TCRHCC was my clinic/ hospital since childhood. Early 2018, was referred transfer to Kayenta Clinic: since then been medically treated well: dental, ENT, and several ER visits. Received my Provider, she's great: referrals to other medical updates - she got departments calling me fir schedules that I needed done. Now waiting for appointment dates to arrive and getting them done. At TCRHCC, was fine with the facility until a short time before being transferred - my doctor informed me by stating, "I have over 200 patients a week, so I only have 7 minutes to see to a you, and you look fine to me." And he left the exam room. I had a bad infected ear. Yes, he did come in and he didn't even do an exam on my ear, no medication, very unprofessional and very rude Oriental Doctor. I went to the an office to request a transfer to another clinic or hospital that same day. I now am satisfied with my medical services. I thank God for the right medical doctors and their facilities . Keeping them in prayers.

My son and his 3 friends got in terrible accident with a semi truck on the way home from North rim yesterday. The staff at Tuba City could not have been nicer. The boys had serious and various injuries, one sent by ambulance to Flagstaff. But all 3 were treated expertly and kindly. And with God's grace they will all recover. Thank you Tuba City for helping us on an extremely difficult day. God bless you all

Located in the southwestern corner of Utah, in the small town of Virgin, is the Liahona Treatment Center. The residential treatment prog
When I sent my Godson to Liahona Academy, it was the hardest decision that I ever made. He has recently graduated, and I now know that it was also the best decision that I ever made. He struggled in the beginning, but once he finally understood that I only wanted him to become a better person, he started making changes. He is now ahead in school, has great grades, and an excellent relationship with anyone that he wants to have a relationship with. I can guarantee that if you sent your son here and you give him time to figure it out, he eventually will, and you will never regret your decision. My Godson came out of Liahona academy as a completely transformed man. He was a child with all kinds of manipulative “techniques”. Now he is a reborn man, a man who is honest and sincere, a man who you can count on to be a positive leader and have a great attitude. I am grateful for all the staff at Liahona academy, and especially for his therapist Benjamin Haslam, the program director, Richard May, and the case manager, Beverly Carayas. THANK YOU 🙏🏻

I was sent to Liahona Academy on September 20, 2019. I graduated on May 7, 2021. This placed changed my life. If I was not sent here, I would be either dead, homeless, or in jail. I was skipping school nearly every day and my grades were terrible. My relationship with my parents was terrible. I was smoking weed almost every day. I dreaded every aspect of my life. Now, I am a year ahead of my regular grade, with a GPA of 3.78. My relationship with my parents is fantastic. I don’t ever want to go back to my old life. I love this new life. I recommend that any parent who is struggling with their teen to send them here. It will be a very hard decision, but I can 100% guarantee that it will be worth it. Haris Husetic

Liahona was our last hope and nothing short of a miracle for saving my son’s life. The Liahona approach allows customized care based on timing of each boy’s willingness to embrace the opportunity for real, lasting change. The Owner Clay along with Rich, Bear and Beverly were wonderful to work with! The Liahona Virgin campus team have built an amazing program with a successful track record and long-term results at treating the whole person, not just the symptoms of bad behavior/substance abuse, but dares to dig deeper uncovering root causes of the problems. My son was a complex case as he exhibited erratic and dangerous behavior along with lingering effects of substance abuse which could have ended his life on multiple occasions prior to admittance. The highly-structured environment with set “wake” and “lights-out” times, allows the boys to get into a healthy, balanced and predictable schedule resulting in a solid foundation to become the best versions of themselves and make the most of the program. The well-regulated agenda culminates dependable sleep patterns, individual and group therapy, chores, healthy and consistent meals, with time built-in for exercise, school, homework, faith (of any kind or none at all), personal growth, journaling and reading. Based on progress, working the program and meeting milestones, the boys can earn group outings that may include volunteering a chance to give back to the community, or a fun outing like bowling, hiking or trip to the lake, etc. The staff at the Virgin facility were simply amazing! I can’t thank Rich (Program Director) and Bear (our son’s Therapist) enough for their vision and “lead by example” approach to earn credibility, respect and have such a positive power of influence over the most challenging of behaviors. Bear was very honest that our son was one of the more complex cases he had seen and that he wasn’t sure if Liahona would be the “best fit” for him. Bear was absolutely remarkable in treating my son, from day 1, as a fully 100% capable individual and he saw through the façade of substance psychosis, anger, low self-esteem, manipulative and self-centered behavior. The value of the Liahona program incorporates a loving and supportive environment, patiently allowing each boy to come to their own realization and choose to begin the journey-cycle of initiating progress, resulting in gaining confidence, motivating them to work harder, embracing the courage to face adversity and proving to themselves they are capable of setting goals and exceeding expectations. The Liahona program results in building confidence, fueling motivation for more continued growth and is the recipe for achieving not only success in Liahona but prepares each boy for a successful life outside of Liahona in the real world. My son entered Liahona as a troubled boy and graduated the program as a confident young man, eager to work hard, face adversity, exceed every goal placed in front of him, fully equipped with the knowledge and desire to help others along the way. We couldn’t be more proud and are forever grateful to the incredible staff and program at Liahona for doing God’s work here on earth!

