I went to Marworth for the first time after relapsing after about 5 years sober. When I went there I was a wildly unpleasant person to be around. I hated the world and myself. I was truly terrible to most of the staff. My behavior was argumentative, smug and mean at best. They still welcomed me back 3 more times. I was eventually given Amy as my primary counselor and, she not only took the time to try and understand why I was like that but, she also challenged me to be better. Over my time there I had the chance to get to know the staff very well. They're good people. Who genuinely want to help people get to the life they're meant to have. The specialists, rec team, cafeteria workers,house keeping,security(the list goes on and on)are wonderful. That's what makes Marworth great. It's not the amenities. It's not the rock climbing wall, gym, cafeteria, or anything else you can think of. It's the people that make this place what it is. Is it perfect? Absolutely not, but nothing is. When I went in there looking for all the things that bothered me, I got nothing out of it. When I allowed them to help me, I got everything out of it.

Mount laurel saved my life when I couldn’t save it myself. The came hours to pick me up and gave me a beautiful facility to take time to heal. They fed me excellent food, gave me a nice warm bed to sleep in, and taught me so much in just 30 days in order to lay such a solid foundation for my recovery journey! I will be forever grateful to the wonderful staff here and I thank them for showing me that this IS POSSIBLE!

Anyone that gave dats anything less than 5 stats did not take their recovery seriously and blames dats for their mistakes.
I've been attending for three years and i can't put into words how they've helped me. Both of my counselors I've had sine may 2020 "Lauren and especially sherry connelly" have done so much for me and I wouldn't be 3 years sober without them.

I came to TPALS 5 years ago as a broken human being with nothing left inside and nothing left to give. I was very defiant in the beginning of the treatment process because of my experiences in the past and was never comfortable enough to open up to anybody ever. I graduated within that 5 years but I just did the program to get everyone off my back I didn’t take in any of the suggestions given or was not willing to take a deeper look into my life so I got my certificate and left. Only to come back 2 years later still broken but this time no substance brought me back. Within coming back I’ve had a few lapses but I was SO COMFORTABLE to come back into this place and admit to that and I’ve built such solid worthy relationships here. This place gave me my life back. Gave my children their mother back and my family has their daughter back. If it was not for this place I would be dead. I love tpals because they meet you where you are at and work with you to understand the true ins and outs of this disease. I never thought I would be free from the chains of hell with drugs and alcohol and this place helped me free myself. I graduated again but I still come here everyday this place is my home and my safe place. Even if there isn’t any staff I sit in the parking lot if I need to regroup mentally. Thank you to each and every one of the staff and counselors ! Yall are the real super heroes because super heroes don’t always need to wear capes.

I’ve been going to TPALS for years and they have been like a family to me. They have seen my best and worst—treating me with respect and kindness through it all. My individual therapy with Katie is productive and thought-provoking. She is truly a wonderful accent to TPALS. The group therapy sessions are some of the best I’ve attended with strong participation from everyone. I highly recommend TPALS and their amazing team.

So being part of the frequent flyers club in the world of therapy, I could never find anybody that could seem to help me. This place is second to none, and more specifically, Elle is the greatest therapist I’ve ever had. If it wasn’t for her, I can only imagine where I would be now. Five stars for sure!!!

This was my first time using this hospital and I was very impressed. Very very clean, very nice and helpful staff helping me with directions in the facility, and my CT scan went very smoothly and on time. I would definitely recommend this facility to others. I usually go to Regional Hospital in Scranton but it can’t hold a candle to Wilkes Barre General!

I was walking on route 13 on the shoulder headed to work all the sudden this guy in the red dodge Durango honks his horn at me. And as I was walking to my job I saw the same vehicle parked at this place and I was staring down at the person inside ARS giving an angry look and looking back at me. If he’s an employee or customer I would like to report him for this absolutely rude behavior. That’s all I have to say. Thank you.

I am a client at the moment, I am going to be honest with you and you can do whatever you want to with the information, I have been on methadone for about 21 years now and I have not ever had been blessed with my take home bottles for good condition and being sober, I am not sure what they do that is so much better than any other clinics I have been blessed to have been saved by. I think the difference is that you are not there to get up with all of your get high buddies and if you do bring them on they'll be better than they came

Advanced Imaging has been my “go to” for My MRIs, MRAs, X-Rays, CT scans, low dose lung scans & now my mammogram. The staff is friendly, nice, helpful & understanding.
They make sure that their equipment is working properly. They have one of a few open MRI machines in the area. They also make sure that you are comfortable or as comfortable as you can get! The technicians even put my one if my favorite genres of music on. Top notch facility!

I transferred to this clinic from one down in Austin Texas. From the beginning everything went smoothly. Wendy was my point of contact from the start. She was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was situated and ready for me when I arrived for my first day of dosing. The nurses Tiffany and Chris are always helpful and accommodating. The counselors are wonderful and the people at the front desk always greet you with a smile. They truly do care about the clients and their well being. I'd recommend this place to anyone seeking MAT.

choices was my first rehab clean good staff and program unfortunately didnt work for me the first time i then got pregnant went to another rehab and had to go on methadone i chose the choices clinic b.c im from hazleton and that was the nearest the drive sucks but after birth and 6 months i was able to receive take homes so only have to go 4 days instead of 7 the staff is awesome i love my counselor Ben and the meetings are also very nice ! methadone has helped me stay sober for a year now and i love it. the Dr is awesome & will work with your dose to get you stable if you have to pay out of pocket they are very good with working with you and also helping you find help i.e. medical assistance like im on thank god that now covers the cost for me ! i would deff recommend it to anyone obv you get drug tests no alcohol and very strict about not selling/ misusing methadone so dont ruin if you get accepted ! i also liked the rehab staff was nice and food was great ! rooms were also very nice

I was in the emergency Room because I had a medication Problem… I was greeted by a PA named Melissa… She was one of the most Nicest most genuine person I’ve ever met in my life. I felt so taken care of treat it with respect and so much more not only was Melissa so kind to me but so was every nurse in there it was so clean and everybody treated me good and fairly. If you ever need to go to the emergency room, I highly suggest Geisinger community Medical Center

I've been in the hospital now here for over 2 weeks the nurses doctors and staff are incredible. They took very good care of me even though I was so sick and hard to deal with. I recommend if you have to go spend time at a hospital this is the one you want to go to show me hospital I ever used or went to in the last 25 years. I can't say enough good things how clean helpful caring the staff is. It's a five-star hospital 🌟5
