and the way they push you to become better. They want you to succeed, to stay sober, and to live the life you deserve—the life that’s actually possible once you choose recovery. Every single person there, no matter their role, showed up with kindness and care and made a difference in my life especially house tecs Ashley and Victoria, in php Ryan, Christopher, Savannah, and Brandy were also a huge part of my journey and helped me more than they probably even realize. In IOP, Spring, Billy, Maddie, and Ryan continued that support and helped me keep building on everything I had learned. Even the drivers, like Earl, played a role in my recovery. They don’t just help you while you’re there—they give you the tools you need to carry your recovery with you long after you leave. I have met some amazing people also who have became my best friends and very important in my life even after I have left and so thankful to have them apart of my life as well. Because of Freeman, my life is better. And because I am better, my children’s lives and my family’s lives are better too. That means everything to me.

Freeman Recovery Center has consistently been one of the most dependable partners we work with, and I want to acknowledge the level of professionalism, clinical integrity, and genuine care they bring to this field. From intake to discharge, their communication is solid, their transitions are smooth, and their team shows up with the kind of consistency that makes collaboration easy instead of chaotic. I checked myself in and was met with many people to say hello. I was told by admitting people that I ewould meet with a doctor and a therapist the next day. Had to do intake 4 times.i did not get my medications that night and had to plead for them. Finally met doctor day 4 or 5 met therapist on the day I decided to leave. Classes kept me busy and they all were good. I did not get to have my glucose monitor or my BP med until my BP was higher than ever been. I will say bed was okay but Bathroom did not have fan or heat but showering was fine. I have IBS so I was uncomfortable using the bathroom and smelling it up for my roommate. Inpatients were very friendly and the staff were great. I just didn’t feel priority coming in with my situation and not getting the doctor next day and he took meds a way with no explanation and I could not get my meds on the schedule I always had which throw me off with everything. Nurses were great and tried to help but they didn’t always get responses from doctors etc after 5. The classes did help me I learned a lot about why I got to that lowest point and how to resolve my triggers myself. For those who have Alcohol and drug problems this center is very good. I had acute grief for the loss of my husband of 51 yrs that was everything to me. Most all the staff were kind and understanding. New patients need to be prioritized specially with medications when drs have put you on thing you have taken for long period you can’t just stop with no explanation why and another suggestion made. For example a sleep medication your used to having.

My experience at Apex in October truly changed my life. I’m proud to say that I’m still sober today, and my life is so much better because of the support I received there.
My therapist, Eleanor, was absolutely amazing and made my stay so much more enjoyable. Her arts and crafts groups always had deeper meaning behind them and really helped me open up and heal in ways I didn’t expect. Hailey wasn’t my therapist, but she was always there whenever I needed someone, and I loved when she and Eleanor did groups together. Their energy and support made such a difference during my time there.
I also want to recognize the RS staff — Tim, Val, Herb, and Jaycee — who were all incredible and always available whenever I needed help or support. Every nurse I interacted with was kind and caring as well. A special thank you to the nurse practitioner, Deressa, who was the absolute best. Anytime I needed medication adjustments, she handled it quickly, and she also took the time to listen whenever I just needed to vent.
Everyone at Apex taught me things that I still use in my daily life. I’m beyond grateful for the care, compassion, and support I received there. Sorry if I left anyone off — I can honestly say I didn’t have a bad experience with anyone there, so if I didn’t name you, charge it to my head and not my heart. ❤️