We are very thankful that we found Forte Strong for our son. Forte taught our son the skills to grow and develop so that he could become independent. Prior to FS, our son was not gaining these skills on his own at home or at college. The structure, discipline and accountability, combined with coaching and therapy, created an environment where he could grow and gain confidence. While we as parents had to step back and allow our son to rely on himself and the program support, by the time he graduated our relationship was much healthier. A weekly webinar for the parents is a key component of the program. Brook (program director) does an incredible job providing insightful and valuable parent education. He connects with the parents and helps them understand the underlying principles and processes of the program. We are grateful for the dedicated staff at Forte Strong and what they are doing for the students they serve.

My experience with this particular facility has been nothing but a positive situation for me. The staff, all the way from the Director down to the office girls have been almost like a family to me. The compassion that I have been shown means so much to me & out of all the programs I have encountered, this one is by far the BEST. Liahona is not for everyone but the tools and life laws you learn there are fundamentals that everyone should know about. They have drastically changed my life and I more then highly recommend this program if your son or someone you know is qualified for it. I don’t know of any other treatment program that gets the type of results as Liahona gets, and it’s because they challenge us. The program is not meant to be easy. There’s no growth in easy. The difficulty in this program, is the adversity these boys need in order to reach their full potential. And full potential is what you will get. If the family and their son works with the program every step of the way, it will all line up. The team of people that work there is a great group of passionate individuals that always look for the best solution and never give up on trying to help these kids. I have great respect for all who have helped and all who will help you.

I was sent here at age 16 from another treatment facility. My experience wasn't too bad at all. They supplied me with the necessary items upon my arrival and a color coded uniform so others understood I was new. Different colors came with different treatment. I made some decent friends and unfortunately lost touch with them. Honestly, this place isn't for kids who just simply have bad attitudes, this place is for kids who don't know when to stop acting out and only get worse over time. I've met some girls here who had made scarier choices than me. From my experience the staff only confronted or restrained those who continued giving them attitude or tried to fight them or other girls. I personally wouldn't consider it torture, but things could have drastically changed since I've been there. They had a good amount of activities to keep every one busy and allowed the girls to make a small amount of money by working in the kitchen or other small duties. The group homes they have weren't bad at all either unless, again, you acted out massively. This place taught me that life is what you make of it and that actions will have consequences. Not just for you, but others around you as well.

I am one of the top Google reviews in the United States. anytime you see a rating with five stars and one Stars apparently this place has none or they do they're not showing them of 2,3 and 4. why is that you should ask yourself. typically it means. there was an initial contact bid a product or some type of service were they treated the person extremely nicely in the sales world it's called" hooking the fish"once you have the fish on the hook you reel them in. in business it's called cashing in perfect example is the wheelchair business one of the most corrupt of all. ask yourself where did the one stars come from. could it possibly be that once the fish was fried and eaten they gave the rest to the garbage bag. the garbage bag that's called the customer care department. cell phone companies famous for it. so I gave five stars for those that did five star work but I give one star to others there who are fraudulent and fake with" know it all" attitudes...........signed the whistleblower.( you know, the one sent in to see if the business is behaving properly.)best wishes to all...even the scammers there milking Medicaid.

two extremely pleasant women. gave me great assistance. unfortunately they were not the therapists or counselors they were the receptionists the office workers under the thumb of office manager.

This place is incredible! I had ACL reconstruction and two meniscus repairs in early June. I’ve been working with Andrea since I started at MVT and she’s a real gem. Friendly, informative, encouraging and easy to follow. The front desk has also been super kind and you can tell the people working here really care about their patients. Excited to see my progress over the next few months, I’m optimistic and inspired all thanks to the MVT- Ridgway team!

Unfortunately, this year I got to experience the tearing of the ACL. To say I was devastated would be an understatement, but when I started physical therapy at this location really gave me hope in a full recovery. Cheryl at the front desk took time out of her day to clearly explain how my insurance works in this specific situation and how the deductible works and what my insurance will cover and what I should budget out for out of pocket cost instead of just breezing over it. This being my first time having a serious injury, I do need all the help I can get navigating the complex health insurance plans. My physical therapist, Sarah, has been absolutely amazing and continues to go above and beyond to ensure that I have a full recovery. She is allways positive and makes the PT sessions an enjoyable experience. All the staff at this location are extremely positive, uplifting and really do their best to answer all your questions. I honestly look forward to my PT appointments because all the people there are so wonderful and an absolute joy to work with!!!

I’m sure that people can find fault with any agency, especially in a the critical area of mental health. People are bound to run across situations where decisions don’t go their way, and then blame and finger pointing follow. I can say this from my personal experience: the owner, Marty Amos, has a true heart for the down and out. She has done evrything she can to make mental health services available and affordable. Comments that she abuses this are the result of either misinformation or dissatisfied clients. Many of these are people who ask or demand that Amos Counseling and its staff provide services that they cannot do. Amos staff are held to a strict ethical code, and going beyond that has severe consequences. And then there are the ridiculous comments like “Amos Counseling bills people to use the bathroom.” Really? The truth is that they go out of their way so clients get help with little or no out of pocket expenses. Then there are the comments about how rude the staff are. Since I have never experienced this (the staff have always been exceptionally kind and caring to me), I have to ask, “If you were treated rudely, how rude were you being beforehand?” Let’s look at the facts: food for the community is kept at the office, establishing a hangout and shelter for the needy and homeless, several homes to treat those recovering from addiction and giving them a place to live, an annual Christmas program to provide gift packages to needy families. I could go on and on. If you are against these things, I don’t know what to say. No one is perfect, but I give Amos a 5.0 rating for their heart.
