I have been in recovery for 6.5 years. I went to Marworth for the first time in 2016 and should have listened and stayed. I ended going back in 2020 when I was ready to change and they helped me so much and inspired me to become a substance abuse counselor. If it was not for the staff and my peers, I met through my stay at Marworth idk if I would be here today. I highly recommend Marworth if you are truly ready to put the work in, for a comfortable detox and supportive road to recovery.

Marworth was truly a great place. I don't mean a fun and good time place. I mean a great place to learn about my addiction. The staff and counselors are some of the best. I've been to treatment before and didn't get it. I can not say I got it this time or not. It's still to early to tell. But they gave me the tools to get it right. Thank you marworth.

This place is amazing. I came here to get help with my drinking but learned I had a disease of addiction and needed to be in recovery. The counselors here are all the best. In just 5 weeks, I was able to start the healing process for past trauma and made major breakthroughs. I am doing much better physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. And now have the resources to continue my recovery and improve my life. Everyone here from the techs, counselors, nurses, staff helped with my healing process here at Avenues. The food is great and all of the other accommodations are excellent. The groups and the other clients in the community all contributed to my success here. I recommend this place above any other rehab in the US. They make sure everything is taken care of while you're here and ensure the best aftercare. And they have the BEST case manager who gives you personal attention for everything you need like insurance, disability, and any other things like that.

It's everything I imagined it would be. Spiritual growth and personal growth I have received. My counselor Jenna (God bless her) has working with me patiently through my different stages of sobriety. Serenity Mountain has opened so many doors of opportunity for me. The staff Missy, Nichole, Mariah, and Laverne are awesome. I love everyone of them. Thank you Sandy for this gift of Sobriety. Before I went to Mount Laurel and on to Serenity Mountain I was a mess. I was numb inside and had no joy as you can see from the first two photos.The Mountain truly changed me. I got the therapy I needed and I had a community of ladies who taught me to Diamond Art! I became Kelly “Spice” due to my tendency to break out into song and dance! I look forward to going back to share my story with others! I highly recommend Serenity Mountain! I loved it there and the energy is a more positive energy than other places I was at. Is it perfect? No but no place is. I promise if you give it a try you will emerge changed! Have a blessed day! Oh and the last photos are of me now and a Diamond Art that I did!

Easy access for donations drop off. The volunteer office accepts hand made items for their patients. Port pillows are always in need at almost every hospital. I emailed ahead of the drop off at a scheduled time for a brief meeting. The office will email the donation form to itemize the process.

Anyone that gave dats anything less than 5 stats did not take their recovery seriously and blames dats for their mistakes. I've been attending for three years and i can't put into words how they've helped me. Both of my counselors I've had sine may 2020 "Lauren and especially sherry connelly" have done so much for me and I wouldn't be 3 years sober without them.

My wife Yolanda visited the Endoscopy Ctr on 5/29/26 for a procedure with Dr. Gary Ciambotti and the RN team there. It was an excellent experience from check-in, registration, medical history/meds review, anesthesiology check and the colonoscopy procedure. The team was very helpful and understanding despite our delayed arrival due to Yolanda’s complicated prep work and physical limitations. Being a Geisinger patient most of my life, I must say General Hospital left me speechless. From the minute I walked in the door, through my entire surgical experience, it was a very unexpected surprise. Every single person I was in contact with was so compassionate and caring. Even the food I was served felt like I was at a fine dining restaurant. It was scrumptious! Kudos to staff and facility!

If you choose MAT to aid in your recovery, this clinic is the place you want to call. Everyone, from administration to the nurses & the counselors, are there to help and to support you any way they can. It's a positive atmosphere and a no judgment zone. More often than not, you are in and out in just a few minutes on your dosing days. I would recommend that if you are ready to take that first step to recovery - give WBCTC a call and find out what your options are. They are there to help!!

Next is CRS Todd kinner, Todd made sure to meet weekly to establish a plan for after discharge. Todd has continue to work with me after release The plan that we made in the facility he is helping me to meet those goals out here. Last is case manager Amber. Amber has a natural way of connecting with people She goes beyond her job title too make sure all after care is completed and also makes sure the plan gives you the best chance too succeed. There's is no way this place is not 5 star. I am 50 and have lived around the country and never ever received 5 star care from therapy to the case management to the out patient psych clinic. I can tell u first hand from the fiscal department all the way to the top director this place cares about one thing it's clients they do not put money or time over people. This is the only place I've gotten any results since I was 5. If your having a bad comment then u just don't know this place or didn't do your part. It's a two way street they can only offer and give u suggestions and support and stand with u through rough times and I'm alive today because childrens service center didn't give up in me. I am building healthy relationships with my children, my self esteem went from lower then dirt in the carpet to sky high. My drug dependency is at a zero I am sober . My health is at all all time high. I have never had so many people working for myself and at least o0 others I know the way this place does. If u haven't done your part or don't like something u dint have to run and leave a bad comment or stop going they are open and willing to guide u help u stand by u so please it hurts to see this isn't 5 star and I'm putting on the people leaving the reviews I've been going here a long time and do various different programs they have and my life just keeps getting better. Thank u to everyone from every secretary to the rehab to case management for all of your hard work and dedication to all of your clients equally .

Some ways of communication are outdated like not being able to leave direct voicemails with people, only leaving with office afaik. But they were great help in applying for Medicaid and counseling services. Getting appointment is difficult due to the demand for the current counselors , which is very unfortunate but understandable. Feels like a safe place to be in. I wish that we could communicate with counselors over other means than email

choices was my first rehab clean good staff and program unfortunately didnt work for me the first time i then got pregnant went to another rehab and had to go on methadone i chose the choices clinic b.c im from hazleton and that was the nearest the drive sucks but after birth and 6 months i was able to receive take homes so only have to go 4 days instead of 7 the staff is awesome i love my counselor Ben and the meetings are also very nice ! methadone has helped me stay sober for a year now and i love it. the Dr is awesome & will work with your dose to get you stable if you have to pay out of pocket they are very good with working with you and also helping you find help i.e. medical assistance like im on thank god that now covers the cost for me ! i would deff recommend it to anyone obv you get drug tests no alcohol and very strict about not selling/ misusing methadone so dont ruin if you get accepted ! i also liked the rehab staff was nice and food was great ! rooms were also very nice

i thought this place was excellent. i loved the groups and my counselor. it seemed like they really cared. i had shown up 25 minutes late for the 3 hour group and they wouldn’t let me in. i live 45 minutes away and had counseling 2.5 hours later. woman at the desk said it wasn’t her problem. i was having a really rough day and needed to be there. mind you, i chose to go there. i wasn’t mandated or anything. they do an outstanding job pushing people away on their lowest days.