It's a good rehab to go to get more tools for recovery, they don't allow you to get a job, keep your cellphone, or even have visitors because of the fact stupid people kept finding ways to bring drugs and alcohol on the property.. so yeah it's highly strict but it has to be.. addict's shouldn't be completely comfortable with recovery it's part of growth.. recovery addict are comfortable or slacking responsibility eventually it only kills them because they relapse back where they left off... However I gave it 4 Stars because of the fact they have a certain amount of food they follow to feed the client and if you have no money you basically can't buy extra snacks or drinks from there vending machines.. no gyms, no pools, no treatment for trama, the nurses don't even check to make sure they are prescribed the medication correctly through out the day you have to go to your counselor to get anything done they don't believe you or have time to listen to the client.. Staff definitely could make some improvements.. as for cleaning or taking out the trash or even doing community service is all done by the client.. I stayed in White House til moved to Brick House we clients worked hard to keep it clean, safe and even welcoming to the New Members.. Truthfully everything is based on the Clients behavior and following the Structure Rules.. We are Addict's our life became unmanageable due to our addiction.. Having responsibility teach You how to get a solid foundation back in your life before you are discharged.. when you graduate they will help you get into a halfway house or sober living but the one they sent me to in Knoxville TN is definitely not a good place to go..
integrity halfway house is highly disgusting, creepy bedbug's, crappy hot water heater, $175 a week, and they don't even give a damn if you get back on your feet all they care about is how much money they are making off you nothing else matters..
anyway I hope this report helps you on making a decision on your Best interest

Went to Howenwald campus approx 12-27-22. wanted to stay on med assist so the sent me Clarksville campus. I had a peer that also came from howenwald was like 2 wks ahead of me. After 30 days i think you can work, have your vehicle, you keep your own meds 3days worth then4 days for a wk. They do count daily. When i first got to Clarksville, they help you with food stamps, you can get walmart groceries delivered. The house i was in was 1 of 3 in a cul de sac. about 15 min from office. Descent 3br 2 ba homes a few yrs old in typ subdivision. Counselors were very helpful and caring. The head lady was having an affair with a peer. The housing next to office are older and thats where they put u when u first get there. There were a few bugs at the 1 hse basement floor not infested. They had descent foam mattresses. All the houses i was in had smart tvs in lr. There were 2 fridges per hse and a dedicated stand up deep freeze. All in all had a very good experience. Still clean to this day 8/8/25. Havnt been to sub dr since oct or nov 24. Still have a few left. I tapered myself down i was on 2 a day in buff vall. Only took 1 or 1.
5. Last dr visit i was down to taking 1/4 or less. Take a small piece every other or 3 sometimes less. I recently lost my mom last month. It was definitely worth the time and effort to get clean so I could care for her the last cpl yrs. I give Buffalo Valley 2 middle fingers up. Probably owe them my life. And Thank You Brent Andrew Morgan, for the ride and helping me get in and even helping with clothes, underwears, and toiletries. I love you brother!!! Stay strong you will get to come home soon.

I was fortunate enough to find Cumberland Heights in Tennessee even though I live in Ohio and it was the best thing I could have done, I was a patient there in 2011 and 15 years later as of this review I am still sober, CH is an amazing treatment facility with knowledgeable and compassionate staff who can relate to your situation, they have art therapy, music therapy, outside meetings, speakers and powerful activities to help you overcome past traumas and behaviors, it is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting and the food was amazing too. They have a great support system (alumni) and resources to continue in your sobriety journey once you are out of inpatient, I donate yearly to CH so that someone else can hopefully find their way there.

Nashville, TN | Let’s be honest. There are a lot of things in our world that aren’t built for women or don’t think about what women need. The Next Door is the opposite. It’s a rehab center in Nashville, Tennessee that’s only for women. This rehab is faith-based so the program has a spiritual backdrop. There are inpatient programs and outpatient programs | Treatments Programs Payment Options | If there is one thing I know from my years in sobriety it’s that a lot of women in active addiction also have trauma and struggle with being codependent just as I did. The Next Door gives women and expecting mothers a SAFE place to heal and recover. While there you will begin to find those lost parts of yourself you have forgotten and grow to love them again. You will gain tools , knowledge and a support system to help you become successful sober and healthy. Since going to the Next Door my life has completely transformed. I am successful and thriving with multiple years of sobriety under my belt. All the things I had lost in addiction I have gained back and most importantly I truly love myself and who I have become. I no longer seek the escape we chase in addiction. I love myself life! I’m able to give myself and my family a life I never thought possible! Fawn is AMAZING. She genuinely cares and I can guarantee doesn’t forget a woman who walks through those doors. The staff is genuine and only wants to see more people overcome the grips of addiction. And let me just say it is truly beautiful on the other side! I was scared and near death but I kept going back to try for recovery each time. I hope a woman sees this and realizes it’s possible and takes the step and calls!!! I highly recommend an ALL women’s facility and also recommend continuing to stay focused on yourself once you leave. I could go on and on about the love I have for this program! I highly recommend!!!!!

