I sent my 16 yr. old son to TRAILS in September 2023 and he graduated 3 months later. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They taught him how to survive and thrive in the woods of North Carolina. They taught him how to express his feelings and needs in a way that is respectful to everyone around him. They helped him learn about himself and brought his self-talk over to the positive side of things. They taught him that "he can do hard things". My family is so grateful to this group of people who run this program. We dropped off an angry, selfish, going-nowhere good kiddo and after a lot of work, missteps, repetition, and encouragement, my son had a fabulous growth experience at TRAILS that will serve him the rest of his life. Our 22 year old son was failing to launch - gaming, marijuana use and generalized anxiety were issues that prevented him from moving into a healthy and successful adult life. The three months that he spent at Momentum provided just the right mixture of support, insight and challenge to help him channel his energies in a positive direction. His therapist, Joe, was compassionate and effective, and helped motivate our son to reach for more than he thought possible. He left Momentum with a very positive attitude about himself and his possibilities. He has just started a transition program where he is utilizing the lessons learned at Momentum to carve out his new life. I am so glad I picked next step recovery in Asheville. I ve been to many treatment facilities and next step recovery was surely my absolute favorite for many reasons. I have just recently completed the program and found it extremely helpful in many ways. Next step recovery feels warm, welcoming and understood by everyone. I really enjoyed being a part of the group sessions as well because everyone gets a chance to share and nobody is left out. I should've posted a review months ago, honestly. I came to crossroads from another MAT center in the upstate around 3 months ago. It was the best decision I could've made. My quality of life since being at crossroads has improved exponentially. The people on staff here are wonderful. Seriously every one is there to help, and it shows. This place, the director Jazzy(spelling?), my counselor, and the on staff DR and nurses literally saved my life.

I can say with absolute certainty this place and the men who lead here saved my brothers life. We as his family quite literally had lost all faith he would make it off the streets alive. Honestly, almost every time I spoke with my mother I was preparing her ac little at a time for him to end up dead. The staff's knowledge of addiction, experience, sincerity and personal care built trust, hope and faith. Leaving Pavillon with a plan designed to further my recovery was a tremendous help. Great food, bedrooms and bathrooms were tidy. I have been in treatment before so some of the rules that other clients struggled with were not surprising to me. The office staff could be more organized. Only 4 stars because of not really anyone knowing what the schedule was and the schedule was constantly changing. Equine and art therapy were great. Hikes included packed lunches every week. Had tai chi classes as well were very relaxing. This is a holistic program focusing on mind, body, and spirit. Additionally, there is education about 12 step programs, SMART recovery, and other options as well. Be prepared to ask any questions you may have when calling for intake/admission.

Overall a great way to get on track with mental health and sobriety. I wouldn t necessarily recommend this for long term use just from my personal experience. After 5 years of treatment I started to feel like another number. My therapist started seeming checked out and stopped asking about my sobriety struggles and honestly I found myself doing most of the talking through the appointment.Everyone at the facility was always super nice and helpful. I wouldn t be who I was without finding October Road.

Being at The Willows provided me the space and support I needed to begin to heal from all that plagued me. I had not found a way to successfully address any of those issues on my own and truly believed I was inherently incapable of the happiness and stability I saw in those around me. Here, I was allowed to gradually and gently grow into myself, a person I had been scared to inhabit before. The foundational work done at The Willows has proved to hold strong years later, and everyday I learn more about myself. I thank this place for allowing me that introduction.

Making the choice to take time out of your life to work on yourself is not easy to do and everyone at The Willows work hard to support clients in all stages of change and willingness. I've been going to the clinic now for several months and this is my second attempt at sobriety by being in this clinic. The counselors here do really care and try to help the patients succeed in their efforts to stay off opiates.

I was scrolling the web and I always check the reviews of places I have physically been seen at. I'm a single father now and i havent been able to post as much as i'd like. When I saw some of the comments they really well....pissed me off. Dr Craddock is one of the most caring DR/Pshyciatrist i have encountered in my recovery. I started in 2008 in Seneca,SC and quickly moved to Recovery Concepts with Dr Craddock. Just to put it all plainly. There was never a time anything was offered to me that i didnt have to take the assesment for or bring up first. He never said try these THATS BULL. They don't just hand out any medications if they are deemed nessicary and you bring them up the administer an assesment on you and you may or may not have ADHD or anxiety. I in fact do have and will always have SUD, anxiety and adult ADHD. I will say it again for those in the back. He is a great DR/Pshciatrisrt but they dont make you take the medication and they certainlly dont bring it up. Hope this clears the BS away from him.
