TCRHCC was my clinic/ hospital since childhood. Early 2018, was referred transfer to Kayenta Clinic: since then been medically treated well: dental, ENT, and several ER visits. Received my Provider, she's great: referrals to other medical updates - she got departments calling me fir schedules that I needed done. Now waiting for appointment dates to arrive and getting them done.
At TCRHCC, was fine with the facility until a short time before being transferred - my doctor informed me by stating, "I have over 200 patients a week, so I only have 7 minutes to see to a you, and you look fine to me." And he left the exam room. I had a bad infected ear. Yes, he did come in and he didn't even do an exam on my ear, no medication, very unprofessional and very rude Oriental Doctor. I went to the an office to request a transfer to another clinic or hospital that same day. I now am satisfied with my medical services. I thank God for the right medical doctors and their facilities . Keeping them in prayers.

Gave birth mid august my care team was great! The entire OB ward did a fabulous job after a lengthy labor. Super attentive. Very respectful. Though this hospital could be updated, the rooms were clean! Thank-you to the staff for taking care of me and my first baby! My son and his 3 friends got in terrible accident with a semi truck on the way home from North rim yesterday. The staff at Tuba City could not have been nicer. The boys had serious and various injuries, one sent by ambulance to Flagstaff. But all 3 were treated expertly and kindly. And with God's grace they will all recover. I truly believe Back 2 Basics saved my son’s life. But I also believe the key is that they have to want it—the desire for change has to come from within. Once our son said he was ready, we didn’t hesitate. Within 24 hours, we flew cross-country to Back 2 Basics, inspired by another young man we knew who had found great success through the program.
From the moment we arrived, the staff and counseling team were exceptional. Bethanie, in particular, was phenomenal. She didn’t just understand our son—she understood our entire family dynamic. Her approach is uniquely effective; she guides these young men in a way that empowers them to reach their own conclusions and make their own choices.
One of the most impactful aspects of the program was the weekend hiking and camping trips. These adventures helped redirect that adrenaline rush in a healthy, constructive way. It was more than just therapy—it was a reset.

My daughter is currently here. We are from out of state and sending her somewhere that I had not been able to see or meet the people there was more than scary for her and for me!! All I can say up to this point is that all our fears are gone. It is everything they claim it is online and more. She is being supported in every single way possible. From addressing her addiction, her mental health, physical health, everything. The facility reaches out to me weekly to give me updates on her as well. I have had alot of experience with rehabs and know that it's rare when you get ALL of these things or that what it claims it is online, isn't what it is when you get there. I have never been to any detox or recovery center before but unfortunately developed an addiction to 7oh and decision point was one of the first results when I searched online for help. Immediately after putting my info down, Seth called and was incredibly helpful. Helped me schedule a good time for me to make it in there without interfering with work while still giving me enough time to recover.
While I was in there, I met four people currently in detox and all of them had great things to say about this place which helped put me at ease. All of the nurses and BHTs are fantastic as well. Special shout outs to nurse Tim and nurse Carol for taking such great care of me while I was there. They both had great bedside manner and you can tell they genuinely care for their patients. Extra special shoutouts to Brittany, Steven, Matthew, and everyone else who’s name I can’t remember at the moment.
If you’re struggling with anything or have a loved one struggling, I hope this helps ease some anxiety in knowing that you will be in good hands and well cared for during your time there.

With an extremely grateful heart, I highly recommend Decision Point Center. Seth in admissions was fantastic throughout the entire process of seeking a detox/recovery center for my husband, Jon. His patience, guidance and understanding of the process helped assure me this was the best decision for us. The entire staff of medical professionals (shout out to Tim!) were incredible. Jon came out of detox healthy and set up for success in his recovery. We were self-pay and Seth and his team worked wonderfully with us to accomodate our situation in order to make this happen at a very crucial time.
Please don't hesitate or look elsewhere when looking for a detox center. Decision Point Center is welcoming, comfortable and accommodating! In my husband's words, "It was awesome! Getting there sucked!" Finally making the choice to go to detox can be scary but I can assure anyone that after 4/5 days of detox your life can be 1000% better!

Because I known if I come back home I'm for sure gonna relapse because I known so much people all around were I live. N tbh I'm never home I'm always out running around on my rez because I know pretty much every user. But yeah I don't want to be this person I am today I want to be the person I was 6 years ago n that is a mother that worked I was married but I'm a widow for 3 years now. I can't continue to live this life, I lost the one person that loved me my best friend my husband. Me n him were supposed to sober up together n get our kids back but then he went missing ,but he was found but not the way I last saw him. That was the worst day of my life finding that he was no longer wit us, I can't keep living this drug life my kids lost there dad n I don't need them to lose me too. I need my kids more then they need me. But my question is OK when I complete everything n if I do choose to stay that way how long do u think it would take to get a place for me n my kids n do u guys help wit that too or how does that work. Please I really would like to known .

The majority of them go above and beyond to keep the patients happy, help with any outside obligations that need to be addressed, and to provide a safe/comfortable environment.