I graduated from the old facility many years ago and everything Mrs.Christy and other staff taught me, goes with me daily and gives me the tools to stay sober 1 more day. I was homeless, hopeless, broken and not a penny to my name. Samaritan sponsored me without question and gave me the tools to have a fighting chance. I had some relapses along the way, but everything the leaders at Samaritan taught me,the 12 steps, to not give up, to get up and try agin still resonates in me today. I have 3 1/2 years sober now. If you want to change, really want change and are willing to do anything to make that happen, Samaritan is a great place to begin your new journey. The food is amazing as well. Mrs. Angelia and cooking staff are top notch. The spread daily is over the top and delicious. The opposite of what I ate on the streets, if I ate at all. Good people, good places, helped save my life.

One of the best experiences I had was at Samaritan. Mr. Tim was director then and the staff was like family and the counselor were understanding and very helpful to your needs. The new building looks like things have improved I just hope they don't take away the lil park and the gazebo. I touched and prayed and sang with and for alot of people in that Peace Park.

I have been going here for over two years and generally have received good care. As is typical, doctors do not listen and are quick to write a prescription instead of addressing the root cause of your ailment.

Came here from the gallentin VA location due to doctor issues and Dr. P here at the plaza location and his staff were excellence. After many years of trying to get PT for my back issues one simple visit of Dr P hearing and understanding my pain he swiftly stepped into action to take care of me.
Thanks team

This for people who have been on narcotics too long, rather legally or not. This place is for people who eventually want to quit narcotics, safety, and be reintroduced back into society as a functional, normal way of living.

Nashville, TN | Brentwood Springs Detox is a leading drug and alcohol detox center in the south eastern part of Nashville, Tennessee.. The goal is to help you wean off addiction related toxins from your body and get it ready for the main therapy. Their medically supervised detox program helps you safely and effectively manage the physical symptoms of withdrawal. | Treatments Programs Payment Options | My name is Daye Cooper. My experience at Brentwood Springs was amazing for the most part. I only had problems with one particular nurse who refused to give me medication that the doctor had already ordered, causing me to be in withdrawal for three days from a medication that I had no plans on stopping. Apparently, she had her own personal reasons for not wanting to give me my medication. She felt like I shouldn’t be taking it to begin with??? Once a more experienced nurse came in, though she took care of it and fixed the problem. The entire staff is kind and caring. The medication’s are very customized to each individual. When I felt like I was getting sick they extended my taper to make sure that I was not uncomfortable. The meals are catered or homemade. The kitchen pantry is stocked as well as the refrigerator and freezer. There are plenty of drinks and snacks including juice and fruit. I was able to reach out to my family on a regular basis and was given great advice about aftercare. I would recommend them to anyone seeking help in recovery.

I'd give out 10 stars if I could. I checked into to Brentwood Springs Detox without knowing how great it would be. I found them on the internet and pulled the trigger. They drove an hour to pick me up free of charge. Upon checking it they greeted me with an understanding of my situation. This helped put my mind at ease as I was already overwhelmed with stress of checking into a Detox center. They are very attentive of how you're feeling and immediately come up with a game plan for treatment. They are very professional in every aspect with your treatment and are open to you at all times if you are feeling a certain type of way, but at the same time every staff member is super laxed. The nurses are amazing and are available to you 24 hours a day. You can tell that they truly want to help you. I don't feel out of place here. The food is great, the people are great, and the way they have this place set up makes it feel like you are at home. They have tv's with all kinds of apps and cable. The whole place is clean and well kept. The rooms are clean. The meetings they set up are absolutely amazing and have helped me tremendously. They have a beautiful backyard with great views which is crucial to your feeling of well being (at least for me) Cameron is great as well. In the 3 days that I've been here he's given me tons of knowledge and advice and has made sure to check up on me and how I'm feeling. Again, the whole staff truly wants to help you. You can talk to them at all times about anything and they will all completely understand. I would recommend this place to anybody I know that needs help, and hopefully this review will help all of you who are searching the best place to help you and everything you are going through.
