Journey Pure's outpatient center in Knoxville is a fantastic option for IOP. The staff are so kind and caring and really supportive of your recovery. The providers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in filling and adjusting MAT/psych/general medications. The therapists and group leaders are wonderful and understanding of any situation and they show so much love. I highly recommend this center for IOP for anyone in recovery.

I’ve come here multiple times for life-saving care….and this is one place I do trust and always appreciate. The doctors, the nurses station, the 24hr care team and techs, the therapists, the group leaders who guide us through wellness activities and mental health discussions. I don’t know how to put into words my appreciation for the staff members and facility. I arrived during my hardest times in crisis where I felt I had nothing, no one, no hope.. and I thought my mental health was going to end my life a few times.. I wish I could thank the staff a million times over. For their patience, compassion, inspiration, kindness and so much more. Grant, Daniel, X and Jen so many more but here’s the main i can remember they all helped me so much through my recovery. Grant sat with me when i was scared to do one of the groups, he made me laugh and taught me jokes. Daniel sat with me through an anxiety attack while i cried he told me it was okay to cry and he let me talk about all of my trauma and problems. X she sat with me everyday because i felt sad to sit by myself because it made me overthink. Jen she was the sweetest and talked with me and many others. they all were so helpful and kind. i’m happier than ever and health too, thanks to all the lovely people there to support me.

First I want to say how amazing the staff was when i was there they cared so much about all of the patients when i was there from april 17th to the 30th I think about how much the staff have impacted me everyday and i miss them also so much every day, The staff I had was Grant, Daneil, Xandra, Tim (nurse), Onyx, Keegan, Lindsie, Jayden, Aniyah, etc. They all were so fantastic and so caring and loving for dayshift and They all get a 5 star rating from me and deserve that food they was talkin bout. Grant became like my brother when i was there and i got an attachment to him he really changed my life. from making jokes 24/7 always making me laugh to some serious convos about life and what to expect when i was gonna go back home and more. He was truley amazing and Same with Xandra and Daneil, Daneil was so goofy and also always making me laugh him and grant working the same shift was like double trouble the kids loved them and looked up to them so much and they couldint stop making you smile. and Xandra did the same thing she was so funny and kind and loving and she braided my hair so well and we also had some serious convos before I left and i feel these people helped me so much. and Tim was so goofy and would also always make you laugh and he was always straight up with you no bs and i appriciate that. And to the people i didnt mention i love and miss yall so much and Grant im coming back to work there when im 18 that plan is not changing.

They help you in trying to get clean and sober for sure. But what S2L and the staff are all about is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. That’s why it is so successful.

Embark has been such a great experience for both my 17 year old son and me and his father. It’s intense as it is a 3 month long residential program, but I feel like everyone at Embark really cares about making things better for young boys that are neurodivergent and have behavioral issues. The staff works really hard to help the boys develop better coping skills so that they can be successful in life. The program also helps parents by providing tools for parenting children that are atypical. I can say that our son’s counselor Kevin truly made a difference in all of our lives. Our son would agree too. The weekly parent support group was helpful in that parents can connect and realize that you’re not alone. The other staff, psychiatrist, nurses are all very communicative and committed to what they do. We as a family are in a much better place now because of Embark.

Our soon attended Embark for 90 days. During his stay he learned many skills to help him better navigate day to day life. He also learned a lot about himself, allowing him to communicate effectively about his feelings and what maybe upsetting him. It was a process - but everyone came out a better person on the other end. Great facility and a super great staff.

I am only 13 years old, but joining this facility was one of the best decisions I've made. I have made so much progress that I'm thankful for and I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it weren't for them. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Iris Wellness. From first contact after hours on a weekend, to accepting my son for treatment even before we had payment worked out, to working with my insurance to get everything covered in-network when they were technically out of network to the fantastic intensive outpatient services. I have seen a dramatic difference in my son from, mood, attitude and overall life goals. He has always enjoyed going and has never once complained. I can't thank them enough for everything that they have done and how they have changed our lives (my son's, mine and our family as a whole). I would recommended Iris to anyone with a struggling teen.
